In on a Saturday night. Found an open table that hadn’t been cleared. Sat down. 10 minutes later, and a few employees walking by the table during that time, and still no interaction with anyone. Then someone walks by and asks if we are new. Then–then four different people come at different points. Table cleared…few minutes later, different person with water…then another 5 minutes-not kidding-before the third person we think is our waitress comes to get drink orders. We order one of everything on the menu and three cocktails. Our snacks start arriving. Deviled eggs are damn good. Popcorn decent. Still hoping the sweet comes soon. Shrimp cocktail good except not completely deveined. Spinach dip awesome! Drinks arrive- but given wrong drinks, which we didn’t realize till she left. Went to find our waitress to get corrected. She comes back and takes away wrong drinks, which we had sipped in before realizing they were wrong. Thought that was odd. Finally get right drinks. So- bottom line is we rate 5 stars for food. Service started out at 1 star and ended at 4 stars. Hopefully they are just working out the kinks. Potential here is good. Last note- music should be background music vs so dang loud. Can’t hear conversations with my peeps. We will be back!

The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill – Menu with Prices – 209 6th St, West Palm Beach

Great ambiance and courtyard. Full craft beer bar which is also nice. However, the service at this place was non existent. After 10 minutes our waitress came over to introduce herself, she then said that she would be back to take our drink order, 10 more minutes comes back and asked us if we wanted drinks? After approximately 10 more minutes we received our drinks, 2 out of the 4 were absolutely wrong (how can you not know the difference between a lager and an ipa?). She then made us wait another 5 minutes for the exchange. So, in 35 minutes (while waiting at the table) we only received our drinks. Once we finally ordered, our food came out and it was another disaster. Two of the steaks were so well done (when everyone at the table ordered rare). Imagine that. In addition, every drink including our waters was empty when the food came out. Now we had no drinks, 2 wrong plates, 2 cold dishes while we waited for them to re-do the other two steaks and the waitress never even apologized. I can only see this place being in business for a few more month before it?s gone. I am not sure if the owners are aware of what a debacle customers are experience, but I had to share my experience because they could and should be doing better. By far one of the worst reviews that I could ever imagine writing for what could easily have been a five star experience. Sad.

Rock n Roll Sushi Pensacola – Menu with Prices – 1531 E 9 Mile Rd A-6, Pensacola

If I could give this place zero stars I would . To start we waited 10 minutes at the door while the waitresses sat in the corner only to be told we could sit anywhere we want . When we sat down we waited about 10 minutes to take our drinks and put in our app. After 15 minutes we finally got our drinks and she took our order. At this time we have waited 30 minutes and our drinks were completely empty and she was still standing in a corner talking . at about 45 minutes waiting for our food she finally comes over and refills our drinks and gives us a coupon for 50% off our next purchase but it only had a $10 max limit . You can’t even get a roll for under that price . at that point we were really irritated . After waiting an HOUR she comes up to us and says hey this table just left and I thought y’all could eat on this while you wait . I thought it was a kind gesture but one of the rolls on the plate was one of the rolls my friend ordered but the waitress inferred us that we wouldn’t be charged for the free sushi she brought . after an hour and 15 minutes she finally brings our rolls and she brought me my two but my friend only one roll and she said I brought the one because you already had your other roll on the plate THE FREE FOOD SHE GAVE US THAT WE SHARED! So she didn’t get her other roll she was promised and paid $30 for terrible service and my rolls were barely kept together. I am a waitress and I always understand circumstances but this was unacceptable and we will not be back. Its sad because this use to be our place but y’all need better time management and better staff.

Frank’s Press Box – Menu with Prices – 7216 W Saginaw Hwy, Lansing

My table of 5 got there at 9:00 pm Saturday after the U of M spring game. Buddy had said he’d been there before and a great place to eat, said we’d all snack on the huge nachos before our main meal. The establishment had very few people eating but a lot of loud very intoxicated patrons. The waitress, whose pants were so tight if she farted she’d would have blew her shoe off, got our drinks and returned them to the table. She brings 4 menus and never brought the 5th. After 20 plus minutes she takes our order. The nachos, embarrassing in size, comes to the table about 30 minutes later. The order the table placed was very simple and relatively fast to cook consisted of three hamburgers, chicken tenders and a Reuben. The order came another 40 minutes later minus one hamburger. The Reuben did not have any thousand island sauce on it and it took over 10 minutes for, my pants are so tight it’s cut off my oxygen to my brain, to come to our table only to say I don’t think we have any. 10 minutes later she brings some sauce in a little container. The hamburger the 5th person at the table was waiting for, after everyone was done eating, CAME in a to go container 30 minutes later. Simply unreal and unimaginable! I think what bothers me more than anything is she did not care one bit, I mean not one bit. Her tip, loser jeans girl you are not remotely close to being an 8th of all that! To respond on the food 1/2 lbs burger maybe were 1/4 lbs, asked for medium they were well done. Just a complete nightmare.

Moon Bar Rooftop – Menu with Prices – 137-72 Northern Blvd, Flushing

Ambiance was alright. Very lax and small rooftop bar with minimal seating. Music was standard and not obnoxiously loud. Drinks are def on the pricey side. Comparable to prices at rooftops in the city with a subpar view. Can’t say I had the most lovely experience. First off, my friend was by the register telling the bartender what we wanted and so she took down our order with his credit card kept by the bar. Wait for the food and drinks was longer than the average wait at other bars. We had hunted down one waitress about the status of our food, but minutes after she left, another waitress comes back with drinks in her hand claiming she was looking for us. Makes sense to believe those drinks were ours, no? About 15 minutes later, that same waitress that had handed us the drinks start calling us “not honest” and not saying anything in regards to the “wrong drinks” we were handed. First of all, we DID in fact get what we ordered albeit it was “messed up.” Do not start accusing the customer was in wrong when you were the one looking at the wrong people you took orders from. This was not our mistake to begin with. It was her own mistake for mixing up how customers looked and not explaining what drinks were in her hand. The waitresses said she took down orders from a couple and we were a party of three. Everything about this encounter left us completely baffled. When we came to close our tab. We’re handed only the receipt from the credit processing machine – no breakdown of our tab whatsoever. Lo and behold, after I requested the breakdown, we were overcharged for an additional drink and incorrect drink names were listed on it. They deducted the price of the drink but did not adjust the tax on the bill. I really don’t get how they run the place because they know what we got after this “mix up of drinks.” We kept repeating the names of our drinks WITH the waitress but the wrong drinks were on the tab? Also, they took down our order AT THE BAR but they still mess it up?? Please always provide the breakdown receipt for EVERY tab! They need to come up with a better system to stay organized and choose their words with customers wisely. We ended up leaving the bar with a sour first impression and do not intend on returning.

Wolfgang Puck Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 3333 Bristol St, Costa Mesa

My friend and I were in the area to see a show at the Segerstrom Center on a Saturday evening (7/20). We had about 45 minutes to get a quick bite to eat before the show. As we came in, we were seated and was told our waitress would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, another person came and got our drinks order and told us again that our waitress will be with us shortly. After about 10 minutes, the waitress showed up and said that she is finishing up with the outside table and will be with us in a few minutes. We sat there patiently waiting for someone to come and take our orders. Another 10 minutes had passed and still no one came. At this point we had about 25 minutes left to eat and walk back to the venue before the show started. We told one of the guy there that we had to get to the show and couldnâ??t wait any longer. He apologize and told us we didnâ??t have to pay for our drinks (ice tea & water). We wasted over 20 minutes of our time there and didnâ??t even end up having enough time to eat before the show. This restaurant had one of the worst service Iâ??ve experienced. It would have taken the waitress about 1 minute to take our order and had the meal started but instead we saw her walking in and out totally ignoring us. It wasnâ??t even that busy in the restaurant that evening! Sadly, we didnâ??t even get a chance to try anything except the iced tea. If I am in the area for another show, I would not go there again. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

PIzza & Wings – Menu with Prices – 46129 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont

I saw 5.0 stars so I thought this place would rock pizza. Only after my experience did I realize that was based on 1 review… someone that has only given 5 stars to pizza joints all over the country (hmmmm… ). Not only did they get the online order totally wrong, they tried to charge me $5.00 more than my online receipt. There was no one in the restaurant and it was being babysat by the person running the liquor store next store… I would have done better if I had bought a frozen pizza from the grocery store for 1/3rd the price. Totally unsatisfactory!!!

First Watch – Alliance – Menu with Prices – 3001 Heritage Trace Pkwy Ste. 101, Fort Worth

Let me be clear: without the intervention of the manager at the end of my meal, this review would only have 1 star. With that being said, let’s continue. We arrive at 1:55 on Sunday and the place is poppin’. Tables are sat, food and drinks are coming out of the kitchen, servers are interacting with their tables. We’re going to be a party of 5 and the “host” who was really just a server at the computer station punching his tips says it’ll be just a minute they have to clean off the table. Not sure how he knew this was the case because no one else ever came by and he never moved from his position. Didn’t ask for a name or anything so we just stood there. 10 minutes later, while we are standing not even a foot away, I tell him we’ll only be a party of 4 instead and does he know how much longer it’ll be till we’re sat. He says ok and seats us immediately. Great! Weird encounter but not a huge deal. We’re seated (at our obviously dirty table) our waitress comes over and asks for drinks. There are two coffee mugs and two water cups on the table already. Filled one cup of coffee as asked, leaves the two water cups and brings over a jug of water but doesn’t bring two more cups for the rest of our party… ok fine, they got soft drinks anyway. She brings them over, takes our food order, and leaves. The two soft drinks sat empty for 20+ minutes until the food came out while she cleaned the two booths on both sides of us at a snails pace. She can see that both soft drinks are empty and deliberately does not refill them. I am extremely sympathetic to slow service when it’s busy and I can see my server running, but this was not the case. Her tables had cleared out and she could see the drinks were empty from her location. Her not refilling our drinks was intentional. Food comes out all at different times. Two dishes first, 5 minutes later another, and 5 minutes later another, and then finally after all our meals are finished, a side of biscuits and gravy. Still no drink refills. Literally sat there empty. Maybe if she would have brought the water cups it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. The icing on the cake was the hair in the butter on top of my waffle. My biscuits and gravy were nasty – came out lukewarm, had a grainy texture, and tasted like flour and carrots. I love biscuits and gravy and can’t think of any I don’t like, but these were horrible. Upon paying the bill I was asked about my experience and responded it was fine. Ultimately the manager took the biscuits and my meal off the bill, told me I should have mentioned it and they would have fixed it. Well, our waitress never once came by and asked us how things were. She couldn’t even refill our drinks. I didn’t mention her terrible service because ya know, she’s a person and I didn’t want her to be “in trouble,” but it was definitely reflected in her tip. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced and I would not go back to the place because of that alone. Sorry, but she sucked. As for the food, it was fine. The prices were a little high for the portion size, and nothing we ate was delicious. Expect to spend ~$15/person. We prefer the Beacon off of North Beach and Golden Triangle.

Osteria da Nino Italian Ristorante Menu with Prices 2900 S Quincy St, Arlington

We were a small group that came in for an early dinner, at first service was slow but we were not in a hurry and it was early. We all noticed fruit flies all over the place, in front of us, falling into our drinks, etc, many of us spent the afternoon/evening trying to catch and kill fruit flies. We noticed the manager/owner and he never came over to apologize. Some of us had to get new waters or other drinks due to the flies falling into the drinks. It was a very uncomfortable eating experience. The food should get 4 stars, since we all thought the food tasted good, but were unable to enjoy the restaurant. 3 of us had a higher price on the bill than shown on the menu for some items, this was corrected. I’m very disappointed at the manager / owner and wait staff for not doing something about the flies, and at least offer us a coffee or dessert for just sitting there, competing our meals and having our business. One waitress thought it funny when we told her that we’re busy killing flies. None of us are coming back and we’re in Shirlington very often.

Osaka Mobile – Menu with Prices – 3827 Airport Blvd, Mobile

My husband and I have been here many times before and haven’t ever really run into any problems. I once went on my own and had a rough experience with a waiter who had been there for a day or so. His service was fine but the owner woman kept yelling at him loud enough that I could hear and I felt terrible. Today we went there for lunch and wanted Hibachi. As soon as we arrive they seat us at a table with two people on the end and right across was a full table (the hibachi tables are connected). The couple thought it was weird that they made us sit together (which it was) and they left. We waited about five minutes for the waitress to get our drink order. She brought our waters and we then waited another 15 minutes for her to come back to the table. She told us that another table across the room was there first and we’d have to wait another 15-20 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting but we would have like to have known that a little sooner. She then takes our order. Then the owner comes over to the table while my husband is in the restroom and asked if we want to move over to the table across the room because “it will be quicker”. I told her I wanted to wait and ask my husband and she said ok. She came back 5 more times and asked me the same question and I repeatedly told her I wanted to wait. At this point I was fed up. My husband comes back and we move tables after having been there for about 30 minutes. My husband and I realize that they wanted us to move so they could cook our food with that same large group, to which we knew we would be receiving a smaller portion size because you can’t cook for 12 on one Hibachi grill. So we up and walked out with no food. The owner is very pushy and inconsiderate. The staff is not well trained. It’s a shame because we love the food there. Probably won’t be back.

Orlando’s Snack – Menu with Prices – 11100 Mines Rd, Laredo

Iâ??ve never experienced bad service till I came to Orlandoâ??s snack.. aside from waiting 30 minutes the girl taking the orders was taking them wrong. I was the SECOND customer she made a mistaken on(that I witnessed). When I corrected her she brought the manager over, who insisted she was going to charge me extra because I wasnâ??t specific about my order. My mom commented that they were making to many mistakes and they needed to improve. The manager whoâ??s name is Adriana said she was going to refuse service because she didnâ??t like us commenting on her customer service. When I asked if she was the owner she said yes so to Adrian, PLEASE improve youâ??re service hun.

Charlie Trumbull’s – Menu with Prices – 526 S Mill Ave, Tempe

The only positive reason I am rating this 2 stars is for the great happy hour specials. My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday night. They weren’t busy, some people here but there were plenty of open tables and plenty of staff free. We sat for a good 10 minutes and no one came to our table. We asked for menus and someone who wasn’t even working outside brought them to us and seemed frustrated doing so because she was busy and the waitress for outside should have brought them to us. We waited for another 7 minutes or so and still no service. However, said outdoor waitress was very clearly preoccupied with taking care of the table of 4 men that sat at the table right next to us. She went over to them at least 3-4 times, talked to them, got them drinks, ran cards, etc. in the time that we were waiting without any acknowledge to us at all. We were willing to wait and possibly order some drinks, but then looking at the menu they basically only sell burgers and had no veggie burger options. I was not about to order a plate of hummus or some other appetizer from their small selection for dinner. Would up leaving after close to 20 minutes of no service and probably would never go back, even for a great happy hour. Seemed like staff were focused on all the males in the place and paid no attention to anyone else – one example being the table described above but also based on other observations while I sat there with nothing to do whilst not being served for such a long time.

Mug Shotz Sports Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 2808 Ogden Rd SE, Calgary

I’ve been there a few times, typically slow with wings but good when you get them. Large wings, lots of flavours and always hot. Last visit was extremely slow, I had almost 2 hours to spend before I had somewhere to be and thought wings and a drink with a friend before would be great. It wasn’t busy at all so I figured we’d be fine. Well after 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter/waitress I went up to the bar to get our drinks ordered. After that our waiter came and took my food order (wings). 40 minutes from walking in we got or first round of wings and we’re all ready watching the clock so ordered a 2nd drink and another round of wings. It took so long when they came that we asked for them to go and finished our drinks. 2 hours for a beer and wings and still had to walk up to the till to get the bill. Wings are worth it but terrible parking and service beyond slow means I probably would not go back.
