Worst service ever. Dont wadte your money! Very rude and unorganized. They only care about their money.

So I ordered thru doordash sat June 1st at 6:30, the chicken was meh! The Short ribs were so salty, and too much soy sauce in the marinade it was impossible to eat, the macaroni had too much mayo, the breaded fish had no flavor, it was just salty, the panko shrimps were bland as well cause they didn’t bother to put any sauce on my order not even for the eggrolls, thank god the musubi was good cause i was starving and i dont have much money to spend on delivery otherwise i would’ve order pizza cause i dont care to save the food for later, the first and last time i order from this place, such a waste of money,such a let down.

-10 We go at random times and noticed that they touch money dont wash hands to touch food…for example I went today at 3am and there wad a guy cleaning and the chinese baker/owner was baking donuts then touched money then went straight to touching the donuts…we all saw him through the window ewww!! When I wanted to buy a drink I said politely…you should wash your hands before you touch food…he said I have a towel in the back for that…then I said no you dont we all saw you…then he got mad and said no I have a towel for that and walked away yelling that they are just donuts!! Wtf??? I guess he dosent care for customers health… For all I know we are eating donuts touched with prostitute money!!!!

Customer service is very rude. Went threw drive thru and was told to pull around since i wasnt ready within her asking me what i wanted and i tried to ask a minute to look at the menu and was told no we have a line pull around. The first time i went they closed a hour early and was inside socializing and said they were closed, second time i went they were out of burger had only chicken nuggets this was my third and last time going if they dont want my money every time ive gone else were and will for now on all their staff have been rude when ive tried to order.Ive never had to give a review before but this is ridiculous and should have something done about it.

Palm Court of Guyana – Menu with Prices – 17116 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica

Called the restaurant and placed an order for delivery. Person taking the order said food should be at my place in 20mins since I’m 2 blocks from the restaurant. Called back an hour later after the food still didn’t arrive. A man picks up (the owner or manager) and says the last order he has in the system for me is from March. I asked him if he could inquire with one of waitresses about the order and he says “don’t you think they will lie about taking the order”. I’m stunned!! What does that have anything to do with anything? You have to question the integrity of the people that work for you, for something as simple as taking a phone order? Or maybe that was just an excuse because he felt a customer’s business isn’t important enough to even ask his staff. Then he goes on to tell me they don’t deliver past 8pm on Sundays. Sat here hungry for no reason!! They obviously didn’t care!!! The man didn’t even apologize, just put forth lame excuses… they obviously don’t care about the people that keep places like this in business. DONT EAT HERE!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I’VE SEEN FROM A RESTAURANT!!!

J’S Fish And Chicken – Menu with Prices – 3012 N 27th St, Kansas City

I’ve been here about four times and this last time was my final time. The person at the counter was very rude and unorganized. There were people standing in line who had clearly already placed their order. I walked in and stood in line to place my order. He gave someone their food and then began addressing the man who was after me. I told him that I was next and he told me that he was going to help him first and that he would help me after the fact. He helped the man and then another person walked in and attempted to place an order. He began raising his voice saying you people don’t see the line you just can’t come and jump in. Mind you there is no REAL order line. It is all done through one window. I decided to leave without placing my order. You can’t be rude, nasty and disorganized and think I’m giving you my money.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – Baker Crossing, 665 Newtown Rd #105, Virginia Beach

This is the worst subway in VA! I was physically assaulted by an employee here. I contacted the cooperate just to be informed that this is owned by a franchise owner an they could contact the owner but could not do anything about the employee. Turns out the owner is out of the county. Do you think she was fired? No, she still works there. The owner doesn’t care about customers. All the works at this store are rude and nasty to the customers. Beware of the business you support. When you give your money to this franchise owned companies, it is not the same company you see on t.v. franchise are allowed to be run how ever they want as long as they pay to use the name. You are not granted the same service from each. You put you and your family at risk going to these companies. I wonder how much they paid there family members to give them good reviews? They can’t have my money and I hope you join me. Thank you

Tacos Mister Pancho – Menu with Prices – 1119 N Mountain Ave, Ontario

Bad service! far the worst customer service i have experienced!!! The lady at the register is a miserable rude lady and not friendly at all. Everytime you talk to her whe gives attitude and speaks in a rude way. She needs to either quit or stay in the back. There is no reason for me as a customer to have to deal with her attitude!! But that is not all she told me i can’t get too many lemons, vegetables ect. “You can’t get too many vegetables because the owner gets mad, the next time you do that, I will have to charge you” She rudely told me this and rolled her eyes at me. The burrito I ordered had more rice and beans than meat. Don’t forget that business relies on customer’s if you don’t give good service how are you going to expect to get more money and customers.

East Coast Vapers – Menu with Prices – 612 Caroline St, Fredericksburg

The shop seems quite run down, but that isn’t the worst of their problems. Juice stock is excellent however their mods and atomizers are quite lacking. On top of that, they have products that have been on the shelf for years! Some of them are broken, rusted, just don’t work. There seems to always be people just hanging out in there, and it worries me because a lot of them seem young. Like do you even ID people? Now the worst part is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are extremely rude, and it’s so bad that if you leave a bad review on google you will just get bashed for it. No one is there to hear you out about your reviews. If you sit there and use a different name and your not in the system oh man you’ll get extremely bashed. Look if you’re not experienced with vaping and don’t care about it, sure go here. However if you are… AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolute trash customer service, hardly decent mod selection, atomizers suck, and their only good thing going is juice.

Rude!!!! I decided to try this place and pick up breakfast for my family while my dog was being groomed at the PetSmart next door. After placing my order, I got to the register and realized that they only took cash, which I did not have on hand. So, I decided to use their ATM machine and pay a fee to get money to pay them. I tried to get $100 out. I got all the way to the point of where the money was to be dispensed and nothing came out. I let the person behind the counter know and she said “oh you wont be charged if nothing came out” Okay, I tried again, same thing. I let her know and all she said was “Okay we will cancel your order”. I left and went to Angel Food donuts on Bushard Street (great place with excellent customer service and payment options). An hour later I get a call from my bank saying that my account is being charged over and over again for $100 and saying that they need to put a hold on my card. I called the donut shop to let them know what had happened and an older man answered. He kept saying over and over, show me the statement, if you want money you need to call the ATM owner and so on. Even though, I said several times, I don’t want money, my bank is taking care of it on my end, I want to let you know that this is what your ATM is doing so that you can take care of it and your customers wont have to deal with this. I finally had to just hang up because instead of an apology, I kept being treated like I was out to get something from them. I stopped by later in the day when I picked up my dog and there was no out of order sign on the ATM.

Thai Star BBQ – Menu with Prices – 3848 McKinley St M, Corona

This thai place is definitely the worst Thai Food place I have ever been too. Their service is garbage, while also still being able to maintain definitely the worst Pad Thai any human has been able to conjure up. It tastes like they took Heinz Ketchup and Mixed it with vinegar, gargled it in the back of their throats and spit it onto some noodles that were boiled in sink water. And not to mention the delicious two for one! Thats right folks if you order the Pad Thai you get another side of soup! But dont worry about clutter from bulky packaging they just pour it into the bag with your pad thai! Or maybe thats just the watery sauce trying to escape the putrid smell of this dish. Rude ladies made fun of my fiancée behind the counter because their opinion matters working at a Thai Food hole in the wall, BUT its okay because the cashier was delightful and shes your Jesus Christ in this Thai Disaster. The only reason I am making this review is too make sure no one ever orders this pad thai or even thinks twice about visiting but if you want good customer service then the cashier is definitely a plus one. Fix your restaurant and your workers attitudes and above all your PAD THAI.

Le Macaron French Pastries – Menu with Prices – 12478 N Mainstreet, Rancho Cucamonga

I’m beginning to think the people that have purchased here haven’t had a proper macaron or pate choux. I wanted to get a few items before our movie and I decide to give this place a try. My gut told me not to buy as much as I did based off of looks alone, but I gave it a try anyway. The feet on the macaron were spread and the shell was really shiny so I knew they were going to be dense and sugary.. The sizes were all very inconsistent and not uniform. I purchased 6 pieces @16.50. I normally dont care, especially when it’s a good quality macaron. I bit into the pistachio and it had only almond flavor, it was super sweet, and tasted as of it was frozen. Then I decided to give the salted caramel a try, once again, no caramel flavor, all almond, tasted like it was frozen, and not to mention the hair that came out with it. I was so disgusted that the other 4 stayed in the box. Next I tried the Madeline. It was pretty large and looked super moist. I took one bite and spit it out. It was dry and tasted like it had been baked on a pan that wasn’t properly cleaned so it had a burnt taste to it. Definitely a zero. Last but not least, the coffee eclair. My mom took a bite and said it tasted like old refrigerator. Which means it’s not fresh at all. I was honestly over it and didn’t care about getting my money back, but my mom insisted on going back in. When she went in she was told they dont give refunds. Which I see why because if they had as many complaints as mine, they’d be shut down. Dont trust the reviews.

Anna Rose Bakery & Coffee Shop – Menu with Prices – 205 Walnut St, Harrisburg

We wandered in at 5:00 p.m. on June 19th hoping to grab two cupcakes. We were not aware that you closed at 5:00 pm until the worker rudely informed us that the family in front of us in line was the last customers. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do this and being rude to customers when you are in the service industry is the wrong way. It would have taken 30 seconds to sell us two cupcakes and we would have been on our way. Unfortunately you sent us away empty handed (actually we still had our money-but no cupcake). We won’t be back, not because you have a strict closing time (I can understand that) but because you were rude to potential customers. I don’t care how good your product is, if you keep this up, you won’t be open for long Good luck to you…
