This is our 3rd visit to this restaurant, the first time in July we ordered chicken stack and it was great and yummy and hot. We came back the 2nd time the next day, maybe it was lunch time and busy, they got our order delay pretty lengthy and took the order as to go instead of eat in house, the beef stack didn’t impress us. We came back today 9/23 to give it one more try and order chicken stack . It’s great and yummy and hot the same impression on our first visit. They do not take your name or give a number when take order , you’d better cross your fingers they will not have your order mess up. Chicken stack is thumbs up

Foosackly’s – Menu with Prices – 310 S University Blvd, Mobile

Going in is advised. The drive thru is always long here, but that’s just because there are so many cars in line. The chicken fingers are great and the prices aren’t awfully high. This Foosackly’s doesn’t give an extra sauce if u don’t get slaw or toast and u only get 1 sauce for 5 fingers. But the chicken and fries have always been super fresh every time I have gone here. If u like chicken fingers and fries, then this is the place to go. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get my food, but like I said, I go inside to order. I’ve seen the drive thru have cars lined 20+ and I’ve gone inside and only waited 5 minutes at most.

Birdie Bowl & Juicery – Menu with Prices – 3313 Hyland Ave, Costa Mesa

Came here during my lunch with my coworkers and enjoyed every minute of it! Very refreshing and filling as well! Its a nice break from all the grease and fried food i was eating and i felt so healthy after eating it even though im def not LOL please give this place a try sometime if you love acai bowls! Pros: – Staff is very friendly here! She was really patient with me when I was ordering my food! her friend was the customer before me and they were talking for a while but i didnt mind and she kept apologizing to me for that so it was awesome of her for being aware of that but tbh, i didnt mind! – Theyre menu has everything for everyone! you can definitely find something here for you that youd like and you can also do add ons as well! I ordered the Pitaya colada but i subbed the pitaya for acai! i LOVE toasted coconuts in my acai bowls and cranola as well so this bowl was screaming my name! – When you pick up your order, they have extra toppings at the station too! They have agave, brown sugar and honey! I LOOOVE honey on my bowls so i kept coming back after eating each layer of my bowl. a lot of places don’t offer this but i appreciated that birdie has this for their customers! Mehs: – i wish my bowl was a little bit sweeter! maybe its because im the most unhealthiest person in the world but i got tired of my bowl after a while because it wasnt sweet enough! Cons: None

URBAN, Restaurante – Menu with Prices – 18505 NW 75th Pl, Hialeah

So my review is a bit mixed, but ill keep it short. The place: A Wynwood in Miami lakes, modern, clean and cute. The food: When we speak of the food itself, just that, the food is great and worth going back for. HOWEVER: The service we received was terrible and the reason why we haven’t returned in the past 2 years, and probably never will. I would like to think the waiter was new, but based on how the night went, I can tell it was the waiter and the management. First we ordered beer, it was HOT, who serves/drinks HOT beer? Upon complaining, they said there was nothing they could do…. ok.. I guess? Then we ordered our food. I ordered a hamburger and my boyfriend said that he wanted a chicken sandwich, which the girl said “oh youd like XYZ sandwich then” and he agreed to her “chicken sandwich” suggestion. We wait for our food about 30-40mins, which is quite a while considering they were simple foods. My burger was great, I had a mushroom and cheese hamburger. This came with waffle fries which were surprisingly great (I dont like waffle fries) and it was all very good with me. My boyfriends “chicken sandwich” ended up being a FISH sandwich, which he cannot eat. We asked our waiter if we could please return it as we had not ordered this sandwich. Instead of comprehending and moving on, she decided to argue with us and tell us that we had given her the wrong name of the dish… like really? we told you the type of food and YOU suggested the name, yet its our fault? really? after arguing with us, she took it back and got his order (all with an attitude). I was almost done with my meal when he received his. AGAIN! she took his order wrong! AGAIN, we ask for it to be returned. This time we did not want to replace our order. Instead we asked to speak to the manager. After arguing with us AGAIN, she ran off to her manager. The manager comes back, and we expected some form of apology, not a free meal nor anything else, just an apology. NOPE, the manager was just as difficult to speak too and didnt take responsibility for the experience nor his employee. In the end, my boyfriend didnt get eat and we were charged for my food and the beers.

Volcano Soon Tofu – Menu with Prices – 2001 Coit Rd #300A, Plano

I don’t know why this place has such good reviews on here. I went here myself and let me tell you it was not as good as it looks. I usually don’t give bad reviews but I will give you my honest experience. I came here during lunch time with a family member and we both had tofu soup. I had the mushroom and spicy pork combo, and the other person had pork tofu. First off, I could tell the server was flustered. The restuarant was probably 50% or less full when we were dining. Our food came out and it was both the wrong type of soup. The server place the dishes in front of us and was making a mess. I saw the soup just swishing out of our bowls onto the table as she placed it down in front of us and she didnt even clean up the mess. Even though it was not much spill over, it was still a spill. I have no problem cleaning it up myself, but I mean for restuarant service, it is just something you should do as a service automatically. She says the dish is what we ordered but when we both actually stirred our soup around, the contents was all wrong. I recieved a seafood tofu soup instead of mushroom and the other girl got beef instead of pork. We had the server take it back to get the correct order. Presentation was sloppy as the seasoning they use was all over the top and sides of the bowl and the broth was all over the handles as well. What a mess. The soup was really bland and honestly not even worth my trip. The only reason I gave them some stars is bc the spicy pork was actually good, but for a place that is specializing in tofu soup and not having it good is just a straight up disappointment. Never coming here again.

Slainte Irish Pub Monkey Junction – Menu with Prices – 5607 Carolina Beach Rd #100, Wilmington

This place sucks. There is no other way to say it. The food is freaking delicious with no regard to the damage its going to do to my bank account. To make it worse they partnered with uber eats so I dont even have to leave my house (god I hate leaving my house) to get their delicious food whenever I want. Jokes aside I’ve ordered from them twice this week. Uber eats chunks on quite a bit to the bill which sucks but the price of the food itself is very reasonable. I cant stress enough for introverts like myself and my wife how great it is to be able to order online. If you guys read this please check out Surfside Express or Cape Fear Delivery as they are FAR cheaper then uber eats. Onto the food though. When I order from somewhere new I like to try a wide variety. There is not a lot of Irish pub style food available for delivery in Wilmington so this is awesome! The reuben egg rolls…amazing! There is a really great amount of filling inside and who doesnt love a Reuben? Added bonus the egg roll doesnt get soggy like the bread would. The buffalo wings…great. Im sure they would be 9/10 at the restaurant. Theres no great way to deliver wings so they dont get soggy (except for vented plastic containers) but both times I ordered them they were still decently crisp. I ordered them extra well done you may want to do the same. Really good flavor. The Irish cannonballs… fried mashed potato balls with cheese chives and bacon…awesome. The skins…I thought these would be potato skins but they’re like strips of potatoes coated like a blooming onion. Pretty yummy but kind of heavy. Corned beef platter…actually really didnt like this. Was kind of surprising cause the reuben egg rolls are top notch. But the amount of corned beef they gave felt kinda small, it the meat was sweet? Like I think there was cinnamon on it and I was just not a fan. Maybe I didnt read the description properly. They gave a good amount of cabbage and potatoes with it and the mustard was really great. Just should not be sweet. Blackened chicken…pretty ok. I asked for it cooked well done and it wasnt at all but the seasoning was very good. Im just odd and tend to like my meat more well done. Burger…what can you mess up about a burger? Was really great. Soda bread….very sweet and buttery very yummy. Price on this one feels a bit off for what you get but the taste is 10/10. Chicken tenders…very good lots of seasoning options. I tried the cajun ones and enjoyed quite a bit. Lastly the service. My wife wanted the green tomato BLT. We got a call a few minutes after I put the order in the restaurant was out of green tomatoes. The woman who called was very patient waiting for me to talk to my wife to figure out what she wanted. And then my wife opted for the more expensive burger but they didnt upcharge for the inconvenience. Really nice touch. Will order from these bastards again.

The Original Chicken-N-Rice – Menu with Prices – 1503 N Story Rd, Irving

When youâ??re craving for the best chicken fingers and rice in town, nothing can beat The Original Chicken-N-Rice! We stopped by for their special 20 fingers and rice and was not disappointed. Itâ??s been a few months since we stopped by, we live in West Fort Worth and it tasted just like the first time we had it a few years ago. The fingers are cooked fresh and hot. The fried rice is blended perfectly with the carrots and peas and seasoned nicely with the right about of soy sauce (sorry the picture does not do it justice as majority of it was already scope out by my family). They have great daily special throughout the week for quick lunch & dinner – you canâ??t good wrong with any of the specials. Weâ??ll be back again and again!

Robertson’s Sandwich Shop – Menu with Prices – 2712 Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville

It’s hard to impress me with a chicken salad sandwich on toast but something about this place did it. It’s a throwback to the little mom and pop sandwich shops I grew up on down east. Simple, efficient, cash only, soda in a can, and a small bag of Wise Potato Chips. I really appreciated the way the cook buttered and grilled the toast on the grill before loading my chicken salad in there. l appreciate that version over the dry out of the toaster version you get at some places. Sure it comes with more calories and greasy fingers but I’m not here for Kale and Spinach wraps am I? Please don’t change Robertson’s and you’ll keep this cash only woman coming routinely.

Kim’s Hamburgers Etc – Menu with Prices – 2600 W Waco Dr, Waco

We loved Kim’s!!! We got chicken fried steak, steak fingers & hotdogs. We took it to go and it was still super yummy by the time we got home to eat it. We agreed that the gravy is really good. I loved my mashed potatoes and green beans – they do the green beans right by cooking them up with bacon! Yum!!! The hotdogs were good, but it was the steak fingers and CFS that stole the show. I’m actually excited to try their pork chops, chicken fried chicken & catfish specials. Also, I can’t leave out the bottled drinks. My husband got a Texas Red Creme thinking it would sort of like Big Red. Oh my gosh! It was so much better! It was like ice cream in a bottle. You can really taste the real cream. Our kids stole them from us they were so good. They have about 12 different flavors. The decor was really fun as well – lots to look at so I know next time we go in, my kids will enjoy it. Definitely would recommend.

Backoos Korean To Go Food – Menu with Prices – 1358 Birmingham St, Halifax

Big disappointment. Maybe I should’ve ordered their signature fried chicken instead, but I wasn’t that hungry for a whole bunch of fried chicken legs. After reading all the positive reviews of this up and coming new Korean eatery, I finally got to try it today. I ordered a small deep-fried Boneless chicken with tater tots & the Beef Bibimbap. Given the time the fried to order boneless chicken left the kitchen to the time they actually reached my mouth was only about 3 minutes, I have to say the chicken pieces were surprisingly soggy. I don’t get it. Maybe too much red chili paste so they got soft too quickly? The chicken had a very strong garlic taste and I usually love garlic. I was also disappointed at the lack of “bam!” from the Korean chili red paste that was coated all over the chicken. I expected at least a kick on my tongue. Nope. I then put my hope in the Bibimbap. Sorry to report, the $5.65 price tag + sunny side up egg + nicely seasoned green veggie were the only redeeming features. The rice, which is supposed to be the basics to any Korean rice dish, and what I was eagerly anticipating, failed to impress. The rice tasted hard, not like cold hard, but warm hard. The meat, well, it was not slices of beef, which is what an usual Bibimbap would serve, this was just ground beef. I understand I shouldn’t expect too much from a dish under $6, but ground beef? I’d still give their signature fried chicken a try. I wonder if I could order “spicy” to be at a higher level than what I had tasted today.

Mandarin Chinese & Japanese Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 2618 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica

This place is shockingly bad. Me and a co-worker ordered two lunch specials and a Chinese chicken salad. We got Mongolian beef and garlic chicken. Both were extremely flavorless and seemingly cooked without any sort of sauce. I mentioned this because on the bottom of each of our containers was a pool of smelly water. It was gross. My beef was stringy and so was the chicken, of which they don’t give you very much in the first place. There were also very few vegetables from what each dish had advertised. Chinese chicken salad was not a Chinese chicken salad, it was lettuce, chicken, and Chinese dressing. No wontons, nothing but massive amounts of lettuce, a few tomatoes and a small portion of chicken. I should have taken a picture of the food before we ate it, but I managed to get a picture of the Chinese chicken salad. I used to think it was probably pretty difficult to mess up Chinese food, but this place did it in Grand Style.

Krispies’ Fried Chicken – Menu with Prices – 1625 Williamsburg Rd, Richmond

I bookmarked this place months ago know that whenever I got a chance, I’d love to try their Wings and Mambo (the spelling they use) sauce. There’s a parking lot in the front but it seem to tight for my taste. I was not going expend a lot a time on that tiny space I saw betwixt two cars. I whipped it round the back, parked and silently dared somebody to mess with my whip. As I was approaching Krispies, past the man passed out by the GRTC parada, he being admonished by a man in a truck for being passed out–maybe he knew him. I turned the corner and yep, it was packed. This definitely isn’t Short Pump but it was cool. I did that dare because I don’t like parking behind places but everything was “copasetic,” to quote Bojangles. They even have a stack of Richmond Free Press newspapers for you to read while you wait. Since I got the 4 piece dinner and that was already cooked um fried, I didn’t have to wait long. Now I was mainly here for the sauce, the Mambo. It was really good. Some of the best I’ve had. More spicy than sweet. Two thumbs up. The Wedges were good. Better than my Wings I’d say. I did like that the wings won’t extra huge. Like they were juicing. I just think I don’t have the taste for comida frita ahorita. p.d. This spot is WWBT12 award winning.

Mama’s Paradise – Menu with Prices – 2400 Satellite Blvd, Duluth

Let me start by saying I Really hope these reviews werenâ??t left by real Jamaicaâ??s. Customer service was okay, expected attitude and they got my order wrong. She told me no refund and I honestly didnâ??t feel like continuing to wait. I never in my life thought someone could mess up something as simple as a beef patty but they did couldnâ??t even take another bite. The dumplings In the soup taste like porridge and I think someone spilled some soap in the soup yes soap. The rice was so porridge like itâ??s two cups of rice to one cup of rice itâ??s not hard to cook. This is a disgrace and disgusting. As for the curry chicken I threw the meal away it just $28 ish I wasnâ??t going to to this to my family and I. They donâ??t wash the chicken, they donâ??t clean it and forget cutting it up and seasoning it. How do you mess up curry. This has to stop as a Jamaican Iâ??m extremely offended and I blame the reviews because I trusted yâ??all. This store get 1 star and thatâ??s because customer service was what I expected. If youâ??re in the mood to eat something that you will regret or not fully enjoy, or youâ??re the type that will eat anything then this is the place. If youâ??re looking for a good Jamaican meal thatâ??s authentic and worth your money and taste buds this is not the place I REPEAT FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT. I really wish I could have them remove Jamaicaâ??s name from everything and just name it food place. Stop leaving reviews if you donâ??t have any taste buds and will just eat anything. This is my honest review because I donâ??t want to mislead someone else like how I was misled by these reviews. Yâ??all should be ashamed. Foodâ??s rating is negative a thumbs down ð??? just trash Iâ??m so disappointed
