This place has a completely different name now, the hours it says it’s open is wrong. My family and I went there to get food and the doors were unlocked so we thought they were open , when we walked in there was a bunch of Mexicans sitting at the bar completely wasted but we were told they were closed in a very rude manner. As we were standing outside trying to figure out where we were going instead a young girl came out and rudely told us again that they said they were closed, like we couldn’t be outside until we figured it out , It was pretty clear that we were in separate cars . So I’m not sure how the food is but I completely know how the service is , if you want to deal with rude unpleasant unprofessional people go here !!

*****OWNER VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL****** I only been in this bakery 3 times, the first time my daughter and I went in on a Saturday, and there was a very nice young girl, and the next time I went in there was a guy working there, upon entering in this bakery he didn’t greet me, he snapped very rudely, so being professional I assumed he wasn’t having a good morning, because the bakery just had opened, so I looked passed his behavior, and left on my way, the next time i called in to place a order, and there was this guy again being rude and unprofessional over the phone once again, so I drove in to pick it up my order, and there was a nice elderly lady in the front, and I began to address some things with her, and she said wait let me get the owner, and I looked up and there was the guy that have been so very rude to me, frowning and being very ugly, but it bothers me not, because I have never did anything to this guy, so i can be at peace, it really made me sad to know there are horrible people who can just judge a person, before getting to know them, but after reading the reviews out here, I see that I am not the only one that have suffer at the behavior of this egotistical rude guy, go visit there, but don’t allow him to mess up your day, here’s a message to the owner if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, and please fix your cup cake recipes, very, very, dry, and I think it’s a darn shame when your employees can be more professional and nice than you, will never go in there to buy anything again.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 7040 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas

I usually don’t write reviews like EVER, but after today I felt the need to. If there was a way to give this place negative stars I def would give it the highest of negatives. The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced at a subway. My son and I went in for lunch after his soccer game and there was one person making sandwiches and one person in front of us and it took forever for the other worker to come out and to get our sandwiches started, about after 15 mins when we FINALLY got them started they informed us (rudely) that they only had one type of bread.. ok fine, the girl who made our sandwich was unpleasant.. ok maybe she’s having a bad day, it happens but as I went to pay and told her I wanted a kids meal for my son she didn’t give him that.. no toy, no bag, not a big deal I guess. Went to get my drink from the soda machine and it was watered down so I told them, both workers gave me attitude but told me they’d fix it, so I waited another 15 mins while the girl went to the back, I thought she was fixing the machine but turns out she was in the back on FaceTime laughing.. when I asked for my money back she was VERY RUDE about it (again). This subway isn’t far from me but if I’m ever craving subway I’d rather drive an hour before I go here again !

Aces and Eights Saloon – Menu with Prices – 62 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids

Super rude bartender….stopped by for a gal’s out night for karaoke which started at 9. Had a friend who is 19 come out with us…the law is that underage people can be in a bar until 10pm if they serve food. She was drinking water and we were honest about her age and why we were there. We were chatting a bit, it was extremely dead in there, maybe 8-10 people total in the entire bar. She comes up to us and says rudely, what do you want, I can’t come over here later so don’t rely on that…Okay, whatever, we were waiting for people to get there and would have ordered drinks when they arrived. We showed our ID’s and explained about our friend and she was totally rude. Our under age friend brought up the law about 10 pm, then she made up some excuse about that not being relevant and then basically kicked us out and was very unpleasant. Will never go back here and we ended up having much more fun at the karaoke at Sammy’s Lounge. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else with better customer service.

Mucha Lucha Taco Shop – Menu with Prices – 1530 S Val Vista Dr, Gilbert

Is there new owners or something? My last experience here was just excellent, but man this time was completely different. I guess me and my brother were bugging them ordering our food. The man working couldnt have been more condescending and the women couldnt wait to get to the back. I didn’t even order any food for myself or my son because my wifes order irritated them enough so I said screw it. My brothers wet burrito came out dry and he couldnt really saying about it because they rushed off as soon he paid. Two people were in there when we showed up so it was definitely not busy. Idk what their problems were but it was more then enough for me and my brother to never ever eat at this restaurant again. Also to the women worker, when you roll your eyes try looking away so the customer cant constantly see you doing. Just fyi for the next guy…

Cali Home Grill – Menu with Prices – 410 E Chapman Ave, Fullerton

Most unprofessional and rude exhibit of customer service I have ever seen. Came in to simply order a drink and a side of fries…as I was waiting for my order, a soft spoken girl next to me accidentally spilled the tea she had just ordered all over the floor. When no employee made any type of effort to resolve the issue, I took it upon myself to help clean up the mess. One of the women in the front told the girl that they would make her a new drink. The girl just stood waiting there for a solid five minutes before another employee just gave her a blank stare and rudely asked the girl what she was doing. When the girl explained the story, the employee basically told her “too bad, so sad- we gave you what you ordered, you dropped it, there’s nothing we can do, so you can leave now.” Obviously the other employee (that I’m assuming is one of the owners) never communicated the story or made an attempt to make the girl a new drink as she promised. As this was occurring- I interjected, stating there was no reason for her to be so rude and aggressive to her customers without any good reason behind it. This then escalated into a loud argument between myself and the employee that carried throughout the entire restaurant in which this employee cursed, told me to shut up, and mind my own business, in front of many customers just trying to enjoy their meals. I think it’s important to note, that as this woman was screaming and cursing her main point was how “not rude” she is. Ironic. Near the end of the argument the employee told me that I didn’t have to eat there, to which I stated I would than like a refund since I never received my order. Unsurprisingly, she refused to give me my money back. Throughout the chaos no other team-member or either one of the present owners decided to interfere in order to help diffuse the situation. I was happy to stick up for an individual who didn’t want to raise concern about the way she was being treated, but the type of customer service and plain bullying that was illustrated that day should have never been tolerated to begin with. I didn’t get the rude employees name, but I’m sure her ‘less than sunny’ disposition will make who I am speaking of very clear. Also, the food is of poor quality and overpriced and i noticed many unsanitary health code violations occurring such as no hair nets, touching unprepared food without gloves, the smell of old oil, and not washing hands between different food orders.

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt – Menu with Prices – 510 Hidden Valley Pkwy Ste 102, Corona

My family and I come to get frozen yogurt quite frequently however the last few time we have come would be at night (usually an hour before closing). We came on 8/1/2019 we went to try the new flavor the had in this location, the workers were so rude.This flavor Hazelnut wasn’t coming out of the machine so I try to get the young lady and young males attention too see what the issue was. They were just laughing and Ignoring me so finally the third time I get her attention tell her the issue.she doesn’t even go to check just says “if you would late a minute it’s freezing” but so rudely. So we wait in there for over 5 mins and still nothing so I bring it to their attention again and still so rude the young male finally looks and says “it’s freezing so one minute” and just walks away laughing with the coworker. So I just give up at that point. I go outside to enjoy the yogurt with the family and he says “15 mins and closing”. Which is completely fine wants to give us a heads up but he comes again and again making us feel like we are so rushed to leave which is so bad for business. I came to this place because of the unique flavors but after the past few time of me dealing with such rude customer service my family and I don’t even want to return!

Alpha pupuseria – Menu with Prices – 3970 N Sierra Way, San Bernardino

Wow second time here.. decided to give them a chance again. First time the older lady idk who she is comes out of the kitchen in CHANCLAS I’m like wtf. And the owner guy was sitting down eating and told us oh just sit down we’ll be right with you with a mouth full of food again I was like wtf? The food was good enough for me to come back.. this time I ordered thru the phone.. she said 20 minutes I go in there was some girl sleeping in the back booths and I was like again.. how unprofessional and this time, some lady was trying to pay took like 15 minutes trying different cards.. they never asked me if I needed help or if I could wait or sorry for the inconvenience so I got up.. and left the big order there.. I’m out. Never coming back. Rude customer service, girl with the bun was looking at me all side ways, order lady was yelling at the ATM machine in Salvadoran . Last time here. How unprofessional.

The Charleston – Menu with Prices – 174 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn

So I came here the other day with one of my students who I tutor for a drink and some food because it is an inexpensive place and usually bar food is filling along with a good drink (no brainer). I come in and order a drink and also let the bartender lady know that I’d like pizza. She is very nice about it, and gives me tickets. As soon as I go to the window this Mexican guy, who was extremely RUDE and so unprofessional asks: “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” I go back to the bartender lady who is also the manager and ask what do I say because I’ve never ordered food at the bar before, and that it is my first time and she tells me what to do. I try to explain to the rude moron that I’m there the first time ordering food and he goes on arguing with me and continues to be rude. Once the pizza was served, he threw it at me! HE LITERALLY THREW IT AT ME AND ROLLED HIS EYES! I went to the manager and said that this is a fucking asshole, and he is the reason why some democrats convert to be republicans, and also said that this is unprofessional and should be dealt with. All she did was apologize for the bad time, I of course ordered more drinks and one more pizza to which when I wanted another pizza the guy was lethargic to make it and threw it at me again and rudely told me that if I want toppings I need to pay an extra dollar for it, then proceeded to pervertedly look at me and laugh and also see if he could start a bar fight (DISGUSTING). First and foremost, if you hate your job, quit, second of all, management should be better and more consistent with complaints from customers, third of all, he might as well get himself back to his third world country if he doesn’t like the fact that the USA is giving him an opportunity at life despite the turmoil we have in politics. Overall, to conclude my review and rant, I am NEVER COMING BACK HERE and will also tell other people to avoid this bar full of unprofessional people. This bar might as well just get shut down. A lame shitshow. Dear people, AVOID THIS BAR! THERE ARE IRISH BARS OUT THERE WITH NICER PEOPLE, with professional and courteous bartenders and kitchen staff who are WHITE!

Tacos Mister Pancho – Menu with Prices – 1119 N Mountain Ave, Ontario

Bad service! far the worst customer service i have experienced!!! The lady at the register is a miserable rude lady and not friendly at all. Everytime you talk to her whe gives attitude and speaks in a rude way. She needs to either quit or stay in the back. There is no reason for me as a customer to have to deal with her attitude!! But that is not all she told me i can’t get too many lemons, vegetables ect. “You can’t get too many vegetables because the owner gets mad, the next time you do that, I will have to charge you” She rudely told me this and rolled her eyes at me. The burrito I ordered had more rice and beans than meat. Don’t forget that business relies on customer’s if you don’t give good service how are you going to expect to get more money and customers.

Anna Rose Bakery & Coffee Shop – Menu with Prices – 205 Walnut St, Harrisburg

We wandered in at 5:00 p.m. on June 19th hoping to grab two cupcakes. We were not aware that you closed at 5:00 pm until the worker rudely informed us that the family in front of us in line was the last customers. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do this and being rude to customers when you are in the service industry is the wrong way. It would have taken 30 seconds to sell us two cupcakes and we would have been on our way. Unfortunately you sent us away empty handed (actually we still had our money-but no cupcake). We won’t be back, not because you have a strict closing time (I can understand that) but because you were rude to potential customers. I don’t care how good your product is, if you keep this up, you won’t be open for long Good luck to you…

El Paraiso Salvadoreno #2 – Menu with Prices – 974 Kendall Dr, San Bernardino

I just want to write a review regarding their customer service here, which is beyond horrible. The lady who works up at the front and takes the customer orders and claims to be the manager. I don’t understand how she is the manager due to her unprofessional attitude. I called to complain and she answered and she stated she was the manager and she didn’t take my complain seriously and was also rude to me. I simply wanted to complain about the service they provided my family with. I really don’t know how they can run a business being so rude and unprofessional. Time and time again, I give them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I will no longer go back and support a business that treats their customers so rudely. I would urge customers not to come because they would be treated like they don’t matter and there are also other good food spots in the area. I’m not the first to complain nor the last but I simply write here on yelp so my voice could be heard. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was necessary. I hope they take the measures that are necessary to create a better atmosphere for their customers.

Russian River Brewing Company – Menu with Prices – 725 4th St, Santa Rosa

So…the patio is lovely. Selection of beer and cider is great. We had a wonderful time, hanging with some new friends and just chatting and laughing. Patio apparently closed up earlier, than the restaurant, so when that happened we very obediently headed inside (around 11PM.) We grabbed a high top and continued to chat. At around 11:45, a bouncer came around announcing last call–okay great, our tab was closed and we weren’t getting anything else to drink. 12 rolls around…the same bouncer proceeds to HIT our table, out of nowhere, and yell at us to get the hell out. We were just kind of stunned for a second….and said okay, we just want to say our goodbyes and take our last sips. He continues to be VERY rude and say no, I said last call at 1145, leave your drinks and get out. There were still people sitting at the bar, with almost finished drinks which we indicated okay but they are…We were very rudely interrupted and told they work here or are regulars. Again with Get Out. So, we left. Listen. I get that hours are hours. I have worked in the industry, as a hostess and server. When the restaurant or bar closes, of course people want to go home. However, I NEVER kicked someone out who was literally just finishing up the last few sips and so rudely. 100% we would not have (voluntarily) stayed past 12:05AM. This is not how you treat your customers. I understand that you may be widely known, but that doesn’t mean you should treat people like that. Great cider and according to the boys great beer. However, lack of service will not cause us to go back. Also, filter on lowest rated reviews…you will see many recent ones that point to poor service. They are a really cool spot, too bad!
