I have been coming to Sam’s for many years. They have a great selection of Wine, Meat Cheeses, Breads and Sandwiches. All of the Staff at Sam’s are sweet and very helpful. They are always so busy, but they get you in and out quickly, so you can enjoy your food and get back to work on time. I love the new Sausage Sandwich with the peppers. It is a hot sandwich, and it is packed with a lot of sausage, cheese and peppers. OMG you have to try it….it is so good. I do a lot of shopping for myself and for friends. I also do shopping for gifts and parties. They have a great selection of drinks, sodas, cookies, pasta, and of course their deli is always packed full of great things to eat.

A & N Italian Deli – Menu with Prices – 17956 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater

I’ve passedâ?? this place 100 times since moving to St Pete a year ago and finallyâ?? decided to stop. It’sâ?? a great little shop, you can see it from up on the highway but don’tâ?? blink or you’ll miss it. It actually sits on the access road. I think in any other parallelâ?? universe they wouldâ?? have a higher four or a five,â?? but Iived in the Italian Market in Philly and I’m not sure I picked the right sandwich. The place has a great selection of cookies, â??pastaâ?? (dry and frozen) and imported items. The deli case is stuffed with olives, wedges of cheeses and things like bricole, meatball, â?? and arancini.â?? I ordered the Romeo and Juliet – Italian Sausage, peppersâ??, onions, â??and cheese on a roll. The whole sandwich is HUGE and overall a great value, theirâ?? seeded roll is one of the best I’ve had in Florida. The sausage had a great flavor but was pale and slicedâ?? into little pieces that fell out of the roll, the peppers and onions looked steamed and had no flavor. I’m guessing I was expecting the â??whole sausage, browned with grilled flavorful peppers and onions. And the little bit of sauceâ?? they tossed it in did nothing to save the flavor. The second piece was the “pork” in the name… I guess I’m used to that meaning that they have roast pork sandwiches (?) and didn’t see any on the menu or specials. They had a pork cutlet and pork on a Rickey Ricardo (Cuban Sandwich)…but that was it. I’ll give it another try based on the grocery items they carry and the amazing seeded rolls.

B C Baking Co Menu with Prices 27 Como Rd, Hyde Park

Tucked away in the residential neighborhood of Readville, not far from the Dedham line, and directly behind St. Anne’s Church and the old parish school, BC Baking Company is the go to place for locals who are looking for their daily loaf of bread, a slice or two of Sicilian pizza for lunch, or a holiday special such as Pizza Gana, the Italian Easter pie chock full of eggs, meats and cheeses.. . Along with the breads and rolls, cookies, cakes and pies you would expect from a traditional bakery, owner Jim Mariano offers a wide selection of deli meats, cheeses, and fresh made on the premises Italian sausages. Whether extra mild or extra hot and spicy, Karen is the professional sausage maker, who will happily make yours to order if you call ahead. And if you’re craving a traditional meat and cheese packed Italian sub from the deli, Jim’s daughter Deletta is the one to ask for.. . There is no denying that if you’re not familiar with the Readville neighborhood, BC Baking is not easy to find, but it is well worth going out of your way to discover. And when you’re there, be sure to try one of Jim’s famous calzones. My favorite is a fresh out of the brick oven chicken parm calzone.

Genova Bakery – Menu with Prices – 749 N Sierra Nevada St, Stockton

I used to go to this place with my grandma when I was a kid for their bread and always loved it. With some butter or jam, it always hits the spot. It was tradition at grandma’s house always have Genova bread with our spaghetti, so even now I make a point to grab some whenever I plan on making a pasta dinner. It wasn’t until I was an adult and a co-worker brought here to grab a sandwich did I realize how great the deli was. Now I love to grab the family sandwiches on weekends at least once a month! I love the combo with pepperoni and salami, but their hot coppa is delicious too. They also have some goodies, like little cheese cakes, cookies, dry pasta, jarred goods, and near the holidays they get Panettone. This is a wonderful little local spot and I plan to visit them as long as I can!

Walton Hills Delicatessen – Menu with Prices – 7601 Walton Rd, Cleveland

I’m a regular at the deli. That’s what everyone calls it just the deli. I grew up in Walton Hills and absolutely love the deli. The owner is such a sweetheart and really takes care of his customers. He has a vast assortment of pre-made sandwiches, subs, and pasta salads. He also has smokies and crab cakes. Everything is really good. It’s not really advertised but he makes a great hot corned beef sandwich! It’s on of the delis hidden secrets! You just need to ask for it. The meat is piled high and you can get any cheese or condiments you like added. I usually go for Swiss and horseradish. The prices are great too. None of the sandwiches cost more than 5 or 6 dollars, most are $3.99. How can you go wrong with a 10 inch sub for $3.99? He also has a nice craft beer section where you can purchase by the bottle. I love getting a sandwich and a new beer to try whenever I stop in.

Tutto Fresco – Menu with Prices – 1808 N Tustin Ave, Santa Ana

I typically love ordering food from Tutto Fresco especially for family parties and office parties. The flavor of the food and seasoning are delicious. But.. this is the second time I order the Truffle Shrimp pasta at lunch for myself and it is so greasy, to the point where there is more butter and grease than there is linguine pasta. I posted a picture of sea of butter and grease. I want to continue to order food from here but I will not until I see that they cut back on the unnecessary greasiness that makes that pasta not eatable. (I have ordered the Truffle Shrimp pasta from the Orange location and the second time from the Santa Ana location). Otherwise the flavor of other dishes are pretty good and catering for family parties is easy to do with them.

Ragonese Italian Imports Menu with Prices 409 New Scotland Ave, Albany

Absolutely delicious subs! Stopped by for an American Mix sub on this lovely Saturday. My sub was monstrous! They must’ve put a pound and a half of meat on it Perfectly cooked and seasoned Boars Head roast beef. Delicious turkey and ham(both Boars Head as well) and very flavorful American cheese(did I mention it was Boars Head as well lol). All these delicious meats on an awesome, fresh sub roll made for one of the best deli subs I may have every had Also had a side of their pasta salad which was also delicious. It had katimala olives and fresh feta cheese(I believe) in it with colored rotini pasta. Yum. Anyway this place is the quintessential Italian Deli/Import Store with a very decent selection of everything Italian as far as food goes. I will definitely be back and I suggest stopping by if your in the neighborhood.

A Touch of Italy – Menu with Prices – 7890 Summerlin Lakes Dr # 101, Fort Myers

OMG! after relocating from the north, it was very difficult finding a good Italian deli/market and restaurant. Well, A Touch of Italy is all this in one!! They make their own pasta, which I can attest the ravioli and their sauce is delicious. The sauce is not a heavy nor spicy sauce, just right and I found a couple of nice pieces of garlic in there as well. The sausage is home made, I bought some hot sausage and was not disappointed. They make all their own foods. Back home, we had an Italian bakery that made a rum cake that was out of this world. A Touch of Italy’s brought those memories back. Nice rum flavor, creamy pudding and a little soggy on the bottom!! I can’t say enough about this place. They even have a small restaurant that you can eat there. They have a great deli, and fresh meat, cheeses, frozen pasta, dough, and the list goes on and on. I have found my new happy place!!

A & J Polish Deli – Menu with Prices – 1215 W Lincoln Ave, Milwaukee

A & J Polish Deli is awesome. This is a Traditional Polish Deli with many different kinds of Polish Sausages & Polish Foods, including Polish Soda that is imported from Poland according to the bottles. The owners are really nice people from Poland. Adam & Jagwiga are awesome people. I Love listening to them talk with their Polish Accents. It reminds me of listening to my Busia & Dziadzia (Grandma & Grandpa in Polish). I absolutely Love shopping at A & J Polish Deli. There are not too many Polish Places that are left in Milwaukee. European Homemade Sausage Shop on Muskego Avenue was a Polish Sausage Shop that Sadly closed up about 2 Years Ago now. They had the best Fresh Homemade Polish Sausage next to my Family’s. Frank who was the owner of European Homemade Sausage Shop really knew his stuff when it came to making sausage. I now shop at A & J Polish Deli since European Homemade Sausage Shop closed. The Southside of Milwaukee used to be predominantly Polish, German, & Irish. There are only a handful of Polish Places & History that is left in Milwaukee County. The Basilica Of Saint Josaphat which is also known as St. Josaphat’s Polish Roman Catholic Church which my Great Great Grandparents helped build in 1897 is still here. It is just down the block on 6th & Lincoln from A & J Polish Deli. St. Stanislaus Catholic Church which is a Polish Catholic Church is on 5th & Mitchell. There is one Polish restaurant that is left in Milwaukee County besides Polish Fest which is ‘America’s Largest Polish Festival’ & The Polish Center Of Wisconsin In Franklin. I am Happy that I found A & J Polish Deli. They sell all kinds of Polish stuff there including Polish Tyskie Beer. They sell all kinds of Polish Food. Some are imported from Poland. Some are imported from Polish Stores or Deli’s in Chicago. Some is listed on the signs as Homemade which is awesome. Go shopping at A & J Polish Deli. I Promise that you won’t be disappointed. B&B Bagel Company – South – Menu with Prices – 124 E Nifong Blvd, Columbia

This is the place to be on a Sunday morning!! Well either this or church (food is my church). We came at 8am, and the place was packed already! They were quick, and the ladies at the counter were very attentive to orders. I really appreciate how they repeat your order back to you every time. I got the eggwich with sausage on an asiago bagel – the sandwich was incredible, but the bagel was lacking. It really tasted like a plain bagel, rather than any hint of cheese. Disappointing. However, my friends both got everything bagels and said they were really good. Very reasonable prices – 3 sandwiches only cost $12. They also have a drive through for easy orders, which can get really packed and long!

Ohio City Pasta – West Side Market (Stand F1 & F2) – Menu with Prices – 1979 W 25th St, Cleveland

AMAZING pasta says the woman married into an Italian family who knows a thing or two about what “real” pasta is, makes it homemade herself & grew up in a nearby city where our Little Italy/Italian community makes its pasta & authentic Italian foods nothing to mess with. Not only is this pasta as fresh & handmade as one could wish for, but it’s delicious & FULL of flavor! Oftentimes places with “flavored” pastas have flavors that barely come through, but this company serves pasta that has its flavors come through in every bite you take. On our recent trip to the West Side Market, we purchased gnocci, plain homemade angel hair, sundried tomato homemades & the flavor packed cheese & potato stuffed “pierogies”. All of which were to die for & full of love & flavor in every bite!!! Shhh…dont tell anyone, but this company puts all my local pasta makers to shame. It’s that good!! My only mistake is not buying any of their many flavors to choose from Raviolis & yummy looking sauces. Every time I’m in town, Ohio City Pasta will be a must stop!

Golden Gate Market Deli & Liquor – Menu with Prices – 2767 Lombard St, San Francisco

I’m a big fan of deli sandwiches so when Yelp had mentioned this place in one of their email newsletters a while back I bookmarked it. And today I finally had the chance to check it out. It’s like any liquor store but with a deli sandwich counter in the back. The choices are endless and I could have spent forever just trying to decide what to get since all of them sounded so good. I got the One of the Boys (I think it was called) with cajun turkey, spiced salami and cheese on a sweet roll. It was toasted but not too much that it would rip the top of your mouth off (which I despise). The sandwich was good and at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it for sandwich friends.

Fusion Diner and Cakery – Menu with Prices – 3600 Court St, Syracuse

The good – Servers were attentive and courteous, prices fair. The bad – The menu selection is mundane, much the same as a dozen other diners. Certainly not the variety or quality offered by the Good Life Diner that previously occuppied this space. My wife’s sandwich featured somewhat stale bread, slathered with a dressing that she had requested to be on the side. Oh well, mistakes happen. She refused to have the oversight corrected as she is not prone to complaining. However, she did not enjoy her lunch and took half home to try to repair it later. As for my order, I would caution anyone to ask lots of questions. It is my own fault I assumed a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions would be similar to the classic found at the State Fair or countless other restaurants. My sandwich featured sliced sausage, peps and onions in a red sauce, covered in cheese. I wish the sauce and cheese had been mentioned in the menu description. I don ‘t care for red sauce and didn’t want cheese, but chose to not complain since, at this point, we just wanted to leave, and had no time to request a new order or debate why this item was not as expected. I believe a menu should be accurate. Tell me what I’m getting. How is one to know which questions to ask? I took half home, although I’m not sure what to do with it. All in all, we will not be going back to Fusion.
