The breakfast at the post is great! I went and had their steak and shrimp on Friday and it was SO MUCH food! I can’t believe how much they serve for the cost! The baked potato was to die for! And they had the cutest buffet station for all of the toppings. They also had karaoke right after dinner and that was so much fun to hear! They also had darts, pool, and shuffleboard behind the canteen. It’s a cool little spot. I will be going back very soon!

The Old Cocktail Lounge Menu with Prices 306 N Bowen Rd, Arlington

My favorite dive bar in Arlington. $2.50 wells most days, $2 PBRs, and everything else in between. They are my favorite joint to watch football and they have the red zone pass so you can catch all the games. The bartenders are the absolutely BEST you can find. Not only are they extremely attentive, but they are just all around badass people. They have pool, darts, shuffleboard, and a plethora of other bar games. They also do live music certain days of the week! Trivia night is Tuesday, Karaoke Wednesday, and Ladies night Thursday. You basically can make this your favorite local watering hole and be the happiest kid around! Come drink here

SOJU 101 Bar, Karaoke & Korean Kitchen of Katy Asian Town – Menu with Prices – 23119 Colonial Pkwy #A7, Katy

I’ve visited this location twice, once for karaoke, and once for dinner. I loved the food, we ordered different things each time, and everything was delicious! The karaoke rooms are spacious and can accommodate 8 adults comfortably. My only negatives were that the karaoke rooms are not in any way sound proof, so you can hear everything in the other rooms, and you can even hear people singing outside in the parking lot. The other negative is that when we went for dinner, I felt like the tables were very cramped. I could hear the people around me as if we were all sitting in one large table. This also made it very hard to walk in between the tables if you had to use the restroom. I believe the location is too small, or maybe the table set up is not good.

Top Shots Billiards and Ping Pong – Menu with Prices – 2621 66 St NW, Edmonton

Well sure they open up a beautiful pool hall when I’ve moved away haha! This is definitely the place to go if you would like to try some different things out with friends or just have a nice pool date while actually being able to have good food! This is a very large new hall run by folks that love pool and understand their customers. Service is friendly and attentive even though they are only a few weeks old. Bathrooms are clean and staff works together to keep things going smoothly in my experiences. If you have lunch they have a special where you even get an hour of free pool! They have 2 bar tables 18 nine foot tables that are fast and solid! And for the snooker enthusiast some of the best tables (4) you will find in Alberta! Pool is by the hour regardless of the amount of people on your group. They also have a whole bunch of top notch ping ping tables ($10/hr) and top quality dart boards (with complimentary darts available) and darts fun is free. The food… it is actually very very good and portions are spot on! They have all day brekkie and my favorite thing is the Cajun chicken sandwich which is phenomenal. Great fries and gravy and everything I had I liked as well as those I have brought there. Pool tourneys are ramping up so be sure to like their Facebook page for new dates. Sunday 6 Red snooker and Friday is handicapped nine ball. What else can you say other than there is a top facility for pool now where you can get a whole experience! Enjoy!

Arirange Lounge – Menu with Prices – 2647 Fort Campbell Blvd, Clarksville

0/0 Where to start. This place could be called “charming” or “cozy” but honestly between the cockroaches, the disgusting human beings who come here, and the broken down cars in the parking lot I feel like somewhere between “crack house” and “bus station” are more accurate descriptions and like a bus station you don’t have to go far to find someone literally masturbating inside. The drinks are overpriced, and not by a little. If you sit next to the pool tables in the back you can hear the microwave used to “cook” the overpriced food through a “wall” that’s actually more like a thick piece of cardboard than a wall. The hallway between the pool room and the karaoke rooms is cluttered with old karaoke machines . I could honestly not recommend this place, between the cockroaches, the disgusting human garbage this bar seems to target as patrons, the overpriced drinks and food and the overall experience of the bar I’d avoid it you could spend half the money at another bar get twice as drunk and not get to see gross old men saying gross things to women, people masturbating in the back rooms, and cockroaches going about their business.

Boardwalk Tavern – Menu with Prices – 2600 54th Ave N, St. Petersburg

Boardwalk Tavern I haven’t been to that one before, I’ve been downtown St Pete at Molly’s,/ the Red Barn that used to be on 11th Avenue and 4th Street North, so do they have a pool table, dart boards do you like to play darts or pool (Billiards)? I hope I didn’t mess up your steak dinner tonight? Yeah you’re right on why not go all the way skip my point you get night or do you get my chip my Mass sailing Mass?

Mauldin Pub – Menu with Prices – 801 W Butler Rd, Greenville

Was looking for a Friday Night Karaoke spot and saw this place on Yelp. I fell in love with this place when I walked in the door. They call themselves “The Friendliest Bar In The Upstate,” and it’s no lie. Within moments, I felt at home. The people are super-friendly and the bartender is competent and efficient. They have USB outlets at the bar for charging your mobile devices. There is no wifi for customers. There is a pool table and a unisex bathroom (which seems to be the meeting place for the female clients- I think the ladies stuffed it like a clown car at times). The karaoke is good. Many of the singers have good voices. I don’t fully know how extensive her catalogue of songs is, but it seems large enough. I will definitely be back next Friday!

Knights Pub & Grill Northside – Menu with Prices – 11860 145 Avenue Northwest, Edmonton

Knights is the place we go when we are wanting a good beer and play some pool. I’ve been here quite a few times, and always have a good time ( maybe its all the beer & rum though) I’m not a huge fan of karaoke, okay that’s putting it lightly truth is I HATE karaoke. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice to hear when people know how to carry a tune but when your drunk you think your great.. Sigh.. I’ve BEEN that person.. anyways Catch my drift? Every time we have went there is ALWAYS karaoke.. And when we go watch UFC here karaoke starts when the fights are done. The waitresses aren’t very good but I’m assuming its because the place is packed and usually looks under staffed. Either way we just went to the bar and grabbed our drinks. We all have fun here and that’s the whole point of a pub! I will more than likely find myself back here one of these days!

The Silver Dollar – Menu with Prices – 10410 Dyer St a, El Paso

High speed low drag, great place to relax, have good conversations with nice folks. Seasoned folks in the day, younger set in the night. Free pool on Sundays, also have darts, karaoke Friday or Saturday I don’t remember. Good selection of domestic beers, great service! Look for drink specials daily! 3 large TVs for sports, one out back on the covered patio for smokers. Often has special events that includes free food. Give it a try, your gonna like it!

Deja Vu Billiards – Menu with Prices – 121 N Burbank Dr, Montgomery

Kinda divey, but cool. 14 pool tables, darts… Cold beer. Has typical bar food menu, but it’s good. Friendly service. $4 for an hour of pool. $6 Bud light pitchers, 10 oz draft $1. Touchtunes juke box and some video game machines at the bar. Comfortable, inviting place.

Lenny’s Tap – Menu with Prices – 431 N Broadway, Green Bay

A nice little dive bar that I like to go to with my friends once in a while. I feel like this bar is kind of unknown as it’s on North Broadway which gets little attention and is shadowed by the Titletown Tap Room. The drinks are cheap the regulars are an older, friendly crowd. There’s no music on unless you put money in the juke box. On the other side of the bar there’s pool, darts, foosball, and my favorite…shuffleboard! They do have a few solid craft beers on tap, but this is a rare instance where I steer away from the craft brews and I enjoy some Old Smile (Old Style) on tap. You rarely see Old Style on tap anymore…plus $6 for a pitcher….that’s such a steal!

VFW Post 3837 – Menu with Prices – 12030 Leopard St, Corpus Christi

It’s time again for me to update my review. Things have changed since I wrote my first update. This VFW promotes traditional country-western music by offering dances every Friday night from 7:30-11:30pm. The dances are open to the public and all ages. I am the house DJ for the VFW and thus I’m on-stage every Friday. There is no cover charge for the dances. I provide a mix of traditional country songs dating from the 50’s to present hits. (I do not play New Country, Rap, Hip Hop, nor New Jack Swing — for that you’ll have to go to Ropers or Whiskey River.) Speaking of dancing — this is a dance venue although sitting and just listening over a beer from the VFW’s canteen is okay. The dance floor is cement but I sprinkle it with powered dance wax so you can glide across. The dance floor is rather small but the dancers who frequent the VFW are normally very polite and adjust their stride and steps accordingly. Once 10:00pm rolls around the more senior attendees head home, which provides ample room on the dance floor for everyone who remains. By 10:30pm you’ll often find you and your dance partner are the only ones on the dance floor — and that’s a good thing. Normally there are very few singles so it is best to bring a date. You can bring in your own food and liquor. You can not bring in water, soda, beer, setups, wine or ice because the VFW sells those at the canteen. I also need to mention that the VFW offers free karaoke every Wednesday and Friday night from 7:00-11:00pm in the canteen. This VFW is run by some great and caring folks. It’s a community-oriented Post run by people who contribute greatly to our wonderful town. You don’t have to be a VFW member to frequent the canteen, attend their dances or events nor do you have to be a veteran. Everyone is welcome! You’ll find that the patrons are a friendly crowd. Introduce yourself to everyone and that’s all it takes to be welcomed into the fold. The mission of the VFW is to provide assistance to veterans and their surviving spouses. No matter what type of assistance you need, contact the VFW and ask to have the Veterans Services Officer contact you. Also, the VFW rents their dance hall for all kinds of occasions. The hall rental rates are very competitive so give them a call. The hall is down-home, not fancy.
