Driving up here you would never expect a restaurant. It’s in a retired office complex of some kind but the advantage of that is that there is ample parking. The restaurant is an eclectic sampling of vintage furniture and decorations. The food is a fusion of American home-style with some Tex-Mex and creative culinary dishes. In short, it’s all delicious, service is super friendly although during the lunch rush it can be a little chaotic, which didn’t bother us due to the great atmosphere. We purchased some of the huge and scrumptious desserts to take home. Everything is reasonably priced and we will definitely come back to sample of their other menu choices.

Ice Ice Smoothie – Menu with Prices – 2821 Wilmington Pike, Dayton

I was telling my trainer I couldn’t find a good protein that tasted good and did what I wanted. My trainer recommended I go to Ice Ice Smoothie. He said they were the best supplement store in the area. Finally, one morning, I stopped in. The guy working the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He offered me a sample to try and told me that if I decided I didn’t like the sample, not to open the purchased product and I would be able to return it. The new protein I purchased is great. It also mixes well with the crappy tasting stuff I have at home. ? Ice Ice Smoothie also has food / smoothies for purchase: dine in / eat out. I’ve since been 2x and had two different smoothies; both delicious and filling. I know the name of the place is cheesy, but If you’re looking for supplements and knowledgeable employees; this is the place for you.

Kim Vu Vietnamese Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 433 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne

Definitely, in my opinion, the best Vietnamese food in the area. Probably my favorite thing is their spring rolls-they are packed full and a decent size. The peanut sauce it comes with is also super tasty. The Pho soup is delicious as well and you can get it with or without the meatballs (I prefer without). Itâ??s a pretty big portion so I usually end up splitting it with someone or taking the other half home for another meal. The staff are super friendly and do a good job turning over tables, because itâ??s a smaller restaurant and can get pretty busy. Definitely try to get there earlier or later than typical lunch rush time (noon) otherwise you should just get it to go. Iâ??ve been coming here for over 4 years and itâ??s still my favorite go to when Iâ??m in that area.

Little Lois Cafe – Menu with Prices – 576 Patterson St NW STE110, Salem

How do you get a solid 5 star Yelp rating? By serving (and delivering) delicious, fresh, reasonably priced food, and paying attention to every detail. There are a million places that do about the same thing – provide you with a sandwich, a side and a dessert. But Lois just does it better. We came in after the lunch rush, and Lois herself happened to be there to answer our questions about the sides. I asked if the potato salad was creamy. She went to the fridge and opened a container to let me sample it. Because I try to avoid mayo, I passed on the potato salad and went with a Mediterranean pasta salad to go with the Thai Chicken Wrap. But I appreciated the friendly gesture, and I had a feeling she would have let me taste every side til I found one I liked. The variety of sandwiches, sides and desserts to pick from is extensive, and everything was super “made-today” fresh. We had the pumpkin bar, which was delicious without being too rich or too sweet. They’re serving Coava coffee, which is top shelf. The branding is pretty cute, well-executed and I would not be surprised to see this company expand to multiple locations. This business deserves their 5-star status. Bravo!

Pho Oceanside – Menu with Prices – 518 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside

LOVE this restaurant! Came here every week for a few months over a year ago and due to a deployment haven’t been in in over a year. Walked in today and the manager (owner?) immediately remembered my order down to the egg rolls and drink. AMAZING customer service and friendly staff. Very attentive- yet they don’t bother you while eating. All staff members constantly scan the restaurant for those customers who are “looking around” for a server, so they rush right over to assist you. I personally hate being bothered numerous times while I’m eating, so this is great for me. They do ask if everything is to your liking once youve had a few bites, and after they only check on you if you remember finished or need a refill. I’m just amazed after so long, they still remember me and my order. Awesome food, lovely staff, clean restaurant. Totally recommend!

Bao Bun Bowl – Menu with Prices – 4752 Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati

A nice restaurant thats tucked in fields eterl so unfortunately easy to miss if you arent looking. Every time ive gone in for lunch, roughly 1100, it’s not too crowded, maybe one or 2 other small parties that are normally not that loud. They have some nice background music to fill the quiet void that fits well with their shop. Seating is next to an open kitchen but their set up doesnt bother me on the contrary, it makes the resturant feel more open. The staff are really chill. The cashier will answer your questions and is laidback. Keep in mind, at this time that is, he wont be tending to your table every so often like other restaurants. This could be different during the dinner rush. I VERY much enjoy their dishes. Their meatbuns and dumplings are super packed and the bread is super yummy but hard to pick up with chopsticks. I do encourage getting their egg tea, the mild spiced and tea soaked boiled egg is actually really good. They also have a menu for the queens bakery that is a short walk down the strip. You can actually call them and they will bring the beverage to you at bao bun.

Sabor Do Brasil – Menu with Prices – 2858 Delk Rd SE Suite 120, Marietta

I came in for lunch on recommendation from a coworker that he went the day before and loved it. I also saw a ton of great reviews for this place. This place is located in a small plaza. So you need to pay attention or you will pass it. Best way to describe this place is it’s a Home Cooking of Fogo Da Cho without the fancy decor and way smaller space. They have a small cold bar, hot bar, and the Brazilian steak grill area where you let the cook know what you want and he slices it for you to grab. I went straight for the steak on the grill of course. I had the Pichana steak, Garlic Pichana, and Bacon wrapped sirloin. All of it was amazing. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. They even had fresh sliced kiwi, pineapples, and pear in the cold bar. The price was insanely priced at around $10.00 for lunch. No wonder this place was filling up by noon time. You definitely want to get there early like at 11am to avoid the lunch rush. I also noticed several Brazilians dining at this place. Usually that’s how you can tell if the restaurant is authentic and food when the natives eat at their own restaurant. I highly recommend this place for the value and quality of steaks. I am surprised at the quality as it basically tastes the same as the high dollar Brazilian steakhouses.

Fresh Smoothies & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 2450 Creston Ave, The Bronx

I would like to think it was because I came in 15 min to closing but that shouldnt change the attitude that you have towards the customer. I walked in and the ladies were talking they looked at me and continued talking. Very disrespectful didnt get greeted or anything, so I said excuse me and asked for what I wanted. Then I told her ill buy an orange juice aswell only for the simple fact that I wanted to see the machine working she stated that the machine is off and the juice was premade that defeated the purpose of wanting the juice so I didnt get it, but They have a lil process that’s done to meet customers satisfaction they serve you an ounce or 2 of w.e. smoothie you ordered to taste for perfection incase you want to add anything or change anything but as I get my sample the lady started to pour it in the cup, didnt wait for my opinion. It wasnt as cold as I would have wanted it to be but didnt wanna start anything I just said it was fine. The one moping gets mad because my boots were dirty she told me to stand by the door and the other lady tells me to come over to the cashier to pay and the one mopping gets mad. I just think for a first time experience on a Friday night it should have been a little better.. I’ll come again another time maybe I’ll change my rating but as of now very disappointed

California Fish Grill- Casual Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 10920 Magnolia Ave Ste 101, Riverside

Ok put the star next to this place and add it to speed dial on your phone. It’s the real deal. We take lunch at 1:30 on Fridays to avoid the normal lunch time rush. We timed this one just right! Cheery greeting in line, at the counter and throughout the transaction. Which included a beeper! Great selection of fish and preparation selections and we sampled everything from ahi poke to fried catfish. With skewered shrimp, sautéed shrimp, fried shrimp and creole shrimp in my Bubba Gump voice. All were fresh, and prepared just right. The salmon salad was substantial and didn’t lack for flavor. We shared the sautéed asparagus and deep fried green beans. Be sure to check out the custom drinks and sodas. Like I said, the ROMEOs eat later in the day for lunch than most, so I can’t say how they do with lines of hospital smocks at super rush but they handled our little crowd with ease. Leo’s Lodge – Menu with Prices – 2525 E Jolly Rd, Lansing

The group of people I went to training with decided to come here as a group. We came in during a busy lunch rush, but got seated immediately. Unfortunately, we all ordered items that take a but longer. I ordered a burger. We realized we did not have enough time. When the waitress came, we asked if she was able to bring boxes and the check, in case we needed to rush out to drive back. The waitress was super kind and accommodating to our needs. She brought boxes and the checks. She came back quickly as well the collect the bills to that we could tip and get our card back. She apologized for the time it took, but it was not her fault. It was our fault for thinking we had time to sit and dine. I really loved the atmosphere in this restaurant. It was quite nice inside, and the waitress was kind throughout. Sadly, I was in a rush and could not take any pictures. I am hoping to visit this place again some day and add pictures.

TeaCoffee.com (Chieti Coffee) – Menu with Prices – 3063 Sheridan St, Las Vegas

My daughter has been telling me about this place and their fine coffee. Today was the day to go and I am so glad I did. Upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly hello and a few questions in order to better serve me. Both gentlemen offered to make me a fresh cup of coffee from any of their beans. My daughter and her husband love the cuban espresso, but I was looking for something a bit less bold. The gentleman suggested the Brazil. I was super anxious to get home and try it. Pure heaven. I am beyond thrilled. While I was checking out, the other gentleman was talking to my granddaughter and offered her a piece of candy. She loved the pretty little glass apples that hung on trees. $6.95 for 1 lb. of the freshest, most amazing coffee ever! Incredible. They even asked me what tea I liked and threw in a sample of that. Don’t bother checking google maps. Sheesh. They are in an industrial part of the city, but it is worth your time to visit them. Valley View/Sirius

Gayosso’s Mexican Food – Menu with Prices – 2709 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix

Went here with my friend today. I had the carne asada burrito and she had some tacos. When we both bit into our food we just looked at each other and smiled! The food is so good! The meat has great seasoning and has great texture! The tortillas had so much flavor as well, not sure if they were home made but they sure tasted home made. I usually go to one of the -bertos chains but the food here is on another level, so good and has a better price than them. The salsa was definitely home made and tasted like how my mom used to make. The customer service was excellent, the cashier was very patient and friendly. The food didnt take long either ! Great spot!

Glacier Homemade Ice Cream – Menu with Prices – 3133 28th St, Boulder

There are lots of flavors of ice cream, sorbet and gelato. There are also some other ice cream treats available, although we didnt notice them until we had already ordered. My medium (in a cup) was about $4.50. The quality is good and the quantity is fair for the price. I ordered 2 different peanut butter flavors and they were great. The young staff was attentive and friendly. They were patient when I wanted to sample a couple flavors. I would definitely return.
