Went to this Walmart just to quickly pick up some makeup products not knowing the makeup stands are all locked up and are intented to have someone to open them for you. We waited 15 minutes while they even called for another person as well that wanted in another case and noone came. Seems like a good idea to prevent stealing but also is preventing your business. Maybe you should consider having someone close to the makeup stands. Not very effective and I wont be returning. You lost a $100 sale.

Lic’s Deli & Ice Cream – Menu with Prices – 800 E Diamond Ave #3420, Evansville

I give it a one because you have to, if you want to leave a review. Today on my way to work, I thought a Strawberry Banana shake would hit the spot especially if it comes from Lics. Boy was I wrong, it was the worse shake I’ve ever had. I also got one for a girl at she had Chocolate and let me tell you it was a very light tan she said she thought they forgot to add the chocolate. So we wont be back to the one on Diamond ave. It was at 11:37 am this morning. They need to train all of the employees how to make them, it was a young kid working he kinda acted lost.im not writing this in Hope’s of getting free ones, because as of now I wont never be back not even for a free one. I just hope they do something about it. I can almost say I bet I wont be the only one to explain today.

Cigar Palace Menu with Prices 4815 Eisenhower Ave # A, Alexandria

I am tasked with gift giving by my fiance. He tells me what people like and i am responsible for selecting the gift. So when he told me his Supervisor smoked cigars, I was totally lost. I searched the web and found cigar palace. Since it was close to my job it was the ideal place to go. I don’t regret that decision. Last year I met Patrick; even though I have no interest in smoking cigars, he educated me. He explained the notes, flavors and the makeup. Patrick was very patient. He told me what was good, best and better, while respecting my budget. Needless to say my fiance’s gift was a hit.

Taste of South Lake – Menu with Prices – 11 S Lake Ave, Pasadena

Taste of South Lake has been promoted for a while, both on Twitter and various LA/Pasadena magazines, so I was quite excited to be part of this great event, hosted by The South Lake Business Association with the help of a bunch of sponsors. There were a few notable food stands, such as Pie ‘n Burger which was serving up yummy pies (the Pumpkin Pie was delish!), and SanSai grill which was serving Sushi, Teryaki Chicken and Cole Slaw. For a $1 each, and a total of $3 for the “combo” plate which had 4 pieces of sushi, massive amount of chicken and coleslaw.. steal deal, and delicious. The music was great and kept the spirit up among the visitors. There was a kids corner and cooking demos next to it. However, a few things were a bit off… First, an event that clearly is geared towards food, and everything related to food.. why would the main sponsor be a Realty business, and why would they have non-foodie stands in the middle of the food stands!? I am talking about National University that is promoting education, Universal Protection Service, which was selling you protection services… and of course all the banks and whatnot. So that was a huge bummer, to see stands in the middle of the “isle” that were just sitting, and literally nobody was interested in these services, as the main event was related to FOOD, and nothing but fun stuff. The cooking demo corner was a great idea, but unfortunately the sound from the main music stage overpowered the tiny speaker that was available for the cooks, so the audience had a hard time to hear as the cook was explaining and talking. This corner could have possible be swapped with the kids corner, to make it a bit more private, or been shifted a bit to make it more enjoyable. Also, it didn’t help to have half the seats being exposed to the sun, so a lot of the seats weren’t used due to the fact that it got too hot, and hard to hear the cook. Beer & Wine garden was also a great idea, but what’s up with the security checking every single persons’ ID? What’s the purpose of checking grandma’s ID and having that awkward moment where she looks at the security guard, as if she is a minor trying to sneak in to buy an over-priced beer?! I stood by and saw several mature visitors that were a bit taken by the fact that the security guard checked the ID, and then made a joke, “Oh, is that you!? HA HA HA”. Seriously? Another interesting thing was that there were just a handful of food stands that actually served food. Well, other than one or two that I saw, that were charging twice as much as other food stands, for similar food.. so that seemed to be unsuccessful as well. However, as an advice to the organizer, they should make sure that there are more food stands that actually serve food, than just promote their business. A lot of the marketing campaigns consisted of “Hey, put your name and email on this, and get this free xxxxxx”. Not sure how effective it was for the businesses to ask for name+email, but I have a hard time buying into your service/food, if you don’t offer me something before I give my [real] email. Chances are, people will just give a dummy email, just to get that chocolate chip cookie *cough*. So to sum it up, – More relevant sponsors, that make people interested in having conversations and exchanging their information. – Better planning of the cooking demo. This should be more centered, since it is more essential than having irrelevant businesses in the middle of the whole event, only because they sponsored the event. Priorities? – More actual food stands that serve food and drinks. I think that sells better than brochures and menus, don’t you think? – Make it more family friendly. Honestly, I didn’t see many kids, and kid-friendly food and activities other than the kids corner which seemed… pretty empty?

Butt Hutt BBQ Menu with Prices 480 Macon Hwy, Athens

After seeing a roach claw up the wall. We told our waitress and We were moved to another booth. My friend totally lost her appetite and couldnâ??t eat. Another waitress kilt the roach with a paper towel and continued to work. And DIDNâ??T WASH HER HANDS!!! Saying we infront of woods we gonna have bugs! We asked for Management. Who came over and offered 20% off. And stated every restaurant has â??roachesâ?. And would do it this time! At that point my friend stated she was highly offended and she wouldnâ??t be paying or returning. Even though my friend meal was compensated. I paid for my meal( appetizer corn nuggets). But the other waitress followed us out and took a picture of our car tag!!!! Never AGAIN!!!!! Claiming you were texting your childrenâ??s father. And then accused us of stealing food. â??Saying next time yâ??all wanna steal food go somewhere else.â?

Canyon Coffee Creations – Menu with Prices – 2781 72nd St E, Tacoma

This is my favorite coffee stand! I backtrack to come here instead of going to the coffee stands that I pass on my way to get to freeways and downtown Puyallup. The ladies that work here are sweet and personable, and they always remember my drink order. I really enjoy chatting with them when I am getting my beverages. And their prices are great. I have to get specialty milk, so I appreciate not having to pay an arm and a leg to get it. They have great hours too! Some stands close so early. Come here and you will not be disappointed!

Second Wind Espresso – Menu with Prices – 726 W Garland Ave, Spokane

I live just a few blocks away but will go out of my way to another stand because this place has AWFUL service. The women working are all super nice and helpful, except the owner, who works in the mornings. She has a horrible attitude, like she has better things to do than make your coffee, or she can’t get you out of the line fast enough. I’m not alone, I know many of the business owners in the Garland area because I’ve lived here quite some time, and they all say they’ll avoid the place if they know she’s working. Coming from someone who has worked and managed coffee stands/cafes for almost 10 years now, the customer is key, and there’s a million other stands to go to who appreciate your business. I’ve given this place one to many chances, mostly because of convenience, but I now realize I’ll take my money somewhere else when I get coffee every morning.

Gourmet Gang – Menu with Prices – 109 Volvo Pkwy, Chesapeake

On 4/19 at 2:47 pm..on Good Friday… what sincere disappointment…the elderly women with heavy makeup…advised me that they were closing in 10 minutes..I could only order out…I have been a member of this business for over 15 years and cant believe that this happened again today…on this Holy Day…she has done this numerous times before and I let it go..but today I was with an out of State client and it was extremely disrespectful…This is truly not the mode of this wonderful family owned business…I am once again disguised by her actions..then I walk out to come back in and hear her talking about me..WOW…What horrific representatuon.ð???

Samu Bar Sushi Hibachi – Menu with Prices – 27 Rahling Cir suite A-1, Little Rock

So let me just say its difficult giving them anything other than a one star because this is the second time we’ve ordered take out and literally being served third rate food. They send out spicy edamame with almost no spice on it, and sushi rolls that are so bland and tasteless that you have to wonder if they even care when you leave the restaurant if you are going to return. I have the most simplistic of answers for them. “I WILL NOT RETURN” I will take my business back to oceans and Kiyens. To have spent almost $70 on dinner and in no way feel satisfied currently is the worst feeling ever. My wife never complains but when she tells me she rated the sushi roll that we received as a 3 out of 5 that says alot because she chose this restaurant over kiyens. I wont be returning to Samu. Weve attempted to give them our business numerous times and today to have my sushi roll be cold and me need to microwave it to be able to eat it and for it to be obvious that we received horribly below standard quality food says enough for me.

Two Boys Donuts Menu with Prices 6400 Holly Ave NE Suite H, Albuquerque

Whether the donuts are good or not, that is something that I will never know and now don’t even care to know. It seems you only care to serve people that can go in the mornings and those of us that work until the late afternoon do not matter at all. I need multiple hands to be able to count how many times I have gone by there in the afternoon after work only to find a SOLD OUT sign on the door and the place closed. If I recall, that was even the case on the day of your grand opening. The one time you were open when I was there a couple hours before close, there was just a few donuts to choose from. Lousy business etiquette!!! There is no donut shop or a bakery that closes early constantly because they run out. You have been open long enough to know what kind of supply you have and yet you continue to only make enough to get you through what appears to be the time you would rather work to until the time your hours indicate you actually close. Every donut places continues to make donuts and keep a supply so there are always donuts available. You have lost my business as well as friends and family and those that I work with before we have even had an opportunity to taste one. Closing early because you have sold out is acceptable once or even twice considering you are new but it seems to have become a regular several times a week pattern and that is not a good message to give to potential or even existing customers. People will eventually stop coming all together because they will just start thinking “why bother, they will probably just be sold out”. I will continue to get my donuts at Amy’s who ALWAYS have a supply of donuts and who ALWAYS have a supply for those of us that can only go after work.

Abbey’s Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 409 Monmouth St, Jersey City

I really wanted to like this place being that I live very close by and there are not many hookah places around, but due to their unethical business practices I will never be returning. I came here alone on a weekend night for some hookah, food, and wine. I gave the waitress my card and tipped her appropriately prior to leaving. The next day, I looked at my receipt and notice that prior to adding up the total cost, which has suggested tip %’s included on the receipt, she had already tipped herself 18%. So basically, she took it upon herself to tip herself 18%, then added that cost onto my bill and gave me a receipt that had suggested tips of 15%, 18%, and 20% ON TOP of what she already tipped herself. I went back the following day to complain about the unethical practices, and the woman did refund her 18% tip (as I tipped on-top of that), but only after I threatened to dispute the entire charge with my CC company because of their shady practices. I will never be returning and giving business to this establishment and suggest you do the same, unless you don’t want mind being taken advantage of.

Primo’s Deli Menu with Prices 1707 Vernon Odom Blvd, Akron

Spicy Italian Sub…amazing! When you order it, don’t change anything on the sandwich. (We were on business trip heading back from Columbus, OH to northeast PA. Primo’s was close to I-76 and we stopped on a whim.) Perfect combination – warm sub, bread was slightly toasted, good Italian meats, melted Asiago. My description doesn’t do it justice. The five of us who ordered it agreed…this one stands out.

Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market – open October through May – Menu with Prices – 3806 N Brown Ave, Scottsdale

I am not a big Farmers Market person, and I’ve only been to a few other ones in the Phoenix area, but this is my favorite one. I like the VARIETY of vendors that they have. There’s several unique, local products here that you just don’t find at other Farmers Markets. Honestly, I’m not sure if the produce is any better/there’s more of it compared to other Farmers Markets, but what they have is always fresh and there’s a good variety. This is an especially great Farmers Market for already made items (breakfast, pastries, etc…). There was a begniet lady there last time I came (wish I can remember her name…I lost her card) who made such yummy pastry! One thing about this Farmers Market is that it’s very compact & stands are very well organized, which is something I like. The lot it’s set up on isn’t THAT big (compared to other Farmers Market lots I’ve been to), but there’s deceptively quite a few vendors. Also, because they are right in Old Town a lot of local restaurants in the area set up stands here to sample food (and hand out coupons).
