Even with all the 1 star reviews, I still tried this place because it was recommended to me by someone. This is 1 of the 3 food options in this immediate Newport Hill neighborhood so it’s not like you have much choices and it’s been around for a long time too. Family run and operated, it’s a no frills type of type where most likely you’re here to order & go. Honestly, if I had a choice to grab food or microwave a Hot Pocket at home, I’d take the Hot Pocket. Even the teriyaki bowl at Jack’s In The Box is better. I thought it would be one of those hole in the wall places where it’s not fancy nor will you get the best service, but the food speaks for itself and is amazing, but disappointed that food didn’t deliver. I’m not exactly sure how to describe it, but there was something off with the chicken even after drenching it in sauce to try to mask the weird taste. On a bright note, the portions are really big. It comes with rice & salad, and is probably enough for 2. Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Lisa’s Chicken Menu with Prices 1401 E Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington

Based on a friend review decided to give this place a shot. My main mission today was to try their pizza pocket. I have been searching my entire adult life to find a pizza pocket that was similar to ones I had in high school. I finally found one! I’ll start my review with the menu. It is huge!! Has unique options that you wouldn’t see at a traditional chicken place. We are talking shrimp, pizza pockets, burritos, corn dogs, egg rolls, fried chicken and sides like green beans, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I got pizza pocket, burrito, fried chicken, chicken strips, shrimp and Mac and cheese, green beans and French fries for my family. You order from menu then drive up to window 1 and pay. The cost for all this food was a great deal of 18$. The young man was very efficient and nice. I wish all restaurants had staff like him! Then you pull up to window # 2 for your food. The entire process was about 7 minutes. The pizza pocket was exactly what I was looking for. Fresh and that familiar taste I missed. Will definitely be back for the pizza pocket alone. The burrito was ok but not amazing. My daughters reported the Mac and cheese was excellent and rates a 10. My very picky son actually ate his kids meal with chicken tenders and fries. That in its self is a huge compliment! My husband said chicken was crunchy and had a good taste and shrimp was “pretty good”. Overall good experience. The costumer service was amazing and for 18$ for a this huge spread of food was worth the trip.

Pho Vietnam Restaurant Menu with Prices 1000 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington

I am giving Pho Vietnam 3 stars because I am an asshole who is a snob, but for anyone else reading this review, please try it out prices are great for what you get. Please do not let the outer appearance of this restaurant scare you. Yes, I know it looks scary and abandoned, and health grades come to mind upon arrival but I shockingly enjoyed their food, especially their orange chicken, it was delicious. Our party wanted to order more, but unfortunately, they were out. The restaurant is family-owned with fewer than five people who work very hard to operate and deliver excellent service to the best of their ability. Their calamari was ok – it lacked flavor for me, but their orange chicken and beef plates were flavorful. I did not try their Vietnamese coffee because I was I bit skeptical of their quality of service, but after eating there, I would have ordered it. â??

Luigi’s Pizza Menu with Prices 5011 Arctic Blvd H, Anchorage

Please keep in mind before reading this that this is only my second Yelp review I have done within a year (my first and only other review was a positive one). I do not do this often only when it is warranted. I had no idea that a calazone could both be burnt and raw at the same time. But Luigi’s managed it. I had one delivered and as soon as I opened the box I could smell and see how burnt it was on top. I thought “oh well, I will just take off the top burnt level and eat it”. Good thing I did that because then I got to see the raw pizza dough instead of tasting it.When I called to let them know, I could hear the owner in the back ground tell the employee who answered the call that next time I ordered I could get a credit. No one offered to deliver a new one or even apologized. I heard the owner say they were too busy to deliver a new one. I then asked for a credit on my current order. It took talking to three people, with the owner finally getting on the phone to have him give me a credit after I let him know that I would not be ordering anything with them in the future after the service I had to deal with. I know mistakes happen and not every person/business is perfect but it is the way the person/business takes care of the mistake that matters.

St. Stephen Family Life Center – Menu with Prices – 1508 W Kentucky St, Louisville

I had a delivery a month ago. They deliver. And the food arrived super hot. I was surprised because it’s hard to have fish (fried) delivered and taste like it just came out of the fryer ten minutes ago. It’s like they cooked it and got in the car and off they went to deliver. I appreciate that. Oh and the taste of the fish which was amazing. They also have very good mac. I can’t say the best because I have a family of ridiculously (like out of this world you can’t believe it ) cooks (in particular my mom) and few can compare to my mom’s mac. However I can say, for restaurant quality, I’d say this is some of the best down home restaurant mac in town. I am leaving this review because I was looking them up again for another delivery (planning it for lunch later on today). And yes it’s early a.m so that tells you how much I’m looking forward to eating lunch with them lol. I also had chicken delivered on the same day, and sampled some as my relatives and I like to taste a little of each other’s food. So chicken was also fresh and nicely seasoned. They also have super good greens. The only issue with my order is that they left out some things (minor like hush puppies, and fries plus bread) but the owner answered when I called to complain and apologized. He was very nice and tried to work with me to rectify the situation and even mentioned throwing in something (including missing items) the next time plus replacing items that were left out. I can only hope he remembers as it has been a month lol and I will take him up on that offer. Oh and I may leave another review if they do deliver today (because though they deliver, it is only several days a week and I can’t remember if today is one of them or not but I appreciate that they at least have this option) because they have such limited reviews. I think people should know about this little gem of a place. I assume the rest of their food will be just as stellar. I am looking forward to trying their chicken alfredo this time and/or something else (as they have specials from what I hear).

Lee’s Luxury Lounge – Menu with Prices – 2988 S Kinnickinnic Ave, Milwaukee

Being one of the only true luxury lounges in town it is hard not to give Lee’s all five stars, but for a bar to be five stars, something awesome needs to happen while I am there. This bar definitely always produces a positive experience. I have been here with my main man a time or two, I remember we stopped in with his number one girl and really had a ball. I think they had some fancy chex-mix or a snack that was equally as tasty for the patrons that evening. I like Lee’s and I am not sure what I would change except maybe more of a crowd. If you are looking for a nice luxury lounge I am sure you will not be disappointed. I imagine when the Shepard Express has there “best of” issue every year, Lee’s always is a contender, if not a winner. Recently I swung in with my latest, my brother-in-law, his wife, her sister, and her husband. They had a fair selection of luxurious drinks and ice cold Miller Lite. That’s what usually enjoy & I like keeping in realistic at those type of places. I am not sure if they have bottle service, The staff had no problem with us grabbing a seat in the fancy area. They had pretzels but those made me thirsty. The bearded man behind the bar was very knowledgeable of the history of the area, and I consider him a worthy advisory. We could not stay for long because we had to go eat at a fancy French restaurant across the street. I will review that on a later date. So stay tuned. Stay Classy Lee’s!

Domino’s Pizza Menu with Prices 5800 Westover Ave, Anchorage

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of soda to drink it with. When the driver arrived i tipped the usual 10 dollars. Before he left i told him i didnt have my soda. His response seemed like he knew it and didnt say anything till i did. He said a driver was coming behind him to deliver it. 20 mins go by and still no soda. I live 1 min from the place. I called about it and all of a sudden its on its way out the door. So the driver never told them about it. So my pizza was already getting cold by the time i had my soda. Kinda mad.

Tapatio’s Grill Chicken – Menu with Prices – 614 W Valentine St, Tyler

Amazing place to grab some fresh cooked chicken. They also serve various other items such as gorditas, quesadillas, flautas, tacos and many more food options. Chickens come in orders of half chicken and a full chicken with beans and rice and tortillas. Everyone speaks English and Spanish and is very courteous and attentive to whatever you may need. Definitely coming back for some more.

Yum’s Carry Out – Menu with Prices – 3917 S Capitol St SE, Washington

Customer service have gotten better marginally. This is my first time ordering from them since my last review. I didn’t have time to research any other carry-outs that deliver deliver and also take card in my area. Delivery took forever (1hr 10 minutes and I only live about 2 miles away) and it’s barely raining outside. Wings are a little small but good, fries are average but the Mumbo Sauce sucks, steak and cheese is kind of small in skimpy with meat but really good and their General Tso chicken is decent…I’d almost say pretty good. I don’t order carryout much so I might try them a third time in the future and see how it goes.

The Curry Pizza Company – Menu with Prices – 3173 W Shaw Ave #103, Fresno

Ok. To further expand my previous review… Having never before given a restaurant, let alone a pizza parlor, a five star review on a first visit. And I have certainly never been so bold as to drop 5 stars simply based on aesthetics (service, cleanliness, smell, etc.) alone. Truth be told…I had not yet eaten their food when I wrote my initial review; however, sometimes a rare occasion occurs and you feel compelled to go with that “gutt reaction”…so I did. At first, I thought…oops, I really hope they deliver, or I’m going to lose any credibility I may have as an objective opinion. I actually thought heavily on this the entire 10 minute ride home. WOOHOO! I’m so happy that I gave them the initial 5, and sincerely wish I could find a way to give them another 5! Our pizza far exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared. The Butter Chicken Pizza is nothing short of amazing. A PERFECT marriage of Indian comfort and the ever faithful pizza. With an incredibly mouth watering Butter Chicken topping (perhaps) the best crust ever…an absolutely spectacular crisp exterior with a pillowy soft tasty interior that leaves your mouth craving more! I can’t say enough about the pizza…I will save you from my thoughts on the Hawaiian Hurricane (I think that’s what it was) as I could easily boast its wonderful twist on a classic. I will simply applaud, and continue. Among the food and service being spectacular, I most appreciate a menu that isn’t so packed with unnecessary items and ill conceived or pointless sides/options. Theirs is very concise, not too many choices as to be confusing, although the choices they do provide make you wish you were a competitive eating champion who had not eaten in a week! Oh…I almost forgot. The Wings…oh those crunchy, juicy wings! My mouth is watering thinking about them as I write this. I feel that should be sufficient to describe how amazing they are! Plenty of flavor options from spicy to sweet…there’s even an extended marinade (24 hours) available. There is nothing I can find wrong with anything about our experience, except maybe that I can’t eat more than one pizza at a time…but that’s on me, lol Do yourself a favor and get over to The Curry Pizza Company, you will not regret it.

Fancy Pantry Menu with Prices 10595 Old Alabama Road Connector, Alpharetta

Fancy Pantry caters to my office very often and everyone loves it! They are amazing to work with, I can always count on them to be on time (usually a little early) and deliver the best quality food. All of their associates are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They’re my go-to anytime I have to arrange a work event/meeting. I’ve also been there for lunch many times and it’s equally fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!

The Chicken Barn – Menu with Prices – 2601 Oakdale Rd # S, Modesto

The food is good but the service is actually horrible. I ordered on the phone and came in because I was in a hurry. Not one customer was there and they made me wait 15 minutes longer once I got there for a 10 peice chicken meal. It’s like they didnt want me to place a pickup order, they didnt like that. And the lady was rude. I really wont go anymore because the whole staff is actually VERY RUDE. 100% the rudest establishment I’ve been to. Horrible customer service.

Nunu’s Desserts with Soul Menu with Prices 1937 Ashby Ave, Berkeley

First, I have to say I this is the best customer service I have ever experienced!! The Carmel cake is delicious!!! Perfectly balanced! Not too sweet. I couldnt believe the 7-up cake is sugar-free. Very light and fluffy! Love, love, love the cakes and the service. If you are reading this review you must check it out and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend this bakery and will definately be back!
