I am reviewing here, because the one attached to the petro-can on 80 ST isn’t an option and I know the owners own both. We went there yesterday because we were going to do lotto at the petro and then grab coffee. The line was only 2 people long when I got in. They had only 1 person taking orders and then filling those orders at the same time. I was literally in line for 10 minutes before getting any help. Secondly, I ordered only coffee… COFFEE… Tim Horton’s is a coffee place… and they ran out of coffee and I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to make more. Ok… you sell coffee… your main business is coffee… how… HOW? do you run out of coffee. I know I wasn’t the only displeased customer because another patron was waiting on coffee, sandwich and wedges… and he got approached 2 times about these wedges that they no longer had either, and then they decided to finally refund him for the wedges. Once they started that he asked for his coffee and they told him again (he ordered right after us and we just got our coffees) that they were out, so he was furious and asked for them to refund everything. Anyways, I will go back here, its super close to my home, but I really think they should invest in better training and the ability to not run out of the one thing they are known for… coffee.

Woods Coffee Menu with Prices 2002 Bellevue Square, Bellevue

I was excited to have Woods coffee, as it was my favorite from Belli Guam a few years back. We trekked through Bellevue Square to find it, and it was a terrible experience. The line was quite long to order, and even longer to wait for drinks–never a good sign. We ordered two double-shot lattes for over ten bucks. Ouch. Then the waiting started. We waited about 15 minutes before the barista called my name. I went to get the drinks, and she said that the machine was broken and she could make something other than a latte. “I could pull the shots, but they’ll taste bad.” Or, she offered, we could have a refund. I said a refund would be fine, as I didn’t want a frozen drink. She said, “Go wait in line again to get the refund from the cashier.” I asked if there was another way to get a refund without waiting online again. She said unsympathetically, “Sorry.” So I waited in line again for another 10-15 minutes. That was three days ago and still no refund posted to my credit card. The entire operation seemed terrible, with little or no customer sense about it. We left and went to Starbucks. No more Woods for me, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for you, either.

The Oaks Kitchen and Bar – Menu with Prices – 2100 Cane Island Pkwy Suite B, Katy

We finally made it over to the Elks today for their brunch. Very very disappointing. Out of five orders only one was correct and it came out 15 minutes before the others. Then two more orders came, waited five minutes the fourth order came in finally a couple more minutes later the fifth order came. They made three corrections on the meals and the fourth person just shrugged her shoulders and just said sheâ??d eat it even though it wasnâ??t totally what she ordered. Had to request several times for refills on coffee. They did not serve hot tea on the brunch menu. The waiter although nice seemed very confused and inexperienced when we had so many issues with our meal. We asked for the manager twice and except for adjusting and re-ordering the incorrect orders he just walked off after that. Hope they get their act together as itâ??s close to home and we would like to try it again. The reviews for lunch and dinner seems to be more favorable so maybe brunch is just not their thing.

Wild Wild Wings – Menu with Prices – 4900 Jackman Rd, Toledo

Worst experience ever… waited over an hour in the place for take out that I ordered on/line. Stood there for over 15 minutes before being acknowledged, then- two people walked in and were waited on immediately. Oh, our order was done but we were the least of guys problem on the counter. He was more interested in answering the phone orders. Young lady appeared now after FORTY-FIVE minutes and the owner who was cooking confirmed it was done an hour ago! Counter guy actually verbally fought with me that it’s not his fault he didn’t take the order- DUH! No thanks! Sure it was ice cold by now and just asked for a refund. Too bad it wasn’t recorded as a training video for restaurants as worst customer service experiences. Get rid of the clueless counter guy and probably still not recommend! Can’t rate the food because didn’t get it, and not even an apology.

La Bella Morelia – Menu with Prices – 524 Mulberry St, Macon

Downgrading from previous 5 stars. This brings me no joy as this used to be my favorite restaurant in macon and I would regularly make the 30 minute trek from WR. The plaguing problem with the place is it’s growing too fast and the restaurant is clearly understaffed. To give you perspective, I arrived at 6:10 pm, we sat ourselves, and after 20 minutes of not being offered menus or drinks we got our own. I also found my own high chair etc. finally we had a server ask for our order at 6:45 pm, and we asked for silverware as well. Our food came out super slow, at 7:15-7:20 pm, and we ate in 10 minutes as we were already past my toddler’s bedtime and he was crying from hunger and fatigue at this point. Also, we were approached 3 times by servers asking if it was our food and it wasn’t to add to the disorganization. Because they don’t deliver a receipt for you, I spent another 10 minutes waiting in line just to pay for the meal. The entire ordeal took an hour and 30 minutes and that includes only 10 minutes for us inhaling our food to get the toddler home and because we were so hungry. The food is still above average which is why I gave it two stars. I can honestly and reluctantly say I will definitely not return.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 2655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island

The food was just okay aside from everything being a bit soggy. But ordering was the most frustrating process. First when I walked up I saw on the TV menus that the chicken sandwhich has a “be back soon” sign over the picture making me think they were out of chicken sandwiches but I noticed a woman in the back making chicken sandwiches so I stayed. The TV also advertises strawberry fanta which they do not have. There were about 6 people in line when I arrived and the manager was more interested in her phone and socializing with her coworkers (her family?) than taking orders. Finally after 15 minutes I got to the counter. I had to state my order 3 times because she would ask me a question and then immediately turn to continue her conversation with the coworker. She ended up charging me for 2 extra biscuits because she asked me 3 different times. While waiting for my food I noticed4 out of the 6 workers hanging around with nothing to do as the line grew and more people were waiting for food. It was just very frustrating. Visit another popeyes if you can. Dont go here.

Shaker Mill – Menu with Prices – 418 State St, Santa Barbara

I never leave negative reviews because I’m a chill customer with pretty low standards for customer service. But I’m leaving a one star because the customer service of the bartenders at Shaker Mill is terrible. I went there on a busy Friday afternoon and patiently waited for my turn to order a drink. I kept making eye contact with the bartender serving my side of the bar to signal that I’d like to order, but he kept taking drink orders from everyone else around me, even people who we both knew arrived after me. This wasn’t a big deal – I knew he was busy and I didn’t mind waiting until he was free so I could give him my order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I sat down at an empty bar seat and signaled that I’d like to order a drink. He continued to ignored me and took several people’s orders around me. I started looking around to see if I could order from a different bartender, when the bartender who had ignored me up until this point came up to me, and with his hands wet from making drinks, he flicked the water from his hands into my face. He made eye contact with me while he did that. Shocked – I asked him if he was serious. He just smiled and walked away – he never asked me what I wanted to drink. Shortly after, another bartender approached me and took my order. Then the bartender who took my order went to his side of the bar and started cleaning cups. I watched him and waited to see if he would make me my drink, but he never did. At this point, I’d been waiting 15 minutes at the bar and still didn’t have a drink and had the baffling experience of that one bartender that intentionally flicked water in my face. I started talking to a girl sitting next to me and asked her how long she had been waiting. The bartender that flicked water in my face approached her and took her drink order, but not mine. The girl ordered two drinks – one for me and one for her. And when the bartender heard that she was ordering her second drink for me, he turned to me and said – I’m already making your drink (which was total news to me!). After about five more minutes of making other people drinks, he finally made me and the girl next to me our drinks and served us, with an ironic “it was a pleasure serving you ladies!” It’s rare that I have such shitty customer service and when I do, I usually shrug it off and them having a rough night. But this bartender was an asshole and he was enjoying being a jerk. I’ve had bad customer service before, but I’ve never been blatantly disrespected like that. TL;DL – the bartenders here are assholes and their customer service sucks.

Sweet Daze Dessert Bar – Menu with Prices – 3356, 581 W Campbell Rd #127, Richardson

I went today for their 2nd birthday celebration which started at 12pm. I arrived a few minutes early and noticed there were people already outside waiting to get in so I got in line as well. Their special for today was $2 drinks + free cake pop for first 50 people. I was probably about the 4th group of orders and there were several people in line after me. I ordered the Strawberry Tea (unsweet tea) + Red Velvet Cheesecake Bar. I found a seat & waited…and waited…and waited. Granted, there were several people that had ordered at this time & waiting but after seeing someone that ordered a few orders after me get their drink, I got up to ask about my order. Don’t think they are really equipped to handle a crowd. She informed me that they were about to make my drink so I sat back down. I then saw another lady that ordered right after me go ask about hers because she had been waiting a while as well. My drink + cheesecake bar were finally ready. I had to ask for the free cake pop. All in all, great tasting desserts/treats & drink was pretty good while a bit sweet with the strawberry flavoring added. I would have given a 5 star rating but I just hate seeing people after me get their items/similar items as I ordered and I’m still waiting for mine. I didn’t leave store until a bit after 12:30. Quite a while to wait for a cheesecake bar & cake pop that are already made & just have to make a drink.

GGS Food Factory – Menu with Prices – 2139 Kern St, Fresno

It was a fun evening out with a friend. First up mani-pedi then dinner. We decided we would make the drive out from clovis to gazebo gardens to check out the food truck selection. The last truck we come to is GG’s. I wish now that we would have circled back around… We were standing in a larger line than most of the other trucks. So I thought that must mean it is good. note to self – Next time in line for more than 10 minutes, I should think about moving on Especially in this case. I don’t know if it because they offer too many items and need to narrow down the menu or if the staff just needs better training. But it took a good 15 min before we could order. And in that time, as i approach the order window, I see people who were in line in front of me, still waiting for their food. Not a good sign, keep my order simple to get it fast. In line for 15 minutes, I noticed that the food items have no description of their full ingredients. (You might want to update that so your customers know what to expect) I order the chicken Schwarma, because it is a familiar items that I have ordered in Mediterranean restaurants. I expected the seasoned chicken, rice pilaf maybe some lettuce and the creamy garlic sauce. My friend and I are waiting a good amount of time with other customers who are unsure about the wait time for their food as well The girl taking orders and running the window seemed a little overwhelmed several orders were backing up on the side while she was trying to figure out how to make change And I would not have ordered this Sharma had I known it was loaded with raw onion, raw green pepper, raw red pepper. Definitely not worth the time it took to get it.

Taco Lounge – Menu with Prices – 1924 E Palomar St #101, Chula Vista

I am being generous by giving two stars. I walked into taco lounge weekend before last to pick up what I thought would be a quick meal. I ordered a rolled taco meal which you only can get in beef (Birria). I ordered with no problem and sat down to wait on my meal. Apparently people must know to order in advance because I watched at least 6 groups come in pay and get their food within five to ten minutes. After about twenty minutes I started looking around and myself along with many others were getting restless. There were about 6-7 people in the back and two of them didn’t seem to be doing much. The main person taking orders to tables (which is somewhat pointless considering they call your number and you can come up to grab your food) had a smirk on her face as if we should be thankful to wait on our food. She rolled her eyes every time someone asked how much longer and just walked around aimlessly. About 30 more minutes passed by and my toddler was on the verge of losing it when I asked how much longer and they claimed they were making my meal. Meanwhile, I watched a family get refund and multiple others looking soullessly at the kitchen as if their meal was going to magically appear. After about 50 minutes I finally received a meal only to get home and eat rolled tacos with tough somewhat dry meat. It just added salt to the wound the meal was subpar after such a long wait. I can’t explain how upset I was by the overall experience. I am happy I waited to write this review because I may have added a few choice words if it was written a week ago. I definitely won’t be back and it is too many taco places in the area. Also parking is a complete mess.

Jugos acapulco – Menu with Prices – 10870 Katella Ave suite F, Garden Grove

The worst customer Service I’ve dealt with in a long time. So it was at about 715 this evening when my brother, my fiancee and I entered the establishment for the 1.00 tacos. I ordered 7 chicken tacos and a queso and jalapeno tamal and to wash it down an agua de pina. After waiting a solid ten minutes to get are food they finally called our number? After taking a bite from the smaller than average tamal my fiancee realized that it was pork and not what she ordered. Then After having to return the already bittin tamal and waiting an additional 10 minutes they finally brought out tamal #2 we thought forsure it would be the correct item but we were wrong! So now its been at least 20 minutes and we realize it was now a chicken tamal, still not what she ordered. After questioning why it was still the wrong tamal we were made to wait a good 3 to 5 minutes of stares and clueless looks. The cashier decides to come all the way to the table to ask what the problem was!?!?!?!? As if she was clueless to what was happening! Lol She didnt really offer any solution to the situation except t ok take the half eaten tamal alway and offer a “free” drink.i mentioned to her that that was not the proper offer considering all the wasted time and the ridiculousness of a free drink when there was sti a paid tamal unaccounted for. After a lil bickering back and fourth she financially stormed away while mumbling some that had the word refund under her breath like she had just been sent to her room! It still took an additional 10 minutes before we had to ask again about the refund before she finally got permission to give us a refund. Now its not about the 2.35 we got back rudely its about the lack of customer service and the lack of experience with customers. Id probably go back because i like some of there juices but it definitely won’t be this location. Btw she said her name started with a V. But i have a feeling she lied about that considering how immaturely she handled the problem.

Ozo Coffee Company – Menu with Prices – 1521 Pearl St, Boulder

As someone that grew up in Boulder, I used to love the cup. This all changed today. It’s a Mondayâ??, I have a 30 min lunch break before work summons me back so I wanderâ?? into The Cup, order a bagel sandwichâ?? and a chai. $16 bucks later and think to myself I will grab this, go to my PT, then back to work till 7. Around the 10 min mark I wonder what is going on… Let me preface with there was no one in line. I walked right up where my friend was waiting. There was one girl on the line making food and one making drinks. It wasn’t even close to busy. I used to be a server and a bartender and usually very chill about all things service until I am not. By the 20 min mark I was seriouslyâ?? over it. A bagelâ?? with avocado and lettuce and a chai. How is this taking 20 min! I ask the woman making it if she knew how much longer it would be and she said she had a lot of people in front of me. Very confused me wonders where they all are. 35 min later I finally get my bagel. It wasn’t toasted and rock hard. I should have just left at this point but for $16 bucks I want to eat! I ask her to please remake it. Another 10 min go by, and again there is no one in line, I get my “bagel” sandwich. Which is 1/4 inch bagel. At this point I go up to the counter and just ask for a refund. 40 min for a chai and a bagel is not only embarrassing but unacceptable. I was told the manager can only do them and was not there. So if the manager ends up reading this, a refund would be amazing. That and more people making food. 40 min is even long for fine dining and should never happen at a bagel shop. So if you have an hour+ for coffee and a bagel then sign yourself right up. If you have ya know work and things to do I would pass. Let’s get back to being the great shop I used to know!

Boogie Cafe – Menu with Prices – 321 South Ave, Springfield

Note: This letter was submitted to management. To my knowledge, no action has been taken. Apparently behavior such as this is shrugged off as “s*** happens”? Management and Mr. Mayo (owner of The Boogie Cafe), I am writing you pertaining to the events that happened on Thursday June 16th, 2016. I hope you will take into consideration of the seriousness of this letter, considering that I have gone to great lengths to write you about this matter. I entered your business “The Boogie”, located at 321 South Ave, Springfield, MO 65806 at approximately 12am. I paid the entry cover charge of $5 while the bouncer at the door placed a paper bracelet and checked my ID. I was dressed in business casual professional attire when I entered your establishment, and it was also the first business that I had decided to visit that evening. I had also had absolutely no alcohol that day or evening before entering your club. I state this because I realize that many times alcoholic consumption can sometimes influence unruly behavior that must be addressed for the safety of the guests in your business. However, I conducted myself in a reasonable manner, and the actions of your employees was an abuse of this sometimes necessary action. The only behavior that could be considered unruly was the way I had to shout over the loud music to inform the bartender of his completely obvious and intentional neglect of refusing service to myself and the two other people who had stood directly in front of him as he (with discrimination) chose the people who he wanted to give service to. I was not at your establishment with any intent to cause disruption. My demeanor to that point was quiet and polite. The bar tender was clearly aware of my presence, and it was obvious that I was awaiting service. I patiently waited in front of him while he was attending other people. As I was waiting, a person approached the bar to my right, and from the end of the bar to me there was about four people standing awaiting to be served. The bar tender was not taking orders in order from the beginning of the line, ending with me. He was taking orders arbitrarily. I know this because he served the person to my right who had just approached the bar. After I had shouted to the bar tender, he had argued that he was tending to the people at the end of the bar in the order of the line. That wasn’t true, because the person to the right of me was serviced before the people who had been closer to the end of the bar. I had waited for several minutes. As time went on, it was obvious to me that the bartender was fully aware that I had been standing there and waiting to place my order. The two women beside me had also been standing directly in front of the bartender. I could see that they were beginning to realize that they were standing there in vein, as well after a lot of time had passed. As the two women and I were waiting, two very attractive women entered the club, and walked to the bar. They approached the end of the bar, and the bar tender swerved from the two less attractive women to attend the more attractive women. The two women to my right couldn’t do anything but look on as the bartender decided to place them at the end of the line again, in favor of the two attractive women who were serviced first. At this point, I had had enough. I shouted at the bar tender, “Hey! Do you see me and these two women who have been standing here for 10 – 15 minutes directly in front of you?” As I looked to my right, the two ladies who had also been waiting were looking at the bar tender in agreement. Considering I had just entered the club, and knew I was never going to be served, I stopped to talk to the cashier at the front of the entrance. I talked to her in a very calm manner, and explained to her that I would like to talk to the manager, and would like a refund. She was actually the only one who was willing to talk to me in a calm manner without trying to be confrontational. As I was explain
