People given 5 stars are employees of this company so do not trust them. They couldn’t pick up the trash due the weather that they said. I understood that there was snow and they couldn’t pick it up on the scheduled day but next day, they picked up only* recycles and not burnable trash so I emailed them said “you are forgetting to collect the burnable trash bin ? ” And then, they replied with NEVER mentioned any “sorry” word, at all. The person titled ” Customer Service SPECIALIST” made already excuse blah blah blah. Says “We concern our employees safety first.” Instead of just saying ” We apologies for this inconvenience due the weather and we will pick up as soon as we can” that’s the real SPECIALIST supposed to response. Made me so laugh. Since they never said sorry, I respond as “I accept your apology but you could come and collect recycles, why not burnable if you say it’s because of the weather ? “. They ignored answer to it and just gave me copy and paste email from their website. I asked “what if I didn’t email you, did you just skipped the collecting day even we have a contract which you should pick up twice a month ?” They said “we will pick up as soon as possible on next business day OR next your scheduled day”. COME ON, we are paying for TWICE picking up for a month, not for once a month. So I asked “Then you should refund or discount from next bill right ?” They said they WILL NOT do that. Even they asked me to just use any box and put the trash into it so that they can pick up. WHY would I do the hustle ? Find a box and carry it to the top of driveway and bring that box back to house again ? Why would I do that ??????? W*F kind of business they have ????? Cheating someone’s money ?? What a nice business. Just make tons excuses and steal customers money ? I wish there are much more companies picking up trashes in this town so I can pick much better company. I’m not saying that they must pick up trashes no matter what disaster out there. I am saying how the word “Sorry” is important and admit what they did not do which is on contract. Do not make excuse to what YOU DIDNT. Just do your job since you’re making money from it.

Penguin’s Frozen Yogurt – Menu with Prices – 2180 Westwood Blvd # 1A, Los Angeles

Don’t, just don’t go to Penguins. There are usually 1-2 machines that are not working – for weeks/months at a time, flavors that don’t taste right and the quality…is less than impressive (runny or icy or lacking flavor). For months now, the owner has neglected to fix the machines and keeps whining about how “the repairmen don’t come, what can I do, it’s expensive,”…blah blah blah. Then when she gets BATCHES of bad flavors, she decides to sell them and thinks that the customer will pay for inferior products because she “can’t” send them back and her distributor won’t do anything (not the customers problem! Fix it!). There is always some sorry excuse to why she has to offset her prices to her customers….when she drives her Mercedes, BMWs and other luxury cars and goes on vacations all around the world. Really. NOW to make things even more insulting, with machines not working for MONTHS and selling off her inferior products thinking she can get away with it, SHE INCREASES HER PRICES!!! Wow….Such. Bad. Business. I feel badly for her staff that has to endure the complaints from the customers when SHE can take care of things and keep the customers happy. Shame on her.

Baskin-Robbins – Menu with Prices – 7901 University Ave, Lubbock

Although this occurrence was over (1) a month ago, I figured sometimes you catch someone having a bad day, the continual negative vibes i’m getting from 1 particular employee have now made being able to order a near possibility. I have even attempted to explain the situation to a ‘assistant manager’ {so they claim}; but it would appear as though the negative-mannerisms remain. The Event: I had decided to pick up 3 drinks, one for myself (included); but I had also incidentally left a Mountain Dew (yes, ride the wave….) can / 16oz, in a cup holder; i’m in a small vehicle with, total, 2 cupholders. I anticipated consuming my iced coffee on the return transit… I ask the female employee, who wears glasses, if it was to be too much trouble to kindly toss the (empty) can into their trash / on their side – the female took offense because I jokingly stated “it might fall” – since my arm was extended as I had asked… {I had routinely shown up for iced coffee for at least 3-4x / week for the past month & would 2x month pick up a couple dozen, at regularly the same time range 2p-4p : so I figured perhaps there was some familiarity with a repeat customer} The female became impatient and seemingly (?) exasperated as she stated “…well just give it here (!), otherwise i’ll have to go (outside) and pick it up…” as though to blame me for an action that had not occurred. Judging by the remnants or debris that is litter – doesn’t seem as though anyone would & the amount of vehicle emissions have killed the Silverleaf Safe (bushes) – perhaps the opportune ‘crime’ of littering from extended wait times…IDK Should the female had been more cordial and more profession while stating “i’m sorry sir – __insert real/false__ – store policy we cannot take you ‘trash’ “, but instead I had the melodrama which has continued for several months…. I attempted to return, (inside) visit, perhaps 2 weeks later & he resentment mounted to the point where she ‘primes’ other employees against me – since I could sense reluctance from another employee – an older female – to whom I had attempted to explained this faux-ordeal and her reply was “I don’t want any part of that, that’s your two’s business…” – so obviously this employee continues to seek vengeance (???) or perhaps it’s animosity… regardless the total count of employee action of ignoring me is at 3 now and simply for an empty aluminum canister of mountain dew. Glad to know how others fill their time & why I won’t waste mine (here) any more.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Darryl is definitely in the dairy business, that is to milk his clients for money while wasting their time. I never had someone in business refuse to offer up references upon request. That was the first red flag! When searching for reviews, only one exits. A 5 star rating, from the man himself. That would be the next of many red flags. He is the only “business consultant” I have ever met that don’t start with the common core basics of business…FINANCIALS is fundamental when concerning business. It’s like buying a house without pre-qualifying a client. I asked him to assist in budget, ROI, and the essentials to business planning, which he again refused to address. Don’t waste your time, and money. Business is business. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Stacy’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 4201 Market St, Philadelphia

So this is the go-to place for my boss to order from anytime we have an office party. I can’t speak on their wings, which everyone seems to like, but their pizza is not great. You can tell when a place uses cheap ingredients, and this place absolutely does. The cheese isn’t that ‘meaty’ cheese you get at great corner pizza places. The crust is weird. There’s not enough sauce, blah blah blah. You get the point. Several people at work LOVE this place. I don’t get it. I have had pizza all over the country and consider myself a semi-expect in good pies, this isn’t one. As for the peeps at work, to each their own but, I wouldn’t trust their opinion on other food recommendations if this is what they think is delicious.

The food is good the service however could be better , one of the ladies that takes the order at the cash register is rude, she asked me for the money and I was not finished with my order, then when I asked her why is she asking me for money when I’m not done ,she said I’m busy and I have more people trying to order. I then asked her for green salsa and she brought me I small container then I said excuse me I ordered 10 popusas I need more salsa and she brought me 1 more. It’s a shame that the food is so good but I refuse to go because the staff is rude and obnoxious!!!

Went to pick up a salmon bowl last night around 8:30…ate a corner & immediately started to barf…I called & left a message last night & told them I had been poisoned & would return tomorrow for a full refund WITH THE REMAINING FOOD…I was up ALL NIGHT BARFING starting at 9:30 & its a whole new day & Im still throwing up. IDK if she got it out of the trash or what…I guess after 8:30 she was ready to go…IDK what I was throwing up…I was just told by someone else that she has little beetles in her food…THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO DROP BY ASAP! They took my post down on FB…I posted pics of the barf & what it looked like…IT WAS AWFUL!!! IDK what she did to me but IT AINT RIGHT & ILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! The Atlanta Hwy location IS TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! And when I took the bowl back she didnt even care that I had gotten poisioned by her establishment…not 1 single solitary care & DID NOT APOLOGIZE…she was like oh well…heres your refund… $9.90

I am a regular coustomer who will not be returning. The only person on duty was a lady who claims she is the manager she was drunk and talking on her cell phone ignore me when i walked in i showed my id got approved and she ignored me i told her 6 times i wanted a mardi gras. Drink and still ignored me i thin i asked her about a different drink and she was supposed to know how to make it was long island she did not even know how to make it she asked a cousmter. I did not mention i could. Tell she had been drinking and was being very rude until she decided to keep on ignoring me i had my koney and everything ready i was fixing to pay for my drink but she never even made it there was only 1 coustomer and no excuse for why she could not service me howevwr i twlk alot because i am a kind person who is used to striking up conversations because i also work in a restaurant and i am trained to communicate and be kind. She denied me a drink and told me ibwas drunk i have not had a single drink today i was at a hospital all day with my sick great grandmother who has blood cots in her neck and arms and having kidney failure. I not only was not drunk but did not have a chance ti drink because the only place i buy drinks is at this place beacuse all the other drinks give me terriblee heart burn so i dont drink anything but a small mardi gras drink. Never enough to get drunk but enough to. Calm my nerves i never ever ever get drunk indont beilive in thst however thisbis the first time she has evwr. Been there. When i asked for anything. Normally itsa very kind guy who takes my order my husband even told the very rude lady that i have not had a drink yet. I never drink anywhere else because everything else makes me sick. I am high dissatisfied. And will never return. Ever that was very offensive the way the talked to me and treated me. Just because a person is talking to you dont mean they are drunkni had just walked in i had just left the emergency room. I just wanted a small drink and to go home and go to bed. People with adhd naturally talk alot but i make use of. It because it is polite to speak to others hello how are you your having s great day mine was okay or good. … Blah blah. I. Work in a restaurant i am used to talking to others so excuse me for being nice. Apprently being nice and speaking to anybody means your drunk. Just left there and asked for a particular ice cream (sundae) and asked for it to be BLENDED in a cup due to me driving. The worker asked me if I wanted something I guess “similar ” to it and I replied what was the difference between what I ordered and what she was recommending me to get. And she sarcastically TRIED to explain. When I asked her again to repeat what she said she asked me to pull to the window. When pulling up to the window she asked for me to explain again. I ASKED FOR THE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE to be blended in a cup. She told me that she couldn’t do that. When I asked why she said they just don’t do that. Asked if they had a blender and she said no. Now what in the heck. I told her the one in town(Business Loop) does it all the time. And she just looked. Told her never mind don’t worry about it and she just closes the window as if she didn’t mind missing money not just for my order but for 3 other customers. Oh well. Never again. DQ on Business Loop will be the only one getting my hard earned money.

Wonderfully flavorful, healthy L, homecooked food. Owner is friendly, accommodating, and let us taste test some of the unfamiliar dishes. We got some different dishes and all were five star! They don’t have eat-in service, but the take out was great and so much better than the usual pizza, subs, hot dogs, wings, blah blah blah. There are entrees with tons of healthy veggies and some noodle comfort food with meat, chicken, pork, you name it. Something for everyone! The beet and pricey pear lemonades and the unsweetened tea were original and tasty as well. The meatball stroganoff was enjoyed by all the kids, ages one, three and five, all picky eaters! )Portions are just right and prices are reasonable! We will be back! Great addition to the Kaisertown neighborhood and not far from the I -90.

Completely DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a plate that cost almost $15 which consisted of catfish, shrimp, fries, coleslaw and hush puppies.. when I was given the plate the fish didn’t look too great but I thought it was just cooked soft.. so I began to pick the fish up and it was DRIPPING GREASE… I thought well maybe I can press some of it out with a couple of napkins being it was still hot.. the napkins were drenched before I ever pressed the fish good.. at this time I was like NO.. I went inside and explained what was going on and asked them to remake my plate. (I know I should not have had to try and use napkins and this plate should not have been allowed out the door) I waited originally for almost 20 minutes and then for the remake an additional almost 30 minutes just to get the plate back with remade fish but the SAME FRIES, the coleslaw is now HOT and the hush puppies that were soft now HARD and possibly CONTAMINATED.. that same food was not suppose to leave that building but be THROWN IN THE TRASH. They were being TOO CHEAP to do the right thing so I called and asked to speak to the manager which I found out is actually the owner (smh) who told me that the complaint was about the fish and not about the rest of the food BUT you let the rest of my food sit ALMOST 30 MINUTES.. waiting on hot fish just for the rest of the plate to be disgusting.. the manager went on to say that he would give me more coleslaw and hush puppies for free.. he tried to lie on top of this and say that the fries were fresh but they weren’t.. they were cold and nasty.. coleslaw had done ran into the hush puppies and the fries.. it was a total mess.. I will NEVER spend another $15 dollars here for that crap and usually I spend way more than that.. these people are not in the business of customer service.. they are only in the business of making money and saving money and could care less about their customers.. when I made him aware that I would be taking the time to write a review he seemed to be unbothered and was insisting on giving me free coleslaw and hush puppies which was not sufficient enough for what they knowingly did when they sent that plate back out. I should have called the health department at that moment but didn’t even think about it at the time.. no customer service skills, no concern for the representation of his business and no concern for the PEOPLE who keep him in business. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would..

Saigon 9 Vietnamese Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 12801 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove

The service was terrible and the food was completely bland. The young ladies working in the restaurant were laughing at us over simple requests when we asked for a refill. Also the woman at the front counter seemed completely uninterested in helping us, instead she decided she would take care of her baby inside of a car seat behind the counter. This place was trash. The people there are trash and the food was trash. Such a waste of a good place so close to Disneyland. I wish I could give zero stars but I had to write a review on this place. Learn how to treat your customers!

Nothing Bundt Cakes – Menu with Prices – 13420 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park

My friend ordered and paid 5 dozen carrot cake mini bundts for her mom’s celebration of life service on Monday. On Saturday, 45 minutes before i was supposed to pick them they called her. They said they only had 2 1/2 dozen carrot ones but they would give other flavors the remaining 2 1/2 dozen they didn’t have. I went to pick them up and spoke with the manager. He didn’t offer an apology but instead made the excuse that they were so busy this morning that the line went out the door. I said she pre-ordered them 6 days ago, why didn’t they make them beforehand and set them aside? He had no comment. I will never order cakes from there since they don’t guarantee you’ll get what you PAID for in advance. They contacted my friend and refunded her all of her money.
