Needed a trailer tire and looked on line and found it at this store for 57.00 dollars. Since we live at Lake Anna, called before I went and yep, we have the tire. Drive all the way up there, talked to the guy who checks you in, yep we have the tire. Since around 1PM, he told me take about an hour. So I and wife just shop for over an hour. Walk back there and there the tire mounted on my rim and I am thinking Im good to go. Go to pay for it and nope, not 57.00, it now 102.00. Told the lady checking me out, i asked for the 57.00 tire, not 102.00. She immediatly tells me you can’t put a passenger tire on a trailer tire, how in the hell would she know that soon as I said that price didn’t match? She had to know because next words out of mouth, let me get the assistant manager… seriously? He finally comes back, I then explain what is going on and then he says, well there out of stock on those tires…. Say what?????? I then tell him, ok, then WHY did you just put a 102.00 tire on my rim without even paging me or calling me on cell for approval? Then he gives me the Forest Gump, like duh looked. Then the smart a** chick starts shaking her head no that I never called… I started shaking my head and say OH yes I did….. and by the way smart a** why did the guy confirm you did have the tire? Long story short, told them to take the darn tire off and walked out with just my rim… If you like bobble heads idiots…take your car there… Just went to Merchant Tires and paid 65.00 and was done in 10 minutes….

McDonald Tire 2 LLC Menu with Prices 10020 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge

Updated today June-03-2019 Had a flat tire on my brand new car by the time I got here. They didn’t have one but they got on the phone and located me a tire and then they actually went and got the tire and I was out of here pretty fast. This is the best and fastest tire shop in town or anywhere around that’s for sure. They also stand behind what they do! Tires aren’t sexy nor the funnest thing to shop for but if you have a car you have to buy tires and this is the best place in Baton Rouge for all your tire needs. They have the best price in Baton Rouge are anywhere around here. If you hate wasting your day buying tires then again this is the fastest place in and out with all 4 tires balanced and installed in under 30 minutes. I used to spend hours and hours at places like Walmart but for the last 10 years I buy my tires at McDonald Tires. 4 new tires balanced and mounted with tax & everything only &352 and I only spent.

Ben & Jerry’s catering Menu with Prices 2705 S Oakland St, Arlington

Wow! Automotive Express is honest, friendly, and doesn’t overcharge. The manager, Rafael, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He always listens carefully to you and treats you with respect. He spends a lot time with you, inspects everything and is truly concerned with your satisfaction. When I went to get a tire, he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones. He gave me a lot of options and actually recommended the economy tire for my needs. I don’t think that has ever happened to me when working with a mechanic. He really looks out for you and takes care of you. An example of his level of service: I had my tires mounted and paid for all the work. I was backing out of his business and he noticed three of my lights were out. He stopped me, dropped everything, got three bulbs, and immediately replaced them. NO CHARGE! He didn’t have to do that, but he did it anyway. I would have never known he had seen the lights were out. Or, he could have just told me and sent me on my way. Or, he could have charged me for labor and the bulbs. I was shaking my head all the way home. I just couldn’t believe how amazing he was to me and how impressed I was with his staff of workers. They are so fast, friendly, and do quality work. If you need tires, rims, or really any car work, you could crazy not to go to Automotive Express. It was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic/shop. They won me over and I’ll keep coming back.

T. F. Brewing – Menu with Prices – 936 S 300 W, Salt Lake City

Stumbled upon this gem after an unfortunate encounter with a giant screw on State street. The screw tore a hole in my mom’s tire, as we were driving to my final bridal dress fitting. Instead of trying on my dress, we got towed to Big O tire, and informed that we needed to buy 4 new tires. As desperation settled in, I looked to the left and noticed a nice brewery next door, one that I had driven by many times before (on my way to Costco) and been curious about. We decided to go instead of waiting for our car to be fixed in the tire shop. We had delicious beers, played Connect 4 and Jenga (many other games were available), a taco truck was parked outside to satisfy potential food cravings, and the bartenders were super friendly. There is a beautiful indoor space as well as a large patio (dogs welcome). Both my mom and I left with some beers to take home, one of them is 10.2% so I will keep that one for future misadventures… nothing like a good strong brew to drown my sorrows. If you’re in the mood for a cool spot to day drink delicious Utah crafted beers, this brewery is for you.

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 7502 N Southtown Crossing, Fort Wayne

Shop manager here makes sure things get done. Yes this big thick greasy fingered guy is what’s up. Makes sure the filter gets turned off counter clock wise, get that drain plug loose. And you’re in business pilgrim. Oh I love this guy here, has a grunt voice, very big and thick fingered indeed! greasy too! So you know he knows what’s going on right? right? I like coming here but I do warn it gets a big line at times full of ghetto rides and them Valu-craft tires installs and such. Be here for awhile, for oil change and them tire installs, patches, battery installs, tire patch N plugs, all of that…Them windshield wiper installs too, shoot dogg!..Be here waiting for a minute ok? But when you do get your car back that big bad big fingered man gets you in and out. Right? well you will be waiting awhile.

Norm’s Diner – Menu with Prices – 35 S Gibson Rd, Henderson

I have literally heard about this place from so many people, so I really can’t say who has recommended it to me. But I believe the most recent person was my new storage unit place down the street from here. She told me “you really have to go if you haven’t yet.” Now, it wasn’t really on purpose that we ended up here, even though, again, I’ve been told by numerous people to try this place out. It just so happens that bad luck of a Saturday morning of blowing out a tire of the freeway, which ended up with me heading to Big O’ Tires in the same shopping center, which then lead to them telling me it would be an hour wait around lunchtime, which then made me decided hmmm perhaps I’ll walk over to Norm’s diner and check this place out. A series of unfortunate events lead me to a very fortunate lunch spot. Upon walking in, it definitely has the looks and feels of a classic dinner, but definitely more updated. We were seated almost instantly. The spot was definitely poppin with some families and older couples. Our waitress (forgot to get her name, darn it!) was extremely attentive. I decided on lunch while my husband got some breakfast. After stressing over a blown out tire, I decided I deserved a juicy burger, and a juicy burger is exactly what I got. I like my meat cooked medium rare, and let me tell you, this burger was juicing and oozing with flavor. But not too over the top where your hands are covered in grease. It was just the right amount of juice with impeccable flavor. The french fries were also pretty good as well. After looking at my hub’s breakfast and trying a bite, I definitely want to return here and get some breakfast one morning. I remember seeing quite a good deal for Monday through Friday breakfast as well, so we will definitely be back during the week.

Big Lee’s – Serious About Barbecue – Menu with Prices – 3925 SE 45th Ct, Ocala

The Big Lee’s Food Trailer came to Emerson Hall today and generated some excitement in GNV. I stood in line for an hour which is something I don’t normally do, but it’s Friday and the weather was great. The story about the journey of this food truck business was high-level, and I guess I got caught up in the marketing of it all with “best-ever” being thrown around multiple times and the Food Network connection made it even more interesting. The food trailer is beautiful, the ordering process was very good, and the owner is charismatic. He even acknowledged my friend’s 60th birthday sash which was thoughtful and very nice of him. I ordered a rib meal (The sign said a rib meal comes with a side at $12.50.) and banana pudding. When I returned to the office to unveil my highly anticipated rib meal, I couldn’t believe it. I slowly unwrapped the aluminum foil and there were two ribs inside–that’s it; no bread/no sauce/no side. The homemade banana pudding made with real pudding not instant pudding was disappointing. It was a condensed milk substance, Nilla wafers and bananas in my little cup. My phone died so I couldn’t take a picture of it. The young lady who told me about the food trailer coming to town saw what I ordered, and she was embarrassed. I told her not to be embarrassed maybe it’s hit or miss. I graciously stood in line for an hour for two mediocre ribs and four ounces of juicy banana pudding and paid $15 for it. I was a willing participant, and I contacted others to join in. The owner did an excellent job of being cordial and collecting my payment, but not so good of making sure I had everything that comes with the order; he owes me a side. My experience was classic if it sounds too good to be true…

The HandleBar Boise Menu with Prices 1519 W Main St, Boise

There are many reasons this place has 5 stars on Yelp & you just have to go see why for yourself! Waited for rims/tires to get put on & guy at Big O Tires mentioned this bar for while we wait- we almost chose somewhere else because I’m not a huge beer drinker but I’m SO glad we ended up at Handlebar & I have a feeling we’ll be there often from now on. This place has complimentary popcorn with an assortment of different delicious seasonings & I think (don’t qoute me) you can bring in your own food; they allow dogs & have water on a self-serve tap for water glasses as well as dog bowls! Fun bar, great service, awesome specials, cool owner(s)/employees, neat games, fabulous decor, & good vibes. I can’t wait to ride in on my cruiser!

Sunnyside Cup – Menu with Prices – 3008 Broad St, Chattanooga

Oh I’ve wanted to drive thru Sunnyside Cup forever! Being that I get to work at 5a typically, I haven’t been able to get there. Well this morning I had to go to one of my offsite locations and was able to get over there. So cute! It’s a tiny little trailer just over the bridge just in to St Elmo. The fact that there were 3 people in that tiny trailer was astonishing. Didn’t look like anyone moved from their assigned station. LOL. I ordered a mocha coffee and a banana nut muffin. The coffee was yummy and chocolatey and hot. Very smooth. Just what I needed for the hour drive to my destination. The muffin seemed fresh baked and and some good depth to it. I would have liked it a bit more dense and a little more nutty, but it was still good and helped coat the tummy. I hope I can get by there again, and you should too!

The Coffee Chemist – Menu with Prices – Unnamed Road, Jacksonville

While I was waiting in my car in the Mall parking lot area, I kept hearing the sound of a generator from far away. The sound was coming from a portable trailer called The Coffee Chemist. The sound of course drew me to the trailer like a Zombie from The Walking Dead.   I met Jordan, the owner… “THE” Coffee Chemist herself. She was very nice and friendly. She offers all coffee varieties: Lattes, Expressos, Cold Brews, Cappuccinos, etc.  So many choices but I eventually opted to order The Nutty Professor, which is a Nutella based Iced Coffee. It was pretty good.   Furthermore, you can find & follow The Coffee Chemist on Facebook and Instagram.   #SupportLocal

The Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center – Menu with Prices – 420 High St SW #5037, Winston-Salem

Me & my family had been staying here periodically for a little over a year due to my daughter having to visit Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for her cleft palate needs. We never had any issues with this hotel. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. We had booked yet again another stay here at the hawthorn in August of 2018 & were extremely unsatisfied with our stay. After a 2 & 1/2 hour drive my husband and I were unaware that the owner/ staff had changed and upon arrival were told we could NOT book a room with a cash deposit (& credit card on file) had to be credit card only (which the previous owners NEVER had a problem with doing). After a 2 & 1/2 hour drive we then were told to go to our bank and put money on our debit cards (this was on a Sunday kind you). We then had to go to Walmart and purchase a money card to pay our hotel room. Which took us another 2 hours to set up. We should have been warned or notified that policies were changing by email, etc due to the fact of us being regular customers. Needless to say we were very annoyed & tired after our now 5+ hour trip of trying to get to our hotel room! Will never be staying here again.

Havana Flavor – Menu with Prices – 4432 US-220, Greensboro

This little Cuban food trailer sets up in the Exxon gas station parking lot. I stopped to get fuel and went over to the trailer to see what it was all about. They mainly do different sandwiches and they are cash only. They have their menu board beside the trailer, it has right many numbered options, each number has the name of the dish or sandwich beside it, but doesn’t give you any type of description of what it is. I ordered the #2 Cuban Sandwich, the sandwich was great, roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, dill pickle and mustard on a nice roll pressed in the panini press to a toasty brown. The roasted pork was the star of the show, it had great flavor, my Cuban sandwich was excellent.

Sahara Mobile Court – Menu with Prices – 2340 Sanguinetti Ln, Stockton

The way this place is managaed is absolutely disgusting. The manager is disgusting. Very unsafe living conditions. She had a trailer demolished and left behind broken glass, nails and staples where my kids play. My child fell and had a rusty staple ripped open his knee. She constantly intoxicated, driving around yelling at people out of her truck. She goes on these power trips and finds the smallest things to come and scream in my face about, all while intoxiacted. Ridiculous. She wonâ??t allow pets yet she has several large dogs. During the time Iâ??ve been living at this trailer park sheâ??s had at least seven different men living with her. Thereâ??s always men coming and going from her trailer. Very unprofessional. I wish this park would make necessary changes and find a new manager and fix the damaged roads.
