Went into worthy for the first time and we got seat fairly quickly outside. It took a few minutes for the waitress to come by which is fine but when she did she asked if we knew what we wanted and when we said no not yet she gave us kind of an attitude and then she asked if we wanted anything to drink and we said water was fine for now and she very snottily said the water was over there (point at the water jugs sitting on the table out of our sight), then took her quite awhile to come back and take our order. Once we got our food a different waitress brought it to us and I asked for a thing of ranch and she looked at me like I had just insulted her or it was a giant burden.. So we go to eat our food and my girlfriend got the chicken wings, they where flat terrible legit almost not edible (mind you Iâ??m a fat kid Iâ??ll damn near eat anything you put in front me and these were even tough for me to eat) my girlfriend couldnâ??t even eat them she ate the carrots that came with them instead, the chicken itself had a very weird tough consistency and the â??bbqâ? sauce was like someone dumped a bunch of brown sugar in a bucket of stomach acid…. Now onto my food.. I got the chicken sandwich the â??spicyâ? one, the bun was soggy, the chicken had a very similar consistency as the wings, there was about a quarter size drop of sauce in the bun and the lettuce was wilted and gross… About the only part of the food that was almost half way decent was the fry’s if they werenâ??t over cooked I could see them being good. So I think the waitress came back and saw us once shortly after we got our food and asked how everything was (was before we had actually tasted anything) then we didnâ??t see her again until long after we had â??finishedâ? eating. She came by and grabbed my plate (again fat kid Iâ??ll eat damn near anything when Iâ??m hungry) and asked if we wanted anything else and we said no and asked for the check and a box… She brings the check but no box… we ask â??hey can we get that boxâ? she said â??oh yeah sorry Iâ??ll grab thatâ? never saw it… she walks by a few minutes later headed inside we ask again she says â??yeah Iâ??ll get itâ?….. comes back outside past us with no box… so then a few more minutes go by and nothing so we see her walk by again like sheâ??s going inside (at this point itâ??s been about 20 minutes since we asked for a box the first time) we said â??hey about that boxâ? she didnâ??t respond… few minutes later walks out the door and past us and comes back with a box… (meanwhile our card has been waiting for her to grab to ring up our check the entire time) so we throw the chicken wings (that my dog probably wonâ??t even eat) in the box and finally get tired of waiting for her to take the check so i pulled our card out and threw cash in there and we left… Left the wings on the table decided they were gonna end up the trash anyway so might as well let them throw them away… Iâ??m usually a very generous person when it comes to tipping waiting staff…. if they deserve it….. She got no tip… she didnâ??t deserve it in the slightest… we got treated like we were extremely unwelcome the entire time we were there, except when we walked through the door the hostess was very nice.. Mind you they werenâ??t very busy so itâ??s not like they had that excuse.. I hope this isnâ??t the experience that they show to everyone else.. Iâ??ve been to a lot of restaurants in a lot of different places and states and the service and food we got here was at the top of the list of the worst Iâ??ve experienced.

Wolfgang Puck Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 3333 Bristol St, Costa Mesa

My friend and I were in the area to see a show at the Segerstrom Center on a Saturday evening (7/20). We had about 45 minutes to get a quick bite to eat before the show. As we came in, we were seated and was told our waitress would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, another person came and got our drinks order and told us again that our waitress will be with us shortly. After about 10 minutes, the waitress showed up and said that she is finishing up with the outside table and will be with us in a few minutes. We sat there patiently waiting for someone to come and take our orders. Another 10 minutes had passed and still no one came. At this point we had about 25 minutes left to eat and walk back to the venue before the show started. We told one of the guy there that we had to get to the show and couldnâ??t wait any longer. He apologize and told us we didnâ??t have to pay for our drinks (ice tea & water). We wasted over 20 minutes of our time there and didnâ??t even end up having enough time to eat before the show. This restaurant had one of the worst service Iâ??ve experienced. It would have taken the waitress about 1 minute to take our order and had the meal started but instead we saw her walking in and out totally ignoring us. It wasnâ??t even that busy in the restaurant that evening! Sadly, we didnâ??t even get a chance to try anything except the iced tea. If I am in the area for another show, I would not go there again. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar Menu with Prices 401 E, I-20, Arlington

7/17/19- went back and had the the worst service. Food was pretty good- I’d say 4/5 this time but the service was terrible. I got there at 5:45 and the hostess sat me and mentioned that happy house was until 6pm. My waitress came a couple minutes later and I ordered two waters right now and I’ll look at the menu (one for my guest that I was waiting for) and that I would. 10 minutes later she came back and said “I’m about to get the water for you, but do you want anything else?”. Seriously? My guest arrived at 6:02. The same time as the waitress brought me one glass of water even though I ordered 2. We ordered our drinks and food. Our drinks from the bar came after the appetizer and we forgot we ordered them. We were never offered refills, my friend just sat there with an empty glass of wine. We skipped trying the Beignets because the waitress asked if we wanted the just the check or if we needed to go boxes and a check. And we sat for over an hour with dirty plates in front of us while we talked. She came back to our table to see if she could grab the signed copy of the receipt but never even picked up a dish. Her hands were free to grab some since I held on to the little clipboard until I could figure out what an okay tip was for crummy service. I gave it another try, won’t be back this time

I’ve been there a few times, typically slow with wings but good when you get them. Large wings, lots of flavours and always hot. Last visit was extremely slow, I had almost 2 hours to spend before I had somewhere to be and thought wings and a drink with a friend before would be great. It wasn’t busy at all so I figured we’d be fine. Well after 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter/waitress I went up to the bar to get our drinks ordered. After that our waiter came and took my food order (wings). 40 minutes from walking in we got or first round of wings and we’re all ready watching the clock so ordered a 2nd drink and another round of wings. It took so long when they came that we asked for them to go and finished our drinks. 2 hours for a beer and wings and still had to walk up to the till to get the bill. Wings are worth it but terrible parking and service beyond slow means I probably would not go back.

Yak-Zies Wrigleyville – Menu with Prices – 3710 N Clark St, Chicago

Decided to go to this place after looking inside seeing that it wasn’t very busy. We sat down, ordered drinks, put our food order in and waited for an hour before having to flag down the waitress to ask how much longer. She said she would check on it for us and came back five minutes later and said it wouldn’t be too much longer. She must have just put our order in after I asked about it because our food came out 20 minutes later very undercooked like they had rushed it out of the kitchen. Part of our order was missing and we asked about it and she said ‘oh that was the plate we dropped we’re making you a new one’ no apology or anything. Another twenty minutes go by and she still hadn’t brought the rest of our order. We asked to speak to the manager and explained to her that it was ridiculous how long we’ve been waiting for the rest of the food and she said ‘what are you waiting for’ and we told her and she rudely just walked away, never saw her again. We were waiting so long that we flagged down the waitress and told her to not even bring the rest of our order that we didn’t want it anymore and just bring our check. No one brought our check to us so I had to go up to the register to ask for it and to pay. Terrible management and terrible service. Will not be returning and advise others to avoid the headache of this place.

Daruma Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Lounge Landings – Menu with Prices – 4910 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota

Terrible service. We were seated and waited about 15-20 minutes to even be helped and we were only helped because I requested it from a passing waitress. I’m sure we probably could’ve sat there well over 30 minutes without service. Mistakes happen, but then we continued to receive terrible service. After asking for a waiter/waitress, she did not come and take our order for another 15 minutes. We ordered a water, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees. She forgot the water so I had to ask again. Then all the food came out at once. A bus boy asked if we wanted another glass of water and we got it within minutes. Needless to say, we definitely didn’t get our water refilled at all during our time there. The food was very good, and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The wait staff is HORRIBLE. There was nothing off our bill and there was nothing done to try and rectify the wait. She never checked to see how the food was or if we wanted more drinks. We won’t be back for another 2 hour dinner, regardless of food quality. I’m not sure I’ve ever received such poor service quality. Huge disappointment.

Fin Fusion Sushi Bar – Menu with Prices – 2862 S Church St, Murfreesboro

My husband and I and our roommate went here on 2/18 for dinner. The building is cute and has a lot of interesting decorations. We were seated at a table and placed our orders. My self and my husband both ordered sushi rolls and our roommate ordered a appetizer of seafood tempura for himself. The roommate received his food within 10 minutes and another 40 minutes went by and my husband and I never got our food. We watched 4 other groups/tables that arrived after us get their food and we had not even received a refill on our completely empty drinks in over 20 minutes. I eventually said something to our waitress and she just brushed us off and said she’d check the food and look annoyed when I told her we had enough waiting and wanted the check for the sweet tea and water. After we paid, the same waitress told us to have a nice night and never even seemed sorry that we had a terrible experience. We ended up going to panda express for food because at least a knock off fast food placed can make sure their customers get their food. Will not be returning.

Junn all you can eat sushi – Menu with Prices – 1320 E Broadway Rd STE 101, Tempe

The sushi quality has been inconsistent and this was my 3rd visit. On my other 2 visits, I had an excellent dining experience and had an amazing server. She was patient while I decided what I wanted and even reccomend a few sushi rolls to me. She was my server the first two times i visited and I had an excellent experience. Last night my boyfriend and I went again and we had a different server, although the girl that waited on us the other times was still there. Upon being sat, we saw our server sparingly and she never came by to check on the food and never came by to refill our drinking glasses (water). Ironically, the girl who previously waited on me was very attentive and helpful. At one point, my boyfriend ordered a Volcano Roll and after around 15 minutes, our server asked if we got all we ordered and if we wanted anything else. We told her we were waiting on a volcano roll but that would be the last of our food. She said she would go check in the kitchen because sometimes it takes them a while to bake, understandable. She comes back 15 min later and we still don’t have the roll, she again says she will go check in the kitchen, we hear nothing back. ANOTHER 15 min goes by and the girl that was not my waitress this visit but was on the other visits comes to our table to check on us and we again say we are waiting on a volcano roll and it has been over 30 minutes. I see as she goes to check with the sushi bar about what is going on with our roll…. They had finished the roll and had it set out on the counter for pickup and our actual server paid 0 attention and it remained there. I then saw the girl that helped us, not our waitress, go to the manager and tell him how we had been waiting on a sushi roll for over 30 min and it was literally left out on the table this whole time!!! The manager comes up to us and apologizes but just wants to make sure we actually want the roll. We had been sitting here over 45 min waiting for a single roll and the manager just wanted to make sure we still wanted it? Did nothing to appease the situation. Our server only came by once to drop off/pick up the check, and she nor the manager tried to make it a better experience. I would not reccomend coming here on a Friday night or anytime you would expect a restaurant to be busy, they do not seem to be capable of handling a dinner rush. I might come back to dine here but I will request that specific server that has continued to go above and beyond to help the patrons of the restaurant while all others, including the manager, drop the ball. I will also be avoiding this restaurant on weekends and dinner times.

Georgia Macs – Menu with Prices – S Fremont Rd &, E Republic Rd, Springfield

Really wanted to like this place. Came before 3 on a Saturday. Place was decently full. Waitress came right over, brought us water, asked if we were hungry – we said we were starving! – and said she would be right back to take our order, even though we were ready to order then. She proceeded to wait on everyone else, make several drinks, talk to friends, clean the bar, organize straws, etc. never came back to take our order. After waiting 20 minutes, we didn’t want to give this place our money anyway. You all should hire someone a little more mature and that knows how to waitress. I have been a waitress and never forgot a table – and this place is too small to forgot a table- but if I did, I would come over and apologize instead of keep ignoring them.

This is my 3rd or 4th time here now and I usually try something different every time. Every single time now everything has been very bland, and lacking simple seasonings. I also had the worst service I’ve ever had in my life tonight and almost wanted to speak to management about it, but I’m not that person.. I just left my tip (even though it wasn’t worthy honestly) and left. To start, we were quickly sat down and given our drinks upon being seated by the hostess, so that was nice… however we then waited probably 5-10 minutes before finally seeing our waitress. At this point we were ready to order and did so. We ordered an appetizer to start, but followed by ordering our meal also. The appetizer came out quickly, but a few minutes later so did our meals which our tiny table didn’t have much room for and the waitress even commented on that. The food delivered was partially incorrect. I told the waitress red beans and rice and she wrote down bean and cheese tacos? Mistakes happen, I get it. She nicely apologizes and says it would be right out, and it was. As I said the food was very bland and the cornbread unfortunately tasted like cardboard, and my standards really aren’t that high.. We finish our meals and don’t see our waitress again for a while, and we even hear the customers who had walked in like 10 minutes ago ask another waitress if they can be helped so she took their order for her. Our waitress asked us if we wanted more water and if we wanted to go containers so we say yes to both. Don’t see her again for a while, then she returns with it and asks if we’re ready for the bill, we then asked to order dessert. We ordered 3 brownies which you’d think would be fast but again we waited a while. Our waitress finally comes back and points to the water she never filled back up for us and goes “do you want” then stops herself because it looked like she remembered what she was supposed to be doing. She then brought us our check and brownies and said the kitchen was crazy tonight, which again I totally understand but none of the other waitresses seemed to have these issues and were actually picking up a lot of her slack for her. I heard her keep messing up other tables also.. She seemed very scattered to say the least. Very unsatisfied with the customer service here.

Nizario’s Pizza & Grill – Menu with Prices – 1320 Standiford Ave Suite #13, Modesto

The WORST PLACE. I will never ever eat here again, if I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all I ordered online, it took 75 minutes. I called to make sure they got my order, I ordered 1 cheese pizza, one cheesebread, 8 bone in chicken wings, a side of blue cheese and ranch. Then 2 cheesecakes. After I ordered I was told they didnâ??t have bone in so I had to get boneless I agreed and he didnâ??t tell me there was a price different. It was supposed to come straight to my room, it didnâ??t I had to meet them in the lobby at our hotel, even though I tipped them 6 dollars and the drive is less then 2 miles away. Now here comes the best part, our wings were straight up chicken tenders, no sauces no nothing at all. No blue cheese. We let it slide, then we go to eat our cheese cake and there is only one piece, and that one piece was melted completed ruined melted cheesecake. So I call to let them know I didnâ??t receive my items he tells me I should have known that they donâ??t sell blue cheese…… well Iâ??m sorry but if I can order it and pay for it…. Iâ??m going to assume you have it. After the â??managerâ? being not professional and just disregarding he tells me Iâ??ll give you a coupon for next time, and refund you for your cheesecakes…. I spent over 40 dollars, and your going to give me my money back for the things I didnâ??t physically get? And a coupon that will give me about 5 dollars back… he didnâ??t even appologize. So for all the hassle I got 5 bucks back and no apology. The worst customer service I had ever experienced and I will never eat here. I advise for you not to eat there either unless you want to chance your food being all wrong and then getting bad service.

Grand Circus Diner – Menu with Prices – 1570 Woodward Ave, Detroit

We wanted to eat before the Tigers game and we chose this place. We sat down and was acknowledged about 5 min later with water. About 10 minutes later , we got menus. 10 min later we were able to finally order. Our waitress disappeared…for a long time and then came back with ” our we ready to order ..”Our party of 8 placed our order and we waited another 30 min for our food. While ” waiting” .. we could see our food that some of use ordered ..sitting up on the hot plate waiting to be served. Waitress was no where to be found . Another waitress came by to refill our waters- and we asked if that was our food sitting there .. She went up and grabbed 2 of our plates. One was mine . The fish meal. My fries were cold , my fish was mushy. The other 5 people didn’t get their food for another 15 min , after we complained to yet another manager that our table wasn’t fully served. I ate my fish, ( to wait another 10-15 for her to come back.. and I didn’t eat all day…) but left the fries and asked for fresh hot ones. Our bills came and we pulled the manager aside and told him our experience. He apologized,.. and eventually told us that ” after the game … to come back and we would get 1/2 off drinks”… come back at 11 pm? For drinks? To sit and wait again? Are you crazy? What a horrible experience. This was a joke . The waitress should of asked for help so her tables weren’t waiting on her. We also noticed other people who ordered after us , got their food before us. They ordered the fish also . Just ridiculous. $15 for 3 bite size pieces of fish and 10 cold fries … with dry Cole slaw .. not worth it. Get the burger . It’s more filling , and prob served hot

Mona Korean Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 9921 Jefferson Ave, Newport News

We went last Saturday and had Han as our waitress. I didnâ??t know what I wanted and was confused. She ended up bringing me what I wanted and it was amazing. My husband was stationed in Korea and says he likes the food as well beings that itâ??s extremely authentic! We had the chicken bbq. We went back today 6-29-19 sat ) we had Han once more and she remembered what I liked. She brought the salad with the ginger dressing also. Sheâ??s amazing. Then when she came to fill my water she also filled my tea with the pitcher I had on the table. That isnâ??t a normal thing around here, the waitress/waiter doesnâ??t go the extra mile. When it came to leaving and packing the food, she also did that and also put it in the bag and tired the bag. It was amazing it means more then nice words. She takes care of her customers extremely well! I love this place and will continue to go. I suggest it to anyone who likes Korean food!!
