Who doesn’t love adorable pictures of dogs and wolves surrounding you while drinking delicious beer with great service? I came here one afternoon to enjoy a few pints while getting some work done. It was about 3:00 pm so I had the place to myself. It’s a great space. Very open, ample seating, with HUGE skylights that let in so much beautiful sunshine. The bar top has this super cool ice run that you can put your beer on to keep frosty chilled. My old man is obsessed with ice cold beer, so I’m stoked to show him. I enjoyed the Blood Orange Hefeweizen and the Blackberry Sour. Both were delicious and hit the spot. I sat at a large booth and spread out all my things. The sun began to stream in through the skylights and I felt warm, content and happy. They happily gave me the public wifi password and I was checked on frequently. I did not sample their food, but the kitchen was hard at work and it smelled amazing. I will definitely be back to try it. They do allow dogs, although pooches must remain outside on the patio. It was a very cool space and I look forward to sampling more!

Le Sainte-Ã?lisabeth – Menu with Prices – 1412 Rue Sainte Élisabeth, Montréal

Great atmosphere, good music, good beer selection, and just a super chill and chic place to hang out with a date or some friends! The main attraction is the huge outdoor space in the back of the bar. There is alike a 12-foot wall surrounding the entire space with beautiful mossy and leafy plants that grew all over the walls that just add to the majesty of the space. We went when it was starting to get a bit colder no worries because between every few tables was a heater that helped to keep the patrons warm while we drank to our heart’s content! At the bar, we tried the Snack Bite – which was a pleasantly surprising and delicious concoction. I would definitely come back for either brunch or some food next time and hang out potentially during the day time! Would definitely recommend!

Growler Grlz – Menu with Prices – 4810 Hope Valley Rd STE 110, Durham

Definitely worth stopping in here and enjoying a drink on their patio! We came with our dog, and every single person who worked there was excited to meet her and pet her! The beer list was good, though a little heavy on IPAs (about 20% of all the taps). However, the wheats, sours, and ales we had were great. I talked with the manager a bit, and she made me excited about all the beer they’ll have on the taps on a few weeks. She clearly has a passion for ordering and serving good beer. It’s almost fall, and she listed several tasty pumpkin beer options. Make sure to try Randy’s pizza next door, it goes great with the beer! It’s small inside (dogs highly encouraged to come inside), but there’s plenty of space outside in the warm weather.

ZAMZUU OPPORTUNITY – Menu with Prices – 1116 W Orange Ave, Tallahassee

My husband and I went on an immersion here with Driftour and were totally blown away! What a cool space to learn a new craft! I was nervous to work with the glass and fire but Jeff was a totally awesome teacher and made me feel like a pro. There was also a lot of cool stuff in their gallery area including some pieces by some cool artists I already know. Chantel gave us a tour of the studio areas and educated us about some really cool features about their space. I can?t wait to come back here for some of their future events and classes.

Dave’s Dogs Grill – Menu with Prices – 149 S Turnpike Rd, Santa Barbara

Dave you and your team have made great progress in the Wonderful World of HOT DOGS. CONGRATULATIONS! Wow you sure have plenty of cool choices to enjoy with a bag of chips and a ice cold soft drink. It is great to see all the students getting into the WWoHD there. From down on Milpas to where you have taken the big HOT DOG ADVENTURE is terrific. Nice work bro. Having been a Hot Dog fan for years from the Original Hot Dog Show around LA, Cupid’s that has been serving the best hot dogs in Los Angeles since 1946 and naturally Pink’s since 1939, you are on a great HOT DOG Adventure. Way cool. We love your dog’s! However a warm steamed or toasted bun as standard delivery would be a nice touch. Remember warm buns are better. Possibly cold buns are no longer an issue. ;~) We will be back for more. Your Hot Doggies are too good to ignore. If your Hot Dog enzyme is active or there is a relish deficiency in the family, you better head on over. Dave sorry to say we were at your Hot Dog Establishment today for lunch. Something was off. We were a party of five, with the munchkins. Bun Report: When ordering I asked if my bun could be steamed warm and your very kind and friendly cashier stated they are toasted on the grill. I thought ok that sounds good. Well for some reason the bun on my hot doggie was rather stale tasting, slightly exposed to the open air, not fresh, or just sitting out too long. Was not warm and not so great tasting. One of the munchkins ordered the kids dog deal with two small corn dogs. Well the corn dog was far to greasy, or oil overloaded. Flavor was way off. For a Hot Dog Destination now with tacos and hamburgers, etc… hmmm not certain.

Dirty Couch Brewing – Menu with Prices – 2715 W Fort St, Seattle

My friends and I literally stumbled upon dcb after finishing a drizzly & brisk walk at Discovery Park on a Saturday afternoon. Truthfully, we were drawn in by the minimalist logo and the dogs we saw sitting inside. I’m so glad we did! Most of the menu is sour beers, which can be very polarizing if you’re not in the mood for it. Luckily, they have a couple IPAs on the menu too. What I enjoyed was their option to get a 5oz pour ($2) for all of the beers on tap – not as much of a commitment as a 12oz pour! We ended up sharing multiple beers amongst our group in the short time we were there. Our favorites were the Plausibility Whiskey Sour Porter and the Irregularity Blackberry Sour Blonde. There’s a decent amount of seating, some board games, and service was very friendly. When I come back to Seattle in the future, I’ll make an effort to stop by dcb!

Three Notch’d Craft Kitchen & Brewery – Menu with Prices – 520 2nd St SE, Charlottesville

Popular brewery and restaurant with a large indoor space and ample outdoor seating and plenty of TVs. We stayed near here in Belmont and I swear this place was hopping every hour of the day! We had to see what it was all about, so we stopped by on a Sunday around 6PM before we left. There were tons of people there with families, friends, children, dogs, etc. We sat outside under the string lights at a table, first come first serve. There is an outdoor bar with large TVs that you can see from your seats. Toys and a play area for kids. Dogs welcome. Three Notch’d has gotten pretty popular recently, so I did have their passionfruit sour before, but the draft was even better! This is a great beer that is fruity but not overwhelming. We also got a watermelon sour, which is equally delicious. Beers are served in the appropriate logo glass. Many people were getting flights. Service was fast. I looked on Yelp ahead of time and saw that people really enjoyed the food, so I was excited to see the menu. Very good menu with much more than just typical bar food. I got the fish tacos and they were solid. The fries were great. Looking around at other people’s food did give me some order envy. The sliders and chicken sandwiches looked awesome. I guess I’ll have to come back! The only negative would be the location. It’s a little ways off the downtown mall next to a mildly sketchy area. You are safe, but I wouldn’t wander around drunk alone at night. There is ample street parking and a lot in the back. P.S. The story of how they got their name is really cool. Go inside and read it on the back wall.

Shady Oak Barrel House – Menu with Prices – 420 1st St, Santa Rosa

If you are a sour fan, then look no further. Shady Oak is located in downtown near the mall off the beaten path a bit. This allows for easy parking, a huge warehouse space, and easy access. My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday and grabbed a seat at the bar. There was plenty of space and lots of cute dogs running around. We decided to split the flight of all of their beers. One or two stood out to us but the rest kind of faded to the background and started to taste rather similar. It was a unique approach to beer, which I liked however I’d have to be in the mood for this particular style.

MiddleState Coffee – Menu with Prices – 212 Santa Fe Dr, Denver

Wow. While its location on busy Santa Fe Drive may make you anxious at the thought of finding a parking spot, suppress this very logical impulse, and easily find parking to the east off the side streets, and come here. This place is great. The coffee speaks for itself since its so well known throughout the Front Range, but the space and service make the experience unique among coffee shops in the area. The space itself has a very authentic industrial/modern vibe that fits the building’s origins and doesn’t feel like it was ripped off a Pinterest search of “cool coffee shops” as others in the area might. The barista was friendly, patient, and helpful in picking drinks. Had an oat milk latte that was delicious. Plenty of space for study, quiet reflection, or conversation, and ample plugs throughout the upper and lower seating areas are available, as well as strong WiFi. The skylights provide a warmth to a space that could have been dark and cold given the narrow but deep footprint, and it glows when the sun is out and reflecting off the white walls.

Four Bullets Brewery – Menu with Prices – 640 N Interurban St, Richardson

A fun little find on a Saturday afternoon. The location of this brewery has the cool underground vibe, and is even cooler when you walk inside. The space is small but they have used every inch of this space quite well. It has a cool, eclectic, and funky vibe paired with a friendly, groovy staff and clientele. Look around the room at the decoration and you’ll be surprised by something…weird but cool all at the same time. As it was Mardi Gras weekend, they had a 3 man band that included a tuba, a banjo, and drum. Even though the room was very small, the music wasn’t over-bearing and the crowd was having a blast. They offer $15 for three beer coupons along with a take home pint glass. If you don’t use all your coupons you can bring them back and use at another time. Liked that part a LOT! Will definitely go back and use left over coupons and try some more of their delicious beer. I had a glass of their Bock and it was quite tasty. The beer names are fun and play well within the theme / brand of Four Bullets (meaning four aces, if you are not familiar with the saying). There are a few games spread around the place and there was a decent sized patio space. It was drizzling and cold out so the only folks outside appeared to be smoking cigars. I didn’t notice any of the smoke smell coming into the interior of the place which for me is a plus. There are a couple of single toilet restrooms for the guests. The ladies room was clean and well stocked. Worth a repeat and want to try some more of their beer selection. I am not certain if they serve food or have food trucks come, but generally breweries do not offer any food of their own. Perhaps inquire if you can bring some munchies of your own if you are planning on staying for a few beers. Cheers! Enjoy y’all!

Garcia’s Hot Dogs – Menu with Prices – 5102 E 16th St, Indianapolis

I’ll keep the review short because there is not too much to say except you need to try Garcia’s Hot Dog! He is super cool and just plain nice! He is keeping up to food safety handling standards regard ensuring the dogs are at the proper temps (he checked the brats because I wanted one but it wasn’t ready yet) and if the dog is not ready, you will have to wait for It to be done or better yet select another delicious goodie. He keeps the pork dogs separated from the beef and showed me how he has the dogs arranged in separate warming pitchers that are kept covered. You can select from a host of toppings (I never seen tomatoes being offered for a dog but it was good! He is also cognizant of your time so on the weekdays he makes sure he has items that can be grabbed for go quickly. Those bacon dogs are oh available on Saturdays and Sundays. $3.50 for most of the dogs is cheaper than other places I have been that are brick and mortar locations but I rather hit up a cart any day. Get there early for the best selection of dogs and check out his Facebook page to know when he may not be there or out of dogs.

The Public House by Evans Brewing Co – Menu with Prices – 138 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton

Came here with a group of 5 for a quick happy hour, after work. This location is relatively close to the main parking structure which was great for our group to meet up. We came in at around 5:30 and there was plenty of seating and not very busy for a Thursday. The waitress sat us down quickly and set our table up while the rest of our group arrived. Since it was around dinner time, we were all very hungry and decided to order the wings, pork sliders, pulled pork nachos, and the brew-b-q pizza to share. Each order of wings come with 6, and since they were relatively small, we decided to order 3 of the happy hour wings. Even though we only ordered 3 they were very considerate to spread the wings out into 4 separate plates which made sharing a lot easier. The wings were well cooked and glazed in a good amount of sauce. The ranch dipping sauce was extremely thin and watery and did not taste like ranch at-all. I would highly recommend opting for the blue cheese dressing instead. As for the pork sliders, it came with an order of three and although I did not actually try them everyone said they were very tasty and very filling. Let me start by saying I am a nacho enthusiast, and I love a good stack of nachos with all the fixings. The nachos did have a good amount of fixings on top of them, nacho cheese, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, the pulled pork, and cotija cheese, but I felt as if all they were very sauce heavy and lacked a good crunch to the chips. Regardless, for the price they were decent. Again, I did not get to try the brew-b-q pizza but by the looks of it, it looked more like a small flatbread pizza. We were shocked since the waitress described the pizza as being “pretty big”. However, the rest of the group did say the pizza was decent. To drink we all ordered the happy hour beer and shot combo. I like that they let me switch out the bourbon for tequila since I am not a big fan of bourbon. On an empty stomach, this was all I needed to feel the alcohol quickly. The beer itself was tasty, the type of beer you should not sip and instead just chug to get the full taste. Overall, for a happy hour, I felt the food and drinks were decently priced and would recommend starting off a night.

Rising Tide Brewing Company – Menu with Prices – 103 Fox St, Portland

I went here on one of the first hot days of the spring in the early afternoon and it was an all-around great place. The set-up is super cool with places to sit and stand both indoors and outdoors, something I feel lots of breweries lack. They had a DJ playing music as the afternoon went on which made the experience even better. While all of the beers were good, the ones that stood out to me were the Jewell Island IPA and Zephyr IPA, two beers that I have sought out at grocery stores since. The outside space was made even better by allowing dogs outside and having cornhole set up for anyone to play. They also seem to have a different food truck there every day, a big bonus so they can focus on producing great beer and offering a great atmosphere rather than having to make food. If you’re in the Bayside area I highly recommend stopping by for a beer or two, and taking some to go as well!
