I don’t know what I’m doing writing a review for a Timmy’s but here we go. This place is insanely fast. I’m 100% late for my job all the time and I know if I come here I’m not going to get stuck waiting around. I hit the drive through, tell them my order, and by the time I’m at the window to pay they’re already passing me my food!!! How they do this magic I have no idea. Inside and outside just looks like a regular Timmy’s, but the efficiency is like something I’ve never seen before. I have been coming here and working in this area for four years and never had a problem. I can always trust them to hook me up with my order and get me outta there! I haven’t gone in too many times, but it is clean and normal on the inside. Staff is friendly. I have to laugh though because they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. I appreciate the curtness here. They’re keeping it real.

Quick Corner Liqour – Menu with Prices – 5026 W Thomas Rd, Phoenix

The guys who work at this store are so awesome! Theyre people-persons, always friendly, smiling and joking with their customers. THE BEST liquor/corner store around! If you havent been there you need to just once and youll keep goin back.

Sarai’s Taco Shop – Menu with Prices – 788 Broadway, Chula Vista

This place has been hit or miss. I used to eat here all the time after class when my college was down the street. Went to it a few years back and just remembering the meat being extra salty the last 3 times i went. Havent been there since. Fast forward to today…. i was in the area and passed by, grabbed myself a mini carne asada burrito combo that came with fries….well.. the burrito had the weirdest taste almost like hamburger jack in the box meat but salty, first i thought maybe it was some kind cross cooking oil they used for their tortas… then i remembered… no torto has meat that tastes like a jumbo jack patty….i guess i probably happened to come during the wrong times when there was a different cook?

Baskin-Robbins – Menu with Prices – 5510 5th Ave, Brooklyn

I didn’t know employees could even be this bad. Imagine coming in when there is no line and it taking them 15 minutes to make your stuff because theyre talking to their friends at the counter.

Hook Fish & Chicken – Menu with Prices – 10400 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville

After some trail riding at Hanna Park, I decided to swing by Hook and grab some lunch platters To-Go for the family. I used to frequent Hook every now and then when I use to work nearby this place years ago. Not a lot has changed. The building and lot still looks worn down, not overly well kept. But I was not there for the building, I went there for the food, and their food never disappoints. Pretty generous amount of food.   They serve all kinds of seafood and wings. Everything here for the most part is made to order and fried. Depending how big your order is, it takes about an average 15 minutes or less. I received my food quick.   And whatever white stuff or seasoning they’re sprinkling on the fries, livers and shrimp, make sure ask more of it. I will proudly name it “White Dust” because it is a nice seasoning that compliments the taste of the food. I ordered the following: Mozzarella Sticks Liver & Shrimp Platter Whiting & Shrimp Platter Shrimp Platter   The hard part after getting my food, was driving on the way home, the smell of the food was too much..gets you HOOK’d

Fusion Lounge – Menu with Prices – 6915 Dixie Rd #4, Mississauga

My boyfriend & I have been regulars at fusion for quite sometime now, the staff is amazing. The service is even better. Ive been to the other sisha lounge in brampton just to see the difference and fusion was by far a better option, heck we left after 30 minutes & went to fusion instead. I was there about 2 weeks ago now & when we went to get up and pay I literally fainted and fell to the ground. The staff was awesome, the owner sat with me ans explained that it was ok and its happened before because of course I was embrassed. As soon as I woke up theyre was a pop in my face and the owner did not let us leave until he felt like I would be okay and I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the owner and the staff at fusion lounge for theyre outstanding service everytime. This is always my go to spot to hang out with friends. 10/10 recommended

Water Plus Juice Factory – Menu with Prices – 1969 W Ray Rd # 4, Chandler

It’s a great place to get water and ice cream with the family. I’ve been coming to this location for years now. I come in a lot when the young lady is working and she is such a big help and always working. She is great at patience when she has a big crowd ordering from the menu. Great at multitasking. The last couple of times I’ve come in either every week or every other week and it’s always on the same days; Wednesday-Friday in the morning or before 5. They have 2 workers in the store together. They are nice. The only problem is when I come in I see they have 2 vapes sitting on the counter and that’s always. I’m not sure if they use them while they are in the store but as a customer I wouldn’t feel right with them having them out in the open not knowing if they are using them when they are around ice cream and other desserts that families order. It’s a great store but that would be something I would think about the next time I come in with my little kids.

JT’s Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 3301 Washington Ave Ste 110, Newport News

Went to Brunch on Sunday and spent an hour and a half in this establishment. Even so, I am unable to tell you how the food was, because we never received any. During that time, we received ONE round of drinks…. so let’s start from the beginning. Came to the restaurant and was greeted and sat. The restaurant was busy, but well staffed, and there was not a wait to get a table. We sat there for 15 MINUTES before someone came to get our drink orders. I would have said something, but my sister knows one of the owners, and came to show support for the new business, so I kept quiet. The waitress herself was friendly. Got everyone waters, and took drink orders. Our drink order was one mimosa, and one Hennessy & Ginger Ale. That’s it…… why did that take another 10 minutes to receive those?… So we get our drinks. By the time she came back to take our order, the drinks were gone, and we were ready for a second round. (At this point, we’ve been here almost an hour now) 3 of us order steak and eggs, one of us order Waffles, and we put in our second drink order. At this time, tables were beginning to close out checks, and there were about 3 or 4 empty tables in the restaurant. So we were optimistic in the fact that now that we’ve finally been able to place our order, the food would come out quickly…. WRONG We wait ANOTHER 20 minutes, and a server walks over to us and let’s us know that our meal is going to be another 20 minute wait because they don’t have any steaks thawed to make our meal. I said “Well, we’ve already been waiting almost an hour and a half” and she says “I know, thats why I’m over here.” ……… Not an apology, not a manager coming over to let us know they’re aware, just a “do you still want it or no?” So at this point, we havent received another round of drinks, havent got any food, and the handling of the entire thing is piss poor. So we ask them to cancel the order, and to get our tab so we can pay for the 2 measly drinks we received 3 light years ago. Couple of important side notes: I was a server for 3 years. I am very aware of what goes on behind closed doors, and how it is when a restaurant is busy. I am the last to EVER complain and tip MORE when I see servers and managers busting their butts to ensure a great experience. HOWEVER, we watched people that came in AFTER us, recieve their food, so what was up with that? We were also told the reason our steaks were going to take so long, is because they needed to thaw from the freezer…….I just can’t. There was more than enough staff to handle the smaller sized restaurant, and 2 drinks that have 2 ingredients each should not take 10 minutes to make. And 10 minutes to carry over to a table. I would have loved to give this place another chance, but after watching the way management handled the situation, they’re forever crossed off my list of places to go. Good service can save any restaurant, and you just don’t have that.

Second Wind Espresso – Menu with Prices – 726 W Garland Ave, Spokane

I live just a few blocks away but will go out of my way to another stand because this place has AWFUL service. The women working are all super nice and helpful, except the owner, who works in the mornings. She has a horrible attitude, like she has better things to do than make your coffee, or she can’t get you out of the line fast enough. I’m not alone, I know many of the business owners in the Garland area because I’ve lived here quite some time, and they all say they’ll avoid the place if they know she’s working. Coming from someone who has worked and managed coffee stands/cafes for almost 10 years now, the customer is key, and there’s a million other stands to go to who appreciate your business. I’ve given this place one to many chances, mostly because of convenience, but I now realize I’ll take my money somewhere else when I get coffee every morning.

Poki Poki – Temecula – Menu with Prices – 27636 Ynez Rd, Temecula

I went and picked up 2 Poki bowls about an hour ago. The guy who is always working is so nice and a people person. (sorry forgot his name) Today there was a girl helping I havent ever seen before. She was so unpleasant, the meanest look on her face. I was trying to talk to her when she was doing my toppings but she would not acknowledge me, she was rushing & there was only 1 other person in there already being helped, but as I was walking out I noticed her eating her food at a table so maybe she was hangry? Lol I spent over $30 on 2 bowls, 1 small & a regular. Paid extra for double avocado & it was so brown & rotten in the middle of the scoop of avo, the outside was green. Both bowls were this way. You shouldnt charge at all if its old. This is my go to place for Poki bowls, my only complaint every time is they are always rushing. They always forget the sides because their trying to get u out the door ASAP even when their not busy. Being fast is one thing but being rushed to the point your forgetful is another. The 3 stars is for the unfriendly girl with the permanent scowl on her face. If your this miserable you should go find work elsewhere. You should learn that when it comes to customer service you leave all your issues at the door, be pleasant and put a smile on your face when your helping customers. If you didnt want to speak to me you could have at least just smiled, but to completely ignore your customer is unacceptable. Take some lessons from your coworker today, because he is always awesome and keeps me coming back!

Peking Garden – Menu with Prices – 8907 139th St, Jamaica

Very good Chinese restaurant. One of the best in the Jamaica queens area.i have been ordering from them for years .iam not a regular like I use to be .but there food is on point . When I was working at one of my old jobs back in 06, 07,08, me and my friends that i work with would order almost every other night .because we would work overnight so the would deliver really fast .this restaurant got me through alot of tough times working were I was working the meals would hold me down until it was time to go home. and we would tip the guy .I had become friends with the workers from this particular Chinese restaurant. When I didn’t order from them I would drop by to see them .you had 2 nice women who worked there at the time and they were very nice people. There customer service was excellent. And the main guy who worked there was very cool.he knew me bu my name.he even knew my friends names. I would order chicken fried rice with chicken and broccoli. And at that time I was eating a little bit of pork.i would get the boneless ribs tips and chicken fried rice .the food had a really good taste to it .they would give nice portions. The atmosphere was always cool, I would sit down and eat once in a while. They always greeted with happiness. Very clean spot and I would definitely go back there in the future.

Biggins’ Big Dip Menu with Prices 197 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron

I stopped at Biggins Big Dip a couple times last year. They have a large selection of things to order. I have never seen so many cool ice cream creations before. I havent tried one of them but I will this summer. I had bought a bunch of coney dogs for my coworkers and we all loved them. They took time to make them up in separate containers so they wouldnt get soggy for me. I also had a large banana split on another visit. That thing was huge and I couldnt finish it. It was amazing though.

Christine’s Coffee Shack – Menu with Prices – Comerica Bank Building, 698, 600 B St, San Diego

Before you even order anything you find out just how awesome this place is. I’m over hearing some the conversations that customers and the people working there were having and that was a plus. Then myself and one of their regular customers started talking and without a doubt she was one of the most delightful individuals I have ever met. Another plus and I still haven’t ordered yet. I’m there, I finally get to order. I’ve already scanned the menu, and I’ve learned from the lady that I was talking with and the owner who’s name happens to be Christne. That they serve some cookies that are out of this world. I didn’t get any so you will have to take their word for it. So I ordered my coffee and coffee and I ordered they were out. So they made a substitution for me and it was an almond roca Frappuccino. And that’s a four digit come to find out that the lady in front of me had already paid for it. So let’s recap Location Great, Coffee awesome, customer service off the hook and the customers marvelous. Can’t remember how long they have been serving coffee it’s between 15 and 18 years and that in itself says a lot.
