My wife and I went in there yesterday 6-28-19. We got one burrito to go big rig size. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes with wait staff walking by looking at us. Finally they took our order. While waiting the staff in the back got into a fight lots of yelling, cussing and at the end punching and slamming of doors. The staff said ” Its just a mother and son thing its happened before.” This is listed as a laid back family establishment. This was totally not the case yesterday. The manager was in the back as well.Anyway after literally 35 minutes my to go order of one burrito finally came out. It was absolutely disgusting. It actually was more white rice than anything. It wasn’t mixed with anything just white rice clumped on the burrito. Worst thing I have ever eaten in in my life. Anyway in total honesty we have eaten there before and the food has been great. I don’t know if they were just having an off day or what. If I hadn’t already paid for my meal I would have walked out without it. If the owner is local he may want to go in there and get a clue of what is going on in his place. I would have absolutely been ashamed of that place if it was mine yesterday. Manager should be fired for allowing such crappy service. Mother and son should be fired for for the cursing and yelling where the customer’s can here or for doing it at work period. The cook should be fired for not knowing how to build a burrito. When burrito is on the name of your business you probably should make sure the cook can make one. If I wanted food like that I would have went to McDonald’s. Oh on a side note the waitress said that is not the first time the mother and son have fought at work and have been fired for it before. Why would you rehire someone that acts like this. Anyway probably hands down the worst visit to any type food establishment ever. To the owner you should be ashamed. Horrible service and food on this visit.

YANAGI SUSHI – Menu with Prices – 884 W Warner Rd, Gilbert

do not go here if you have kids. ***. . We just walked in to eat lunch at Yanagi sushi on Cooper and Warner, literally a one year since weâ??ve last eaten here, we travel all around the world. The owner refuse service to my family and I, she said she got a bad review from somebody who said our kids were loud over a year and a half ago…. So because our kids may or may not have caused another guest to leave a bad review she has decided to refuse us service. I have never in my life been refuse service, especially at a hole in the wall sushi place in the strip mall. This owner should be ashamed of herself for embarrassing my family and I. Luckily nobody is in the establishment today. Shocker. I think it’s completely unacceptable to punish us because she got a bad review one year ago because our kids may may or may not have been noisy. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself. The review she’s referring to says a toddler and her father. First of all I have a son (4)and I have never eaten at this restaurant with just me and a kid. It has always been my family of four. This owner is confused and banned us over here say and has embarrassed myself and my whole family. And the complaint review she refers to has lots of complaints about everything about this restaurant. Just an angry person, and my family is being punished. Furthermore upon research I was in El Paso Texas for a couple of weeks of business when this review was written she’s referring to. Ridiculous

Taco Burrito Mexico – Menu with Prices – 108 N Oakland Ave, Green Bay

This is not the first time that Iâ??ve had a terrible experience with this place but when it comes to my kids you will not play them! My daughter went in there today on her lunch break from school and gave the lady $40 and the lady gives her $.62 back her order was only $29 so when I picked her up from school I went back up there and asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the manager is not there then she starts talking to her language which I have no problem with but my point is she was trying to discredit my daughter my daughter knows what she gave her Long story short I never told her how much was due back and she went right in the register and gave me the correct amount this young lady knew what she was doing she should be fired for taking peopleâ??s money! I would never ever recommend this taco burrito to anyone money is too hard to come by for many people why should she be able to continue to take peoples money like that and still work a job she should be ashamed of herself I wouldnâ??t recommend anyone that visit Green Bay or Lives in Green Bay to visit this locationð??¯ ð??ª

The Café at Thistle Farms – Menu with Prices – 5122 Charlotte Ave, Nashville

This place is absolutely incredible. The mission they put forth and their employees are amazing. They are all women survivors of trafficking and other crimes, and they work in this gorgeous café. Thistle Farms provides them with free medical, dental, and psychiatric care, and helps them get them on their feet so they can sustain themselves while they are in recovery. It is amazing. All the profits go back into the company to help these women. My mother, my daughter, and my two sisters and myself went for Afternoon Tea yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole tea time was delightful. It is all money WELL SPENT. We left with uplifted hearts and happy stomaches. I will absolutely come to The Café at Thistle Farms time and time again – to have a wonderful time at their establishment, and to support these exemplary women. 5 stars all around. 100%.

Tacos El Pollo – Menu with Prices – 3696 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena

I came here on a late night with my boyfriend since he wanted a burrito. He ordered a Carne Asada burrito with rice, beans and avocado and a soda, which was a little over $5.00. When his number was called, they gave him a side of avocado, a side of rice and a side of beans. When I saw his bag, I went to the window and told the guy taking orders (in Spanish) that he had ordered an Asada burrito with rice, beans and avocado. He tried to argue with me that my boyfriend had only said rice, beans and avocado. The guy said that it will be extra for the burrito so I told him it was ok, so he charged plus $3 and some change. When we got the burrito and then got in the car, I told my boyfriend to grab a bite off the burrito because I had a feeling that they had NOT added the meat. And there it was… blend burrito with rice, beans and avocado and NO MEAT. So we basically paid almost $10 for a simple rice and beans burrito. Good location, bad customer service.

Antojitos Laredo Tacos – Menu with Prices – 324-342 Bancroft St, Toledo

Have heard so many wonderful things about the Taco Truck to see for myself. I got the chicken burrito supreme, my mother got the beef burrito supreme and we also ordered 4 beef hard tacos. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Best Mexican meal I have had in a long time. Authentic and tasty!!! I will most definitely be back, and will be referring you ladies to all of my friends. Welcome to the neighborhood… so glad to have you!!

Bell Street Burritos Menu with Prices 1816 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta

Well, I’m done giving Bell Street the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the lack of meat in their burritos. The lack of substance rolled up in that foil is borderline criminal considering the price. Today’s lunch will likely be my last here. I’m so tired of handing over my twelve bucks plus for a tea, a handful of terrible chips and a grilled (extra charge) burrito full of beans and rice. I mean it’s literally 90% pintos and white rice with a sprinkle of cheese and a dab of salsa followed by a search for a bite containing a trace of meat. If I wanted beans and rice, rice and beans, Dave Ramsey style, I’d make my own at home for a fraction of the price. If you decide to pay to add extras (sour cream, cheese dip, etc.) just know it’s often difficult to determine if they even put them in the burrito. On more than one occasion, I’ve ripped open my burrito for a manager to aid me in finding the meat. The manager remade the burrito, and told me to ask for him to make my burrito when I come in. I tried this a few times and it actually worked, but should I really have to ask for my food to be prepared by the manager to get decent value? Perhaps this is merely a quality control issue in the kitchen, or maybe it’s just a standard practice by the owners to maximize profits by filling the burritos with the cheap beans and rice. Speaking of getting what I’m paying for, the posted menu price hasn’t always matched the price on the register. When I questioned the cashier about this on a previous visit, he said they just hadn’t updated the menu to reflect the current prices yet. He couldn’t honor the posted menu price. Are you kidding me? I will say I’ve had their bowls with sufficient meat for the price, so I don’t know if the lack of meat is just an issue with the burritos because you can’t see what you’re not getting until it’s too late….especially if you order takeout or delivery! Goodbye Bell Street Burritos!

David’s Burgers – Menu with Prices – 101 S Bowman Rd, Little Rock

David’s has previously been a polite, family friendly chain. Until today. Upon visiting, my mother and I were accused of potentially stealing some of the free sample fries they frequently bring around because we both chose to order a sandwich only. Mind you, we had not even been able to complete our order so we had not eaten anything. This loud and at first seemingly joking exchange became louder and rude as he, THE OWNER, tells my mother that she shouldn’t lie and should set a good example for me. The nervous cashier is looking back and forth because the owner is telling her to charge us for the fries even though we have stated we dont want them. This continues back and forth with him insisting she add fries to her ticket so she doesn’t steal them and my mother insisting politely that she does not want any fries. As we go to our seats, the owner tells the cashier he needs to speak with her. She leaves crying, without a job and my mother and I are both disgusted, offended and saddened at such a negative experience. We did request a refund and left without eating and the only thing this man can say is he messed up in a hushed voice, undoubtedly just trying to make sure my mother and I were not loud enough for any of his other precious customers to hear.

poke bistro – Menu with Prices – 11819 Foothill Blvd ste E, Rancho Cucamonga

Had the bowl. Delish. Had Poke in Hawaii and loved it. This our new go to place !! Thanks for all your help and patience with my son . Great impression! A little pricey but worth every bite! Lol There is a thief among the employees! My son and I went to have an early dinner; the service was great but boy was I surprised to find out via my bank alert that the guy who took my payment also took my debit card and initiated several attempts at fraudulent cash withdrawals at Chevron and Shell!!! Thank goodness for my bank alert or I would have been robbed of $200!!! I’m usually pretty good at getting my card back but I was suffering from low blood sugar. Thank you Wells Fargo for your quick action. Please beware of this establishment and guard your card (s)! I will no longer frequent this establishment and I hope the employee gets fired and arrested for fraud. Manager/owner feel free to contact me as I am going to press charges I know what he looks like!

Komotodo Sushi Burrito – Menu with Prices – 13713 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park

Overall, 4.5 stars. Atmosphere/cleanliness: 5 Staff/customer service: 5 Food: 4 The place is perfectly clean and organized. Very bright and open space, very modern. Great atmosphere. Everything was perfectly clean. Wouldn’t change a thing. The staff has been very helpful both times I’ve been. Everyone from the person helping me order to the person checking me out has been fantastic. Really detail oriented and just overall very pleasant. As for the food, I’d like for you to read this knowing I moved here recently- 16 hours away from the sushi burrito/poke bowl place I’d visit at least once a week. I don’t usually compare two similar places, but I think here it could be useful. The portion sizes here are perfect. They definitely give you plenty of food. They really pack it into the burrito. Everything is also seasoned wonderfully and what needs to taste fresh, tastes fresh. Great quality ingredients and delicious sauces. I’m a salmon person all day everyday and theirs is really up there in quality, which surprises me for the Midwest! The only flaw in what they have is that the burrito really falls apart quite easily. I end up having to eat about a third of each half straight from the wrapper, mushing it into my mouth. As a person who values the burrito as something that can be eaten on the go, it’s a huge bummer for me that it doesn’t work for that. I think if they rolled it a little tighter, to where the two ends of the nori sheet met up again and locked together, the issue could be remedied quite easily. The only thing I would change about their format is likely because my old sushi burrito haunt has me spoiled. Here you have the option to customize the 15 presets they have on the menu, but the other place had it perfect, giving you the ability to build a burrito or a bowl. Choosing nori/soy paper, what type of rice, and then breaking down their pricing by # of meats and toppings. Of course, a few ingredients had an additional charge, but if you want your avocado and mango to be fresh, you don’t mind paying it. If they added in the ability to build your burrito or bowl and fixed the structural integrity issue, that would up it the half star to being perfect for me. Definitely give them a try!

The Choppin’ Block – Menu with Prices – 2212 Madison St, Clarksville

We were visiting from out of town and had a waiter recommend this place. It was 15 minutes out of our way, but we drove to pick up a couple of steaks any way because of all the great reviews. When we walked in the service was phenomenal and the associate was very helpful. She wrapped up 2 dry aged filets for us, and we were on our way. When we got to the register the young woman let us know that it was a possibility that the credit card machine may not work and that we may have to go to the ATM to get cash. I told her that we would be happy to do that if the owner would take care of the ATM surcharge. The associate called the owner, and the owner said absolutely NOT. My experience with this establishment was not with the associates, but with the owner. The credit card machine was down and obviously that was my fault and not the owners. In my opinion, as a business owner myself, I would rather break even and keep my customer happy vs pissing off a customer. I’m sure this is not normal, but in this case I would have done anything to keep a customer happy. I will slaughter and dry age my own cow before I ever enter this establishment again. Thanks a lot to the terrible business owner!!!

El Chilitos Mexican Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 1630 E 4th St K, Ontario

Barberitos Southwestern Grille & Cantina Menu with Prices 1151 Agerton Ln, Augusta

Seems like this Barberitos has gone downhill through the years of myself going hear whenever I would watch movies. I ordered a steak burrito on spinach as my order for this visit. Whenever I got around to paying, I showed my military card to receive the military discount in which I saw the cashier input it, but I realize I have the Barberitos app, so I chose to pay with that. However, for whatever reason, the cashier decided to slyly cancel the order and redo it quickly as I was preparing the app and removing the military discount. Didn’t notice the discount was gone until I already paid for my order. On top of that, the rice in my burrito had gotten to a point in which it was hard that my mother even mentioned it to me. In which I thought she was right, and we also agreed that the steak was on the drier side and still could use more juice to it. Lastly, they have some of the worst salsa ever. It is the most watered down salsa to where it has no flavor, but it is needed for the salty chips they provide. Disappointed by another visit to here.
