The food here is really good. So I thought I’d return today and grab some stuff for dinner later because I didn’t feel like going the store. So I get my order and the lady who initially helped me was really nice and offered me which size. A younger girl with bad eyelash extensions came over to help. She charged me what he manager instructed her to charge. I paid her. I stepped aside to let another customer order her food. As the girl was bagging my food she saw me stand at the end of the counter and placed my food further and stated oh here you go. When she clearly saw where I was standing. To be honest, I could care less that I had to walk further to get my food. But the attitude was unnecessary. I thought I finally found a decent place in Fremont to eat but due to her nasty attitude I doubt I’ll come back. Anyways thanks for dinner for tonight. Normally I’d go with the lowest star rating but I couldn’t do it. Food is really awesome just be ware of that younger rude girl.

Laser Voyage Cafe – Menu with Prices – 1866 Buford Hwy, Duluth

Cute place and idea. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was that it was a bit small. However, once we got into the laser room I see where all the space was consumed so I totally didn’t mind anymore. Pricing: We went on a Wednesday and purchased the three games and pizza combo. The price was 9.99 and the pizza and drinks were all you can eat. Food: Guys, the pizza is freaking amazing! It comes out fresh and hot (be careful) and is so good. I am a pizza snob and accidentally had three slices. *Don’t ask how you accidentally keep eating something* The owner was very personable and you could tell he genuinely likes his job. He was training a younger boy who was running the loser games. There was also a younger girl in there with a slight attitude who kept yelling for us to move into the game room once we had our vests on. It was our first time there and nobody knew what to do. We moved into the room just for the boy to ask us to move back into the waiting area so he can give us directions. He was polite about it, but I was annoyed that she yelled with such attitude and confidence just to be wrong and didn’t apologize. The owner and young boy’s positive attitude made up for it … and obviously the pizza so I didn’t take off any stars. The kids had a lot of fun and my husband enjoyed himself a little too much. (He was on the floor rolling and shooting, jumping from layers, etc. I guess he thought it was time to live out his Black Ops Call of Duty fantasy). Guys, the pizza is so good. . . That’s all!

STONEFIRE Grill – Menu with Prices – 10680 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga

Just left and the girls that helped me were incredibly rude. First I ordered a Caesar salad with my dinner order and they called to ask what type of protein I wanted. I didn’t order any protein on it but when I got there the girl that helped me said “ok so you didn’t indicate which protein you wanted on your salad because it says here on the receipt that you DID want extra meat on the salad so you wanted it. ” I don’t know why anyone would order a Caesar salad with “extra meat” but it said it on the receipt for some reason so I told her to put chicken on it. She responded “ok they’re going to make it right now.” Cool, whatever. The second girl brought the rest of my order up and said “oh they took the ticket attached so I can’t check it but it looks like we have…” then proceeds to look at the food in the bag and do her best guess as to what it “looks like.” Another associate comes by with the first girl and they review the receipt on the computer and come to find out that I didn’t order “extra meat” on my Caesar salad. The first girl then comes up and says “oh sorry I don’t know what happened that added the extra meat. ” so she gave me my order and before I walk away I ask for the receipt that was attached and the second girl goes “well they email you your receipt so you should have it.” The reason I asked is because nobody checked my order according to my receipt to make sure I got everything; I didn’t trust the second girl’s guessing game. I then replied “well I usually get it with my order” because I actually do and the second girl responds “well I don’t know why you would need it because they email it to you.” I told her “I wanted it to check my order since you didn’t and they usually do give it to me but whatever.” I don’t know what’s up with the attitude from the staff and the “extra meat” at this place but I really can’t stand poor customer service. Its not that hard to give someone a piece of paper that you’re likely not going to use. They’re usually pretty good at checking my order with the receipt but today they decided giving me attitude and guessing what I might’ve ordered would suffice.

Buddy Chicken And Boba – Menu with Prices – 20 City Blvd W, Orange

4/5/19 2 star for customer service//3.5 for food/drinks …came here to grab a quick bite and drink. I noticed their menu changed a bit, they now have combos which I actually like. When we got in, there was no cashier at the store… but the cook was there to take our order ahead. We waited about 3 minutes and we saw the girl walking in, she didn’t look very apologetic that we had to wait for her to take our order. Our popcorn chicken and fries came out first, because the girl was still taking orders from the others that was also waiting behind us. We finally got our drinks. Our combo only came with one sauce, so we had asked for an extra. (The combo really needs two sauce, to be honest!) The girl said it was .25 cents extra (you would think she would just comp that .25 knowing we had to wait for her to return to her job) So we just paid it. As we were eating our combo, the girl left again… she went across the way to get her lunch(to go, I guess her order was ready) I’m just saying, it’s really bad customer service when you have to wait to be served….we too were on limited time. It was just the overall experience was not very pleasant. If the girl’s attitude was more apologetic, it would have been a diff story. I just came here for the plum popcorn chicken. I’m a fan of their plum popcorn chicken and their sriracha dipping sauce. I always get the green peach tea boba. Refreshing! Service here is pretty quick, staffs are cool.. Get your boba k

Thai Diamond 2 Menu with Prices 2222 SE 27th Ave, Amarillo

I work across the street. Always smells delicious. Called and placed a to-go order. Was NOT mentioned over the phone that they only accept cash. Walked up to the door, which has a sign on it that says CASH ONLY. Rather than be discourteous and not inform them, I went inside to let an employee know that I would have to cancel my order. Upon approaching the counter I thought there were no employees in the front of the house, until finally, a girl who I thought had been a customer got up from the table in which her and her partner were eating, and with a sigh she walked behind the counter. I let her know I’d have to cancel my order because I didn’t have cash. “You don’t have cash?” She asked while rolling her eyes. “No, I’m sorry.” “There’s an ATM in the parking lot right across the street.” “I know, I work across the street.” “Why don’t you just walk across the street and get some cash?” “Because I’m on my lunch break, I don’t have time.” (not that it’s any of your business) “So you want to cancel your order?” “Well yes I’m gonna have to.” Another sign and another eyeroll as she walks away mid-sentence to yell to the kitchen “cancel the to-go, she doesn’t have cash.” That was the end of our conversation as she sat back down at the table with her partner to finish her lunch that I had so rudely interrupted. -A simple “by the way, we take cash only” when I placed my order over the phone would have meant this never happened in the first place. -Girl who works at the counter weekdays at noon needs a serious attitude adjustment and to have a date with (what I assume was) her boyfriend when she’s NOT on the clock. Sadly I won’t be returning due to the way I was treated. Plus cash only is a real pain. It’s a shame because it always smells amazing, so you get two stars instead of one.

Buffet Royale Carvery – Menu with Prices – 17202 95 Ave NW, Edmonton

The food was decent with the exception of the corn on the cob. My issue was rhe lack of service. Not one time did any of the servers come to fill our drinks or see how the food was. When I went to pay our bill my wife had said out loud not to give a tip because of the poor service when the girl at the front counter heard this she started complaining that we were making her lose money by not tipping. My wife replied had we had good service she would be more then happy to tip. Then the girl said “Well, i may be loosing money from you but at least these other tables will tip. I had to walk away and let my wife finish paying as i was too angry by the negative attitude, and sheer rudeness of this cashier. Tipping is not a requirement, and certainly not for poor service! My family comes here once a month. I think i may have to find another place now.

Noble Vegetarian – Menu with Prices – 4630, 5049 College Oak Dr a, Sacramento

I have been coming here frequently for the past 2 or 3 years. I love this place so much. The food is usually incredible. I’ve tried a lot of different things on the menu. My favorite being the lemongrass vegeken. The staff are all very sweet and the hospitality is unmatched. It’s difficult to not want to become personal with the staff because they are so warm. My review would be a definite 5 stars but there’s one thing that has made me come perhaps a little less frequently and that is a newer waitress. The first time she served me she was very rude and short with me. I would say “thank you” any time she brought anything to our table and she would walk away in a huff as if we were awful guests and an inconvenience to her. When she would bring the check she would seem impatient for you to hurry up and pay. It’s perfectly okay to continue a conversation after your meal, especially when they aren’t busy. I’ve tried to empathize with her, maybe she was having a bad day but it continues. I’d say maybe out of the 12 times she’s been my waitress she’s been kind a total of 3 times. I gave her that many chances. I’m very forgiving. Her attitude makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is completely unnecessary and opposite her job description… I don’t think someone with such an attitude problem belongs in the service industry. I shouldn’t have to order to-go just to avoid being treated this way. In fact I manage at a restaurant and even with the food being so amazing, a bad attitude is bad for business.

Sushi Takara – Menu with Prices – 1970 Lancaster Dr NE #111, Salem

I come today to change my review from 4 stars to 2. I still give the sushi itself 4 stars, but today I branched out and tried a bento, and found it lackluster. Salad was wilted dark greens, very dry and dull looking, with what seemed to be mayo glopped on top. The tempura was greasy and tasteless The miso soup bland So a star comes off because less than half my meal was edible to me. But I’m also taking another star off because of the older guy who works there (owner?) and his shitty attitude towards customers. Made me want to just walk out, and I’m not sure I’ll even bother going there again, because this was not the first time his craptrastic attitude pissed me off while spending money there. The younger man, and the woman, are lovely. But it only takes one bad experience to never go back, and this might be it for me. Sad, because I really do like the sushi, but not with that kind of “hospitality”, you can keep it.

Penn Station East Coast Subs – Menu with Prices – 4827 Davis Lant Dr, Evansville

Tonight my boyfriend and I went to the Penn Station on Davis Lant. We placed our order and noticed it was taking awhile… the business started to pick up more when a group of guys came in after we had been waiting about 20 minutes and got their food before we did. They were very understaffed, only two workers, lady about 40 and the other about 20. After it had been past 30 minutes, I asked if they had started my order yet. The younger lady had to ask the other worker twice to get her to answer and the older lady working replied “well I can” with an attitude. She seemed to go in the back a lot and possibly be doing prep instead of working on our order. Although the cashier (2nd register where you pay), the younger lady, (her name tag said Katelyn) I noticed how busy she kept herself and she kept a smile on her face with a pleasant attitude while greeting customers. But since the older lady at the first register had not yet started on our order after over a half hour, I asked for my money back. It was a disappointment. And I felt bad for the hard working young lady having to deal with upset customers over having to overly wait on their food because the other worker wasn’t staying on the #1 task of a restaurant: making customers orders. There were several others who had been waiting almost as long as we had.

Tokyo House – Menu with Prices – 1957 N Peace Haven Rd, Winston-Salem

To the cashier girl!! Literally just left here, you have the worst attitude and are super rude, not friendly and clearly not happy. I ordered over $45 in takeout, the girl running the register looked like she hated her life the moment she saw customers walk in. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, you learn to leave your problems at the door. Trying to be nice I left her a tip when paying. I go to sit and wait on my to go order, she brings the food out, I walk over to grab some white sauce which is beside the drink machine in squeeze bottles. I see there’s no lids so I walk up to ask for some and she says I need to open up my bag and give her back the sauces she already put in there first. I said oh I didn’t realize, I don’t want to waste the sauce I already poured, can I not just get a lid for it? she said no because it cost extra. The bag was tied tight so I had to rip open my bag and hand her the sauce back because I didn’t want to use my card for a tablespoon of sauce. Needless to say I didn’t get a new bag when it was obvious I had destroyed mine and I tipped the rudest teenager in the world. Apparently takeout customers who tip have to pay for sauce and people who dine in dont. Dont put it out to the public if its not free. Quit your job if you hate it so much. You guys need to fire this girl, she obviously doesn’t need the job that bad. The only positive side about this place is guys in the back look like they’re working hard and they make good food.

Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 13704 164 Street Northwest, Edmonton

This is the first time a new location apparently does not care about their customers, it’s a sad day to see that the rating is not even 3 stars! I did the drive through, asked for a frozen Chi and fries with 2 ranch dressing. The lineup was a few cars in but knowing that any other Tim’s I’ve been to, it did not concern me, I thought it wouldn’t be long at all…Pfffft guess I got that wrong! Finally I am next after this truck…sitting, sitting, sitting….WTF! What seemed eternity, they finally opened the window and served the guy…1 big bag, then they closed the window, 2-3 min later opened again and gave him 1 tray of drinks, another few min, another tray came……seriously! I finally get to the window, I see my fries sitting there screaming “cold” as they sit by the window, the lady slowly grabs a cup and gets my drink together, when she finally comes to the window, I said “not one fry better be cold, because you had the option of telling that guy to pull off to the side since it was a large order and let the other customers get served” she passed me my goods and closed the window. I pulled off to the side and checked my fries, warm to touch and only 1 ranch dressing! The nonchalant attitude spoke volumes, they will not be getting my business again!

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – Blue Diamond Crossing S/C, 4262 Blue Diamond Rd Suite 101, Las Vegas

Oh where should I start. For starters I don’t normally write reviews but I think people should know what goes on here. I’ve been to this location a few times and normally I don’t have a problem bc most the girls are great..  The shorter girl that looks like she hates life in there however had the worst attitude I have seen and it’s not the first time I’ve received this attitude when I’ve been served by her. The 1st time I figured she was having a bad day but now I just see she just has an attitude. She’s mumbles and I can barely understand anything she’s saying with the music being up and the other girls, who actually have great customer service are talking. The way she question things is confusing and she was making my sandwich weird and I didn’t understand what she was doing. She was putting all the veggies on first and then my protein and I thought she was going to warm up my sandwich with the veggies on it and it just confused me. So I told her I didn’t want the veggies warmed up and she had an attitude about how she’s not going to and that she was putting the tuna on last. Her customer service is just terrible. I think she needs some coaching. I do want to let you know that I work in the blue diamond plaza so I will most likely be going back to Subway but she needs so e coaching. I didn’t get her name. I don’t normally complain about things but I was disgusted. The food is good

Tipico Centroamericano Cafe – Menu with Prices – 1680 NW 36th St, Miami

I’ve been coming here for years because it was near my high school and a lot of the people I know are from Central America so I got accustomed to eating the food. The food is good, yes and I’m not saying this because I personally know one of the cooks, I’m saying it because it’s a decent serving for the price and it’s actually pretty good homemade food. The attention and the place itself is what’s lacking. For a person who has been coming here for I’m going to say over 10 years, I know this spot is busier than the rest because I’ve experienced it, even late night and specially when there’s a game going on. I’m not sure if it’s just how they are overall (& to be honest not all of waitresses are like this) or if it’s because I’m a girl but 90% of the time I come, even when I come with my friends, I/we get treated differently than the others dining, specially men. I’ve seen it happen before at bars and stuff but for as much as I come here, I feel like that whole attitude thing would of subside by now. Just because I do love the food, I continue to eat from here I just take out rather than eat in which is sad. Also, the place itself does need a little “pick me up”. The chairs and tables are old and don’t match. It’s more of a “put together” kind of place. Nonetheless if you do want to eat good tipico central american food for a cheap price you should try it, maybe takeout would be better.
