One of the best selections of airplane size mini-bottles. These make great gifts for friends who travel.

Rainbow Food Party Store – Menu with Prices – 16203 Old U.S. 27, Lansing

Used to love this place, one of the best craft beer selections in town. Until I tried to return bottles. Very disgusting how people returning bottles here are treated. Thankfully, there are other places in town such as Horrock’s that also have a good selection. Might also want to have your employee’s read up on the Michigan Bottle Deposit law, because refusing bottles because “they are in a bag” and having a $5 limit is illegal.

Virginia ABC – Menu with Prices – 1416 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I have been to this ABC store a couple times now and I have received great service here. It is never too busy, even during different times of the day. The bottles are very well organized, so you will never have trouble finding anything. If you are looking for something in particular, the store clerks will know where to find it. The cashiers are quick, so you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. They also have mini bottles of liquor, which could make for a fun gift idea!

Grey Ghost Bakery – Menu with Prices – 1750 Signal Point Rd #2a, Charleston

Grey Ghost Bakery is one of my favorite local products!! I love being able to give “Charleston” gifts to people, and this one is one of the best. Cookies that taste like they just came out of your grandmother’s kitchen, but suitable to send through the mail as gifts to either friends or corporate needs. Their packaging is really great… anywhere from tiny giveaway packs of 2 cookies to big boxes. All of the flavors I have had (maybe all of them!) are great, but lemon is really good! Food is always a great gift when you don’t know what to get someone and Grey Ghost cookies are a home run!

The Meadows – Menu with Prices – 4636 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg

Went here at 930 pm on a Friday night. I was in the ice cream shop and my friends were at the top of the hill paying for mini golf. My friend texted and said card reader was down to pay in ice cream shop for golf. I went to the counter at 9:35 pm and said can I pay for mini golf and a drink. The girl said no we stop accepting payment for mini golf at 930 pm. I said my friends are paying at the top of the hill and told me to pay while I was here cause the car reader doesnâ??t work up there. She said no they wonâ??t be able to play itâ??s after 930. I said they did pay they told me and now I have to sit out because I was here using the bathroom. She said my manager doesnâ??t allow it after 930. I walked out and went to meet my friends and the young lady was on the phone with the ice cream shop. They told her we could play but will have to stop at 10 pm no matter how far we are. If you go to a restaurant they serve you even if you walk in 5 minutes before they close. This is so wrong that we couldnâ??t play. There was only 4 of us. Will never come here again.

Sightsee Shop – Menu with Prices – 125½, Line St, Charleston

Great shop with tasty coffee and an extremely helpful menu. I’m usually lost at coffee shops trying to Google what the differences between all the coffees, espressos, roasts and blends actually are. I had my first cortado and it was exactly what I needed to jumpstart my day in Charleston. The travel guides are fantastic and my travel bug got activated seeing the great maps for Amsterdam, New York, and New Orleans. Allyson and Joel are passionate about spreading some love of caffeine and love of travel so stop on by for a dose of either or both, you won’t be disappointed!

TeBella Tea Sarasota – Menu with Prices – The Mall at University Town Center, Store #124, 140 University Town Center Dr, Sarasota

Love TeBella Tea Company! That was really cool to see that they have now expanded to the University Town Center in Sarasota. I’ve been to their location in Davis Island in Tampa. They also have another location in Tampa and St. Pete. Here you can pick up all gifts tea and you can get tea leaves to go or they can prepare tea for you. The key lime tea peaked my interest. You can ask them about the different tea selections and even smell it. I wish they had samples like Teavana which use to be in the same spot. It is nice to see a local tea spot here.

Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel – Menu with Prices – 5501 Carnegie Blvd, Charlotte

We reserved three rooms this past weekend at the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark for our family. We were VERY disappointed with our stay at your hotel. 1). No complimentary water bottles in the room. We called downstairs and the front desk clerk was adamant that it was in the refrigerator. No it was not! Spare me the attitude. There were NO bottles in the refrigerator. They said only one bottle is complimentary. After requesting a water bottle the staff delivered two bottles. 10 once water bottles, unbelievable. We then asked the next day for complimentary bottles and they said they have no bottles available. Really? Almost every hotel we stay at no matter where in the world we stay provides several and larger complimentary water bottles. 2). We then found our room very cold. We increased the temperature and after waiting awhile realized there was no change in the room. We called for assistance and the maintenance technician came to do the repair. We had initially planned to take a nap after a long day of travel but that was not possible as the room was freezing and the blower would not turn off. Housekeeping or maintenance ought to monitor problems with the HVAC. 3). The front desk said the WiFi would be complimentary but when we logged on in our rooms it stated there is a $12.95 charge per day. We called down to the front desk and they said do not worry about it because it will be adjusted off of your bill. What kind of free WiFi system is that? It is either free or not free. Don’t make a guest either not use it because it states there will be a charge or call down to the front desk and have the clerk tell you “don’t pay attention to what it says when you log on, it will be adjusted off your bill.” Really? Hard to believe that Marriott operates this way. My other family members in the other hotel rooms mentioned the WiFi was very slow. 4). There was no wastebasket in the bathroom. Every time we had to throw something away we had to leave the bathroom and use the one in the bedroom area. What kind of hotel is this when there is no wastebasket in the bathroom? In summary, had we known that Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark would have so many issues we would not have chosen to stay at your hotel. There were so many options for hotels in Charlotte, unfortunately we chose the wrong one.

Aero Plains Brewing – Menu with Prices – 117 N Handley St, Wichita

I walked into a Wichita beer store to find Aero Plains beer cans available for sale. I knew I had to check out the brewery after looking at their flavors and beer flavors. Aero Plains is a lovely little brewery with a good variety of dark and light beers to choose from. The establishment is clean and has enough good seating to make it a good place to meet up. PROS: -The airplane theme makes me SO happy! The Aero Plains logo is adorable, the airplane decor is really eye-catching, and the plane theme seems to fit in pretty well with the Wichita scene in general. I’m an aviation enthuasist, and I was a happy camper here. -The flight boards are tiny little airplanes. The flight boards have seen some better days in their lifetimes, but they’re still adorably adorable. The staff writes the ID number of each beer on the board next to each flight glass, so you can reference the beer with one of the beer paper listings or the giant beer board on the wall. -There’s a decent amount of things to do with your friends. There are darts, outdoor and indoor seating, a foosball table, board games you can borrow, and more. 4-person tables aren’t particularly huge for gaming purposes, but if they’re slow, two tables could be easily pushed together for larger board games and groups. -Lots of art from local artists is posted around the place. Some of it is airplane-themed, but some of it isn’t. Aero Plains Brewing definitely has done a good job with decorating the place. It has a bit of an industrial, friendly open feel to it. -The staff at the front table was friendly. They were tolerant with me taking too long to order, and they were happy to answer questions. They weren’t overly talkative to us, but they did greet some customers by name, so it seems they likely know some of the repeat customers. Staff got through the line of customers relatively quickly. CONS: -The beers aren’t anything super-duper amazing. They have good light beers – which taste a bit like indescript light beers – and they have good dark beers – which taste a bit like indescript dark beers. Nothing, at least of their current menu, stands out as amazingly “unique”. The beers are good – don’t get me wrong. You’ll probably come away with a favorite out of their options. But there isn’t anything super unique on their list to make you go “woah. I’ve never had anything like this before!” During our tastings, a common statement from the group was “Hmm, This reminds me of [beer name here]…..”. -I’m meh on the table chairs. Their wood isn’t the most comfortable, and they cut into my thighs annoyingly after awhile. It’d be hard to sit in these chairs for long time periods if I was staying here for awhile with friends.

Confections by Loralei – Menu with Prices – 1904 Eastwood Rd #106, Wilmington

We came to Wrightsville for the Flotilla and stumbled across this gem. I wish we had one in Raleigh (Iâ??m sure my husband is glad we donâ??t). So many unique items. I was supposed to look for Christmas gifts for friends, but it was a â??selfieâ? day instead of â??elfieâ? day. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were good. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

New Mexico Tea Company Menu with Prices 1131 Mountain Rd NW #2, Albuquerque

We love NM Tea Co.! My daughters, sons and I are frequent visitors to this place because you can never have too much tea, right? NM Tea Co. has a fabulous collection of black, green, white, herbal and a host of other teas. One of my faves is the Ceylon New Vithankanda! It is a luxurious black tea that is really rich yet smooth. A total treat in the morning with a spot of milk! There are too many teas to write about, literally! I have probably 30+ bags of different teas from here. Every time I go, I refill my faves and try a new tea, just for kicks. If you sign up to get their emails you get a free sample every month…no strings attached. It makes 1 pot of tea. Totally worth it! What I love are the cool stickers on the tins for each tea and the fact that you can smell every tea in mini tins. This is a great tool to help you decide if you are going to like this tea or maybe it sounded good by the description but since you smelled it you changed your mind. NM Tea Co. has tons of beautiful gift tins and tea sets. They are a bit non-traditional but lovely nonetheless. They also have a good selection of matcha teas and tools…my son’s faves. We frequently buy gifts for friends here, everyone seems to really like them. So take some time and head over to NM Tea Co. And grab a new tea or two, you won’t regret it!

Come See Me – Menu with Prices – 656 College St, Toronto

I have never had an experience like this in my life. I was at ‘Come See Me’ for a friends birthday, and we were kicked out of our booth. When we first got there, they didn’t have our table ready nor did they have us at any table when my friend had messaged them on Instagram DM confirming our table with a name provided for our table. Then as everyone starts arriving, the man who worked there told us we needed to buy two bottles by the end of the night so we first bought one bottle because it wasn’t as busy and we planned on buying another one closer to when it was getting busier. At 11:00pm the same man who told us we had to buy two bottles by the end of the night told us that since we didn’t purchase a second bottle that we had to be moved to another table for the next set of customers all because we didn’t get the second bottle. The man lied to us after saying he never told us that we had to buy two bottles, when in fact he did. When we ended up paying the bill, we noticed that we got double charged for everything. We ended up paying the bill which we shouldn’t have. We left at 11:15pm and went to door three. I will never be coming back to this place ever again. Do not recommend ‘Come See Me’.

Pizini Pizza – Menu with Prices – 4321 E Baseline Rd a, Gilbert

Fat Cats, what a place! We’ve been here twice now and it’s quite the hidden gem. The first time we came for some bowling. We found the prices were good and it was not overly packed. We enjoyed a few games and it was just a standard bowling good time. The next time we visited we tried the mini-golf. It was a great price for two of us so we gave it a shot. We found out why, it was fun but it’s an indoor mini-golf in a small area. The holes were nothing crazy difficult or challenging.. I’ll give it that we are adults… so like what did we expect. But it was pretty standard and nothing too special. I don’t think we’d mini-golf again, but for the price it was not a bad gig. Looking forward to a movie here as we have heard from our friends its a great place. Because of the location and most people don’t think of it initially when looking for movies, it appears because of that it isn’t as crowded as your standard theater. The theaters also look like they have good comfy seats and, again, decent pricing. There is also an arcade. We will definitely be back for bowling and likely a movie. Don’t forget! They have Yelp check in offers!!
