Not quality pizza! Really plain. Price wise it’s okay. There is a special 2 slice and a can for 5 dollars. That’s what I got. Workers are not friendly or welcoming. Make sure you tell them to make it hot. They put it in the oven for less than a minute. The give it to you warm and by the time you sit down pizza gets cold. Quality and service is not so good.

Margherita Pizza – Menu with Prices – 16304 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica

So, this is hands down my favorite pizza place anywhere! I’ve been coming to Margherita’s since the 80’s. The recipe is exactly the same. Most of the people are the same as well. The current owner used to be an employee and bought the place. His daughter has been working there since the late 90’s and she’s still there. He’s kept everything the same, including the decor. The only thing that’s changed is the price, but that’s okay… If you’re from Queens you may know there used to be this big debate of Margherita’s vs. Gaby’s. Margherita’s won… I always thought they were better anyway. As for the interior, there’s not much to say – it’s green and white, long and narrow, the oven is smack dab in the middle, and there is limited seating behind the oven to the back of the pizzeria. In the summer, it can get really hot in here. Most people come here grab a slice and go. Current price of a plain slice is 3.25, you know – cheese only… So, run your pockets…lol And, this place is CASH ONLY. Never Forget. However, if you do there’s a couple banks in walking distance – this is the Ave.

Mizrachi’s Pizza Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 5650 Stirling Rd, Hollywood

VERY UPSET and didn’t even get to try the food. First of all how are you going to have a huge sign outside that says pizza by the slice and when I go in excited to try a big slice they tell me that they don’t have the pizza on the slice which is the first thing on the menu btw. Due to them not Having “space” in the oven ON A FRIDAY NIGHT?!? Then the two boys working in the front tell me I can order an individual pie which is bigger than the big slice! BLOWS MY MIND! Mizrachi’s get your stuff together!

Pony Express Pizza and Grill – Menu with Prices – 201 S Kinney Rd, Tucson

SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE!! They say they make everything to order so when you order a slice of pizza, the two employees run around like they’ve never run a successful kitchen and ten minutes later, pop your pizza in a broken pizza oven. There were 3 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get to the cashier to place an order. It took another 15 minutes to get just one slice of pizza. The pizza is super greasy and there crust was super thin. Tastes ok but overall quite disappointed. It was $5 for a slice.

Engine Room – Menu with Prices – 1850 Blake St #150, Denver

Stopped this afternoon for a quick slice. Was greeted by a gentleman in a suit who informed me ordering was done on the kiosk and I just needed to swipe my card. Helpful, but I had cash and figured they advertised a $4 lunch special I’ll toss the guy the $5 I have and mention I’ll be paying cash. He proceeded to handle my money and the drawer, grab my slice with those hands to toss in the oven, go into the tip jar to cash out some change, and then grab and serve me my slice all sans gloves or hand wash. Not a fan of that. While I was eating it seems the employee he was covering for came back from a break and thanked him. Not sure who this man was or if he made out with a quick $5 but interesting experience. Pizza wasn’t bad by any means, but wasn’t all that excitable. I guess in this day and age gone are the offerings of a dollar plain slice, ahh the sweet price tag of progress.

Pizzaiolo Italian Cafe – Menu with Prices – 200 SE 6th St, Fort Lauderdale

I just left this place. It wasnâ??t super busy. A couple orders waiting to be collected before mine. After I ordered and paid I notice the young lady taking one of the end slice of the pepperoni pizza to the oven to be reheated. I told her I didnâ??t want the end slice, I preferred the middle slice. To which she responded you have to order over there. I told her I already ordered and she placed the end slice in the oven anyway and gave it to me. If I wasnâ??t pressed for time I would have refused it but my lunch break is almost over so I guess Iâ??ll have to settle for this.

Lil Italian Pizza – Menu with Prices – 10014 Main St, Fairfax

* I love to support small businesses so I don’t want to give a 1 or 2 star for this place however the pizza here is nothing spectacular. $20 for a plain medium cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks (includes delivery charge not tip) -No comment on the sticks. -flavorless crust -pizza is similar to what chuck e cheese had back in the 90s -quick delivery time -Happy with delivery and presentation of pizza looked great -plain and average pizza -medium was rather small compared to other carry out competitors -would rather do dominos or Pizza Hut for the same price I could get something else cheaper Overall it was very plain pizza nothing was wrong with it but it was average and the quality wasn’t there for carry out pizza, like I said it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t choose to get pizza there again because I could get better carry out pizza elsewhere. I must say I was happy with the overall presentation and delivery of the pizza as it was quick and I’m happy about that but I wouldn’t order here again.

The Original Geno’s – Menu with Prices – 2211 W Camelback Rd #178, Phoenix

I am a huge fan of their pizza slices. For about 2:50 or 3:50 if you decide to add about to toppings. These are some of the best footlong spices that event in Phoenix and I’m a big fan of Corlanos on the opposite side of Camelback in the streets but I have to give it to Genos aZ for winning the pizza game. The thing I think I like the most about this place is that the kind of take a slice with sauce on it but then they freshly prepare the cheese and toppings all there so instead of heating up a frozen or a pre-made pizza you know kind of like how they have the class cases it’s already a piece of the cut a slice out they just heat it up they put the toppings and stuff on top of it and then you get your slice which is always the best way to do it in my head and they do that for cheese slices to so you’re not going to get a cheese slice just automatically heated up and then you got to go in the oven but rather they put the cheese on it fresh and go from there which I kind of think really asked the quality of the pizza. Now this is called Geo’s so cheesesteaks I will say the cheesesteaks aren’t exactly on point. Better than Subway hundred percent as a few places in Phoenix that I would say it is better than I’m like best of Philly but there’s three places off the top of the head I won’t mention that do better cheesesteaks in this place. But their hoagies are pretty good there other sandwiches are pretty good but if you’re going there for a cheesesteak might not be the place I will add they do sell alcohol that TVs and once again the pizza slices are on point like I’ve gone back just for the slices so I recommend it

Industry Pizza – Menu with Prices – 2075 Pine Ridge Rd, Naples

The long await is finally over and was glad to hear they are finally open. I decided to try them out for lunch today as they serve a Ny/New Haven hybrid style pizza and Detroit Style Square Pizza. These are the same owners that run and operate LowBrow Pizza in East Naples. If your familiar with LowBrow then you will know these owners take their pizza seriously and only use the freshest ingredients and top quality products. The inside is small and tailored to a quick in and out takeout theme, but they have 5 or 6 barstools that you can eat your slice inside. They serve slices and whole pies along with salads, sodas and beer at a reasonable price. The inside atmosphere reminds me of LowBrow with the eclectic decor. There is a nice toppings bar in the middle of the restaurant perfect for your slice. They’re using high heat brick gas ovens and it doesn’t take long to cook these pizza’s. I ordered the “Roni” pizza slice with pepperoni, ricotta and mozzarella and it was delicious! The pepperoni is the real highlight here and no grease drip. Simply phenomenal! I then ordered a whole pie half “Roni” and half “The Plain Cheese Slice” which was not so plain as titled. It comes with mozzarella, Parmesan and caciocavello cheese which was also quite delicious! The service was great and met one of the owners, Chris who was quite cordial and you could see he really loves his craft. They do deliver through Bite Squad and have an app you can download to make ordering easier. I definitely recommend this place and what a nice addition to Naples!

Mamma Lucia – Menu with Prices – 9650 Main St, Fairfax

Atmospherically, it’s just a walk-up counter with plenty of adjacent seating. Nothing fancy – certainly not if you’re searching for a nice sit down meal – but convenient if you’re leaving the movies or if you just want a quick bite. I’ve eaten here three times, and each time my experience was more or less the same. The pizza is NY style ($2.80 / slice) in the sense that it’s super thin, but that’s about it. A good slice should have a little bit of flop, but remain firm enough that you don’t need two hands to eat it. You shouldn’t have to hold the slice high above your mouth and attack it like a retarded pizza shark, but alas, at Mamma Lucia’s you will. The sauce is incredibly bland, and the cheese is far from the higher-quality mozzarella’s you might find elsewhere. There’s no major flaws with this pizza, but it’s probably a little less than an average slice on its best day. (Note – if you opt for slices, stick to cheese! Requests for pepperoni or other toppings will just result in the employees throwing a few pieces on top of an already made cheese slice and then warming it up in the oven. Gross). I’ve been told that their sandwiches are pretty good, but I’ve never tried them. In short, this is not a destination eatery. But if you’re in the area and craving a slice this place will suffice.

Wall St Pizza – Menu with Prices – 513 E Jackson St, Tampa

This was my last day in Tampa on business so I thought I would checkout Wall Street Pizza in downtown Tampa. My first two pizza stops in Tampa were not too good so I figured I would give Tampa 3 strikes before declaring this a terrible place for pizza. I am glad I stopped by Wall Street Pizza because I saved the BEST for last! First of all I am a true pizza whore. I love pizza and usually checkout new places when I travel, which I quite extensively. Wall Street Pizza checked all of my boxes for a great slice. The crust is a little thicker than a true New York slice but it is good…very good. Order your pizza a little well done for a crispier crust. The sauce was tasty with a bit of tang. Not too much seasonings but not bland like some of the other Tampa pizza places. It was just right. And the cheese tasted like they used quality mozzarella cheese instead of going on the cheap. It had just a little bit of grease but it make the slice taste good. You should check Wall Street Pizza if you are looking for a good tasty quality slice of pizza. I have had some good pizza and would rate this place in my top 10% of all the places I have been to.

Uncle Gino?s Pizzeria – Menu with Prices – 43053 Margarita Rd, Temecula

Popped in here after shopping at a nearby business because in the window it stated they had a lunch special of pizza by the slice. We were greeted by a couple of friendly men working in the restaurant. We both ordered a slice of their pepperoni pizza, which was present in a glass case atop the counter. They promptly tossed it into their oven to bake, so we received it hot. We ate in house and both liked the flavor of the pizza, enough so that we took a menu home with us. I ALWAYS add red peeper flakes to any pizza I eat, but the better half does not. She liked it quite a bit, especially the thin crust. This place is convenient for those heading home or passing by using Margarita Rd, with easy ingress and egress. So after our first experience I/we agreed that we are fans. We look forward to trying a whole pie in the near future – BURP! And I’ll update this review if need be.

The Pizza Stop – Menu with Prices – 3349 Monroe Ave, Rochester

I came here on a Thursday night around 7:30, and every chair was upside down on the tables, and I thought they were closed. A customer came out of the door as I was walking by, or I would have assumed they were closed. The sign said they were open until 9, so this was odd. They didn’t have many slices left, but they did have a cheese slice which was what I wanted, so I tried it out. I also got 2 garlic knots. The guy that helped me was very nice, and the pizza was really hot. Like it was hard for me to carry it; it was that hot! And it was given to me in a paper bag to go, which I also thought was strange. If I’m honest, I didn’t like this pizza at all. It was too hot, it was kinda soggy, and it didn’t really taste like anything. I’m not a fan of tomato sauce, but you couldn’t really tell that any was on it. And the crust was so hard that I didn’t eat it. If I had only gotten a slice of pizza, I’d probably give this place 2 stars. The garlic knots actually were good, and weren’t overwhelmingly hot. They were dough-y and soft. They weren’t super garlic-y though, if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, I really didn’t like it here. There’s much better pizza around. If this was really “New York” style pizza, then I guess I don’t like it. Plain cheese pizza is what I like though, and this pizza was just meh for me. And it was $8. You can almost get a whole pizza for that somewhere else, and I would like it a lot better.
