This is literally THE best place to go for tacos in all of Bakersfield. Everything they make is amazing, and don’t get me started on their aguas frescas. The pineapple water is just incredible. I’ve been coming here since it was just a little taco grill, and their quality has never changed. The price has gone up, but just by a little, and you’re still getting great quality at a very low price. They are also open very late, so you can drive there when you get those midnight food cravings. Fresh food, great quality, very low price, and even a big seating area. I cannot rave enough about this place, if you’re on the edge of going or not, definitely take the chance and go get yourself some delectable tacos, or burritos, or quesadillas, or whatever you’re craving because it WILL fill you up!

Mr. Clamato Menu with Prices 1907 S K St, Bakersfield

We were craving street tacos, wanted to try something different…and this place popped up! And boy were we impressed. Great food with an interesting menu of options, clean, cute, roomy with indoor-outdoor seating & mister fans, the best Red Beer and great service! Had Modelo Red Beers, shrimp tacos, chicharones and marlin tacos…delicious! We’ll definitely be back for more.Wish I had taken pictures, but I think you “get the picture”. The only downside for me was – no carne asada tacos until 2pm for some reason.

Sweet Hearts Bakery – Menu with Prices – 4679 Brook Dr, West Palm Beach

I have used Sweet Cravings for several events a couple birthday parties, and BBQ and they have yet to disappoint me in any way! If I could 10 star this company I would!! Truly the best, most freshest cupcakes, cookies and brownies I have ever had! I am a bit of a food critic and I wanted to wait and see if I continued to get the same great service over and over again and to my pleasant surprise they did every single time with out question! They use only fresh ingredients and the best quality of chocolates with no preservities so everything is as fresh as possible. They are a family run business with amazing service from start to finish, starting with placing my orders with Jana who is a total sweet heart who always responds to my orders quickly and she is always professional which is refreshing. My personal favorites are the smores and red velvet cupcakes, and all of the cookies and brownies are off the chain good. I will say hands down they make the best baked goods I have ever had! I know you can get some decent cupcakes from Publix but they don’t hold a candle to Sweet Cravings products and services, again only fresh home made goods which I feel is definitely worth the extra money to get such quality baked goods. The 1st time I tried Sweet Cravings was at a food truck invasion in Wellington and I had the best brownie/cupcake/cookie Sunday in my life! OMG it was amazing, now im hooked. So then I used them a few more times for my daughter’s birthday party’s and was again blown away by the quality of cupcakes we got, I had no idea they could be so freaking good by the fresh ingredients they use. They also take pride in everything they bake with is such a plus to me. What I feel sets them apart from all other bakeries I have used over the years is they truly take pride in what the baked, and they only produce amazing goods! I used Sweet Cravings again this past weekend for my husband’s birthday party which happens to fall on Memorial day weekend which I know they were busy and they still produced amazing cupcakes and they were delivered on time by Jana and Russ them selves just to make sure we were happy with everything we have gotten from them, which we are 100% !!!!! With out question! They also do any type of event you can think of from b day parties, proms, BBQ, barmizvahs, bamitzvah, quinceaneras, baby showers or any other event . So if you are looking to have a desert table that everyone will be talking about for a while then Sweet Cravings is definitely the company to use, I would and will continue to use! They even have a super cool truck they can bring to events. Thank you Jana and Russ for having such a unique and amazing quality baked goods because I am gonna be a life time customer!

La Taqueria Downtown – Menu with Prices – 236 Grove St, Jersey City

If you are craving authentic tacos in the JC area, look no further. No, they don’t service chicken tacos. No, don’t ask for cheese on your tacos…that’s not what this place is about. They do a great job keeping the food authentic and delicious. Let me start by saying the inside is small and loud but the outdoor patio is amazing! Plenty of room and a fun atmosphere and also much less hot and stuffy! There is almost always a wait here and you need to make sure your entire party is there before you even think about trying to be seated lol trust me…it won’t work. The food is very good. They start by bringing out fresh delicious chips and heavenly salsa. Do yourself a favor and Never say no to the guac. You will be full of regret if you do. It is creamy and flavorful. Perfect combination with those dope chips. The tacos like I mentioned before are very authentic. My favorites are the carnitas and the fish tacos. I’m craving them as I write this review. They have a lot of unique taco options as well like stomach, tongue, and salted beef if you are feeling more adventurous. They have a variety of drinks as well. The margaritas are STRONG. You’ll be feeling yourself after one or two of those. If you enjoy fresh, authentic food in a fun atmosphere, get yourself over to this place immediately.

Tacos El Gordo – Menu with Prices – 1510 N National Ave, Springfield

(I’ll be upfront and admit that I’ve only had their chicken and steak tacos. I’m sure the rest of their menu is just as good, but I’ve become quite addicted to the chicken tacos, and consequently haven’t had the willpower to try anything else. ) So about the chicken tacos: they are small and a bit pricey, but they are also the best tacos I have ever eaten… including in Mexico. They are really fantastic. I personally prefer to have them hold the onions, but that’s merely personal preference and no reflection on the quality of the onions. They only use quality ingredients. Each taco is fairly small, so for me four makes a full meal. You may prefer two to six, depending upon your appetite. They actually did heat up very well later though, so if you order too many, save them! Each one comes with a small slice of lime. If you squeeze some juice out, it really does add something amazing to the flavor. On a side-note, the steak tacos were outstanding as well. I’ve been favoring the chicken, but the steak was also outstanding. I’ll be honest and admit that I’d foolishly ignored this place for years, because I hadn’t been impressed with the restaurant which had preceded them, and the building was unremarkable. My foolish loss! I will be making up for that mistake over the coming years, by eating here every chance I get.

Wall Street Slice – Menu with Prices – 753 Wall St, Winnipeg

Let’s put it this way , any other pizza owner in town better get a ladder and even then you can’t touch this Level . To say this amazing array of amazing “food” I say that rather than say pizza , because to generalize each ingredients individual quality level , which is none less than the best would be a sad over site . With the first bite you can tell you made the right choice for pizza , and super friendly people who still believe customer service is paramount. This was my second time . I’ve had the pepperoni, the “White out” “Sierra Bravo” and the “T-bird” and have now an internal argument for next time trying to decide which one to get . Because you only have so much room in youre stomach , and once you’ve tried most of them you wish you had room for them all! Fair price . Quick efficient staff , and you can have a beer with your slice . A whole pie is around the 30$ mark , but worth every penny. No one who loves pizza shall be disappointed . This is Dan and I give this place a 10 out of 10.

El Super Burrito & Lupita’s – Menu with Prices – 3300 Johnson Ave NW, Cedar Rapids

Taste Oh kay so this use to be my all time favorite restraunt. I’d tell everyone try this place, they have the best tacos and most authentic food in Cedar Rapids. It’s pretty affordable and worth the price. But oh my goodness, I’ve been so disappointed my most recent visits. The beans seam so instant now, the steak tacos, that I can’t even say the word, with out drooling lmao but they are smaller. It’s minies and that totally freaking sucks! I have to order double the tacos. Im very disappointed. Plus Ive never ordered my tacos with lettuce or tomato, they loaded it down with way to much this time. I’m not even going to lie, I’ll treat myself to my tacos every single chance I get. But dude these last 3 visits, I kind feel a huge let down. Totally broken hearted. Free tacos and some beanier beans would make up for it though Lol

MEXICO BONITO CATERING TRUCK – Menu with Prices – 40648 Fremont Blvd #4305, Fremont

Had to check out the new truck. All of the 5 star reviews made me have to try. Since it was my first time of course I got tacos, 4 of them $8. For $8 at a truck I should leave feeling satisfied right? Nope small street tacos, although a very nice presentation with the spiced onions and definitely Resturante quality I did not leave feeling I got an $8 fill. I think should have came with more meat for spending $8 at a truck on 4 tacos. Maybe should have a deal buy 4 get 1 and fill them. Or a 5 taco plate, nice and full of meat. I’m sure reviews would sky rocket and more people would come. At a truck you look for flavor and expect value and fill. Or at least I do or I’ll just go to a sit down. The meats: (best to last) Al pastor: the best meat I tried, cooked well, cut well, nice and spicy and juicy. He does a great job on this meat. I want to try the burrito with pastor but the burrito is $7 + .50 for all adds, cheese, sour cream, and what ever else. Idk Carne Asada: was pretty decent, I just didn’t have much in my taco to really grasp it. Taco should have been full. Chicken: to my surprise this wasn’t that great, and was cold? usually chicken is a go to easy always good and a staple. Honestly I like my chicken burrito filled with chicken so I look for a balance between taste and qty lol. Over all I give this truck 3.5 stars but this time I round down because I spent $8 and walked away hungry ? Am tempted to try that al pastor burrito but prob won’t be in a rush. Hopefully someone posts a pic and a review on how it was.

Rocco’s Italian Deli – Menu with Prices – 3627 Cass Ave, Detroit

Sometime in the middle of the night I woke up to take a Zantac. But let me tell you, the heartburn I incurred from the delicious spicy sandwich at Rocco’s was worth every incredible bite and I’d do it all again, no hesitation! Not their fault. It’s just the perils of my body chemistry and getting older! So yes, I had the Il Rocco and it was amazing. Spicy is not something I usually go for but everything about that sandwich sounded so good I had to try it. Taste-wise it wasn’t actually that hot. The fontina and the garlic lemon aioli really help temper it to create a heat you enjoy to eat, not just one that will burn your tastebuds off. It was enjoyable from edge to edge. The sandwiches are HUGE and could easily be split or enjoyed for a second meal (or, if you’re like me, you through all caution to the wind and eat the entire thing because it’s so good you can’t stop) and the price point is great, especially for the quality and size. The shop also has some lovely Italian imported dry goods and snacks, as well as plenty of locally made products as well. Staff is SO friendly and helpful and there’s plenty of comfortable to space to sit and enjoy your meal there or take it to go, like I did. Already plotting my next visit. But I’ll be sure to preemptively plan with an antacid because I’m now an old lady who can’t hang.

El Roy’s Taco Truck – Menu with Prices – 760 Sebastopol Rd, Santa Rosa

That burrito or those tacos you want? The only ones that will satisfy that sudden, insistent craving for delicious, delicious Mexican food items that are also affordable and made by friendly, caring people? They’re here. The meats are perfectly prepared. (Try an al pastor-lengua combo and be transported.) The beans, rice, salsas, and supporting ingredients are all tasty and fresh. Even the tortillas surrounding the burritos are notably soft and flavorful. Truly some of the best interpretations of these classic tastes I’ve found in Sonoma County. Plus at least one thing I’ve not seen since visiting Tijuana years ago: the “Mexican hot dog,” wrapped in bacon and topped with multiple goodies, including jalapeno slices. Yes, it’s wrong. Yes, you’ll want two. El Roys Mexican Grill will please your palate without emptying your wallet. Go. Satisfaction of your cravings is mere minutes away. In a truck.

Taqueria La Bendicion De Dios – Menu with Prices – 3330 W New Haven Ave, Melbourne

Hands down best tacos in the county. Excellent food at an extremely reasonable price, tacos are $1.75. Everything is made to order, fresh ingredients and perfectly marinated meat. Try the salsa verde on the asada tacos to add some hot and sour goodness. If you like Mexican street tacos do yourself a favor and swing through when in Melbourne, but be careful or you will find yourself there everyday for lunch…like me.

Austin City Taco Co. – Menu with Prices – 517 University Dr, Fort Worth

Austin City Taco Co. is a new addition to the growing list of trendy and creative taco shops popping up in Fort Worth. All the descriptions of their tacos sounded exciting, and I ended up ordering a few to-go for lunch. The Revolution showcased their 12-hr brisket topped with some fried onion slices. The brisket was pretty lean but still smoky and flavor packed. The Midnight Craving was a breakfast taco packed full with eggs, potatoes, and brisket. The bacon jam made things a bit sticky and hard to hold but the flavors were spot on. My favorite taco had to be the State Fair, which had fried chicken and potatoes smothered in bacon and ranch. I loved this balance of salty and sweet flavors and found myself wanting a second round. Some of the tacos got a bit too soggy during my drive, so I would recommend dining in so that all the fried components are still crispy and you get to taste each taco at peak freshness. I think the prices are a bit steep for specialty tacos, but they were definitely filled to the brim with meat and toppings and I was surprisingly full after only two or three tacos. Some of the taco combinations were pretty creative and I’m glad I got to try some of their unique offerings.

Dia De Los Pescados – Menu with Prices – 2200 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso

I was a little skeptical about all the excellent reviews but I am very glad I got the chance to try out this place. I got 2 free tacos courtesy of yelp and have been greatly surprised. The fish batter was fluffy and crispy, I am not a fan of fish, but these tacos were very well made. The tacos have a spicy salsa that is right on point, not too hot just enough spice to taste it and give the tacos an extra kick. Also ordered shrimp alfredo fries and wasn’t sure what to expect. But best way to describe it is: alfredo shrimp pasta but instead of pasta you get crispy fries. Good experience and I hope anyone who gets the chance come try out this place, wont be disappointed. I am sure to come back again soon.
