Tried this out for the first time, and I would never come back again. A woman by the name of Sunny helped me at the register and was extremely rude. She visibly appeared upset with me as she shook her head and scoffed because I was indecisive about my order. I tried to explain to her where I was coming from, as I am on a new diet in which I am still processing what I can and cannot eat, and she ignored me. I then asked for her name, and she didn’t respond to me. I asked for her name again, still no response. For the third time, I asked her for her name, and she finally responded, in the the rudest way possible. Unfortunately this woman not only lacks customer service, but she also lacks compassion. A trait that I believe is extremely important when running a business. It would be difficult to purchase from and support a local business that allows a woman to be rude to its customers? She is also hostile and creates tension . Before this happened, she outwardly scolded her co-worker for not charging a woman $1.50 for the fine egg (that price isn’t noted ANYWHERE in the store, btw). It was a bit awkward to watch. This happened on July 19 around noon. I am writing this review because people do not deserve to be treated in this way. I saw how she treated her workers and it was quite upsetting. If you want to have a horrible customer service experience, come to Poki Run. You will definitely receive just that from Sunny. In regards to the other workers who helped me (younger girl and boy), thank you for being kind and patient with me. Considering how pricey this place is combined with its lack of customer service, I would try to avoid this place as much as possible until they actively do something to improve their customer service. *UPDATE* earlier I asked her if she was the owner of the store, in which she replied to me no and that she wasn’t. I called the store later in the day, and I was told that she IS in fact the owner. Someone needs to put this lady out of business already

Cancun Juice – Menu with Prices – 2800 N Main St Suite 192, Santa Ana

Last week, I happened to stop by main Street Mall. Seconds from ordering upstairs I looked down and saw this business. I was helped by Daniel he did my liquado 100% perfect. I said thank you. He even offered to redo in case it wasn’t good. This is great customer service. I normally go to Bristol Warner store. There they got one bar Apple doing the juices always with the shittiest attitude. Yesterday, Manager Sylvia refuse to allow another employee do my liquado. I did not order and left. This store Daniel is the type of customer service they all should have…thank you Daniel.

Vino Del Lago – Menu with Prices – 25 Via Brianza Suite 100, Henderson

In an attempt to support my local community I have frequented his business. I actually like the decor and a singer there, Habaka, has really touched my ears and heart. Habaka was not singing for a while because she was on tour in Italy. I didn’t come in during that time and then for a while after I was traveling and got out of the habit of coming in. Seeing Habaka’s updates in Instagram I came in again two weeks ago. The waitress, Melissa, said to me, “I haven’t seen you for so long!” My reply was, “That’s because Habaka wasn’t here.” When she said it I was in mid sentence speaking to my husband. She didn’t say anything else and I just continued the conversation with him. I return again tonight and sit down in front of the same waitress. I asked her for a particular beer that they apparently don’t sell any longer. I was like, “What happened?” She said no one was drinking it. Okay. I also asked for Prosecco. They didn’t have that. I finally ordered a small champagne and cranberry juice. I also ordered almonds and other items for my husband. I had more interaction with her this time because I actually enjoyed being served by her the last time I was there. I would not have sat down at the bar in front of her if I thought she and I had issues. I went outside to speak with another customer that I am friendly with. We were in the middle of a conversation when I was approached by the management/owner, Teri. She told me not to be rude to the waitress. I was incredibly confused because I had just placed my order and ran outside to talk to someone else. I was trying to figure out what happened and she continued to tell me I can’t do this because she doesn’t pay them enough. I’m just thinking, “What is she talking about?” Finally she told me that the LAST time I was there I was rude to the waitress. Insert the above conversation about Habaka. I asked her how is that being rude? Seriously! The owner would not allow me to speak and did not approach the situation professionally. I asked her if I could actually tell her the conversation (seriously, it was two sentences). She would have been better off asking me to step to the side so that we could speak. I would have preferred if she asked me about my last visit. Instead she told me what happened when she wasn’t even there. She could have compared notes with what she heard from the waitress. Was it the same conversation? Or did she just take her word for it without evaluating whether or not a customers reply is in fact “rude”. I am never rude. I was to the point in that moment but there was nothing else to say. This was why I had not been in. Nonetheless, customers around us started trailing off because she was being so loud. I told her that her tone and the fact that she would not listening to me were unprofessional. She still continued on saying how she had had me there to sell my beauty products before. I said, “Yes, and I have visited your business many times and I’ve never been rude.” She wouldn’t listen to me. She kept repeating that she doesn’t pay her enough to be treated “that way”. I couldn’t tolerate the drama anymore so I walked in and got my husband. We paid the bill and left. Never again will I come here. It was hard enough dragging my husband here anyway. He has not wanted to come here for months and I force him to do so. I begged him to come with me because I will not sit in a drinking establishment alone. Perhaps the fact that she doesn’t pay her waitress enough is why she isn’t happy and thinks people are rude. I can’t say. I know this much. Many people have complained about management here and I’ve tried to overlook it and still support. Last December I mentioned to Teri about how much I liked one of her waitresses. She didn’t s

Waffle House – Menu with Prices – 621 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta

When my husband enter the Waffle House there was three workers. They didnâ??t even greet him when entering. One of the workers was a young Caucasian woman. She didnâ??t even move out her seat. She act like she didnâ??t want to take his order. In some way he feel they treated him like this because he was African-American. Antony was the only person who had customer service after my husband asked him to take his order. My food was over cooked (black)and the cook still sent it out the door with my husband. This is the worst Waffle House I ever had and on top of that they want pick up the phone. I am really dissatisfy and the food is not edible thatâ??s how bad it is ð??? My husband explained to Antony the food was burnt. They did nothing to fix the food. I will be calling corporate because not only the customer service suck the food also ð?? if it was me personally when I walked in the door and wasnâ??t greeted. I wouldâ??ve never purchased anything out of this Waffle House. Please check out the pictures below ?? Donâ??t give me something you wouldnâ??t eat

America’s Best Wings Menu with Prices 3531 Washington Blvd #114, Baltimore

This restaurant has horrible customer service, I would thoroughly recommend that you DO NOT go here. I had an issue where my jacket was ripped on a sharp exposed corner ledge that was not flush against the wall. It ripped the back of my jacket. If I didn’t have it on, it would have ripped my skin; or god forbid hurt a child because of how exposed it was. I told the manager on duty and he laughed at me as if it was a joke and dismissed me. I may not be a manager at a restaurant but I definitely know that a customer concern is not something to laugh at and shrug off as if it wasn’t important. I take pictures of the tip and the exposed edge and ask him for the number to corporate. It was then that I was informed that each American best wings are individually owned. He gives me a number to someone named Akram Vai who apparently is not the owner but he works above the store manager. I tell him the exact same thing that I told the Manager and Akram Vai tells me that basically it is my fault that it happened and there is nothing they can do about it. I told him that I would like to talk to the owner and he was hesitant at first but eventually he puts the owner on. The phone. The owner of this establishment Naif Ahmed tells me that they will look into the matter, I wait for him to get there and as soon he got there immediately without a hello he started off by saying “what’s the issue?! Where’s the problem?! What do you want from me” very abruptly. I explain the situation to him and one of his workers gets some caulk from Home Depot and just puts caulk over it and calls it a day without any regard to my coat and the damage whatsoever. I highly recommend that you go eat at another establishment because the customer service is horrendous and as people we don’t deserve to be treated this way.

Jasper’s Deli-Sheldon – Menu with Prices – 1504 Coburg Rd, Eugene

We used to go into this store all the time. But since Jackie Burkel left, the customer service has fallen off considerably. There is one clerk in the evening, her name is Jan, and she is wonderful. That being said, the other woman who works evenings is rude, does not give ANY customer service, and always seems to have quite unsavory characters hanging out in the deli. We have talked to several people in the area who used to go there all the time. It was like a party and we would all meet up and gamble and chat. None of those people go there at all any longer and all say the same thing. The star of that store was Jackie Burkel. Since she left to go to the Delta store, and then was fired, Jasper’s has lost all of our business. We won’t be frequenting any of the deli’s any longer. We have found a great new place close by and the employees are fabulous and the customers are very happy. You people used to run quality stores, but they have gone down hill so far, that we won’t come back.

topp?t Handcrafted Pizzas + Chopped Salads – Menu with Prices – 323 W Cardinal Blvd, Louisville

I know this location is still fairly new, but their customer service is crap. I had lunch with a friend here and we ordered two pizzas(keep in mind these pizzas are small personal pizzas) and a s’more. We had been seated for almost 20 minutes before they brought the pizzas out and when they did, we reminded the woman that we ordered s’mores and she said they would be out soon. We didn’t realize til the end of our 35 minute lunch that we never got the s’mores, so we had to leave the table to ask about them and they didn’t come out for another 15 minutes. They never gave any sort of apologies. On another account, my girlfriend went there yesterday 15 minutes before they closed(enough time to heat up a tiny pizza) and all the workers were very rude to her, as if she had showed up with 1 minute to spare. It was not okay, and I have worked in several customer service jobs and food service jobs so I understand working in customer service and having customers show up close to your closing time sucks, but when you still have 15 minutes to service a simple to-go order, you have no reason to make indirect comments about what time it is and glare at the customer, ESPECIALLY when the customer is nothing but nice to you. Otherwise, the food is good and I love the selection and the prices are off the chain, but if you want to be treated like shit by employees who obviously don’t like their own jobs and don’t know how to treat a fresh face with respect just because they’re having a bad day, go ahead on down to this Topp’t!!!

Kanaloa Seafood – Menu with Prices – 715 Chapala St, Santa Barbara

The review from Aldoux on 1/31/19 was spot on in capturing my wife’s and my experience with the customer service at the Market. We buy fresh fish regularly at the Market which is always 5 Star. However, my wife has experienced “Mr Rude” on multiple occasions and it leaves a bad taste (pun intended!) after paying top prices for excellent fish. To be fair and balanced, at other times the staff couldn’t be more courteous and helpful. However, to Aldoux’s comment, we have to think twice about whether we go to Kanaloa and risk encountering “Mr Rude” or driving to the Santa Barbara Fish Market at the Harbor where they couldn’t be nicer and more helpful whenever we go. My comment to the owner of Kanaloa: you must know (or at least should know) who “Mr Rude” is…and you also should know as a SB retail store owner that you can’t afford to have a “Mr Rude” working at your store…or any rude employees for that matter. As other SB retail store owners have painfully discovered, it’s not just about the product, it’s about the total experience.

Bangkok House – Menu with Prices – 420 E Saginaw St #112, Lansing

Was interesting to me that there are NO reviews for 2019 for Bangkok House. I gave the owner one more chance to not be so rude to me and others that she serves at her restaurant, well she failed miserably. Don’t know if her business is not doing well but she does not smile at you or even say hello. Maybe this is what they consider excellent service? If you like someone being rude to you then go here and have some Thai, if not find another place. She should read the reviews on here that talk about the service and how rude she is and start to change things. There are better choices in the surrounding area that will treat you much better. Food is alright but nothing that would keep me going back to receive the level of service she provides. You wonder if she even knows that she is treating people disrespectfully? I’m learning in life that if you keep your thoughts to yourself and don’t write reviews like this it doesn’t help others so I had to make sure you knew how you might be treated.

Cali Home Grill – Menu with Prices – 410 E Chapman Ave, Fullerton

Most unprofessional and rude exhibit of customer service I have ever seen. Came in to simply order a drink and a side of fries…as I was waiting for my order, a soft spoken girl next to me accidentally spilled the tea she had just ordered all over the floor. When no employee made any type of effort to resolve the issue, I took it upon myself to help clean up the mess. One of the women in the front told the girl that they would make her a new drink. The girl just stood waiting there for a solid five minutes before another employee just gave her a blank stare and rudely asked the girl what she was doing. When the girl explained the story, the employee basically told her “too bad, so sad- we gave you what you ordered, you dropped it, there’s nothing we can do, so you can leave now.” Obviously the other employee (that I’m assuming is one of the owners) never communicated the story or made an attempt to make the girl a new drink as she promised. As this was occurring- I interjected, stating there was no reason for her to be so rude and aggressive to her customers without any good reason behind it. This then escalated into a loud argument between myself and the employee that carried throughout the entire restaurant in which this employee cursed, told me to shut up, and mind my own business, in front of many customers just trying to enjoy their meals. I think it’s important to note, that as this woman was screaming and cursing her main point was how “not rude” she is. Ironic. Near the end of the argument the employee told me that I didn’t have to eat there, to which I stated I would than like a refund since I never received my order. Unsurprisingly, she refused to give me my money back. Throughout the chaos no other team-member or either one of the present owners decided to interfere in order to help diffuse the situation. I was happy to stick up for an individual who didn’t want to raise concern about the way she was being treated, but the type of customer service and plain bullying that was illustrated that day should have never been tolerated to begin with. I didn’t get the rude employees name, but I’m sure her ‘less than sunny’ disposition will make who I am speaking of very clear. Also, the food is of poor quality and overpriced and i noticed many unsanitary health code violations occurring such as no hair nets, touching unprepared food without gloves, the smell of old oil, and not washing hands between different food orders.

Quickly Boba LA – Menu with Prices – 2717 W Olympic Blvd #106, Los Angeles

I stop going to a cafe that has no manners for elder people. The workers, particularly a worker is rude to elders, especially to those with language barriers. I’ve sat there for hours and with the workers’ changed shift. I hear a worker giving attitude to an old lady. I work as a barista as well, but I never gave bad attitudes to customers. yes, we work in Korea Town with language barriers but speaking to elderly customers with bad manner is not right. If a manager or the owner of this store read this, please talk to your workers about this matter.

Naughty Pig – Menu with Prices – 28780 Old Town Front St, Temecula

I put a premium on customer service, unfortunately Naughty Pig didn’t put the premium on customer service today. I dropped in to buy some sausage, it had been about two months since my last visit. I like their sausages, they are pretty good…so good I have taken them with me when family comes to visit in other parts of California. Or gone out of my way to go buy sausages when an unexpected visitor dropped by for dinner. Today I stopped in at 11 AM and the store had one other customer who was being helped by a butcher. There were 6-7 other store employees. They greeted me as I came in…but then as I stood for five minutes at the meat counter looking, no one said “boo” to me. So after thinking about it, and looking at the 6-7 employees in the store, I figured they have enough business, I’ll take mine elsewhere. The sausages are good, I will get over this experience in a month or two, but you lost my business today and Memorial Day.

Dada Shabu Shabu – Menu with Prices – 4960 Irvine Blvd, Irvine

I have been here several times and I’ve always enjoyed myself. The food here is good and the service is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, my recent experience has caused me to change my mind about ever visiting this store again. This 1-star review is just for their hostess – Aileen. I have never met a ruder, more stuck-up, and snooty hostess on my entire life. We came in a group to celebrate my mother’s birthday I had called around 5 to see if there was an available reservation, and the only available one was around 7:30. For the entirety of our conversation, Aileen was condescending and rude. She spoke in a very belittling tone. As she told me there wouldn’t be an availability for the time slot I was looking for, I took a moment to think about my options. When it was quiet for a few seconds, she screeched HELLO? into the phone call. I think it’s natural to assume I was thinking but if it wasn’t there’s much more polite ways to regain the other person’s attention than by raising her voice. I decided it was best to just make the reservation and come earlier as a walk-in party. I asked my aunt, who had arrived there earlier, to sign-in for us. My aunt is one of the kindest and sweetest woman I’ve ever had the fortune of meeting. I was so angry when I found out that Aileen was also very rude to my aunt. My cousin said she saw her mother being treated like a child and being ignored in a dismissive tone. When I had also arrived there myself, Aileen was also really rude to us again. My mother is a typical Asian mother — she wants to best accomodate everyone as best as possible. She has some walking issues and she asked if we could get these two tables nearby the door. Aileen was again, very condescending and spoke to my mother if she was a child. It was a question, there was no need for the hostile tone in her voice. Lastly, we had to come back to obtain something we had left behind. Our brief conversation together really Aileen’s lack of professionalism and manners. The way she spoke implied she was going to ask a staff member if they had seen the item but then switched to saying I should just walk and obtain it myself. She was so unprofessional and again, spoke in this belittling and rude manner. Save for the hostess, I found the rest of the staff to be helpful in servicing my party. However, as a whole team I believe you’re only as strong as your weakest link and our experience reflects that. I highly urge the managers at Dada to reconsider your employment of Aileen or at minimum a retraining for her and her lack of professional demeanor. She lacks an idea of how to speak to customers and behave with professional decorum. We will no longer be visiting and will take our business elsewhere.
