Now I’m not new to Hookahs but this was my first hookah lounge that I had been too. The location is good as it’s right across from Fresno State but maybe attracts a bad crowd as there is a gunshot hole in the front window. The lounge itself was VERY humid/hot and hard to breathe in. It felt like someone put a sweater on me. They do have a ventilator in the middle of the room but it seems that it’s not enough. It does looks pretty nice and modern inside with lots of TV with sports on. There is also plenty of seating and even one corner table that has a playstation set up which I thought was cool. The service was EXTREMELY good. The person helped my table was very attentive and asked if the flavor was good. They will change/add shisha if you are not happy with what you have. They also come by every 5 minutes to quickly switch out the coals. What I was disappointed with was that the cloud and flavor was just not there with the hookah they gave us. Maybe we picked a bad flavor but even then the hookah itself just sucked. We had better experiences with a small $20 hookah.

Mystic Hookah Cafe – Menu with Prices – 1219 W University Ave #10, Gainesville

When you go to a hookah lounge you?ll either get extremely lousy service and decent hookah or extremely lousy service and terrible hookah. This is the only hookah lounge where I have gotten incredible customer service and amazing high quality hookah. The owner, was probably one of the nicest people I?ve ever met in my life. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is even better. I?m not from Gainsville but this place easily tops all the places in my hometown of Dallas. If I?m ever back , I?ll make sure to come here again.

Dream Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 37381 Fremont Blvd, Fremont

Oh my gosh, this place is amazing. It’s so so so hard to come across a good hookah lounge. Not because of the environment or even the hookah but because of the service. This place completely made my jaw drop with the service. The ONLY issue I had was the fact that they didn’t really know if I was actually of age from my ID. Lots of people get confused with that though. Other than that, the owner was so sweet. We (group of 2) came in about 1hr before closing. We ordered a bad mix and asked if we could get another flavor. The person I asked happened to be the owner. He tried it and said he’d give us another for free. Super understanding right off of the bat. He then asked if we wanted anything to drink and suggested his tea. It was amazing and not expensive for the amount you get! He introduced himself and also offered us a snack from Turkey to try. It was delicious! The new flavor he had his worker make us was also perfect. I was so blown away by the service. The woman that was working was also kind, helpful, and attentive. I’ve been here 2x before and I’d still give it 5 stars those times too. What makes this so special to me is the owner’s humbleness and kindness. I’ve been to maaaany lounges and this is my favorite now. I’m willing to drive 20-30 min for this great service!

Arabian Knight Hookah and Coffee Lounge – Menu with Prices – 52 N Queen St #5a, Lancaster

I went to Arabian Knights before going out for drinks with friends in Lancaster. The atmosphere was intimate with several different rooms and choices between couches, chairs, and floor seating with pillows. The hookah menu is fairly diverse and very affordable. The staff is knowledgeable and were very quick and attentive. They walked around and checked and changed coals without being asked. The shisha was good and the hookahs pulled fine! They also offered a flavored water option with the hookah which was a great addition. It was the perfect place to go hang out before or after drinks or dinner! My only complaint is that the food and drink menu was not very large, but that wasn’t why I was there anyway. Also, I would prefer different background music to the indian music they had playing. (P.S. Arabian Knights CLEARLY states on their menus and other places throughout the lounge that customers are not to touch the hookahs. It is to protect both the customer and the lounge. The staff was very willing to assist us with anything we needed and there was really no reason we would have had to mess with the hookah ourselves, hence the point of going to a lounge to smoke.)

Marrakesh Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 5192 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee

The service here is ridiculous. My 4 friends and I stayed at a resort in Orlando and received coupons for different attractions, restaurants, and other activities within the city. When we arrived at the lounge, we were ID’d by a police officer outside and were told that there was a “$10 cover fee” (to our surprise) by him and another lady who came from inside the lounge. We paid the fee and walked into a terrible selection of music, different from what was stated by other reviewers here on Yelp. After a few minutes, we were greeted by an employee and we proceeded to ask what the best flavor options were for the hookah. She gave her opinion, we placed an order specifically for ONE hookah, and a friend went to the bar with the coupon (pictured) to pay for it. The regular hookah price is $20 and with the 20% off coupon, it should have made the cost $16, or at least $16 without tax. We were still charged $20.08, but we disregarded that. We waited a good 15-20 minutes after the fact that we had already paid before the lady brought the hookah to our table along with 5 mouthpieces. She asked me if we wanted any drinks, we said no, she put the menu away for us, and walked away. The 5 of us carried on, smoking the hookah for approximately another 15 minutes before we were approached by the bartender and told that we had to either purchase another hookah or purchase drinks because “only two people are allowed per hookah”. We had no problem with buying two hookahs outside of the fact that the server never mentioned that, even when she knowingly brought out FIVE mouthpieces and ONE hookah. She should have stated that to us when we ordered just one hookah instead of waiting until after she brought it out with 5 mouthpieces. We pointed that out to the bartender and she acted as if she couldn’t hear us over the music. She went back to get the original woman who took our order and brought out the hookah to our table and she said the same thing as the bartender. We continued to make it a point that their “two people to a hookah” rule was not previously mentioned and is not disclosed on their menu, so we refused to be ripped off by purchasing another or purchasing $5 fountain drinks. The lady said that we would have to leave, which we had no problem doing so. With that being said, if you are a tourist/not native to the area, DO NOT GO TO MARRAKESH HOOKAH LOUNGE. It was evident after being carded that we were not from the state, so it seems as though they made an easy $70 total (between the “cover fee” and the hookah itself) in under an hour. Again, we did not have a problem with purchasing multiple hookahs, but because it was not stated that we had to do so prior to ordering, we stuck with one flavor. The hookah and atmosphere was not worth paying them more– it was the principle of the matter. We will not be returning.

Bliss Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 2229 Lincoln Ave, San Jose

Avid hookah smoker for the past .. since 07. I love checking out new lounges in San Jose. Supporting new businesses but it’s mostly the fact that it’s owned by a girl. Which is like YES! You go girl! That’s such goals. I’ve heard many great things about Bliss weeks before I decided to even try it out. Honestly, the parking lot is narrow and I missed it the first time but no biggie. I love that this lounge is so close to where I live. I honestly was hesitant on trying this place out because other women can be so intimidating, but I heard that Victoria the owner was super nice and indeed she is super sweet. She is so caring and attentive. First time I went here was I think 3 days ago, I told her to make me anything she wanted that was fruity and minty. I ordered a hookah and a refill. She came out with the flavors and had me smell them to see which one I liked more. I never go to a lounge and expect them to make an exact bowl with my own flavor choice and compare it to another lounge because each lounge has their own way on making it. Each lounge that I go to, I have a go to flavor. Took two days here, but my now go to flavor is White Rabbit with extra mint. Smoked the same flavor last night. Ordered a hookah and 2 refills. Her prices are so great like money saver! The hookah hits well. Her lounge is Alice and Wonderland themed, I’m a huge art anything fan so to see art painted on her walls it’s great. Now to the bathroom, it’s clean and she has women products from women essentials , to hair ties, to moisture wipes, sprays to use etc. It’s very nice of her to provide that. Overall, Her lounge is clean, comfy, I haven’t had any complaints. I do wish they opened earlier but it’s rare for me to crave a certain flavor from a certain lounge so quickly. Today, I waited for her lounge to open. (Addict problems) I think the only thing I would suggest if they can put like an automatic light that switches on when someone walks into their back lot because it’s pretty dark back there late at night. Temporarily that’s when phone flashlights come in handy.

Layaly Café & Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 5534 Albemarle Rd #111, Charlotte

I’ve been to this place countless times since I’ve moved to Charlotte. It is by far the best hookah lounge in North Carolina. I’ve been smoking hookah for a long time and have even owned a hookah lounge back in Maryland so my recommendation does not come lightly. I am very particular about the places I frequent and this place has never left me with any complaints. The actual lounge itself is beautiful and always clean. It is a newer property and you can really see that. On top of that, all of the staff is super friendly and at this point even good friends. Whenever you come here they will treat you like family. I come in very regularly and know many of the staff by name at this point. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some good hookah and good vibes. It is def not a club atmosphere which I love. It is a proper lounge like you’d find in many Arab countries. To the owners: I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Muhammad and Dana. They’re always very welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond every single time. Actually everyone does but they’re the ones at our tables the most

Fusion Hookah Lounge & Smoke Shop – Menu with Prices – 2205 W Berry St, Fort Worth

Oh man… Where to begin. I am a bit of a hookah Connoisseur. I’ve smoked Hookah in Europe and America. I’ve smoked everything from Al fakher to Tangiers. So when I say this was hands down THE WORST HOOKAH BAR I have ever been to, know that this is not an exaggeration. This had over 4 stars when I saw it on Yelp. Thought to myself “Cool! Fort Worth has some decent hookah bars!” Boy was I wrong… Get in. The cashier was chill. Asked him what hookah flavors and listed different brands. Dude had no idea what I was talking about… Finally settled on Social Smoke “absolute zero.” So I sit down. Took them 20 minutes to get us our hookah. It was quick light coals. And then. It wouldn’t smoke. I could pull a little bit out cuz I have been smoking for over a decade. However my friends couldn’t pull anything out. I popped out the hose. Turned it down towards an ash tray. And then WATER. WATER STRAIGHT POURED OUT INTO THE TRAY. This happened 6 more times because they filled it too full!? And it took them aolmost 30 minutes to bring out new coals!!! I have been to a lot of crappy hookah establishments in the 11 years that I have been smoking hookah. This is the first place I’ve ever been where they actually filled it too full with water. Like what the actual heck?? How can you even be in business as a hookah lounge if you don’t even know how the damn thing works?? Like it’s not hard to fill it decently!!! How do you screw that up?!? The owners should sell the place to people who know what they are doing and understand their customer base. The fact that these people are still in business is proof that there is a higher power in the universe. Truly disappointing.

V3nom Cafe & Lounge – Menu with Prices – 246-09 Jericho Turnpike, Jamaica

Verdict: A definite 5 stars. Can’t go wrong. New lounge that opened up in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in. First, this lounge is in a great location. It’s right off the highway (cross island parkway exit 27E) and the parking on the street is EASY. Something all of us NYers can appreciate. First impression, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by multiple individuals with smiles and they were very courteous in seating me quickly. Decor is very clean and simple and I immediately loved how the music in the lounge was at a reasonable level. I’m able to have conversations without yelling. They have TVs around the lounge and from my understanding, they broadcast all the sporting events including NFL redzone on sundays which is great because I can enjoy hookah and football at the same time. Hookah: I ordered aphrodite mixed with deadpool which is both fruit undertones with paan and it was very aromatic, fragrant and had a great taste. Everything is served on lotus heads which i’m happy about as that really enhanced the longevity of my hookah. I had no issues getting goals immediately and didn’t have to ask for coal changes. Staff: everyone seems very jolly and humble and it’s great to see good customer service like this. Hookah lounges are so ahead of their game in the Queens area as compared to Manhattan, Toronto, etc that the only thing differentiating these lounges are customer service. 5 stars for the effort all night. Conclusion: definite go. I will return and I recommend this lounge to everyone. It’s great because my friends who come from long island to smoke hookah with me can now meet me at this lounge which is much closer for them as compared to steinway which is a much longer driver plus parking hassle Keep up the great work and see you again soon!

Walker’s Hookah Cafe – Menu with Prices – 116 Gillespie St, Fayetteville

Had an amazing time tonight here! Mouthpieces we’re all new and you open them yourself just like any respectable hookah lounge, the hookahs were clean and the servers keep them ashed and clean taking care of them as soon as you would need it! Reminded me of being back where I am from in California and Miami definitely a plus! Alex who was on of the people who helped us, was amazing! He is very personable and funny! Great guy! And our waiters(?) Who helped us we’re very attentive and helpful. Very fun experience, we even got bubbles given to us to pass time while we were smoking. Definitely going to be coming back here and bringing friends with me! 10/10 for me! Happy for the experience and will be back soon!

Jarose Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 1414 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas

Living in Vegas for over 20 years and being an avid hookah smoker, I can say with no hesitation that Jarose Hookah Lounge is one of the best lounges I have ever been to. The mood and atmosphere of the lounge is very chill and relaxing. The workers, including the owners are very professional and welcoming. Aside from the service, the flavors are amazing. My personal favorites were French Kiss and the Jarose house mix. There are many hookah lounges out here in Vegas but Jarose is the way to go. Doesn’t matter if you want to go with friends, family or just on your own, you will feel super relaxed and have a great overall time. I would highly recommend getting the Luna glass hookahs even if you’re new to the hookah game, it lasts a very long time and is super smooth.

Fire And Ice Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 40675 Grimmer Blvd, Fremont

A friend and I were looking for a hookah lounge one evening and after hearing good things about Fire N Ice, we decided to check it out! We arrived around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Lucky for us because Happy Hour is all day on Wednesdays, so the Regular Hookah is ~$12! It wasn’t too crowded yet so we ordered hookah and grabbed an area to sit in. We wanted something a little bit unique so we went with a mix of Blueberry Muffin and Mint flavors. The hookah hit pretty well and lasted a while. The worker did come by to rotate the coals which I appreciate. It is a bit loud in here (like most hookah places), so maybe not the best place for talking or catching up, but if you’re looking for a relaxing spot with good music to smoke hookah that’ll last you around 2 hours, Fire N Ice does the job!

Cedar Lounge – Menu with Prices – 904 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater

Let me tell you!!!! BEST freaking Hookah Lounge in town! All the times that I’ve visited, I have never not even, once, been disappointed! The hookah last like all night no joke! They have some boomb flavors! The food is tasty as well! The owners are the sweetest! I have experience the best customer service in Cedar Lounge. And it’s so chill. You choose the music you want to hear. Everything is comfortable during the week. But the weekends! Oh Lord! They have Latin nights and I dance so much! The people are always friendly! And I am very picky with my places ð??¯ so I will definitely recommend Cedar Lounge. They just earned a forever customer. I am glad Rob & Shea (owners) recovered their business because the other guy sucked!
