So I came here the other day with one of my students who I tutor for a drink and some food because it is an inexpensive place and usually bar food is filling along with a good drink (no brainer). I come in and order a drink and also let the bartender lady know that I’d like pizza. She is very nice about it, and gives me tickets. As soon as I go to the window this Mexican guy, who was extremely RUDE and so unprofessional asks: “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” I go back to the bartender lady who is also the manager and ask what do I say because I’ve never ordered food at the bar before, and that it is my first time and she tells me what to do. I try to explain to the rude moron that I’m there the first time ordering food and he goes on arguing with me and continues to be rude. Once the pizza was served, he threw it at me! HE LITERALLY THREW IT AT ME AND ROLLED HIS EYES! I went to the manager and said that this is a fucking asshole, and he is the reason why some democrats convert to be republicans, and also said that this is unprofessional and should be dealt with. All she did was apologize for the bad time, I of course ordered more drinks and one more pizza to which when I wanted another pizza the guy was lethargic to make it and threw it at me again and rudely told me that if I want toppings I need to pay an extra dollar for it, then proceeded to pervertedly look at me and laugh and also see if he could start a bar fight (DISGUSTING). First and foremost, if you hate your job, quit, second of all, management should be better and more consistent with complaints from customers, third of all, he might as well get himself back to his third world country if he doesn’t like the fact that the USA is giving him an opportunity at life despite the turmoil we have in politics. Overall, to conclude my review and rant, I am NEVER COMING BACK HERE and will also tell other people to avoid this bar full of unprofessional people. This bar might as well just get shut down. A lame shitshow. Dear people, AVOID THIS BAR! THERE ARE IRISH BARS OUT THERE WITH NICER PEOPLE, with professional and courteous bartenders and kitchen staff who are WHITE!

Domino’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 3025 Mt Vernon Rd SE Ste C, Cedar Rapids

Oh how to share my disappointment in Domino’s. Wouldn’t even give it one star if I could still comment. Definitely going to Pizza hut from now on. Order my pizza it was good. a little while later about an hour or so goes by and the driver calls me and starts yelling at me cuz I was a dollar shorts and I don’t like being yelled at so I hung up and then the general manager called me right back and continue to be rude and belittle me because I would have dollar short I would not recommend Domino’s to anybody if you want my recommendation Pizza hut Mount Vernon road. Bad experience never again.

The Good Fortune Club – Menu with Prices – 25170 I-45, Spring

Went here with 2 other people the bartender Amanda is absolutely rude. Not only is she rude but she didn’t make our drinks right. On top of that we had a customer come push us an tell us that the bartender Amanda couldn’t pour us the shots when she had no idea why we had 3 empty shot glasses in from of us reason being we ordered a drink we were going to pour ourselves into 3 shots an take was utterly uncalled for. She talked to I guess her regulars an ignored us. Will never come back again would love management or owner to contact me to make it right etc. But I highly suggest avoid at all cost especially if Amanda is working.

Joy of Tokyo – Menu with Prices – 15 Pelham Rd, Greenville

Ordered Shrimp and Steak with Rice with veggies like I usually do this time doing take out didnâ??t receive any shrimp that I payed for. there was hair in my white sauce, then the vegetables were brown as if itâ??s been sitting out all day, called before I came in and told them why I wanted to return the meal, went in to get a refund,manager was very rude stated that I ate the shrimp that I ordered but never got and only gave me $5 back for my meal I paid $10 for. Very unprofessional and rude. I called before I went because I was literally 20mins away and they said they would refund me then when I drove all the way back over there she only wanted to give me $4 then offered a extra dollar only because their were most people starting to approach the restaurant. Would never eat her again.

Hungry Indian Fine Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 821 Newark Ave, Jersey City

This place does not deserve a 1 star. We visited today and it was the worse experience ever. We will never come back to this restaurant ever again. Getting there, there was no food in the buffet and one of the foods in the buffet had gone bad (smelly). We told them about the buffet and they told us that the food was coming. We have been sitting at our table for 20 mins and the food still didnâ??t come. We proceeded to tell them that we are hungry and why the food is taking long. We even tried to resolve the problem by canceling our order and get something else, but the manager said no. The lady, I assume was the manager, began yelling at us and telling that nobody has problem with the food and all that nonsense. She had no respect and she didnâ??t even admit that they made a mistake and were not sorry or anything like that. The manager had the worst attitude and no manners. After a few seconds of yelling, she kicked us out of the restaurant, as we left the restaurant, she called us an idiot. After today, we will never come back and I hope everyone will see this and avoid this restaurant. Terrible service and the people have no respect for anyone. The lady has no respect for the elderly people as well, she yelled at my grandparents as well. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. We took a picture of the restaurant and will post this in the newspaper.

Blvd. Cocktails Menu with Prices 819 S Euclid St, Anaheim

I just left this bar! I wouldn’t recommend this place. The drinks are great. however, the bartender lost my bf’s ID. I was trying to diffuse the situation. Trying to communicate with an intoxicated bartender. & she has her friends there & giving them FREE drinks. After the bartender started being rude for losing the ID. She magically found it. Her friends were being rude. Trying to argue with me a paying customer. & of course i am human i felt harassed & the need to defend myself against another customer (who was the bartenders friend). This place is very unprofessional. The bartender was all over 2 guys, lost the a customer’a ID, then the bartender’s friends try to instigate a fight between the bartender & I. The bartender’s friend was being racist on top of that trying to talk shit on my cousin (who is mixed with Caucasian, & looks full caucasian however she’s mixed with Latina) & calling her a stupid white girl in Spanish. She was surprised when my cousin responded in Spanish right back defending herself. The bartender magically found his ID & said “don’t ever come back”. I am so appalled of the customer service provided but this bartender. I felt victimized. My bf went back to apologized & spoke to the manager trying to diffuse the situation & he was told by the manager “well I’m with my family”. Umm hello, you own a business, the holidays are over. There is no excuse for your unprofessional staff. But I’m sure the the BBB (Better business bureau) would like to know on how this business DOES NOT CARD UNDER ANYONE ON THE NIGHT SHIFT HOURS ON THE WEEKENDS). I would advise not to come here! Sometimes the good deals are not worth the mistreatment you will experience here by the day time drunk bartender. Just saw the review from the owner. Let me clarify since i was very upset when i wrote this. The bartenders friends was the one being racist. Not the bartender. AGAIN NOT THE BARTENDER. I will apologize for that. & i did not once ask for any free drinks & was not rude at all. I literally was sympathizing with the bartender because people do make mistakes. I repeatedly kept telling her it’s okay we just try to retrace your steps & she was scared to get fired. I dont ever want anyone to get fired over a simple mistake. I even remembered she mentioned that her boss has cameras & i asked her to ask her boss so we can resolve this. In all this time. I had not raised my voice nor was I being rude. & when i did hear the only one person within my party trying to be rude. I told her something. Because no one deserves to be disrespected. I don’t agree with the behavior of the one person in my group. As to why I was trying to leave. But i bet you miss that in your videos. However, while this was going on the bartenders friend was trying to add fuel to the fire by saying she(meaning the only intoxicated person in the group) is saying this & that. That’s when i got upset with her friend & felt the need to defend myself & she was trying to say something slick in Spanish about my cousin who does not look Hispanic at all & my cousin also was trying to diffuse the situation but defended herself in Spanish to clearly let her know. She understood everything that was said. & yes you’re right Maria did offer to pay after he went to the DMV & brought back a receipt. Come on who really wants to do that. As to why I was trying to talk to the bartender to remember her footsteps. We were trying to avoid filing a police report if the ID could not be found. Because that would of been worse to go down that route. & the bartender MARIA was NOT really sober. & after all of this, she tells me I’m not welcomed back. Because i got into it with her friend. El Paraiso Salvadoreno #2 – Menu with Prices – 974 Kendall Dr, San Bernardino

I just want to write a review regarding their customer service here, which is beyond horrible. The lady who works up at the front and takes the customer orders and claims to be the manager. I don’t understand how she is the manager due to her unprofessional attitude. I called to complain and she answered and she stated she was the manager and she didn’t take my complain seriously and was also rude to me. I simply wanted to complain about the service they provided my family with. I really don’t know how they can run a business being so rude and unprofessional. Time and time again, I give them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I will no longer go back and support a business that treats their customers so rudely. I would urge customers not to come because they would be treated like they don’t matter and there are also other good food spots in the area. I’m not the first to complain nor the last but I simply write here on yelp so my voice could be heard. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was necessary. I hope they take the measures that are necessary to create a better atmosphere for their customers.

Metro Pizzeria and Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 1218 Forest Ave, Staten Island

Pizza and other food items are delicious. I have been eating there for years and would definitely recommend them. I love their pizza! However I do have a problem with their delivery guys. They are very rude, unprofessional and out of line on a few occasions. You seriously need to have better trained drivers on how to treat customers and how to act when representing your business. But other then that Metro Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants for a really good slice of pizza.

Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza – Menu with Prices – 6002 N 67th Ave #102, Glendale

Last Tuesday I called and placed an order for a pizza, 45 minutes later I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 more minutes for my pizza. Even though the people were very nice, there was only two people working. Last night the same thing happened to me. I ordered the pizza 45 minutes later I went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started making it yet. I will never go to this location again. That is extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. This place needs a manager who knows how to run a business. I have no idea how this place can even be in business.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 7373 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, Independence Square Suite A, San Diego

This subway is TRASH. I went there to use a promotion from subway corp, they turned my promo down and said that I had to pay FULL PRICE. Then when I paid for it, and took the sandwich home. I bit into it, and the bread was stale. I called in and asked if they bake their bread daily, they responded, ” Yes twice a day” Said the female manager. I asked for a a gift card for another sandwich and they said no I had to get the sandwich out of the trash I threw it in, and bring it to them for proof. I cannot believe this second rate subway is still open. This place is a joke, they obviously cut corners and lie to their customers, very rude. When I purchased the sub, the manager was giving me a disgusted look as well. Very unprofessional and terrible food. STAY AWAY!!!!

Alpha pupuseria – Menu with Prices – 3970 N Sierra Way, San Bernardino

Wow second time here.. decided to give them a chance again. First time the older lady idk who she is comes out of the kitchen in CHANCLAS I’m like wtf. And the owner guy was sitting down eating and told us oh just sit down we’ll be right with you with a mouth full of food again I was like wtf? The food was good enough for me to come back.. this time I ordered thru the phone.. she said 20 minutes I go in there was some girl sleeping in the back booths and I was like again.. how unprofessional and this time, some lady was trying to pay took like 15 minutes trying different cards.. they never asked me if I needed help or if I could wait or sorry for the inconvenience so I got up.. and left the big order there.. I’m out. Never coming back. Rude customer service, girl with the bun was looking at me all side ways, order lady was yelling at the ATM machine in Salvadoran . Last time here. How unprofessional.

Hibachi Xpress Highland Square Menu with Prices 810 W Market St, Akron

Yesterday I called and placed an order but I had a family emergency come up to where I had to call and cancel it. So I called back 10 minutes after I placed the order because the lady said it would take 25 minutes so I let her know I had to cancel and carried on saying and I quote “Wow so we just wasted all this food” I told her there was no need for that and she proceeded to say the food was done and I told her I had an emergency come up and she told the rest of the staff not to accept anymore orders from me when they see my number and hung up. I called back she didn’t answer because at this point I want to speak to a manager so I keep calling she answers I ask for a manager she hangs up I call back again she answers says the manager on they way in and she’ll have them call me and I never got a call. The food is good but staff is unprofessional I’ve been going to this location since they opened and never had an issue until now. So whoever the lady that was working around 7pm doesn’t not need to be working in customer service.

Sugar Shack – Menu with Prices – 215 N Clippert St, Lansing

*****OWNER VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL****** I only been in this bakery 3 times, the first time my daughter and I went in on a Saturday, and there was a very nice young girl, and the next time I went in there was a guy working there, upon entering in this bakery he didn’t greet me, he snapped very rudely, so being professional I assumed he wasn’t having a good morning, because the bakery just had opened, so I looked passed his behavior, and left on my way, the next time i called in to place a order, and there was this guy again being rude and unprofessional over the phone once again, so I drove in to pick it up my order, and there was a nice elderly lady in the front, and I began to address some things with her, and she said wait let me get the owner, and I looked up and there was the guy that have been so very rude to me, frowning and being very ugly, but it bothers me not, because I have never did anything to this guy, so i can be at peace, it really made me sad to know there are horrible people who can just judge a person, before getting to know them, but after reading the reviews out here, I see that I am not the only one that have suffer at the behavior of this egotistical rude guy, go visit there, but don’t allow him to mess up your day, here’s a message to the owner if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, and please fix your cup cake recipes, very, very, dry, and I think it’s a darn shame when your employees can be more professional and nice than you, will never go in there to buy anything again.
