Ive been here before and i remember telling myself to never come back again. but my friend Maxwell is turning 21 tonight, and wanted to purchase a beer at the GDI hub of campus to celebrate. So we came in with positive vibes. The Staff was super nice and helpful, they let me sample the sauces, so honestly I thought this would be okay. I sat down and the wings came out quick, so I’m expecting to be like wow this place is actually not as bad as I remember. Let’s just say I was HORRIBLY mistaken. The wings actually were the worst wings I’ve eaten ever (and I actually go to wings all the time so Ive had some bad wings). My friend Maxwell regurgated after the French fry he consumed because it was so bad. Overall food was a 0.2 out of 10 on the one bite scale. Service 8.7 out of 10.

Island Delight at Dexter – Menu with Prices – 36 Dexter Ave #104, Montgomery

When my sister worked at Maxwell AFB, she had mentioned Island Delight was incredible, transcending most places in Alabama. I happened to have business around there and learned the hard way that the original location was closed…so I drive on over to downtown to dine. The food here was absolutely worth the detour – I feel bad for the folks at Maxwell who can’t just pop by for a quick meal now! I ordered the oxtails, which came with plantains, and man…so satisfying. I picked greens and rice & beans as my sides, and everything together in one bite was dynamite. Sweet, salty, textural, fabulous! I also immensely appreciate offering vegan options, which can be hard to find in the South, much less the islands. I periodically dine veg, so it’s great to have those options readily available. Definitely worth stopping by for an excellent meal in Montgomery!

This Is Wings – Menu with Prices – 3805 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery

This was my worst wing experience ever! Me and a friend are in town working and decided to get a nice lunch instead of fast food. We were quite disappointed with what we found in our to-go boxes. Instead of giving me chicken wings I got cube shaped cat meat.I proceeded to eat one bite of my food while refraining from puking as my friend spit his first bite out. immediately we left our food on the table and stormed out! There is a sign on the counter that stated ” We do not offer refunds or exchanges after we have started making the food”. I should’ve left right away. If you are having trouble with bowel movements this is the place for you! I think I’m going to change the name on the building to “THIS IS NOT WINGS!”

Priceless Too – Menu with Prices – 3029 N Alma School Rd #102, Chandler

If you want weak drinks & bad food this is the place to come! The wife and I wandered in this place as it is close to the house. We got a few drinks (very weak) also we hadn’t eaten in a while so we asked for a menu. We should have known when the bartender looked uncomfortable & were told we have two options. Seriously, not handed a menu. Should have been an omen to go elsewhere. Wings or pizza. Those were the verbal options given to us. Sure, put in an order of mild wings. This was the bullet in a game of Russian Roulette you DON’T want to get. I have eaten in foreign countries that are still engulfed in civil war, and their food was better. Our basket of sadness came out with a side of what looked, and resembled jizz. They called it blue cheese. I think it was dick cheese. Or jizz from someone with dick cheese. You get the point. My wife takes a bite of a wing and gives the look, and slogan of “I’m done” I take a bite and commend her braveness for even swallowing the first bite. I give a good college effort to finish the basket of wings. My wife mentioned that on her trip to the bathroom she saw the bartender pull out a bag of frozen wings from some back room & look at the instructions quizzically before shrugging & setting them on the counter for awhile. I asked about the pizza and how big it is. I am told it is the size of a tombstone. Yeah, pass. The only tombstone needed is the one on top of your grave after eating that horrible basket of wings. A bit of honesty, my wife had a few before we came in. After two drinks from this place, she was sober. That is saying something.

WINGS PLUS A Whole Lot More Menu with Prices 9525 Parkway E, Birmingham

I been meaning to try this place out quite some time, but never had the time. All of sudden, while at work, I had a hunch for some good old fashion fried green tomatoes. I tried every wings place in my area that serve fried green tomatoes except for Wings Plus. For anyone who wants to eat in, you’re out of luck since they only have drive thru. Coming here during the rush hour traffic that evening, I’m expecting a long wait in the drive thru, but it goes by pretty quickly. I got the 10 piece wings combo for $7.99 and the fried green tomatoes for only $3.99. My little interaction with the employee was nice which I’ve always appreciate business having good customer service. The hot and lemon pepper wings and fries were good, but the only little issue is that the chicken wings were dry since I’ve struggled to pull the wings apart. The highlight of my meal was the fried green tomatoes. Most places for what ever reason choose not to add any seasoning or not enough, but that wasn’t the case which I’d enjoy every bite.

Best Wings Of Memphis – Menu with Prices – 951 Getwell Rd, Memphis

This is part of a chain of hot wing places in the city. I’ve not eaten at their other locations, so can’t compare it to their other sites. This location is relatively new. The store was clean, and the service was good. There is dine in as well as takeout, and also drive-through. Parking was adequate, and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I ordered the four piece mild whole wings. The wings were fried, and then covered with the sauce. Wings were average size, and the taste is about what you would expect of most wings The wings came with two rolls, a few carrots and small celery slices, and ranch dressing dip. Overall I would rate the wings as average. If I was in the area and hungry for wings, I would stop here again. But up I was really interested for a serious meal of wings, I would probably go to Buffalo wild wings or another place.

Oasis Jerk Center – Menu with Prices – 470 Plummer Rd, Huntsville

It’s tough to find good jerk chicken anywhere, but Huntsville has the best kept secret. This spot is tough to find and a little sketchy especially late at night – so you should know exactly where you’re going before you make the trip. I got a ‘small’ plate of wings, which includes 5 jerk chicken wings and 2 festivals. I added rice and beans. The total was $8 for a ton of food. The sauce was on point, a little sweetness mixed with spice. Wings are a great size so you won’t be hungry after! This is great for a quick bite on your way to or from a night out.

Twin Peaks Glendale – Menu with Prices – 6922 N 95th Ave, Glendale

Today, I went back to try their Naked Wings with Traditional Sauce and a beer of my waitress’s choice. I also had a bit of a shock when I walked in. Instead of the traditional Lumberjack outfit, all the gals were wearing tennis shoes, shorts (cut off jeans) and a variety of skimpy tops (halter, sport and bikini/bra). Ashley, my waitress, was very nice. And, we actually talked a bit about off restaurant topics. Not only did she come up to my table wearing… a smile ? , she checked in 2x. Plus, I flagged her down twice, she didn’t hesitate to come and see what I wanted. She chose the Man Drop Dead Red beer for me. And, while it had more of a bite than I’m used to, being ice cold, it went well with the wings, and celery sticks. Now, between the Breaded Wings, and the Naked Wings, I’d have to say that the Breaded Wings are better. But, only by a 1/2 Star. Since I’ve only eaten here 2x, I still got a way to go. But so far, the staff has been very pleasant, the beer VERY COLD ? and the food very good. So, yeah. I’ll be back for sure. But, to be honest, I don’t see the rationale for parents bringing their kids (especially the little ones) to any sports bar. Let alone one like this.

Bestin Foodservice – Menu with Prices – 1919 Smith St # 104, Houston

Great place, great service, great staff, great music and a convenient place for affordable and quick passport photos. Youâ??re one stop shop for a quick bite and picture on the first floor of the federal building. Better than fast food if youâ??re looking for a place to grab and go. Wings and Ribs are amazing.

TIGER TIGER – Menu with Prices – 585 Franklin Gateway SE Suite 225, Marietta

Came here on a Friday evening with coworkers. Atmosphere/ location: Freaking gorgeous!!! Very spacious, beautifully decorated. Several TVs, nice bar area, dope lighting. This place is located in a plaza across from Applebee’s. Menu/prices: I don’t remember everything on the menu but I do remember the prices were quite high. My friend asked for drink specials and the waiter pointed out a $14 HennyMarg. $14??????. My friend ordered it anyway and it was okay, $10 okay. We ended up getting a section and order about 10 bottles of champagne (funny story coming next abt those) & a couple bottles of Patron. We ordered wings (garlic parm, hot, & lemon pepper). The wings were AWESOME!!! I don’t have a clue abt the prices of the section or bottles because I didn’t pay for it. Bottle Service Girls: Every last one of them were strikingly beautiful!!! So here’s the funny story. Every time they brought our champagne out and did their little sparkler performance, they ruined the visual because they had no idea how to open the bottles. One girl had the bottle pointed towards my face…yikes. After a while, another lady who work there came over and opened the bottles for them. We applauded her and asked her nicely to train the other ladies. But other than that. I loved the bottle girls! Dj: He was basic I don’t remember getting lost in a song I liked but he wasn’t horrible. Would I ever go back, sure would!!! They just need to promote the place a little more bc other than my 20 coworkers who showed up, it was only like 10 other people there.

Dickâ??s Wings And Grill Augustine, FL – Menu with Prices – S S, 4010 US-1, St. Augustine

Being new to the area and wanting some good wings we had been told that Dick’s was the place to go. The service was good as she had recommendations on both the flavors (and heat)=of the wings, along with the ice cold beer on tap. My wife ordered the Applewood Honey BBQ and I got the General Dick’s after being told they were nice and spicy and would impart some good heat. I also ordered a side of waffle fries with baked beans. The wings were nice and crisp with the Applewood having good flavor of both bbq sauce and smokiness. I was disappointed in the General Dick’s though as . . . while they had good flavor . . . they did lack any ‘heat.’ On their menu they show you can get ‘heat’ for any flavor by ordering it to be spiced up . . . but going on the recommendation that there would already be ‘heat,’ simply ordered the wings expecting a decent ‘bite,’ which impress. Also . . . the baked beans were very disappointing in that they were very, very watery and thin. We may try Dick’s again so I can see if it shapes up but I was somewhat disappointed after having received recommendations for the establishment.

Marthaâ??s Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3616 N 19th St, Waco

They opened up a small restaurant! First time here, my wife is from central mexico and lets just say finding a mexican restaurant that she likes is next to impossible. Tried this as an adventure and god smiled on us. I have the carnitas burrito and she has assorted tacos (including the catus). Food was great as was the owner. Wonderfull place to stop, not sure on the amount of english but the menu’s are in english so you should not have an issue. Perfect for a quick bite for the MCC students on a budget…. Plan for the next visit is the Barbacoa… yummmm

Mighty Wings – Menu with Prices – 2330 Fortune Rd, Kissimmee

Paid for 18 wings and 15 boneless. My friend paid for 22 wings. We Asked for 5 of the boneless to be bbq and 10 mild. AFTER I paid 5 minutes later they tell me they CANNOT split the flavor on the 15 boneless???? I had to pay for 5 more boneless wings extra for them to split it. Petty move by this restaurant. I come here all the time and I don’t see the big deal at all. Just toss the 5 wings in the same sauce as my other wings what’s the issue? ..the girl at the front counter was nice but damn bad customer service from the cook.
