At first I have never really come to this side of the town mainly because I live up in McKinney. And that one time one of my friend as me to join him for lunch there I was like why not, I would go and try it. It’s one of my favorite Thai food restaurant in Dallas. The lunch portion was huge for the price you pay for compare to what you get from other place and the food is delicious. Normally I would get pad see ew with level 3 of spicy, I can handle my spicy and level 3 is already pretty spicy to me and I love it. And I had been coming back to Tom Yum for a couple times to try other entrees. I also like their chicken curry fried rice with level 2 of spicy, they’re tend to a little spicy then what you get from the pad see ew. They’re also my favorite. I would definitely recommend to try it for lunch with their lunch special deals from Monday to Friday. If you like their food like me, you would be going back more often then you think.

Moon Thai Boca Raton Menu with Prices 21170 St Andrews Blvd #7, Boca Raton

I came here for lunch with a friend a little before noon. We got a booth table which I loved. I love the modern decor and I know there was a review that complained that it’s too cold in there but I loved it. I mean, it’s Florida!! It’s so hot outside that I am so grateful that a restaurant has ac. There are some restaurants that won’t have ac or maybe it cost too much for them to run it. They have a lot to choose from so it can be a bit overwhelming if you don’t know what you want. The easiest way is to first decide if you want Thai or Japanese food. Then, look at the corresponding menu. If you come here for lunch, they also have lunch specials. I wanted the duck noodle soup which wasn’t on the lunch special menu but it was still a good deal for $12. It came with a side salad. You can choose a spicy level between 1 to 4. I wasn’t sure how spicy it was so I just chose a 2 and it wasn’t spicy at all. The broth was very sweet actually. There was a lot of rice noodles and Chinese broccoli and slices of duck. It was very good! Service was very good! I’m so glad I got to try this place out and I look forward to coming here again to try something else. Parking was pretty easy. There is a lot of parking but it can get a bit crowded and you might have to walk a little bit but there is a large parking lot.

Gravity X Craft Coffee Shop and Winery South Florida – Menu with Prices – 3045 N Federal Hwy #60g, Fort Lauderdale

On google maps it says they’re open monday-Saturday 10am to 5pm, but I drove here at 11:30am Friday and theres no one here, door locked, lights off, with a blank sign on the door. I called the number 3 times, no answer. I waited till 12 and then left just incase the employee was on a lunch break or something. Very unprofessional, just wasted an hour and some gas. I brew 5 batches a month, and now I will never waste my time coming here. I’ll take the extra 30 minutes to drive to Craft Beer Cartel in fort Lauderdale since they’re actually open, and stay open till 10 pm.

Baskin-Robbins – Menu with Prices – 5510 5th Ave, Brooklyn

I didn’t know employees could even be this bad. Imagine coming in when there is no line and it taking them 15 minutes to make your stuff because theyre talking to their friends at the counter.

Hakata Ikkousha – Menu with Prices – 3033 Bristol St, Costa Mesa

I’ve been to a good amount of ramen shops and I even work at a ramen shop, but I feel like Ikkousha is my all-time favorite. I love how their thick broth coats the thin noodles, and their egg is seasoned lightly and cooked well so that there’s a soft, runny yolk. The meat is quite thin and sparse, but I think it works with their ramen since thicker meat would make the dish feel too heavy. They also make their own noodles which is pretty cool! My go-to is the godfire level four. I don’t know any other place that makes a tasty spicy tonkotsu ramen that’s actually spicy. If you’re not sure about the spice level, I’d start with level two to gauge how much spice you want. Sometimes I want the black tonkotsu but still want godfire, so I get the black devil since it’s a mix of both! It’s not on the menu though, so you have to ask for it. The fried chicken and gyoza are both great appetizers too! The chicken is crispy and juicy and the gyoza comes with a yuzu chili sauce that is the perfect condiment for it. Sometimes I don’t even have to pay for it because they have a stamp card that gives you free food!! Parking in this lot can be atrocious during peak lunch and dinner hours. They do offer valet if you’re into that, but you can park in the nearby neighborhood too.

Chicken hot potï¼??å?¬ç?²ï¼? – Menu with Prices – 41-81 Bowne St, Flushing

Small cozy interesting place. Their most famous/popular dish is the chicken pot if the store name isn’t obvious enough lol My significant other and I went for the small size pot, heavy sauce level and mild spicy level. We found it to be pretty spicy even though we can usually handle Sichuan food. We opt for heavy sauce because later on they will add soup stock so it will become diluted. We added 2-3 additional ingredients and it was sufficient for the two of us. Below are some of the positive and negative: (+) Free WiFi Can opt for hot tea instead of cold water (hot tea taste like tea! Wow … but is sweet though) Let you customize your pot to what you prefer to eat Very Tasty!! Service was good 10 percent cash discount with posting on wechat (-) Quite a bit of chicken bones (Perhaps they didn’t wash after cutting?) I prefer bigger chunk of chicken. I think they cut it way too small Definitely will be back to try the other three types of pot

Miso Sushi & Grill – Menu with Prices – 4620 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg

Once again, Miso slayed me. It’s not my first time back. I had been in for dinner a few times since last. It’s always good. This time I was dining alone after a long day in the nail salon. Why oh why would I book an appointment during lunch. Needless to say I arrived at Miso starving! They were ready. It was 1:30 and there was still a decent amount of people coming in for later lunch. I ordered gyoza, a yellow tail roll and a spicy scallop roll. I love yellow tail. It’s my favorite because I always feel like the flavor is bursting in a fresh, kind of way. Well, I went somewhere in Bloomsburg for sushi last week and had yellow tail and it was the most wretched yellow tail I ever ate. I’m not sure where this place in Bloomsburg gets it’s fish—but I wish they would take note from Miso- Miso made a perfect roll for me. Fish is always on point! I could not stop saying nom nom nom. I ate it all which was a bit touch but I pulled it off. The spicy scallop roll was great too. I liked that the sauce didn’t have too much of a rich mayo flavor. It was more spicy, which is what I wanted. I do wish they had something like a spicy crunchy roll, but this was great because I could taste the full flavor of the scallop. Gyoza had a great filling and were friend perfectly. It’s 5 pm and I’m still stuffed. But, I’ll be dreaming of my next meal from Miso.

Dead Poet: Beer, Cocktails, Music Menu with Prices 623 E Boyd Dr, Baton Rouge

I’ve been here a couple of times to hear some live music. While I am not a fan of paying covers, I understand part of the cover does go to the musicians. And it’s Tigerland, so I guess the college kids are used to paying covers. I love the artwork around the building – if you have not come here for the music, coming to see the walls is reason enough to come. Stunning and room for more of the “dead poets” to come. Staff was friendly, but on my first visit, the bar was out of at least four things I tried to order. I settled for a beer i drink more often. Seating was pretty limited, but i think it would have been better had a photo shoot not been taking over the entire top level. None of the locks in the bathroom worked, but there wasn’t high traffic on this night. The sound system went out a couple of times while the band was on stage, but it was a really easy-going crowd and band, so it was all good. I’ll be selective in my nights to return to to Dead Poets, but it’s a pretty good venue if you want to trek out to the LSU area.

Nagoya Sushi – Menu with Prices – 6645 S Fry Rd # 800, Katy

Was referred by a friend to try it out, because this was her favorite sushi spot! I went during lunch time on a Monday, with my two toddlers! I was the only table when I first arrived, and then one other table came in shortly after. Pretty slow, but again Monday early lunch time. I ordered my kids beef fried rice, and it was delicious! My kids loved it. It did take awhile to come out, but the waiter was kind and tried to help keep my kids busy while waiting. I ordered off their sushi lunch special, 3 rolls, miso soup, and salad. The soup was great. The salad was not very good. The sauce was a little watered down, so not much flavor. I can’t remember the names of the rolls I ordered, but to be honest they were all a little underwhelming. Maybe it’s because of what I chose, but they all tasted similar to each other. None of them had any sauce on top (but to be fair, my waiter did tell me they would put any sauce I wanted on them, I just chose to try them as hey came). I brought home more than half of my food, which I had planned on doing. My husband tried it when he got home, and we both agree we love their beef fried rice. The sushi is good, just not our favorite. I am going to give this place another try, not ordering off their lunch specials and trying their specialty rolls. Which usually are more impressive, both in taste and presentation.

Fusion Lounge – Menu with Prices – 6915 Dixie Rd #4, Mississauga

My boyfriend & I have been regulars at fusion for quite sometime now, the staff is amazing. The service is even better. Ive been to the other sisha lounge in brampton just to see the difference and fusion was by far a better option, heck we left after 30 minutes & went to fusion instead. I was there about 2 weeks ago now & when we went to get up and pay I literally fainted and fell to the ground. The staff was awesome, the owner sat with me ans explained that it was ok and its happened before because of course I was embrassed. As soon as I woke up theyre was a pop in my face and the owner did not let us leave until he felt like I would be okay and I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the owner and the staff at fusion lounge for theyre outstanding service everytime. This is always my go to spot to hang out with friends. 10/10 recommended

Ramen Okawari – Menu with Prices – 3740 Iowa Ave Suite 104, Riverside

This place is alright. Service was good. There was only one server, cause it’s seems the other was on break when we came in, but he was on it, and very friendly. However the food wasn’t anything special. The miso broth was bland, we had to add a lot of soy sauce to get some flavor. On the other hand, I got the Okawari Fire and requested the spice level be brought down because I have had problems in the past with other spicy ramen, I don’t like when the spice drowns out the tonkatsu broth flavor. It was wayyyyyyyyy too spicy! To the point I couldn’t finish my food, and my lips swelled up and we bright red! I love spicy food, that’s why I got it, but there’s a limit, and unfortunately some chefs just don’t know what that is. I wouldn’t go back cause it wasn’t my favorite (I’d rather just make ramen at home or even drive out to my favorite places), but I wouldn’t dissuade anyone from going here. If this is the only ramen place you can get to, it’s not bad, but don’t let it define your ramen experience! It can get way better than this!

Nana thai & Teriyaki – Menu with Prices – 430 E 25th St #37, Tacoma

My boyfriend and I came to the Freight House Square area to get macarons from La Waffletz. However, we wanted to have a quick lunch. There were so many places to choose from but we settled on this Thai and teriyaki place. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki and my boyfriend ordered the pad Thai. I believe it was $8.95 each and a bottle of water for $1. Good prices. We both love spicy food so he had ordered the pad Thai dish in 5 star spicy level. The wait time was average and we were excited to dig in. Let me start by saying the portion size is very generous. We were able to eat and become full with half the portion. My spicy chicken was good. The chicken wasn’t dry and had a nice spice level to it. Two very large scoops of rice lay beneath the chicken. It also came with a salad and a ranch base dressing on the side. I didn’t really care for the dressing but the chicken and lettuce together is also a good combination. My boyfriend didn’t like his pad Thai. He mentioned that the noodles were really wet and had an off taste. I tried some and agreed something was off. The noodles could have been stir fried a little longer so they could be softer and for more of the sauce to coat and absorb into them. We both agreed that we would definitely not order that dish again. Overall, it was an ok lunch. Really nothing to write home about. The staff was very friendly and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a big portion of average Asian food.

Roma’s Quick Cafe – Menu with Prices – 1180 Celebration Blvd #108, Kissimmee

There’s not many places I give 5 stars to, but this is well deserved. Best lunch spot in the area. They specialize in paninis and wraps with many different choices to choose from. And we haven’t even talked about the specials yet! The specials are truly special and delicious. The specials have a Latin flavor on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The Monday and Friday specials are usually just something from their regular menu. Wednesday’s are usually a home cook meal like Arroz con pollo or ropa vieja. Other specials have included gyro, quesadilla, or soup and a panini. Thursday’s are always burrito days. The burritos…… oh the awesome burritos. This place makes some of the best burritos I’ve had. We haven’t even talked about the people. The husband and wife team who own, manage, and work here are great people. Friendly, great to talk to, and truly care about their customers. Once you become a regular, they will remember your name and always treat everyone with the most respect and excellent customer service. It’s very hard to talk yourself out of coming here every day. Oh and they also have a food truck, Cilantro, so be sure to check out the Roma’s Facebook page as occasionally they have events on the weekends and won’t be open on a Friday. They always post any days Roma’s will be closed and also the list of specials for the week in a post on Monday mornings. If you don’t come here (especially on Tuesday- Thursday), you’re missing out!
