This place has the best fresh seafood any where in the O.C. This place is a distributor and processor but you can also walk in and purchase any type of seafood out there. I just purchased a filet of fresh yellowfin tuna that has a beautiful red color that was wild caught and not gassed to keep its red color. You might pay more but it’s well worth having extremely fresh fish from a family owned company that’s honest.

Chang’s Fish Market – Menu with Prices – 110 Johnson St, Fayetteville

THIS IS THE BEST SEAFOOD RESTAURANT IN TOWN!!! My mom came here, I go here and now my children go here. I do not go to any other place to buy seafood as I am very particular when it comes to this. I use to in times past but I gave up after one bad experience. The only reason I would rarely stop somewhere else is because Chang’s is a ways from where I live but I have found and know that it is more than worth the drive. Their fish is always fresh, hand picked through, they do not sale anything that is not up to their standards which are very high, the customer and their safety is always at the forefront and not the money. I can not express how much I have grown to appreciate their service to our community as a whole. They are very personable, very courteous, and have excellent customer service. Mrs. Thomas makes sure your fish is the way you want them and they are ALWAYS cleaned to perfection. I have never taken fish from there that were not cleaned right. Mr. Thomas is the best seafood fryer/boiler in town. He takes his time with each customer and is never in a rush. He makes sure that your fish is cooked properly if you choose to have him cook them and it is cooked as if it was something he was going to fix for himself or his family. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas take great pride in what they do. They know that many still depend on them and even though it gets hard at times, they always show up, they always give you their best , it is always known and shown how much they love what they do and those that support them You do not have to have your food prepared by them as they sale raw seafood that you can take home prepare or even freeze until you are ready for it which is what we usually do. Even when I freeze my fish because of the quality of it, it still tastes fresh and my family always enjoy it. Please help celebrate them, support a local family owned business that has stood the test of time, they have owned this business some thirty years and counting and I make sure I support them as well as my children and other members of our family. Anderson Seafoods Menu with Prices 1901, 4780 Bryson St, Anaheim

As a professional in the culinary industry and a food blogger, I’ve had the pleasure of working with products from Anderson Seafoods and I must say it is by far the freshest seafood you’ll ever cook with (if you’re not a fisherman!) Working side by side with UPS, this company makes sure to ship overnight in very well packaged boxes that keep your seafood and fish safe and fresh. Your products arrive smelling ocean fresh, none of that fishy smell! The variety of fresh and frozen fish, as well as other seafood such as lobster, scallops and more, plus their potstickers (they’re AMAZING by the way) is great. I’ve tried a few new to my fish, like Ono and Opah. Anderson Seafoods also provides education and knowledge. The site is packed to the brim with tips on cooking specific fish, as well as information on how they do business, on where their fish is from, and more. Oh, and fantastic recipes to inspire you as well are on the website and blog. Their customer service goes above and beyond to cater your every need! A small team of professionals make it happen. If I were to recommend a seafood provider for a restaurant or just for enjoyment in your own home, Anderson Seafoods is the one and only I’ll recommend. Note: Mind you, this is an online company, not a restaurant.

Constitution Seafoods Menu with Prices 8 Seafood Way Unit 1, Boston

Constitution seafood as named has to be the greatest seafood supplier in southie. Fresh seafood from oyster to lobsters, and just about any type of fish and with todays economy I find the prices very reasonable. I would highly recomend constitution seafood to anyone looking for the freshest seafood. Five stars is not enough for this establishment.

Seafood in the Sea – Menu with Prices – 4785 E McKinley Ave, Fresno

Talk about a hole in the wall. Just one table of 4 in the center a seafood type Market most people I sexy coming through or taking out but we are eating here . They have the best fried fish in Fresno. For rock bottom prices you can get a whole combo for 12.99 and have enough to eat for 2 days. Their coconut shrimp @7.99 (6 large) is amazing as well as their salt and pepper shrimp you get to opt for cornbread or tempura battering. They also have specialty Dynamite mussels and a mussel stir fry. Their coleslaw is a bit meh, but has good flavor. You can opt for regular or spicy on just about everything. You will not be impressed as you walk through the door but don’t let that fool you. They also have great collection of Frozen Seafood which I cannot vouch for but I did purchase some surf clams which are not readily available anywhere else that I know. Plus they have boxes of calamari Frozen and pounded and ready to prepare for $23 for a whole case I believe approximately 12 fillets. It’s a bit out of the way but worth the trip.

Fresno Seafood Company – Menu with Prices – 2327 N Fresno St #106, Fresno

The name of this business is deceiving. When you hear “Fresno Seafood Company” one might think you can go here to buy fresh seafood and they are the #1 resource in the central valley to do so. Unfortunately that is not the case. Yes they sell fresh seafood, but it is not a huge selection that you might think when you hear “Fresno Seafood Company” You will find a a much better selection over at Island Pacific Supermarket or SF (Shun Fat) Market. I did not compare prices though so who knows, maybe the sell it cheaper here than the aforementioned. Don’t get me wrong though I’m not saying the selection is bad, I was just expecting an expansive selection of fresh seafood that beats supermarkets. That is not the case. But what they do have is fresh. I would say call before hand on what they are selling. Another dimension of this place and where they shine is the cooked food. Good ol’ fried food. Fish and chips are a great deal here. Freshly battered and fried and super tender fish. Very generous portions for a good value. They have tons of other freshly cooked food items. Not just seafood but also meats. They also have some other packaged stuff for sale. So the identity of this place needs work, but what they are doing right now works. The workers are nice and friendly and easy to talk to and ready to help. But most importantly the food is legit, and sometimes that is all that matters.

New Sea Win – Menu with Prices – 216 W 231st St, The Bronx

To be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of fish, but I love shellfish. Other than that, I would eat salmon and the salmon I get from here is perfect, every time. Fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, this has become my go-to seafood place. Shrimps, live crabs (in the summer), and lobster – you can’t really go wrong with the selection here. Another great thing about this place is the stuff besides the fish. Their Asian snacks will be the death of me. I can never have enough of the little fruit jellies or shrimp crackers and it will seriously be a problem. Also, for those interested, they sell fresh vegetables too, which I thought was a nice touch. My mom loves that stuff. Me, not so much – but worth noting. I’ve seen the workers carefully bagging them during slower periods. All in all, about as good as it gets for a seafood market! P.S. They no longer offer delivery service, sadly. But it’s so close to the train, it’s really not that much of an issue for me.

Northern Fish Products Co – Menu with Prices – 3911 S 56th St, Tacoma

In the most unassuming location, this branch of Northern Fish is a great place to pick up fresh seafood. Fred H. really hit the nail on the head with his review. I will supplement his. The quality is very, very high at these shops. As a regular customer for over ten years at these locations, I have never a bad, or even mediocre, piece of fish. The prices are excellent and they run sales and specials all the time. It is worth signing up for their newsletters just for the sale alerts. Perfect example: fresh wild salmon steaks are on sale this week for $12.50 a pound…if you shop for fish, you know this is cheeeeeap! This is one of the only places in Tacoma where you can get sushi quality tuna. They sell the already blocked, frozen kind – which I prefer to work with when prepping for my big family. No bloodlines, no waste, neatly trimmed. No brainer. However, be safe and call ahead to check stock! Excellent shellfish, cod, etc. They also carry quite a bit in their frozen case. Last but not least, they have excellent smoked fish in a variety of flavors here. They will give you a sample if you ask. I’ve never had a smoked fish here I didn’t enjoy. At one point, they had a brown sugar smoked salmon I really liked…I don’t know if they still carry it. Fish lovers: shop here!

Pescaderia En Mesa | Pesaderia de Guaymas – Menu with Prices – 811 W University Dr #102, Mesa

This is a relatively new fish market. It is of Mexican origin. I have been watching this location for the last 1.5 months since I saw the sign when driving by on University Drive, wondering when they will open. Well, they are open now. My wife, of Vietnamese origin, and I decided to see what was up. We went in on 01/14/2017. It is a small fish market. The staff was friendly. It was a man and woman. They had some various fresh seafood and fish (octopus, snails/caracol, shrimp, and others). A lot of it looked fresh. It even impressed my wife, who knows fresh fish and seafood, coming from Vietnam. She almost wanted to purchase some of their jumbo shrimp, but decided not to. We have too much seafood at home to eat through, and now space in our fridge. We will be coming back, and this time to buy some of the shrimp if they are good. It will save us the trip to Rocky Point in Mexico. We wish this business well. We definitely want them to thrive and be successful. One of the attendants gave me their card, and told me that if we desired some kind of seafood that was not displayed, to contact them. They may have it in storage, or they can order it for us. I will consider it. Perhaps, they will eventually have more choices. Otherwise, it will be difficult competing with the Asian markets on Dobson Road, and also on Broadway Road, with their huge seafood departments. I wish them well. That shopping strip they are in never has seemed to quite recover since the Fry’s Supermarket there closed. That location needs more successes.

Seafood Shop – Menu with Prices – 9747 E 21st St N, Wichita

The Seafood Shop (Full review with photos on JakeRamstack.com) Where do you find fresh fish in a land-locked state? The best place to go is the Seafood Shop. They offer fresh fish delivered daily from the dock. There are even restaurants here in Wichita, that only buy their fish from the Seafood Shop. (insider secret) We always buy the smoked salmon and make an appetizer recipe with smoked salmon and whipped creme cheese with an apple slice on a cracker. It’s amazing, you also should try their dips – ready to go. They carry over 200 species of fish and shellfish, but if you want something special, they can order and have it to you within 48 hours. If you would like, they will cook your fish for you too. Want something ready to eat? They offer dinners to-go on Tuesday through Saturday, and lunch on Fridays. The fish tacos are superb. Meet Tish, Seafood Shop owner and awesome fish monger, pictured on right. She knows all about the fish. Stay tuned for an ‘Around Town’ video on the Seafood Shop! Fun fact: They also have cooking classes and recipes listed on their website. Check them out!

Surf & Turf Food Co – Menu with Prices – 5740 Old Cheney Rd, Lincoln

This place is in a small strip mall just off of Old Cheney road. They regularly update their Facebook page and website with information about what they are getting in or have in. When you first walk in you will probably notice the high prices, but recognize that there’s a good reason why this fish costs more than what you’re getting at the grocery store. The flavor that you get from flown in fresh, never frozen, troll caught fish that is expertly fileted is amazing. I’ve only tasted similar quality fish when eating fresh caught fish just off the sea. You will also find many kinds of fish that you can’t get at the grocery store. For example, we recently had their Ivory King Salmon-a white filet with a buttery, silky taste. Overall, this place is definitely worth a try and should be considered whenever you are in the mood for high quality seafood.

Aquarius Fish Co – Menu with Prices – 314 W 300 S, Salt Lake City

I was on a mission to find fish suitable for sushi, a daunting task in a landlocked state. I’ve tried (and failed) to find fresh, flavorful fish in the past and finally came across Aquarius Fish Co in my searches. I made it in after work, about half an hour before they closed. Although they have several different and sometimes exotic options, I was looking to purchase 3/4 of a pound each of tuna and salmon. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful, assessing my needs and made a recommendation for a New Zealand King salmon. This guy clearly knows his fish. That was hands down the most delicious salmon I’ve ever eaten, and was wonderfully fresh, as I understand seafood shipments are flown in daily. He was also kind enough to pack it on ice for me, as I had a 40 minute drive home. It’s not cheap fish, but it’s also not cheap fish, if you know what I mean. This is not your grocery store seafood department, nor is it the asian market variety. You truly get what you pay for, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the product. It’s not easy to find, but it shares a wall with Caputo’s, and is up on the second level of the building on the left side. I’m afraid I’ll wear my own path to their door now that I’ve found a legitimate fish market in Utah.

Seafood sensation of murfreesboro – Menu with Prices – 123 SE Broad St, Murfreesboro

I went to Seafood Sensation on Friday Night. The tall owner with the dreads was walking around on some type of power trp. He tried to hit on me and appeared to be intoxicated. This was the most unprofessional experience, I have ever seen at a restaurant. He was disrespecting the employees and making the dining experience very uncomfortable. He really wanted to make sure everyone knew that he owned the restaurant. My server seemed stressed out. The owner was so disrespectful to her, I told her she should find another job. We love supporting black business but this owner guy is gonna be the downfall of the company. I really hope you guys get it together. This restaurant is an embarrassment to other blacked owned businesses. The food is not the problem, the owner needs a serious intervention before he looses his business.
