Saw this place the night before and decided to come back for dinner the next day. Best decision my wrestling team made. All menu items were delicious. But the way to go is the burrito. We live in Los Angeles and it’s one of the best we have had.

El Authentico 1010 Mexican Food & Bar Mesa – Menu with Prices – 5609 E McKellips Rd Suite 101, Mesa

After reading the other reviews and still having questions about prices and specials.. I decided to try it myself ( since I only live 100 yards from the place) yes they have dinner specials and yes they serve beer and wine. Full bar to come. They will eventually start a happy hour but they’re still ironing out some wrinkles. Very clean with ample seating. TV screens throughout, not to mention the really nice Latin music playing. This is not a Mexican restaurant. It’s mostly Colombian and Peruvian type foods. Octavio our server was awesome enough to explain the menu items to us and recommended the arros con Pollo. The Cilantro rice and chicken was amazing. My husband tried the Carne asada tacos and burrito. We ate every last bite. Sorry my picture has half eaten food, but it looks so good I forgot to take a picture beforehand. He also recommended the Seco de Rez and stated it was one of the most popular items. That will be for next time. Some menu items are pricier than others, particularly the entrées. The portions for lunch today were spot on, I can’t comment on the dinner entrée portions but they were kinda pricey. Very casual place to hang out with friends or date night. Great location as this area really needed something new. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this very promising place. Will def be back with friends.

Schakolad Chocolate Factory – Menu with Prices – 1303 SE 17th St, Fort Lauderdale

Came here for a corporate team building experience, it was great!! You can tell they’re so passionate about their chocolate and incredibly humble. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted here, we learned about the origins of chocolate, sampled some items and had an opportunity to actually make our own chocolate!! The team building exercise was fantastic, you can observe leaders come out in the team, see how well each person takes direction, overall very very happy. They have such positive energy & we couldn’t help but smile & enjoy our time here. Not to mention the chocolate itself is absolutely delicious!! You can taste the care and love made into these creations.

Señor Taco Menu with Prices 3401 Panama Ln, Bakersfield

Great, hot and fresh food! I had the pastor wet burrito and it was delicious! I hate it when a burrito is mostly rice and this one had the perfect balance! The pastor had a great flavor while the Chile verde on top gave it an authentic kick of spice that was perfect! The burrito was so big it was a dinner size portion. This was my first time of many here and I will try the tacos next time. People next to me ordered the nachos and they were huge, taking up the entire plate!

La Perlita Cafe – Menu with Prices – 6645 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles

This “Cafe” if that’s what you really want to call it is located inside the Panaderia which I’ve not stepped foot inside in YEARS like pre-yelp long ago, never like their pan dulce, looks like they might have new people but not sure if that just workers or owners. Seems like the Cafe is attempting to put a healthier spin on your typical Breakfast and Lunch or whatever else they sell, not sure the operating hours. Breakfast Burrito – Turkey Bacon ($7.00) https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/la-perlita-cafe-los-angeles-2?select=B0VPz7TVOlKT22S8UtbM1Q&userid=mXl8GMozjLoraG7PyFHWkg Yeah they don’t have real bacon, Booo! Turkey Bacon it is, I didn’t ask what they put inside I assumed everything else would be similar, wrong! yeah I’m not a fan of bell peppers and onions in my eggs….. after seeing it https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/la-perlita-cafe-los-angeles-2?select=ENdMs_9SmWSHYCDidFYbHA&userid=mXl8GMozjLoraG7PyFHWkg I was a bit disappointed but must say tasted pretty good or better than I expected, would have liked a bit more bacon. 3.5-Stars Salsa Verde – https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/la-perlita-cafe-los-angeles-2?select=W6LERT4fWZj0zhKM-HTQNA&userid=mXl8GMozjLoraG7PyFHWkg Had great flavor and a little heat to it, my only issue was as you can see from the photo they only filled the small container half full…..that pissed me off. (Minus .5 Star)

Tacos El Pollo – Menu with Prices – 3696 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena

I came here on a late night with my boyfriend since he wanted a burrito. He ordered a Carne Asada burrito with rice, beans and avocado and a soda, which was a little over $5.00. When his number was called, they gave him a side of avocado, a side of rice and a side of beans. When I saw his bag, I went to the window and told the guy taking orders (in Spanish) that he had ordered an Asada burrito with rice, beans and avocado. He tried to argue with me that my boyfriend had only said rice, beans and avocado. The guy said that it will be extra for the burrito so I told him it was ok, so he charged plus $3 and some change. When we got the burrito and then got in the car, I told my boyfriend to grab a bite off the burrito because I had a feeling that they had NOT added the meat. And there it was… blend burrito with rice, beans and avocado and NO MEAT. So we basically paid almost $10 for a simple rice and beans burrito. Good location, bad customer service.

Happy Slice Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1523 S Bundy Dr, Los Angeles

From the exterior, you probably wouldn’t think much of a pizza place tucked away in a strip mall with resident hobos screaming outside, but hey! Take a chance on Slicetruck. Well, you can’t get a slice. But the pizza isn’t terribly expensive, and it’s quite delicious. Got the deep dish without the sauce–the guy at the counter said I wouldn’t miss it and he was CORRECT. I actually had recently eaten when we picked up a pizza, but I could not resist having a slice because it was hot and fresh. Majorly good decision. Second good decision was two hours later when I ate a cold slice. Third good decision was my morning slice the day after (I forgot to refrigerate it and it was still awesome!). The only bad decision I made was SHARING IT WITH MY BOYFRIEND. Bastard ate half.

Viva Burrito – Menu with Prices – 6320 E Golf Links Rd Suite 100, Tucson

Now I understand the poor reviews. These people are idiots. Not 1 but 2 different posted menus show a Bean Burrito at $3.99. I ordered at the window and she says “Bean and Cheese burrito?” Twice, I had to say No, just the bean burrito on your menu. When I get it, I notice they charged me $4.59 for the burrito. I take it to them, they say a few different things: 1 – “The burrito without cheese costs more than the burrito with cheese.” Fine, nowhere does your menu even offer a Burrito with Cheese. And who charges more for less?? You can charge the same – but not more. 2. “We had a price change, and the Burrito without Cheese is $4.29.” See above, and…..price changes should not be a surprise you pull on a customer AFTER they order. AND – that doesn’t explain the $4.59 charge. Not going back.

El Mundo De Mariscos – Menu with Prices – 2936 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside

I stopped in yesterday for the first time. I ordered the two chicken enchilada combination. The enchiladas were filled with fresh, shredded breast meat, but they were dry because there was barely any green sauce inside. I also ordered a shredded beef burrito with guacamole ($1 extra–very reasonable). It was a giant burrito; fresh and delicious. No complaints there. The reason for three stars: It’s expensive. The enchilada combo was $12. I ordered “a small bag” of chips ($3) not knowing that the combo already comes with a small bag of chips. The man taking my order (the proprietor?) didn’t mention that it was already coming with chips. He asked if I wanted beans on the burrito, and I asked how it is usually made. He said “either way.” So I said yes, with beans. I was charged 50 cents extra for something..? The beans on the burrito, the salsa? He didn’t say. The total for one combination, one burrito, and the chips was $24.48 before tax. That’s very steep for low-overhead items. The same order at R******’s would be considerably less for the same quality/quantity of food. Probably won’t return because of the prices.

Jennie Weller Catering – Menu with Prices – 231 N Hull St, Montgomery

If you are hosting any type of luncheon, dinner, wedding or event in the Montgomery area I cannot recommend Jennie Weller and her catering company enough! I had my wedding at the Young House a few weeks ago and Jennie and her team helped my vision for the big day come to fruition. Not only did she and her staff help me plan a wedding from Chicago, where I currently reside, they were so friendly and accommodating once I got into town. They let us set up and run a rehearsal the day before and pack up the day after. Oh, and have I mentioned their food? The presentation was breathtaking and everything was delicious. My husband and I love Italian food and Jennie created the menu for and served a three course Italian feast including a meat and cheese spread, chicken and eggplant parmesan, and a gelato station. She even had her staff prepare alfredo-using my mother in laws’ recipe! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole wedding-they even took us back to a room where they had prepared plates for us so we could have an intimate and relaxing dinner before the first dance. Jennie and her team don’t just make amazing food but they provide amazing service and they do so with care. I cannot thank you enough Jennie, you and your team truly made my wedding day!

Dappery Dodo Breakfast Burritos – Menu with Prices – 1217 E Douglas Ave, Wichita

Oh man, if you have not tried them before you need to figure out exactly how your going to eat here ASAP. It is a permanent food truck behind/next to Luckys Everyday. Luckily, they also are on apps like ubereats so you can literally enjoy some of the best food in the comfort of your home, friends, where ever. So that’s super convenient. The food is amazing. First time someone offered to share their fries with me, and I’ve been hooked since. They were perfection, my favorite skinny kind. Since then I’ve had many things, and every single one is stunning. Like, b&g burrito – biscuit and gravy cheesy egg goodness in a burrito and it’s probably one of my favorite things ever. It works so well. They are geniuses! Or the thanksgiving leftovers burrito. Just thinking about that one makes me hungry. Stuffing, turkey, cranberry, etc. all into one amazing burrito. Again, it worked so well! They have other food than just burritos. Last week I had their kimchi & tofu stew and it was out of this world delicious. I could eat that every day. I believe they open after 11pm so this is the perfect late night food. And a definite stop if you are visiting or haven’t eaten here before! I highly highly recommend it.

Burbank Deli & Market – Menu with Prices – 1414 W Alameda Ave, Burbank

The sign out front says Burbank Deli & Market http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/burbank-deli-and-market-los-angeles?select=RaQZvUdmAovM5oFLJua5Kg#RaQZvUdmAovM5oFLJua5Kg but if you ask me it’s more of a Liquor Store than Market! but they do have a Deli section where they make Hot and Cold Sandwiches with a variety of meat and bread choices… I got a Large sandwich ToGo as they have NO tables or chairs inside the market…. Roast Beef (Cold) – http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/burbank-deli-and-market-los-angeles?select=RaQZvUdmAovM5oFLJua5Kg#OawevbgbnaIQp6g06QgVug The meat was pretty good but Boars Head it’s not!, the rest was fairly disappointing, lettuce had no crispness, tomato’s… well see for yourself http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/burbank-deli-and-market-los-angeles?select=RaQZvUdmAovM5oFLJua5Kg#hVNs5YEJvrj5XycDz-YyKg they also put vinegar, who put’s vinegar on roast beef? bread was not fresh and while it was a roll, it’s NOT a french roll like I asked for http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/burbank-deli-and-market-los-angeles?select=RaQZvUdmAovM5oFLJua5Kg#Ifks2zmEdowh0zba26xjfQ That sign on the roof also says they Cater but I sure wouldn’t want them catering my anything!

The Instant Replay Cafe – Menu with Prices – 5646 Mutual Ln, Indianapolis

Our 8 year-old started with TGC 14 months ago, when they were in their former southside location. They combined the southside and Brookville Road gyms, to this location on Franklin Road. The new gym is huge and very well equipped. They have regular group lessons, but some of the instructors also do private lessons. Our daughter does level 1 travel team and has enjoyed it so much that she wants to continue to the level 2 travel team. We’ve never been to another gym, so I can’t compare prices. All I know is IT AINT CHEAP! (lol) Team practice 2 x’s per week, private lessons, team leotards, team warm-ups, team travel bag, hotels, etc. They do something unique. You can work in the concession stand for $10 or $15 per hour to be credited to your account, so that is very helpful. We have referred several of our daughter’s classmates to join and they all seem happy as well.
