I will give this place a zero star if there’s a chance! Talk about customer service! I ordered avocado smoothie and the receptionist (chinese older lady) gave me honeydew smoothie. She blames me for saying it wrong when people behind me overhear me ordering AVOCADO! Then she goes to say I should try honeydew instead @$%!!! I reiterated that I want my avocado smoothie she rolled her eyes and cursed! WOW! She went on to say that I have to pay extra $1.50 because avocados are more expensive! Mind you that she (receptionist) was screaming at me (customer) throughout our conversation with people lined up to place their order. Great customer service indeed! One drink is missing from my order and again she blames me for only ordering 3 drinks, meanwhile when we checked the receipt, I had ordered 4 drinks!!! TATA teahouse just lost a customer today! I will never support this establishment as long as that chinese lady is there!! They should invest in sending her for customer service training before taking on that job!

Oasis Vegetarian Cafe – Menu with Prices – 11550 Pierce St, Riverside

The food itself is some of the best I’ve ever had…with that being said, some of their employees leave much to desire in the customer service department. Since finding this place, my husband and I have been back 5 times. Each time spending no less than $22 for 2 burritos and one time over $50 for 4 meals. However, I am happy to spend the extra money in order to have tasty, vegan meals made for myself and my family. The last time I was there was last Friday around 2pm. I ordered via phone, as I always do, and arrived 20 mins later. I first stopped off to shop inside the adjacent store and then went to the pickup window to get my order. There was an older lady, with heavy eyeliner on, who I greeted when I got to the window. I said I was there to pickup an order I made over the phone. At this time, there was one other lady who was simultaneously ordering at the “order” window. The lady that I was speaking to, after I finished telling her my name for my order, looked at me and said, “sorry, I just checked (or it could have been clocked) out. Then she just stared at me. I said no worries and moved behind the lady who was currently ordering. While waiting for my turn, the same older lady then stuck her head out of the window with a tray in her hand, and called out a name. She was calling for a customer to get her food….but, I thought you just clocked out? Why are you helping this other lady? At first I wasn’t going to post, however it was the taste and overall quality of the same faux carnitas burrito with slaw that I have always ordered was now leaving with me a funky aftertaste that I never noticed before. The gentleman who works there has always been gracious but the lady I encountered leaves a lot to be desired.

Chyll Rolled Creamery & Boba – Menu with Prices – 27560 Newhall Ranch Rd #307, Santa Clarita

Husband and I drove down the mountain today with our son to try this place out as we were craving boba and there’s nothing up here in Lake Of The Woods…. we were not disappointed to make the drive at all! My husband got the durian smoothie, I got the Lavender Milk Tea and we got our son the honeydew smoothie dairy free. We also decided to share a rolled ice cream in a waffle cone- the one that has the matcha and the black sesame. As we were waiting for our order our son saw someone eating fries and wanted some so I also placed an order for some sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious! They were crispy on the outside but smooth on the inside and topped with some sautéed garlic. It came with ketchup, ranch and the girl working offered us some sweet and spicy sauce to try with them as well- definitely a good suggestion as it paired very well! My husbands durian smoothie was very good (not normally my cup of tea but it was really good but our son wasn’t a fan ) my lavender milk tea was delicious and our son loved his honeydew smoothie. Last to come out was the rolled iced cream- and not only was the presentation beautiful (the guy takes his time making it look good) but it was also delicious. An unmistakeable matcha flavor and the black sesame was so good. It was topped with whipped cream, mochi, fresh strawberries and had a chocolate pocky stick too. Everything was very good and we met who I think may be the manager(s) and they were extremely friendly!! The customer service was excellent as well as the food. We are sad we are moving back to Pasadena in a couple weeks, but my midwife is out in Santa Clarita so I just may make the trek during the remainder of my pregnancy while I’m out here- we want to give the food a try before we move too as the menu was extensive and looked delicious. Was happy to see they had a kids chicken wonton soup as we don’t eat pork and I know we all have a hard time finding porkless wonton. Will definitely be back

The Library Tap House & Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 134 W 2nd St, Reno

I literally just left this place. First off I walked in and seen a few people at the bar with drinks, and a guy talking to a female. I went over to the bar and waited about 3min for the man who was intially in the corner talking to the lady. He asks me for my id while talking to the lady the whole time. Then i ask for the hookah menu all while he is still having this conversation with the woman(as if me coming in interrupted his vibe). So finally I place my order for a house blend hookah, he walks to the back and has a part of the hookah. Then he stops dead in front of me and finishes his whole conversation. I mean he literally placed the piece of the hookah down put his foot on the back of the bar and just continued to talk. Im a woman of color and I dont know if the conversation was just that important to be that rude and disrespectful to me as a patron or if it had something to do with me being a woman of color that he just didnt want to service but if i could give 0 stars i would.

Joe’s Italian Ice – Menu with Prices – 2019 S McClintock Dr, Tempe

Really bad customer service here. I showed-up around 9:30pm. They close at 10pm so I figured there was plenty of time to order before they closed. As I walked in, I saw two girls standing at the front counter, look on the phone, and leave empty handed. There was no one at any of the three registers. I saw a group of three or four people at a table eating and one man at a table. I looked at the menu because it was my first time and I was super excited to try something here. The first thing that surprised me is you don’t see any of the flavors in the front like most ice cream and gelato stores. They had lots of cool decor in there. I could hear someone counting coins, but didn’t see anyone. I could also hear someone talking–like a drive-through and finally saw her. I pointedly looked at her when she came to make something and she said hi or someone will be with you or something to that effect. Okay, no worries. As I wait, I still hear the counting so someone else is working. Wait some more because I’m a little amused and annoyed now, and really wished I had seriously started the clock when I got there. Now I understand why the two girls before me left. As I’m waiting, two other people show up and are waiting. They start pacing around looking for someone to help them. That was the time they saw the drive-through lady. I just wait lol This girl with her brown hair in a bun came out and went to the first/last cash register and said i can help you over here. I asked to try the honeydew and coconut. She asked if there were any other flavors I wanted to try while she was back there so she didn’t have to make repeat trips lol. I asked about some funny name one (I forgot) and she said it was watermelon peach so I asked to try that too. She drops the three samples and … WALKS AWAY!!! I kid you not lol. I was kinda astounded because I had already waited so long lol. Now I can understand if you’re wiping the counter or filling napkins or doing work while you’re waiting, but she didn’t do any of those things! So I waited some more and she came back and looked at me expectantly. This girl should not work in any service job lol. I ask if it’s possible to combine flavors and she said only if I order a medium and up. I end up ordering a small honeydew. She rings me up and puts the receipt and my card to sign on the dirty counter (eye roll). Hands me my cup with no lid (I think they have lids there but she didn’t give me one:() as I’m walking out, I hear the couple behind me ask if it’s possible to combine more than one flavor and get mechanical answer of for a medium and up lol. I left the store around 9:50pm. My honeydew was pretty good. Not too sweet or undersweet. It even contained the actual melon seeds so be careful eating it! I’ll probably be back if I’m craving, but I seriously hope they hire better people focused on customers.

Smoothie Mania – Menu with Prices – 300 Monticello Ave # 260, Norfolk

Yesterday I wanted a smoothie sooooooo bad!!! Lol! I kept telling myself that spring and summer is finally here. So it’s about that time to indulge in a cold drink. Lol! But yesterday it was kind of cold. But that did not stop me from my mission to locate another smoothie shop. I’ve been to a couple different smoothie shops. But leeeetttttt me telll you buddy!!!! This one takes the JUICE!!!!!. Get it? It’s like ” This one takes the cake…” But I changed it to juice. Lol! Anyways… Let me get back on point. Lol! Haha!!! So I just had to try this place out finally. Cause I saw someone post a picture of the cheese cake smoothie on the gram. And I was like whhhhhatttt I got to taste that!!! So I drove to the mall. I made sure I parked on the level where they are exactly located. So I can run in and out. It’s by Dillard’s and across from Forever 21. I ordered two smoothies. One for me and my love. He wanted something super dooper healthy so he got the green paradise smoothie ($6.99). And you know I just had to get me the greenberry cheesecake smoothie ( $8.99) with whip cream on top of course! Lol! After I paid for my order. They handed me a pineapple on a stick. I was like whhhhhatttt?!!! I get something free?! I was smiling ear to ear. Like a big kid… Lol! I sat and waited for my order of fabulous smoothies. My boyfriend was staring at me like aren’t you going to share the pineapple on the stick with me. I was looking at him. Like the lady was looking at her husband on “Funny Farm..” Lol! But I decided not to be too greedy. Lol! My order came up pretty quick too. I even got a small cup of the left over that they still had in the blender. But of course I took the extras. It also came with a chocolate ball. Lol! It was sooooo pretty I didn’t want to drink it. But I totally did!!!! And it was soooooooo good!!! The favors just melted in my mouth.The two lady’s that work there are super nice too! Customer service was greeeaaatttt!!!! Now the question is will I be back again?! Heeelllll yessss!!!!! Lol!!! But I’m going to wait until it gets a little warmer. Cause I felt so cold yesterday drinking my smoothie in the winter air. Lol! Go try them out! You will not be disappointed!

Golden Bowl – Menu with Prices – 31069 Temecula Pkwy, Temecula

There is a new lady there with glasses and she is very very very rude!!! It only takes one person to ruin a business. I ordered my food through grub hub. My boyfriend went there to pick up our food and when he gets there, the lady tells him they do not have an item I ordered (sticky mango and rice) so my boyfriend calls me to talk to her bc i ordered the food. She gets on the phone and then tells me in a very rude tone, that I will have to call grub hub back for a refund, we dont have what you ordered. So, I ask her do you have any other deserts? She responds, “No!” I say nothing at all… not even coconut ice cream? She says, No! Nothing! We ran out of everything, im busy! Then I tell her… ok, well then I will just order something else at equal value, she says oh ok then here talk to guy tell him, Im busy. (Guy was my boyfriend who was there to pick up our food) my boyfriend asks her if he can get his free thai tea because he checked into yelp and she then tells him she is too busy for him to make it… Horrible customer service nobody deserves to be treated or talk to the way this lady does to people.

Smoothie King – Menu with Prices – 600 New St Suite B, Macon

There’s a reason this location has low stars. The smoothies taste horrible and the customer service is well below the Smoothie King franchise standard. I bought a smoothie around lunch and when I tried it on my way to my first appointment for the day, it was (to say it plainly) incredibly nasty. It was so bad I couldn’t drink it. You know the smell you get from a dead skunk??? Yeah…that. A few hours later I returned it to let them know and they refused to refund my money saying it had been 3hrs since purchase. I could see if the cup was half or even 3/4 full but I took two sips! Who buys a $9 smoothie NOT to drink it. She then proceeded to insult me by saying, “I had the rest of it and it was fine.” Young lady…you look no more than 18 years old. Your taste buds haven’t even developed yet. You probably think McDonalds tastes fine too. Don’t waste your money at this location. If they make it wrong and you can’t return it immediately…they’ll refuse to refund you. Based on the reviews, I don’t think it matters. It’s bad ownerships The funny part is, I did it more as a courtesy. I wanted them to look into what may have been off in their ingredients. The smoothie is being expense for me and I won’t even be paying the bill. That’s fine…As a regular customer, I refuse to give them my money. I’ll also be sure to alert the parent company of how bad they are affecting the Smoothie King name. Be careful who you franchise to S.K.!!

Tastea Riverside – Menu with Prices – 11130 Magnolia Ave Unit C, Riverside

I USED to love this place (I have frequented this place once or twice a week since it opened) until a few recent experiences. My last straw was a few days ago. I ordered a small honeydew milk tea with no ice and half sweet with no boba. The guy who took my order (he was nice and friendly) asked if i wanted to top it off, I said no. I didn’t know that no topping off would result in only about 65% full and for about $5, it has left a sour taste in my mouth). I went to show the guy the amount of drink they gave me and asked if they could top it off for me, he said I would have to pay EXTRA. I felt like i was being ripped off. I usually order my milk tea with no ice and half sweet and of all the boba places I have been to (ShareTea, Half & Half, Happy Lemon, Ding Tea, Omomo, Boba Tea House, etc), I always get a full cup of drink. The previous visit with a bad experience was with a specific staff there. She was rushing me and cutting me off while I was ordering. I wanted to try one of the summer drinks when they were available (forgot the exact name, but it had honeydew and I DIDN’T know it was a slushy. Thought it would be similar to a muddy melon), and asked if i could have it with less ice, she gave me the most judgy and condescending look and talked to me as if i’m really stupid, “SO, it’s gonna be liquidy. You want something liquidy with slushy? You want that? You want that?” and shrugged. She could have simply said, “sorry, but we can’t do that with slushies” and i’d totally be cool with it. After this visit, I stopped going there for a few weeks. Normally, Tastea staff are so nice and friendly (and I love their positive energy), but one. I told my friend about it and she thought I was exaggerating until she came in and that same staff took her order. My friend agreed that specific staff had a really bad attitude. If it just happened one time, maybe that person had a bad day, but if it’s a few times, that staff needed further training in customer service. We didn’t wanna go in the day she’s working. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I was and still am upset that I needed to say it. Not sure if I would go back any time soon.

Planet Smoothie Menu with Prices 3450 Wrightsboro Rd Space #2328, Augusta

2:00 is not a good time to order anything, person behind the counter of planet smoothie and the person at auntie Anne’s were both too busy to recognize me and my wife. After about 5 minutes of waiting at the register I asked if i was able to order anything, auntie Anne’s lady ignored us and the woman at planet smoothie mumbled something inaudibly about a smoothie she was making. It shouldn’t be this hard to order a pretzel that’s already been cooked ð???

Molly Ramen?Poke?Tea – Menu with Prices – 801 Volvo Pkwy #103, Chesapeake

My co-workers and I have eaten here quite a few times. I believe today makes #4 or #5…not exactly sure, however I will say that it will be the last, at least for me for quite a while, which really stinks, because the food is delicious. Be warned about the VAL-PAK coupon that expires on 8.31.19. You CANNOT use it online, even though the Coupon DOES NOT state that, ANYWHERE. We ordered online today, and wanted to use the coupon. The online ordering system does not ask or essentially allow for any coupons at all. I took the coupon and the credit card used to the store when picking up our order. The two young people behind the counter “couldn’t help me” and “didn’t know what to tell me” when I asked about possibly just simply getting a refund and the re-processing the order in the store in order to get the discount. This was our conversation after the young lady told me you can’t use it online as I went on to explain that the coupon doesn’t state that. I had the coupon in my hand! While I’m waiting on this young lady to contact her manager via phone, I decided to order something else. I asked the young man if I could do that and he said yes. I told him what I wanted and he said ok. He just stood there and stared at me. I said, while pointing at the register, “Are you going to ring that up?” Again, he said yes….and just stood there and stared at me. He never placed this additional order. Just stared. Dumbfounded. Needless to say, I got frustrated and said never mind. Clearly he couldn’t handle such a simple request. The young lady took some information and the Manager called my co-worker whose card we used. The Manager told her…in so many words…”I don’t know what to tell you” and “NO, you cannot get refunded for the coupon you tried to use.” Hmmmm…Okay. Cool. So, Mr. Manager of the Molly store in Greenbrier…Don’t print coupons without explicitly stating no online ordering. And maybe you should think twice about leaving your employees alone in your store without your supervision. While the young lady seemed to attempt to handle the situation (she even offered me free food in lieu of a discount), the young man was a person who absolutely should never be in a customer service situation. Ever. And quite frankly neither should you, Mr. Manager. But good luck with the new business!

Grateful Kitchen Co. Menu with Prices 727 N Henry St, Alexandria

This is a pretty cute spot in the Old Town West neighborhood of Alexandria. Their menu features breakfast, snacks, “lunch”, a kid’s menu, drinks, smoothies and smoothie bowls. Our group got: Green Smoothie Bowl: it was a great, filling size. Tasty, good ingredients and a pretty presentation. Smoked Salmon Toast on Multigrain: very filling, beautiful presentation, and we added avocado to this. Tasty. Avocado Toast on Rustic Loaf: your traditional take on avocado toast, somewhat filling and pretty yummy. Pesto Eggs & Toast: a unique take on a toast, pretty tasty and somewhat filling. I love that their food containers, utensils, and cups are all compostable. The inside is pretty small, only seats for 6 people, but some seating outside as well. There’s no WiFi (as stated in the more info section) which is a bummer… but I’m not from the area and I’m starting to see this just isn’t a thing here. The staff is smiley and friendly. We learned that they just opened up 7 months ago to bring something new to the area. We recommended coming to check it out ?

Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Menu with Prices – 703 Brandon Ave SW, Roanoke

I just went to tropical smoothie cafe for the 1st time and will be going back there after any workouts that I possibly can! I got the peanut paradise smoothie because the young lady on drive-through told me it was her favorite so I figured why not try it. And she was not kidding it is an amazingly delicious smoothie.she said to add the pea protein and it will make it taste like birthday cake and she was not Lying.She was very informative and polite which I appreciate! Also I got the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and it is A-may-zing!!
