My girlfriend and I were so excited to try this place out. We went on a Thursday around 2pm and the line was still out the door. After 30 minutes we finally made it up to the (only) register to take our order. The lady at the register asked what we wanted and as soon as I began talking she told me to â??hold onâ? and turned to her coworker and started carrying a conversation with her. After a few minutes she returned to me and took my order. We ordered food and a smoothie, and waited about 15 minutes to get our smoothie. At his this point we had been there for 45 minutes total. After ANOTHER 45 minutes we still donâ??t have our food and neither does anyone else. Finally an employee comes out and announces that they had not been receiving any of the food orders from the last hour (which baffles me. Did they just assume that no one was ordering food for an entire hour while the restaurant was consistently packed wall-to-wall?). Another 45 minutes go by and we still donâ??t have our food. At this point I have talked to a manager twice (and Iâ??m really not the kind of guy to do that, but at this point I just wanted to get out of there). They keep telling me theyâ??ll check on our order but I hear nothing from them. After another 15 minutes we finally get our food. And it was SO MEDIOCRE! The fries were wet from grease, the portions were tiny, and the hot fries looked and tasted like something I wouldâ??ve made at home at 3am. All in all we were there for 2 and a half hours. I googled their location today and saw that this is a VERY common occurrence for patrons of this establishment. I also saw that it said theyâ??re permanently closed, so I called them and asked if they were still open. The employee I spoke to told me their hours and hung up on me mid-sentence. Go figure. I pray that this restaurant goes out of business so that no one has to go through such a terrible dining experience.

Lime N Dime – Menu with Prices – 1445 Los Rios Blvd Suite 201, Plano

We had a large order and almost every burger we got was wrong. (No pickles/ no tomato kind of thing) I went up to the front with my receipt to tell the lady and she asked me if Iâ??m sure I checked all the burgers… I obviously checked all the burgers before going up.. but I told her yes.. and I gave her the burger… we got the burger back and saw they just picked off the toppings we didnâ??t want and gave it back. I wouldâ??ve given this place 1 star for service but because the burger is good Iâ??m giving 2. If any one of us were allergic to those ingredients it wouldâ??ve ended so bad. If you have a small order, itâ??s fine. Donâ??t come here for a large order because someone will be confused. We were actually charged for a burger we didnâ??t even order, but we decided it would be pointless to go back up there from how we were taken care of the first time. The wings are okay, not as saucey as i thought theyâ??d be. Burgers are better.

Kouzina Christos – Menu with Prices – 1453 Terrell Mill Rd #125, Marietta

Ordered food to go. Took 3-4 minutes to get anyone to wait on me at the register. POS system was flakey. Took 5 minutes to order gyros and fries. $14.70! Lady asked if I wanted a receipt. I said ‘No’ as I didn’t want to wait another 5 min for it. Went to the bathroom, and sat down to wait. Was asked by 3 people if I was taken care of. I told all of them I was waiting on a to go order. Waitress told me it would be right out. I saw her ask the cooks again about my order. Looked at my phone and saw my lunch hour was getting short. Went up to the register to get my food or refund. Manager acted surprised and asked what I had and tried to put in my order new. I told him I wanted a refund at that point. He gave me $11.xx. I said No, and he asked for a receipt. I said look, I gave her $15 and here’s my change and pulled out my change. The cook was complaining he never got a ticket. I got my money back. Wasted my lunch break and No Apology. No idea what the descprency is pricing was about. An apology would’ve been nice at a minimum and a comped meal better. Never Again!!

Arden’s Garden Athens Menu with Prices 184 College Ave, Athens

I have walked pass Arden’s Garden many times and have always wanted to go in. Today I finally went in to get a smoothie and my experience was far from expected. I had never been there before so I was obviously taking some time to look at the menu. There was no line, and the worker was sitting in a chair texting when I came in. While I was looking at the menu she was standing at the register staring at me, with that “will-you-just-hurry-up-and-order” type stare. But I took my time because I wanted to make sure and pick a good combination for my first Arden’s Garden experience. After a while she sighed and walked away from the register (i was relieved that she stopped staring at me, but the sigh was rude). When I was ready I stepped up to the register and she said, “Oh, you’re ready now?” (sarcastically). I told her my fruits and then she asked what base I wanted. As i do not order smoothies very often, I asked her “What would you say people most commonly use?” At this she did a smart aleck giggle and rolled her eyes and said “I mean it’s obviously different for everybody…I don’t know” and looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth. I should have walked out then, but I went ahead and picked a random base and paid for my smoothie. After she gave it to me, I told her thank you and to have a great day. She did the same smart aleck giggle and turned and walked away. The smoothie was pretty good, but I will never go back. This first impression was absolutely horrible. She made me never want to go to another smoothie place because apparently when you ask questions, you are considered DUMB. Sorry Arden’s Garden, I gave you a chance and the LACK of customer service disappointed.

Pizza Scene – Menu with Prices – 2360 W 68th St, Hialeah

Order a special, large pizza eight wings for twenty something dollars. I asked for six garlic knots. Waited over an hour and nothing. I call to find out and they tell me it’s going to be another hour to two hours because they are busy. I told them to cancel my order. They call me back five minutes later to confirm the canceled order. I told them I’m not waiting almost two hours. Then the young lady tells me it was a mistake and it will be leaving the store in few minutes if I still wanted the order. I said OK because the store is literally down the street. The food gets to my house and the order is wrong. I call the store and speak with the young girl who took my order. She tells me She made a mistake But since I wasn’t over charged would I like to place another order. I asked to speak with a manager or higher then her and was told no one was there right now. I told her to never mind. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE…. GO TO THE MIAMI LAKES STORE INSTEAD…. No type of compensation for the time or wrong order. That’s why it get only two stars from me. I never post reviews.

Chicken Salad Chick Menu with Prices 196 Alps Rd Ste 41A, Athens

Iâ??m so fed up with Chicken Salad Chick in Athens- the last FOUR times iâ??ve been here theyâ??ve completely messed up my order, and usually theyâ??re to-go orders so I donâ??t normally figure this out until iâ??m already home on the other side of town. Each time itâ??s been a very simple order, and each time theyâ??ll either forget something or give me the completely wrong thing. And this past time they didnâ??t give me the right sandwich AND forgot one of my sides. Honestly used to love this place but wouldnâ??t recommend it if you want half decent service.

2:00 is not a good time to order anything, person behind the counter of planet smoothie and the person at auntie Anne’s were both too busy to recognize me and my wife. After about 5 minutes of waiting at the register I asked if i was able to order anything, auntie Anne’s lady ignored us and the woman at planet smoothie mumbled something inaudibly about a smoothie she was making. It shouldn’t be this hard to order a pretzel that’s already been cooked ð???

Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Menu with Prices – 7592 W 119th St, Overland Park

1 Lonely star and if I could give less you’d get it. I’m a loyal Tropical Smoothie fan but this location is terrible. I placed a roughly $40 online order at 7:42pm and got to their store at 7:50, and walked out at 8:17pm. I walked in and watched as customer, after customer ordered Smoothies and/or food and walked out. I watched my food be made item by item then set aside and nothing. Finally, was asked and told we had a big order…. Yep, mine. They just chose not to make it. I loved the disconnect between food and smoothie prep. I told the food prep girl they simply needed to do better and she just kept referring to this mythical huge order that had no impact on anything. Finally, told me I had my order, well, just half of it. She then muttered I was an a…h… under hear breath. This is the 2nd time I’ve walked into this place with one person on break, 1 person making food, 1 on register, and the manager pulling trash duty but who makes the smoothies? Oh, and the food order, was wrong and I don’t think the plastic tie from the bread bag was supposed to come with my sandwich? We were running low at the house though, so thanks…Nice job!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe Menu with Prices 4280 S Soncy Rd Ste 100, Amarillo

Here now– thought we would try it out despite the negative review to see for ourselves. We ordered a wrap and a smoothie each and sat down. The wrap came out at about 8 minutes and it was DELICIOUS (must give credit where credit is due). We waited for our smoothies for a few minutes before eating, they were taking too long so went ahead and ate, finished, picked up and continued to wait… it’s been 30 minutes and we’re still sitting here waiting … Update – my husband went back to the register to check on our order and they lost our order. The employee asked for and took our receipt from him because they lost our ticket.. the time stamp on our receipt is 3:23pm, it is now 4:02 pm… we just received our smoothies without even a simple apology ..

Hy-Vee Market Grille Express – Menu with Prices – 2700 W 10th St, Sioux Falls

My husband and I went to the buffet last Sunday and it was awful. No one was clearing tables so there were minimal places to sit with no one actually occupying tables. We didn’t see any worker after 30 minutes of being there. 10 minutes of standing in the entrance another customer had to tell us to go out of the restaurant and order around the corner to pay at a register like a cafeteria. No water glasses, no one behind the bar and mostly importantly, no one checking on food. We wanted a refund but no grille employee ever showed up for us to make or complaints. We saw someone finally wiping tables on our way out. I’ve never had a worse buffet experience. Go to a different hyvee, this one was a mess.

AZ Pho & Grill – Menu with Prices – 1674 N Higley Rd Ste 104, Gilbert

I was really upset during my visit yesterday. My family and I got to sit down. Then maybe 5 minutes later 2 other parties sat down after us. They got helped before us.. then 10 mins later our Server realized she forgot about my table! Then finally we got to order we asked for a taro smoothie and our server said 25 MINUTES?? That’s insane, (when your serving you would want to upsell so you can get a bigger tip right?) lol. After ordering it took another 10 minutes for our waters… Finally our food came! It was good, probably why I’m giving them 2 stars instead of just 1. I came really hungry and it was very upsetting that my family got forgotten a lot. And this is the closest Pho restaurant by my house. I’ll be going elsewhere now.

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Nekter Juice Bar – Menu with Prices – 32068 Temecula Pkwy STE 100, Temecula

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and skip this place. Never have I felt this way about any establishment, but if I could give zero stars this would be the one. I went in on a random weekday afternoon, there was maybe two guests in front of us waiting patiently for their smoothie when we first arrived. We placed our order, staff was friendly at this point, and went to go sit and wait. After watching every person who ordered after us get their drinks, and after sitting for close to 45 minutes, while neither my party nor the ladies in front of us received a single drink. After waiting and realizing the staff wasn’t making our drinks ever, I finally went up to inquire about our smoothies. To which the staff member told me “I’ll be right with you to take your order” meaning my smoothies were A.) not being made, and B.) where never going to be made considering this staff member literally had no recollection my myself or my large order. After waiting for almost an hour, the staff then inform me they “forgot my ticket” and have to use my receipt to even see what I ordered, and at this point they tell me they will get to my smoothies “right after this order”. At this point I had been waiting for 4 smoothies, which I paid $10 a piece for, with over an hour wait and no sign of a sorry of any sort. Apologies, but no smoothie is worth $10 AND over an hour wait. I told him at this point, no thank you I have other plans, please just issue me a refund. This is where customer service skills would have come in handy, however the staff then processed to get rude and snappy, talking about how they didn’t know how to process a refund so they had to go make a call. 20 minutes later, a different employee emerges, and gives me cash back for two smoothies, no tax included, and tells me have a great day. At this time I had been waiting for over an hour, so I forfeited my money and left. If that tells you anything of how awful this experience was, I literally walked out paying for smoothies I didn’t even receive just to be able to leave that place. I don’t know why this location is so terrible, I have been to numerous Nekter’s with fantastic experiences, but please save yourself some money (literally) and avoid this location at all costs.
