My husband went to the barber last Saturday and the owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes was getting his hair cut. Naturally the conversation turned to his cakes and the barber was raving about the Lemon Bundt cakes. This conversation inspired the hubs to stop and pick up one for dinner that night. It was lovely and moist, with the most lemony flavor and frosted with puffy cream cheese goodness that enhances the cake. It is a relatively simple offering but that is what makes it so good. When they only do one thing, it had better be something they get right. Without a doubt this is the best of the best. These cakes come in various sizes or a single cupcake size and are very well packaged for transport. It would be a refreshing change for a birthday cake or really any occasion. I can highly recommend this store. We went to the store on the west side of Phoenix near 59th Avenue and Thunderbird.

Nothing Bundt Cakes – Menu with Prices – 324 W Campbell Rd, Richardson

This place the place to go if your craving something sweet and you can’t even get a customized cake for a special event. They have about 8 set flavor and every month they have a certain flavor like for December it’s peppermint flavored. They are known for the bunt shaped cakes. They are so moist and the frosting is cream cheese. I have tried almost every flavor they have! My go to favorite is white chocolate raspberry! But all the flavors are good you and go wrong with any of the flavors. I like how when you go inside they shop is very bright, decorative, and cute. They usually put a sized samples of one of there bundt cakes flavors. The most common sample have seen is red velvet nothing bundt cake. There are different sizes of the cakes. You can get bundtinis they are mini little cakes in like cupcake covers. You can only buy them in bundles. They are usually for parties and things you munch on. Then there’s bundlets they are good for one person to eat. They usually come cold which to me makes the cake taste better. Then actual bunt cakes which you can buy an 8″ or 10″ and you can customize it to whatever occasion you want the cake for. Great place to eat something sweet!!

One word to describe these Bundt cake.. Crack…lol..so yummy and addicted. My personal favorite is the white chocolate raspberry flavor. Once you walk into the doorway, you are hit with how fairly like bright cute decor and their many flavors Bundt cakes thru the glass at their counter on display. They have samples on the side for their customers to try the flavor of the day. Not only they have Bundt cakes, they also sell candles, cards and anything to go with the Bundt cakes to celebrate any occasion. I came in to grab a small Bundt cakes for a friend birthday today. They also has a bigger size Bundt cakes or mini that they sell for a dozen and you can mix up all the flavors. Definitely an option for a birthday cake if you prefer something different from a regular birthday cake. The girls at the counter are friendly and helpful everytime I’ve stopped by.

Mud Pie Bakery & Coffee – Menu with Prices – 7319 W 95th St, Overland Park

WOW! Their German chocolate cupcake and Oreo bundt cake are AMAZING. I was nervous to buy the bundt cake as sometimes bundt cakes can be dry, but this one was moist and fluffy and delicious! The frosting on the German chocolate cupcake was outstanding! The cake itself was bouncy, moist, and chocolately. I am not a vegan, and have never had vegan pastries, but these could convert me! They were much better than many traditional non vegan cupcakes and bundt cakes that I have had! 12/10 would recommmend. Update 5/10/2019 I went here for the third time today, and the cupcake and cookie were excellent. If you want quality baked goods to bring to your home, I would recommend this place! However, if you want to buy and pastry and sit and do work or chat with a friend, I would not recommend this place. I sat down on their bench and my pants promptly caught on a nail and nearly ripped. The staff apologized and covered the nails with tape and a note. However, at about 5:40 two staff members began loudly discussing how they have things to do later that night. One woman told a story about a time customers stayed until 6:10 pm and, “I didn’t get out of here until 7:30.” They continued along this line until I left about 5 minutes later. I felt embarrassed, as if somehow I was inconveniencing them by finishing my tea and pastry 20 minutes before close. As I was the only person in the store, it was clear that this information was targeted at me. Can’t say I’m eager to repeat the experience.

I’ve had bundt cake before as a kid. My grandma used to make them and they were good. However, NBC is also the real deal when it comes to bundt cakes. Their flavors are phenomenal and the cakes are just perfectly moist. I’ve tried just about every flavor and I’d probably have to say that my favorite (or one of them) would be the pecan praline. They are all winners though and you won’t regret any of them. You may have some regrets after eating all of them though. The store is small and offers customers free samples of their flavor of the month or featured flavor. They also have small gift ideas in the store for just about any occasion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to try this place if you haven’t already. You definitely will get hooked for sure.

When you want to do something special for a person or group but just don’t know what to do : NOTHING BUNDT CAKES across from Costco on 28th street is the place to go! Amazing cakes for any occasion! I wanted to say THANK YOU TO THE NURSES AND STAFF at Butterworth for the way that they took care of my husband for over a week. What to do? I contacted NOTHING BUNDT CAKES because their products are delicious and made with the finest ingredients. Owners Scott and Christine Vogel came through. They are a wonderful family and a great addition to our community! The nurses and staff of Lettinga Cancer Center were so appreciative of these delicious cakes! We then became known as the “Cake Family”. Thank you Scott, Family and staff of NOTHING BUNDT CAKES!

YUM! I’m not sure how else to describe the deliciousness of Nothing Bundt Cakes! I frequented NBC while living in Orange County, and am unbelievably excited to see the franchise popping up in the Inland Empire! You have the option of purchasing a full sized Bundt Cake (8″, 10″, or tiered), a miniature personal sized Bundlet, or the bite sized Buntinis, which are served by the dozen. There’s no wrong answer when it comes to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every bundt is crafted with light moist breading and thick creamy frosting. I’m personally a victim of the mini Bundtlets, and often leave with 4-5 delicious flavors to indulge on throughout the week. So far my favorite flavors are the Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon, and Confetti. They also have flavors like classic vanilla, marble, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, pecan praline, pumpkin spice, and a variety of gluten free options. What makes this location extra special is the amazing service behind the counter! Each time I’ve made a pit stop to fulfill my bundt cravings, I’ve always been greeted with a friendly smile and great conversation. The store is also adorable and filled with fun goodies that would be great gift items for the holidays. I still have two bundt cakes left and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Cake Designs makes the most AMAZING cakes! I have been ordering all of our family birthday cakes from Cake Designs for over 15 years and my experience has been terrific every single time. Whatever theme or design I have asked for, Cake Designs has always come through with a gorgeous cake. The cake artists at Cake Designs are true artists. The cakes they create are absolutely beautiful works of art. At every birthday party, people always ask where the cake came from, because it’s always outstanding! And the Cake Designs cakes are scrumptious. They are so moist and light that we always order a cake that is way too big for the number of people we plan to serve, just so we can keep eating the yummy Cake Designs cake for days to come!!!! The staff at Cake Designs is friendly, helpful and efficient. The cakes we have ordered have always been ready exactly when we asked for them to be ready. And Cake Designs is such a clean environment. They have albums and albums of photos of cakes they have made for every occasion imaginable. It’s fun just to flip through the albums to see the gorgeous cakes they’ve made in the past – it’s great inspiration for your current cake order. Cake Designs is amazing and I highly recommend them for your cake needs!

My wife and I just got married and during the planning process decided that for our cake nothing would be better than Nothing Bundt Cakes. It’s sentimental to our relation and delicious. We called about two weeks in advance and ordered 240 bundtinis and a tiered wedding cake for us to cut into. Our wedding was in Sedona, AZ which is about a two hour drive away. Since the cakes needed to stay cooled until dessert time they rented us coolers big enough to transport them safely. The cakes looked amazing and were a hit with all the guests. We even had people taking boxes home for later. The flavors we chose were red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, confetti, and pecan praline. With about 100 people at the wedding there were barely any cupcakes left (I believe that’s a good sign). I recommend this place for small and large get togethers, they truly made our day so special

Smallcakes: Cupcakery & Creamery – Menu with Prices – 2132 Skibo Rd #114, Fayetteville

A very clean shop with pleasant staff;the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the soft music in the backgound is a nice touch. The cupcakes are delicious! The price is around what you would expect to pay for a cupcake, but I appreciate how they don’t skimp on the cake or frosting. Some cupcakery’s have decreased the size of the cup cake, but not the price. At Small Cakes, you get a nice size, pretty looking cupcake in a cute little box designed to hold cupcakes. It’s the attention to detail and presentation that makes this place a favorite of mine too. ON my last visit I had the ket lime cupcake…yes! I have also had the carrot cake cupcake and it is yum too; an added bonus,is it has no raisins in it. Anyhow, the Red Velvet, Wedding, and plain Chocolate are great too!

Wedding Cakes By Jim Smeal – Menu with Prices – 657 N Sterling Dr, Charleston

JIM SMEAL made our wedding cake years ago and my husband and i still talk about our amazing cake. It is still to this day the best wedding cake I have ever tasted (and we thought that at the tasting) Jim truly makes cakes that are as tasty as they and are beautiful! Over the years, we have ordered mini cakes for birthdays and anniversaries and his work has always been consistent. When you’ve been making cakes for decades that’s not always true. If you want a truly memorable cake for any occasion have your cake made by Jim Smeal (I love them all but recommend the white chocolate with real raspberry puree filling . It’s icing is light and not overly sweet like a lot of weekend cakes. The cake is so moist and just as good for our first anniversary as it was our wedding day)

Great experience with Cupcake Hearts! We drove from Wisconsin to Florida to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday with family that lives in Florida. We needed a custom cake. I contacted Cupcake Hearts via email and Cathy was so wonderful. I sent pictures of ideas I had for cupcakes and a smash cake and she was so accommodating. The cupcakes and smash cakes were Sesame Street themed. They were absolutely perfect and everything tasted better than it looked. All the cakes were moist and delicious. If I lived near her shop I would go here for all my cupcake/cake needs. Thank you for making my daughter’s first birthday so special.

I finally caved and used this place for some yummy treats to market to some offices today for work… Needless to say I WILL be back! Jana and her team there went above and beyond to make sure the cakes turned out perfectly with such a creative touch. When you walk into the business the whole room smells like heavenly cake batter that i wish i could bottle up and put into a candle. They even carried all the perfectly wrapped cakes to my car for me! The offer different sizes, flavors and even gluten free options. The store itself has tons of birthday cards, birthday cups/ gifts! Such a cute store front to go with a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend ordering from here for ANY occasion !
