After having a beautiful Saturday of shopping today with family, my daughter decided she wanted some sushi. We found this place and read the reviews. Nice. When we arrived, the place was nice and clean but our server must felt like we was a problem. With only 1 person dining in, it took 7 mins. to serve us OK no problem after she brought our drinks she still had an attitude with taking our orders. Before we continue to inconvenience we informed her that we will pay for our food to go because we felt she really didnâ??t want to serve us. She was not the cook the 3 guys that was behind the glass window was, so the cooks packed our food, we paid for our meals she was cussing in there language and we left. Never again. The service was terrible.

So the employees of this place treat their customers like s***. Majority of the customers wouldnâ??t know this as they donâ??t understand the language these people speak. My husband and I speak the same language as one of their employees who didnâ??t know the fact. We had placed an order on the phone which they hadnâ??t received. There are two restaurants with the same name in the area and we happened to place the order at the other one. So this guy calls this other place which is probably owned by the same person. So he calls there, tells them that the customer they were expecting is here, using extremely filthy language, using swear words in their language for god knows why. My husband Starts talking to him in his language and asks about swearing and all, this guy starts tripping and lying n all. So just fyi, these people may smile in your face and greet, they are still making fun of you, cursing and commenting on you either behind your back or right in your face in their language. SHAME on the management team and the ownership who let this happen.

Fist time I visited back in July they had just got their Keto crust and I went with my family, anxious to try it. Get in line and up to the counter at noon and they say they are out of Keto crust. I ate a salad while they ate pizza.. . Today, I thought many weeks later, they would have that bug ironed out so I ordered off of the app and placed an order for a Keto crust pizza and a regular. It all goes through and I pay for it. . . My husband goes to pick it up and there is a terrible wreck on medical center parkway and he has to do all kinds of running around to find a way into the plaza. But he prevailed! He gets up to the line and gives our name and order number and they had not even made it yet! . . And of course, they were out of Keto crust! . . Seriously, this is 2019, you canâ??t coordinate with the app to show when you are out of something? And obviously this is a problem so canâ??t you order enough in so you arenâ??t always running out? And they had my phone number, why didnâ??t you call me? My husband asked them why they hadnâ??t called because he came to pick it up with much difficulty, and the manager just flippantly said â??sorryâ?. He didnâ??t care and didnâ??t bother to call! . . When my husband arrived he sent me the attached picture on their front door. I said that wouldnâ??t apply to me since I had placed it online and never received notice that there was an issue. Sure enough, not only was there an issue but they didnâ??t even care. That was the attitude last time too. They were clueless and didnâ??t care. No coupon to come back no legit apology or anything. But more than being out of something is the fact thar they took our money and never tried to contact us to let us know they didnâ??t have what we had paid for. . . I just am very disappointed in this restaurant and they need to learn how to spell inconvenience.

This is not the first time that Iâ??ve had a terrible experience with this place but when it comes to my kids you will not play them! My daughter went in there today on her lunch break from school and gave the lady $40 and the lady gives her $.62 back her order was only $29 so when I picked her up from school I went back up there and asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the manager is not there then she starts talking to her language which I have no problem with but my point is she was trying to discredit my daughter my daughter knows what she gave her Long story short I never told her how much was due back and she went right in the register and gave me the correct amount this young lady knew what she was doing she should be fired for taking peopleâ??s money! I would never ever recommend this taco burrito to anyone money is too hard to come by for many people why should she be able to continue to take peoples money like that and still work a job she should be ashamed of herself I wouldnâ??t recommend anyone that visit Green Bay or Lives in Green Bay to visit this locationð??¯ ð??ª

The Kickin Crab in Garland – Menu with Prices – 3545 W Walnut St, Garland

2 of 5 stars. It was freezing in this location our serve was very nice young lady she said would turn it down. Our tables were so close to other tables as well you could hear clearly other customers conversations. Here is where I got upset I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild and my husband got Kickinâ?? Spicy. I couldnâ??t eat my food anymore… It tasted exactly the same I didnâ??t even want to say anything to the server we had a completely different server toward the end of our dinner. I donâ??t know what happened but the place just seem very unorganized. The sink was filthy also the womanâ??s restroom smell terrible I could barely stand it. The reason why I give two stars because the customer service was very good she did speak very fast but did apologize about the food. They were so busy I didnâ??t bother to tell her about before we got our ticket to pay out because it said on there that I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild so there must have been a misunderstanding in the kitchen.. The music was also very loud and also not very appropriate for kids. So I most likely will not be coming back.

This was my first time ordering a professional cake where I felt I spent a big amount of money on a product. The cake was okay. What I didnâ??t like was that I had asked for a raspberry jam and I got some raspberry dry paste in the cake. It make the cake dry and I wasnâ??t very happy with the overall cake. It was gigantic. But for the price and how it tasted I could of made this cake myself I was told by others. Many of my guest didnâ??t even want to eat the cake and I wasnâ??t very pleased with that fact. I felt there was nothing that popped about my cake. When I go to a professional I expect 100 percent. I am a tough critic because I feel things should be made with love and to its fullest potential. The demeanor of the lady who owns the shop at first to me was very stand off ish which I didnâ??t like. But I felt I should give them a chance they are a bakery that was on tv for such amazing cakes but in the end I will be my own baker and I will no longer order from anyone especially if my cake will not be of importance. I felt it should have been way better no offense I felt it was slap together.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and was craving jerk chicken so I drove to this location to order (1) jerk dinner and (1) white dinner. They messed up both orders and left off a side on each one. I called and informed them of the error and asked if they could accommodate me and apply a credit for the next time I order with them. I was told that they need to see the food and I would need to bring the food in for them to apply a credit because she put it in the system correctly so it’s correct (assuming they don’t make errors and I’m a liar who just want free food ). I told her that I’m pregnant and that’s an inconvenience to have to drive from Orland Park and was told “that’s our policy”. I then requested to speak to a manager and was told “he just left and they don’t know when he will return”. I asked if he could give me a call and she put me on the phone with the cook. The cook told her to take my name and number for a credit but he then disconnected the call before any information was taken. I called back 4 times and no one answered. After the 5th time they finally answered and placed me on hold. The phone was not muted so I heard her talking to the cook and they were both laughing and making jokes regarding me wanting the credit. I then informed her that I don’t want the meal and I drove back to the location to get my money back. When I made it to the location she began to say that she wasn’t making jokes and that the cook was and she was going to give me the credit for the cost of both meals (which should have been done before it even went to this point). I still returned my food and I will NEVER return to this location. After the back and fourth, I do not want them to touch any food that I am eating due to the attitude of the staff. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t proceed to make this post without doing so.

I didn’t eat the food… I wanted to apologize to Kim for leaving but I walked in at 7:55 not knowing you closed at 8. You finally said you would serve me…. I ordered a 22 oz gumbo and blackened catfish. I sat there for 15-20 minutes with my water. Since you said to “give a yell” if I needed anything, and since I didn’t see you for a while, I wanted to see if I could start with my gumbo so I didn’t get both meals thrown at me at once. I walk towards the kitchen yelling hello and no one was there and I saw my gumbo in the “window”. I said hello again and no one. So I went to grab the gumbo, then the cook walked up and got pissed and told me to get out. Understandable. After that, it got a little heated. I didn’t feel comfortable having him cook my meal since he was pissed for me coming in late and that I walked in the waitress area. The whole situation was uncomfortable so I decided to leave. Maybe that wasn’t the right thing to do but I was sitting there for 15-20 min waiting for soup I left at 7:20 while “Kimmie” chased me at my car and ended up screaming at me telling me I can’t leave. And then not to come back. No problem. I would like to give you a tip since you did sought of serve me and were kinda sweet and I felt bad leaving. I will drop it off in a week or so. Sorry.

This place was great the first time and terrible the second. Lying owners. I order a burger combo and a western bacon burger with shoe string onion rings. I was rung up for my order as if everything was ok. I watched the cook, cook our burgers and smash them so many times to speed up the cooking process which relieves the juice from the party leaving a burger that is dry and no juice. I got home to beer battered onions instead of shoe string, I called back and let the lady know I order shoe string and got regular. She then informed me “oh yea, cause we ran out” so I was never informed you ran out at the register and proceeded to take my money. After I called and opened my western burger and guess what. THERE SHOE STRING ONION RINGS IN MY BURGER. So they didn’t run out. I usually don’t mind for accidents like this if the people own up to their mistakes but, The one thing I hate about restaurants is when they lie. It makes them look stupider. Threw my food away due to nasty dry burger. Thanks for nothing

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Wow what a experience, as entering the vibe was nice but the food was not.. I order the lobster with Mac and cheese and letâ??s just say Iâ??ve never had a charcoal lobster in my life. Waitress was very nice and wanted to make my experience pleasant. She took my plate back and after 15 to 20 mins return with nothing but the Mac and cheese and instantly I was very disappointed, she stated the cook felt since I ate some thereâ??s nothing he could do, remind you the plate cost $31, next I asked if I could see a manager and I was informed that there wasnâ??t a manager on staff and I looked up and saw the actual owner Mr.Ruggs and I said well could I speak to him, in all my life of dining I never seen a staff so shaken like thatâ??s her dad she would get a whooping for bothering him and she said â??ohhhh noo I canâ??t do that I would get in big trouble because he doesnâ??t like to deal with customersâ? and I stated well why there isnâ??t management here because someone needs to handle this situation. So then she comes back in with â??fried Lobster which I donâ??t even eat fried seafood period and tells me this the best he could doâ?… I said no mam this is unacceptable, so this lady comes over tries to smooth everything out and offer us bread pudding lol for the inconvenience.., so the waitress takes the fried lobster back Iâ??m 20 minutes later with nothing but the lobster my Mac and cheese now is cold because it set out naked waiting on the lobster… final bill $47.00 of unsatisfied service, oh yea btw we ate in the dark, only side that had full lightening was the bar, and where the owner & his crew were sitting.. then I had to drive 30mins to get back home fast because I had to use the restroom badly because the toilets of a sudden went out… â?â??? â?â??? â?â??? â?â??? â?â???

Came here to celebrate my moms birthday and won’t complain as far as taste goes because the food is always tasty that is one of the reasons this got any stars, that and the male owner who usually takes our order is very kind and easy going. We acknowledged how late it was, but had never felt more rushed on a dine out than we did that night. The female cook in the back kept peeking out, hovering over our table and pointing at our food questioning if we where done so she could take our plates away and hand us our to go boxes. Nearing the end of our dinner we got our check and realized she had charged us for the extra side of broccoli that we had requested due to our 1st entree (pad see ew noodle) hardly having ANY broccoli, I am a fan of this dish I know it tends to have more! Thus me requesting a courtesy side portion, I am not trying to get a freebie here guys I knew what I was asking for wasn’t unreasonable, had I known she would of charged me an extra 5 dollars for it? C’mon! And might I add it wasn’t even sautéed as it should of been, it literally was almost raw. After expressing my disapproval to the female cook she went on about how she makes the food herself and COUNTS how many broccoli’s she adds to the dish are you kidding me??!!?! She literally argued with me for several minutes about this I just had to end it there so much rambling that and the language barrier she made me repeat myself countless times because she couldn’t get it! I said forget it take my money….. Once she returned she handed me my receipt to sign seeing as my dining experience was horrid because of this said woman I did not feel she deserved a tip, of course I reconsidered because that’s not who I am but keep in mind my bill was more than I had expected so I couldn’t leave as large of tip as the employees wished, something is better than nothing i my book. She took a look at it and said is that it? She DEMANDED a larger tip I can’t express to you how awkward the whole thing was! We told her that was all we could do and she proceeded to talk crap in her native language to the other staff. As we walked out we made it clear we wouldn’t be coming back she responded with good don’t, good we won’t! smh

Squarz Bakery & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 975 E Elliot Rd #103, Tempe

We tried this place on a Saturday morning due to all the positive reviews. I have to say, I was taken aback by how bad it was. So there’s little to no room inside, it’s basically a few stools at window counters. Not terrible, but don’t bring a big crowd or expect table service. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, Mac n cheese, and a cinnamon roll. As the counter employee explained, everything they sell is made with puff pastry. We were game for that. However, the puff pastry on the two egg/bacon sandwiches was terrible. Burned, and tasted microwaved or something. The texture was awful. Puff pastry is supposed to be light, flakey, this was hard and compressed and too hard to bite into in areas. The Mac and cheese similarly had a burned-looking color. The cinnamon roll again looked and tasted microwaved, you know how pastries get kind of hard and stiff when microwaved. To top it off, we wanted water to drink, and were directed to a 5 gallon self-serve jug. That’s fine, but the Ball glass jars that served as glasses were laying upside-down on a shelf on some sticky, dirty contact paper. Umm, gross. We won’t bother to go here again.
