This is a message to the owners to reassess Sam as a manager. I ordered two wraps which a friendly guy started to work on, while she stood at the register. He heated up the meat and as soon as he took it out she barked at him; â??thatâ??s too much meat! heâ??s not supposed to have that much!â?. The guy making the sandwiches was super calm and friendly while the manager Sam made the situation super uncomfortable. He asked her how much meat should be on and she told him six inches worth. He checks the menu and read to her that it says 12â? worth. At this point Sam is dumbfounded and backtracks to saying thatâ??s not what she has ever been told and then tells him to add more meat… the entire time just standing at the register not helping move the line and giving bad information to her employees and making customers feel awkward. Shoutout to the guy working there for staying calm and friendly and knowing what even goes in a sandwich. He should be her manager and teach her what goes where and how to interact with people. Wrap was delicious but management was rotten.

Moe’s Southwest Grill – Menu with Prices – 1741 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd Suite F05, West Palm Beach

If I could give zero stars I would. I am trying to remember if I have ever rated any food establishment 1 Star? How come? Well this is simple Rude, dirty, arrogant and just plain horrible service. I get fast food is not always fast, I get that the employees don’t make a reasonable wage. What I don’t get is how you can’t do your job and treat your customers well. It took literally about 40 minutes to order and get a salad. The manager was standing behind the counter berating her employees and rolling her eyes. How about helping? How about being apologetic to you customers. L.E.A.R.N. Listen, empathize, apologize, react and Notify (I will notify Corporate for you).

The Bowl Thai Cuisine & Tea Bar – Menu with Prices – 1105 N Mountain Ave, Ontario

WARNING!!! if you are going to use your card to purchase the food here please keep your eyes on the employee helping you at the register the entire time they have possession of your card. I ordered food from here and used my debit card but wasn’t paying too much attention to the young female that I handed my card to because I had my one year old with me so my attention was on my baby since she was very fussy at that time and the girl was just very rude as soon as I walked up to the register so I was trying to ignore it and just get my food and go but as I was leaving I took a sip of the tea I ordered and noticed it wasn’t the right one so I went back up to the register thinking that the girl who took my order was going to come and help me but she ignored that I was standing there and eventually a man that was cooking in the back came to ask if I needed help. After he finished making the right drink, I left and went straight home. Later that evening I received a text from my bank asking me to authorize a transaction of $180 for a online makeup store called “Shilla duty free” which I’ve never heard of or seen before this happened! I did not use my card that day anywhere before or after I ordered my food from here

Koji Express Japanese Grill – Menu with Prices – 3284 Franklin Rd Suite A, Murfreesboro

I love the food here, I loved my fellow co workers when I worked here. Upon being hired I was told in about 2 weeks, I’d be able to get more than 25 hours of work a week. I wasn’t even working 15 hours a week for the whole 7 weeks I was there, even though I was told I would be working way more than that- part of the reason I had to quit and find something that would actually help support me. The entire time I was not allowed to do anything except make bags. Anytime I remotely tried to take an order or had a question for my manager, Mi, she interrupted me or treated me like I was an idiot. She is also very rude to customers if their orders are wrong and argues about just fixing them, even if it is the staff’s fault. She comes to work in a bad mood and takes it out on her co-workers. It’s kind of hard to enjoy your job with such an overbearing woman breathing down your neck waiting for you to mess up. I have had over 2 years worth of customer service experience and I was never even allowed on the register, I can’t even learn the full extent of changing someone’s order around if I’m not even allowed to touch the register. This has been the only job where I have felt so slow to actually catch on to exactly what SHE, not Koji itself, wanted out of me. I’m 20 years old, with past experience but on my 2nd day of working, 6 hours into actually working for Koji the manager told me she “thought you’d be doing better”, like I’ve been here for 6 hours and no one had showed me a damn thing. This was truly the most boring and frustrating job I have ever had, I love to work and I’m a good worker and I love talking to and interacting with customers. But I def did not love the management or the fact I was never actually taught what they wanted me to know, yelled at for asking questions, and made to be an idiot in front of the customers and coworkers for not knowing every aspect of the menu in 2 days. So if you want a job, I do not recommend getting one here. I saw someone else quit right before me for the same exact reasons, the only people that are still there are the kids that have been working there before Mi came along and about 50% of them have or are going to put their notices in soon, thus their desperate attempts to gain employees by lying to them about hours. The expectations are very high for a place that doesn’t care to actually train you, and only lets you unfold bags all day.

Virginia ABC – Menu with Prices – 507 William St, Fredericksburg

Really nice location, not too close to the middle of downtown which I actually would rather have, a little close to the park but thatâ??s not bad, clean location, friendly employees, everything is super easy to find and if your having a hard time employees will actually help, most of the time Iâ??ve had employees question why Iâ??m taking so long, I like to browse sometimes okay I just turned 21 last year donâ??t hate ð??? But yeah overall 5 star rating because nothing bad has happened

Luigi?s Grille – Menu with Prices – 5348 34th St W, Bradenton

never have i ever had such a terrible experience at a cheap restaurant, I am terribly sorry for the people that work here under horrific management. the owner is racist, disrespectful to employees and customers, and very insecure about himself as to put gross things in their products there customers are eating. I am mortified and disgusted by this place. the owner grabbed a girl because she wanted to quit and he told her not to quit after putting his hands on her! LUIGI NEEDS TO GO! I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AGAIN TIL THIS PLACE SHUTS DOWN. I will be notifying the health inspector to head into this place asap as everything tastes like trash. FAKE INGREDIENTS, Fake satisfaction all the employees hate it here and the manager only cares about making money and not pleasing anyone. Hope this helps you rethink where you want to eat!

Ireneâ??s Donuts Tucson – Menu with Prices – 340 N 4th Ave, Tucson

Cute little private business with an excellent product! Sorry to focus on only the negative here but I’ve been in the food industry for many years and helped open several business so this comes as constructive criticism for the owner. I know how difficult it can be for a small private owner because you want to stick to your guns but you need to LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and make changes to your business appropriately… they pay your bills. Being prideful will only lose you money and put you out of business.. I’ve seen it before. My biggest and only complaint is about the flow of customers. When you walk in you are brought on a group tour to explain every donut (which while inefficient and time consuming is cute an adds to the small business feel). The problem is that the display case where they show you the donuts is also the counter for transactions so people are standing in the way of the donuts that the employee is trying to describe. The employees awkwardly try to work around and point out donuts that the poor customer trying to pay is standing in front of. It is super cringeworthy. After this I’m promptly helped. The employees were friendly and very nice! However once again people walked in. Maybe 10 people waiting to be helped. The lady (whom I believe to be the owner) brings the large group in front of the display case to tell them about all the wonderful homemade donuts. The problem is now I’m the one paying.. now I have 10 strangers staring at my ass while the owner is describing the big sprinkle donut I’m standing in front of, because she told me this is where I need to go to pay. Even the poor employees looked uncomfortable about the unorganized chaotic and inefficient system put in place. This would have easily been a 5 star visit because the donuts are AMAZING. It’s also a shame because it would be such an easy fix to put up a sign saying “line starts here!” And move the POS to the counter up front so everyone wasn’t in everyone else’s way. Good luck with everything! I’m always rooting for the little guy

Scooter’s Coffee – Menu with Prices – 401 W O St, Lincoln

I don’t recommend this place! First, it took a few minutes for anyone to come up to the counter and help me because the 4 employees were just standing around behind the counter talking to each other about their personal lives. When someone did come up, she was very friendly. I ordered a very plain egg salad sandwich which I expected could be made right away and pretty quick too given that it is very simple and there were no other customers and the employees weren’t doing anything. But I was given a buzzer so I would be notified when the sandwich was ready. Unfortunately, the buzzer never went off so I just kept sitting there and sitting there. Until finally someone noticed me looking around wondering what was taking so long. Evidentially, my sandwich had been sitting in the window for me to take for a while. BAD idea to give a buzzer to the one and only customer you have! Wouldn’t it be smarter to give personalized service by remembering who I am and bringing it to me, especially since I’m 9 months pregnant and sitting right next to the food window? Do you really need that many employees with that few customers? Maybe if you had less, they would focus more on work and the customers than each other.

Sam’s Club Bakery – Menu with Prices – 1455 Towne Square Blvd NW, Roanoke

I honestly have anxiety even considering shopping here after they replaced 90% of the employees at checkout with scan and go machines. Now they have 2 employees per checkout line, and members on one side, cart and employees on the other. This makes checking out with infants and or children in your cart challenging. Now 2 or 3 checkouts open tops, and customers lining up all over the place making it hard to even walk through the front of the store. I pay $100 for Plus membership and consistently spent $300+ on groceries and refuse to scan my own groceries or wait in line 20 minutes plus any longer. I have complained to managers 3 times, and I have been encouraged to use scan and go app etc, condescended to, and told regardless of how it looks, they’re not replacing employees with machines. The cafe area here is consistently a disgusting mess, and very understaffed. Sam’s (like Walmart) treats their employees and customers like crap and it shows. It’s finally reached the point where it’s not worth the headache and membership fee to save a couple bucks It wouldn’t surprise me if a large number of Sam’s members migrate to the new BJ’s! I would have left a long time ago if not for the amazing prices on cheese!!!

Five Star Pizza – Menu with Prices – 5001 NW 34th Blvd #j, Gainesville

My mom came here after our big big let down of Pizza Hut and the pizza was awesome. It was hot and everyone in the house loved it. She said the employees were friendly and comforting her with saying they wouldn’t let her down. I upped their review status and just hope that the bad employees that worked there over a yr ago have gone. ***** (old review) – – – This loc has moved next to Sandys. 4 pizzas were called in and told it would be ready at 7:15. Arrived to find 1/4 was made. Had to ask the employees, who all 6-7 of them were standing around doing nothing. Waited another 25mins. Was never addressed when I walked in and was never apologized or addressed when I left. First time ever coming here. Pizzas were for my son’s baseball team. Employees need to learn customer service.

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 1153 Fortress Blvd, Murfreesboro

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because there are a couple of really nice employees but their customer service and managers are super slow, they see you standing needing help and will walk on as though youre not there or better yet eventually help the person in front of you the disappear for 10 minutes then come help you. One blonde manager in particular. And you can always count on something ringing up for more than the shelf tag says .

Big City Bagels & Deli – Menu with Prices – 15681 N Hayden Rd E-1, Scottsdale

After many visits, I’m disappointed that prices have been raised, yet portions are getting smaller. Loyal customers like me will not be returning. I ordered a bagel sandwich, and the deli meat was barely visible. Aftereards, the manager told me they used 2.5 oz of meat, which explains why I could barely identify the 2 slices on the bagel. That’s pitiful. At nearly $7, I feel ripped off. The price would be fine, as long as they give you enough meat to justify it. Even Subway uses more meat on a 6 inch sub. I can’t imagine the cost to this bagel shop is more than a few quarters, for another ounce of meat. I’m sure their response would be to order the “Skyscraper”, which is listed as twice the meat, for a higher price. But let’s be honest, why should I pay nearly $10 for more meat, for a still underwhelming bagel sandwich. and really is the name Skyscraper even accurate, for 4 small slices? My point is, please don’t take advantage of your customers, as the smart ones will realize they’re being ripped off, and not come back. The bagels are good, but nothing else is worth the money.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 7377 S Jones Blvd Suite 105, Las Vegas

Went there 08/15/18 @ 7:30 am, two workers standing aloof talking about their personal life behind the counter, no attention to customer service whatsoever. Ordered meatball marinara, none made because they claim there was none available, wanted to order other on the menue, but no lettuce and running noticeably low on other toppings. It’s a 24hr establishment and no prepping of toppings available including lettuce, the most commonly used item. Asked for the manager, one of the two stated he was the manager, Joe, don’t know how true this was because usually I’ve only seen supervisors. I stated to him, do you see what’s going on? How do you run a business with no lettuce, which is the more commonly used item, with all the other items running low…all I got was a blank look as if he didn’t care because he was busy tinckering with the register. How ludacris is that, why even stay open with none to minimal toppings for their subsandwiches. Bunch of unprofessional employees, including the supposed manager himself. No wander this place has a high turnover of employees. Word of advice to the management and corporate, get more quality workers or train them properly, because these guys obviously don’t care about how they represent the company, just a bunch of young lazy people. They represent the company, act like it or you will lose your regular customers like myself. I live .5 miles away, it’s easy to find elsewhere to give business to. Places like this will eventually lose business and close down like the rest. Not coming here again if this is the newer up and coming staff members. The other crew were great, these guys were unbecoming of what an employee should be representing this company.
