I will never go back to this place. I had signed up for 40 meals and 20 desserts. When I signed up the guy I signed up with told me there was no expiration date but I should try to use them within a year and I can come pick up my meals whenever I want if I don’t want to take them all at once. I obviously did not want to take all 40 meals. So the first time I took 4 meals and 3 desserts. Since I travel a lot I don’t come every week. When I came back the second time to get my meals some weeks later he had lost my paper that shows how many meals I picked up. He asked me how many I had taken. So then he started a new paper and I took another 4 meals. Then recently I went in again to get more meals and he couldn’t find my paper and said everything expires in 45 days and they throw their papers away. I told him no one told me it expires in 45 days because I wouldn’t have payed for that many meals because I know I wouldn’t be able to use all of them up. I asked if he can show me the paper that I signed where it says I have 45 days. He showed me a sample of the paper and I told him I wanted to see what I signed cause they could have just recently changed the policy. They could not find any of my paperwork. I payed around 260 for all my meals and if you are going to take that kind of money from someone you should at least keep their paperwork in your system for a year. I know very well I would not pay 260 dollars for meals I need to finish in 45 days because I wouldn’t be able to use them all. They are really unprofessional and keep no track of how many meals you have taken and have no system. They Just just keep a file and then they loose that file as well, if you can’t keep track of your customers you should not offer meal plans. I would rather go to another place where they have some kind of system. I only got 8 meals and my 260 dollars went to waste.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 3717 Las Vegas Blvd South Suite 150 Harmon Corner, Las Vegas

HORRIBLE experience here. From the minute me & my family got to ordering our food till we payed the lady was just so RUDE! We payed our food & asked for mayonnaise packets the lady says they’re all out & walks away completely ignoring the fact that we had asked for a side of it from the black containers since there was no packets, so I said it to her a little louder & she tells me to wait until she is not busy & went on to starting another customers sandwich until I repeated to her that if she doesnt have any packets I can just take a side & move on from the line & threatens me to call security to escort me out. What kind of worker is this making a big deal for a simple side of mayonnaise since there was no packets. HORRIBLE subway! Will most definitely NOT come back here again!

Taqueria Chivis – Menu with Prices – 226 Broadway, Chula Vista

So, where do I begin. The food to eat there, is good. I recently hired them for a taquiza. The owner is VERY unprofessional with taking the order. My step mom and I went to get samples on their meats and loved it so we decided to proceed. My step mom was in contact with her via text so the owner “knew” the order. I never got an invoice with the detail of the service. I went to make 2 payments at different times. Each time I went, the people there did not seem to know what I was talking about. I asked for a copy of a receipt and since it wasn’t carbon paper, I couldn’t get one. So I took pictures of the “receipts” each time I went. I went a third time to talk to the owner myself and make sure everything was in order. This lady had no idea what I was talking about. She said she already had another event booked the same day as mine and couldn’t have two on the same day. She said she keeps two different agendas to book events. Why would you do that?? That causes double booking. She was VERY honest and said that she’s only forgotten one event but it was ONLY once. (Like that made me feel better). After all was “figured out”, she asked that I call her two days before the party because “She doesn’t start thinking about the events until two days prior”. I was in shock when she told me this. I asked if she could give me a receipt so I know what I am getting and wrote up a fast note on carbon paper so I get a copy. I was spelling the address of the party location in Spanish and she did not know the letter “C”… in her native language. I was extremely worried and more stressed after that day. Very unprofessional and no minimum education. How she runs her business is beyond me. I later asked if I could get my money because I wanted to cancel she said no. Of course they showed up the party and did their thing. Food was ok. Like I said, the food to eat there is ok. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO HIRE FOR A TAQUIZA EVENT.

Fill Your Belly Deli – Menu with Prices – 282 Manor Rd, Staten Island

I was on military duties( dressed in uniform) going in for breakfast the guys made a mistake and gave someone else my sandwich and gave me his. I went back after seeing he made a mistake to get it fix. He seem annoyed. I told him what i had asked for , he said ok. Now I payed $5:25 for a bagel beef sandwich. He gave me a deef patty with no bagel . I asked wheres the bagel. He then put the beef patty on the bagel with egg that I brought back. I told him I dont eat eggs thats why I walked back to fix it. Dude started mouthing off “I dont have anymore bagels,” you change your order too much.” Went in the cash register pull the money and slap it on the counter.” ( disrespectful customer service to the ppl who support their business) if your military do not buy there. He has no respect for us who over pay for there meals.

Fine Ash Cigars Bar & Lounge – Menu with Prices – 9380 W Westgate Blvd Suite D-107, Glendale

I had to give one star to write a review. Id rather not have gave any stars. First time customer purchased 3 sticks then ordered 3 drinks. According to their menu the alcohol I chose was 8.00 dollars when drinks arrived my check was 50.00 dollars for 3 drinks!! When I pointed this out to the woman (owner I believe) she explained that the prices had changed and it should have been 10 dollars for each drink, which still should have been 30 dollars or so with tax. Then I saw the receipt. I was also charged 5 dollars per drink extra for an upgrade charge to make the drink I asked for. So not only did I have to pay for their error in pricing but also had to pay for a drink that at every other spot is between 8 to 10 dollars. I will never return to this place nor will I recommend it. Any place that wouldnt honor their own menu prices nor tell their customers there is an upgrade charge isnt a place I trust. Whether you visit or not is up to you, i just felt future customers should be warned! As per the response, here are the so called “dive bars” the business is referring to who share their cigar space that do not charge to make an old fashion. Fox cigar bar, churchills fine cigars and Torch cigars. Feel free to check for yourself. Also some other so called “dive bars” who do not charge an up charge non cigar also for an old fashion. Dominicks steakhouse, bittered and twisted, St Francis, joyride, postinos. The list goes on and on! No need for a refund, please pass it on to the next customer you plan to up charge, i would hate for another customer to feel the way we did. Just tell them theres no up charge because you owed a previous customer a refund for your error.

Beach Bagels – Menu with Prices – 5906 Oleander Dr, Wilmington

Decent bagels but poor customer service, would occasionally mess up my order, last time I went there I asked for my bagels to be cut (a $2 fee for some reason) but whatever I payed the fee, I pick up my bagels, and none of them are cut even though I payed extra for it. Whatever mistakes happen (apparently regularly here) so I call them up because I?m not paying money (even if only $2) for something I never received and I asked for a refund. They said they?d give it to me so okay whatever, waste of my time but I thought I got my money back. It?s been 2 months now and I have yet to be refunded, they literally forgot about 3 or 4 things on one order. Not going back until I get my refund which I?m assuming is never. Was a regular there but after so many mistakes won?t be going there any more.

Traditions Restaurant & Catering – Menu with Prices – 6205 S Broadway Ave, Tyler

Working with Traditions to cater my wedding in January has turned in to an absolute nightmare. I started working with Brianna Bush a few months ago. Starting off everything was going fairly well but fell apart once my mom put down her first deposit. I started requesting an official quote from Brianna in June and did not finally receive one until August 6th. I reached out multiple times via email to remind Brianna that I was waiting to hear from her and when I stopped getting responses I tried calling. I was met with a rude attitude over the phone and no apologies for the delay. I have tried reaching out to the general manager twice and have not been able to reach her nor have I had any of my voicemails returned. This whole ordeal put a very big delay in the rest of our planning as I wasn’t able to figure how much was left in our budget. When I finally received the quote from Brianna not only was it two months after I requested it but it was also for 30 people over the amount I had spoken to her about. I emailed her back letting her know how big of an issue this had been for me and that going forward we were going to be looking at other options for our wedding. I asked for her to refund the $250 deposit my mom had put down and to let me know if there was any paperwork signed that I was unaware of. When I didn’t hear anything back by the end of the day I called her to make sure she had received my email. I was once again met with a rude attitude over the phone where she informed me she had seen my email and that they would not be refunding anything. She told me that even though she hadn’t given my mom any paperwork to sign and couldn’t remember if she had told her the deposit was non-refundable that this was their policy. Not once during the past couple of months have my mom or myself received a single apology for the way we have been talked to or the lack of communication on their part. We have both reached out to the general manager and left multiple unreturned voicemails.I have heard great things from people I know who have work with Traditions catering in the past but the treatment we received has been unsatisfactory at best. I have been working in the event industry for 5+ years doing catering and venue sales for weddings just like my own. In my time working in this industry I never would have treated or talked to a client with such little respect or regard for their event.

California State University San Bernardino – Menu with Prices – 5500 University Pkwy, San Bernardino

I was excited to attend here as a veteran student. Unfortunately, my experience has been a bad one so far as a veteran student. Typically, I am hesitant to write reviews and allow time to play things through especially as a transfer student. The veterans office dropped the ball; I filled my paperwork with them back in July for post 9/11, and it took me following up in August to see were my paperwork was at and for them to notify me they needed one additional piece. Took them approximately two months and ME following up to tell me that.

Juuuicy: Market, Vegan Food, Event Venue & More – Menu with Prices – 540 Northwood Rd, West Palm Beach

Fantastic food!!! I did not give five stars as I am not a big fan of going out for dinner and being served on paper plates and plastic utensils! My husband was clearly not happy with eating off paper plates, said he was not at a picnic or barbecue! I ordered a “bowl” which was served on a flat paper plate! When I asked I was told it was suppose to be a grab and go concept, odd this clearly does not look or feel like a grab and go. The menu is also just paper. They have a full service liquor bar and they need help with service. The place itself was dark I think I would have waited to open until they figured things out a little better. I hope they change some things up as I would love to return.

Genoa Importing Menu with Prices 435 Loudon Rd, Albany

A simple turkey sandwich changed my life. I was in Albany last week, and payed a quick visit to Genoa Importing. The selection was astounding, the service was friendly and efficient, and the turkey sub was the best I’ve ever had – by far! From the fresh, delicious roll to the crisp and oh-so-fresh vegetables; simply delightful! The fresh baked turkey was unspeakably satisfying, and the sandwich so bountiful that it provided me with two full meals. As a true sandwich connoisseur, constantly in search of lunchtime nirvana, thank you for allowing me to find it carefully assembled and wrapped in white paper on Route 9. I will certainly be back, but in the meantime I will be left to marvel at the savory treasure that was my lunch from Genoa Importing.

Valley Wellness Center Menu with Prices 4415 Innovation Way, Allentown

PSA: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THIS GYM Last month, my boyfriend and I decided to checkout this gym. After the tour, we sat down with a sales women who informed us that the gym was having their 1 year anniversary promotion sometime soon (most likely that next week). However, she could not inform us of what the promotion was since she wouldn’t know until the day the promotion started. So, she suggested that if we sign up with a 3 or 7 day trial, that this money would go towards their enrollment fee ($200). So, in order to start using this gym and also get the promotion price, I purchased two 7 day trial guest passes for us ($79). We signed up under the impression (which is also written on their website & guest information sheet that waste handed to us), that this money would go towards our enrollment fee as long as we purchased a membership 3 days after our trial expires. The next day, we go into the gym and sign in, I was told by the front desk that they could not find my 7 day trial pass that I purchased. After the suggestion of my boyfriend, he informed her to look under his account. Both guest passes were showing under his account. Before we left to workout, we were told that this issue was fixed. When we returned to the gym the next day, the same issue happened again. Now, fast forward to the next week… The promotion was now available, and we were 5/7 days into our trial and were were ready to purchase a year membership. We spoke with a salesman who informed us that we were unable to use our money that we spent for our trial passes since the promotion doesn’t have the enrollment fee anymore. We only purchased the trial passes because we were told that this money would go towards the enrollment fee by a sales person at VWC. This is also clearly stated in their guest information sheet. If you look at the images I posted, no where does it state that exceptions apply. He said that he would talk to a manger upon our request and to check back with him the next day. That next day… We go into the gym and sat down with the same salesman. He informed us that the manager said that there was nothing they could do. He also stated that $80 isn’t a lot of money and that we were saving $200 since there is no enrollment fee anymore. My boyfriend had to show the salesman the math to prove that we would only be saving a couple bucks from the promotion since they wont honor what was sold to us. We spoke with the manager, who barely acknowledged our existence and assured us that she would speak to the owner upon our request. Also, just to note, they never asked if we would want to speak in their office. We had to hash this out in public space (sales office where there is constant public foot traffic). 24 hours later… We go into the gym again and spoke to the same salesman inquiring about the conversation between the manager and the owner. Upon checking both of our accounts, there was no notes under either of our accounts. We were expecting notes in our accounts if the conversation actually occurred between the manager and the owner. This conveyed to us that we really didn’t matter as customers. The salesman had to text the manger asking the results from the conversation, and she texted him back saying, again, there was nothing they could do. Again, was not offered to speak in their office..we had to hash this out in a public space. 2 days later… We go back to the gym, now our trial has expired and we’re in our 3 day grace period to use the money towards our enrollment fee. We spoke to the manager, again. At this point, we just wanted a refund. She apologized saying that there’s nothing they could do but they could give us two 7 day trial passes for friends and family. Now, think about that. They wanted US to promote their gym after they scammed us. Before we left, we asked for the owner’s email, which they refused to give. They tried to give us the INFO email, but they admitted it was a shared email between the managers and owner. So, if we emaile

Pancho’s Taqueria – Menu with Prices – 936 Elmwood Rd, Lansing

I can only give 2 stars because of the nice ladies at the restaurant. But for the food that I got just an hour ago 4 pm on March 15 well I can only give actually a half star, but Google does not have that, we ordered the chicken Mexicana and the chicken Ranchero for take out, the sauce on both meals is hard to find and I am really sorry to say that from both meals the chicken is very dry, I suspect that the chicken was pre made and just heated up, the rice was okay and the refried beans taste like they come out of a can although they claim they make it all fresh. And totally no salad or guacamole that had to come with my meal. , I cannot believe that reviews here are giving 5 stars, maybe you guys are missing some taste buds. Again the 2 stars is for being nice towards the service and owner, but paying 25 dollars and an extra 5 bucks tip is now in the trash can. Usually we go to our local Cancun on marketplace, but since I read an article in the local Grand Ledge paper, about them being so great, I wanted to give it a try and don’t get me wrong I am not spoiled about getting good food, but these 2 meals are an embarrassment. Trash any comment to me whatever you want but I don’t think it’s worth going back again for me, be my guest and try it your self,,,…..

Sur La Table – Menu with Prices – 3333 Bear St Suite 110, Costa Mesa

I took my first cooking class at Sur La Table in August and it was wonderful. We made pasta. In years past I have not had memorable experiences with participation cooking classes but I was really impressed with my class so I signed up for another one. This was with Chef Kristen for Rustic Breads and it too was wonderful. Kristen was so sweet. I registered for this class in store after My last class but when I got there the class was full and I was not listed. Kristen told me just to hang out in the hope someone would not show. That’s exactly what happened. But after class I told her I dreaded the thought of having to go back home after fighting traffic for 45 min. She said “oh I would have found a way to let you stay. “. That really meant a lot. I signed up for more classes. Now I’m looking forward to making bread.
