We are new to Augusta but not new a hookah we’re from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and patronize lots of different hookah lounges within our home town. We went to Sharifas and was very disappointed. First of all they only have one hose hookahs so you have to share and switch tips if sharing a hookah within a large group. Also me and my husband sat for well over 15 minutes while are coals were heated up which nobody gave us a Time expectancy. The gentleman that served us or took our order was very friendly very sweet. After we waited over 15 minutes my husband and I decided to ask for a refund because it was taking too long while the Owners sat in the front smoking hookah we’re just sitting in the back looking around like what’s going on. The gentleman that served us decided to give us a refund while the woman that was sitting with him I’m assuming his boss started arguing with us very unprofessional as she sat in the chair smoking hookah with her leg over the arm of the chair started berating us for wanting a refund and talking over my husband as my husband complained about the time it took to heat up the coals and there was no communication. I asked a woman to stop talking to my husband that way and she says to me” I wasn’t talking to you”! Any other day this would have ended badly but I have matured and learned to choose my battles the gentleman stayed quiet the whole time handed me cash which we paid for with a card at the beginning of the transaction. I said thank you I took the cash and we walked outside trying to get my husband out of there as soon as possible because him and the female we’re going back and forth arguing. When I got outside I realize they shorted me a dollar so I went back inside and gave the money to the gentleman and said he had shorted me a dollar the gentleman took the money back quickly went to the register to give me the right amount the female owner was still talking stuff and says give him an extra $5!!! just to be smart I did not take the extra $5 she was implying that we were broke. When actually it was a service that caused us to ask for a refund and leave their establishment. I would give this place no stars. I know that Augusta is small and there’s not a lot to do the find another hookah bar you will be disappointed.

Oliveo Cafe and Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 2620 W Broadway Rd #9, Mesa

I went to this hookah launch for the first time and the place looked beautiful, unfortunately I had the worst experience ever. The service was terrible. My friends and I ordered two hookah’s and it took over 30 minute to get it. I went to this location on a Friday night where many people come out to hookah spot and this place was under staffed. After getting our hookah it tasted AWFUL. After our coals went out we had no one to check in with us if we needed coals or not. I had to go to the cashier and request a coal and he told us he would bring them once he is free. He just ignored me and continue taking orders from guest who arrived after us. My friends and I waited for 30 minute and still the staff did not bring us coals for our hookah. The two staff were no where to be found. We got up again and looked for the staff and told them if we do not get coals for our hookah we would just like to pay for them and just leave he then told us he would bring them. The guy finally came and gave us coals for only one hookah and said he would bring More coals for our second hookah which he never did. I was so disappointed for their services as I was the one responsible for bringing my two out of states friends to this place. It was their first hookah launch in Arizona and they were excited to be out and have fun in AZ, but this place ruined their night out in the city. We ended up paying $46 for two hookahs including one hookah we did not use because it did not have lit coals and two sodas. I will never go to this place and just want to warn everyone for this place unprofessional services! Do not go to Oliveo Cafe and Hookah launch and instead go to other hookah place near by like Memos which we ended up going to.

Fusion Hookah Lounge & Smoke Shop – Menu with Prices – 2205 W Berry St, Fort Worth

Oh man… Where to begin. I am a bit of a hookah Connoisseur. I’ve smoked Hookah in Europe and America. I’ve smoked everything from Al fakher to Tangiers. So when I say this was hands down THE WORST HOOKAH BAR I have ever been to, know that this is not an exaggeration. This had over 4 stars when I saw it on Yelp. Thought to myself “Cool! Fort Worth has some decent hookah bars!” Boy was I wrong… Get in. The cashier was chill. Asked him what hookah flavors and listed different brands. Dude had no idea what I was talking about… Finally settled on Social Smoke “absolute zero.” So I sit down. Took them 20 minutes to get us our hookah. It was quick light coals. And then. It wouldn’t smoke. I could pull a little bit out cuz I have been smoking for over a decade. However my friends couldn’t pull anything out. I popped out the hose. Turned it down towards an ash tray. And then WATER. WATER STRAIGHT POURED OUT INTO THE TRAY. This happened 6 more times because they filled it too full!? And it took them aolmost 30 minutes to bring out new coals!!! I have been to a lot of crappy hookah establishments in the 11 years that I have been smoking hookah. This is the first place I’ve ever been where they actually filled it too full with water. Like what the actual heck?? How can you even be in business as a hookah lounge if you don’t even know how the damn thing works?? Like it’s not hard to fill it decently!!! How do you screw that up?!? The owners should sell the place to people who know what they are doing and understand their customer base. The fact that these people are still in business is proof that there is a higher power in the universe. Truly disappointing.

Fume Bar & Lounge – Menu with Prices – 7195 Torbram Rd, Mississauga

My husband and I aren’t from Canada, but we were on vacation. We decided to visit this one lounge that was nearby our hotel since our original plan failed due to the place being super packed. It was Thursday night, pretty quiet and chill. No one was really there which was nice. Kind of got to enjoy ourselves in a more quiet setting. We got greeted right away and was seated in a “VIP” area which it seemed to be. The lounge is pretty spacious. We got seated next to the bar, and our server was nice. He made sure we were good our whole time there. We ordered one hookah, a mojito, a beer and some poutine fries. (Note: we’re not from Canada so we had to try some poutine lol) When we got our drinks, they were alright. My mojito seemed like it was either watered down or there just wasn’t enough alcohol in it, husbands beer was your average beer. When we got the hookah, it looked nice and there were extra coals which were nice. I was kind of blown with the hookah, didn’t like the hose they used and the smoke was weak – it needs bigger coals or more than 2 small coals for the smoke to be “milky”/ good. We managed to use the other two coals along w the other two that were already on there for a good smoke. But the flavor was spot on, very fruity and slightly minty. I can’t remember what it was called but it was def one of the mixes. The poutine fries were pretty darn good, considering they were pretty basic and we never tried them before. The reason why I gave this place a 4 star review instead of a 3, was because of the bartender that brought over our stuff, Serena. She was super nice and friendly from the start. We’re from out of town as I mentioned before. And we asked her what are some things to do in the area, places to go to, etc. She gave us many good pointers and advice and we truly appreciate that considering it was our first time in Canada. If you go to this lounge – get served by Serena. She will make sure you are taken care of and she is a very sweet person just in the 5-10 minutes we were talking to her.

Fire And Ice Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 40675 Grimmer Blvd, Fremont

A friend and I were looking for a hookah lounge one evening and after hearing good things about Fire N Ice, we decided to check it out! We arrived around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Lucky for us because Happy Hour is all day on Wednesdays, so the Regular Hookah is ~$12! It wasn’t too crowded yet so we ordered hookah and grabbed an area to sit in. We wanted something a little bit unique so we went with a mix of Blueberry Muffin and Mint flavors. The hookah hit pretty well and lasted a while. The worker did come by to rotate the coals which I appreciate. It is a bit loud in here (like most hookah places), so maybe not the best place for talking or catching up, but if you’re looking for a relaxing spot with good music to smoke hookah that’ll last you around 2 hours, Fire N Ice does the job!

Babylon Hookah Lounge and Coffee – Menu with Prices – 59 N Progress Ave, Harrisburg

The Turkish coffee was very good. Unfortunately, the hookah was awful. The pull was weak, the pack was way too tight, and while I do compliment the use of coconut coals, the bricks were too small. If they improved the pack a LOT and used Cocobrix lounge sized coals, they’d be a lot better off. The lack of clouds and flavor leaves a lot to be desired. They also didn’t have any of the Lemon or Melon fruit heads that were on the menu, and apparently haven’t had them since they opened. After my coals were replaced once, my bowl started to burn quite badly – another poor aspect where, at other lounges, I’d get three hours on a well-packed bowl or fruit head of shisha. It was difficult to get the attention of my waitress who made few attempts to check on the status of our hookah. I always feel bad leaving a poor review because a business is someone’s livelihood, but people need to know what they’re getting into before paying for a subpar hookah.

Habibi Lounge Menu with Prices 3124 S Parker Rd, Aurora

Finally, a hookah bar that is clean! Habibi is a perfect example of a hookah bar that does it right. As soon as you walk in, you’ll notice the classy decor and comfortable seating. Another plus, this place is well ventilated so you won’t feel like you’re sitting in a cloud while you spend your time there. The hookahs are clean and never harsh tasting due to the diligence of the staff keeping the coals hot and ready for you. They have a variety of attachments and different hookahs you can smoke from, each one is fantastic! Now, on to the food!! The black tea goes exceptionally well with your smoking experience. And the crepes…..oh my the crepes! I’ve only had one so far, which was the Roast Beef Crepe and it was delicious! Never have I had a savory crepe before, but this was amazing and satisfying. The crepes are big enough for two people to share if you’re not ravenously hungry. Overall, from the cleanliness of the lounge area to the professionalism and courteous staff, I would say this is the best Hookah Bar in Denver by a Mile and I will definitely be coming back again and again!

Chick Chix Chicken Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 900 N Federal Hwy #101, Hollywood

I really can’t comment on the food because both times I was in there I never got a chance to try it. First time I was in there about 2 weeks ago. I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes. Nobody else was there. There were two gentlemen behind the counter. No one ever acknowledged me. I walked out. I decided to give them a second chance. Everyone has a bad day occasionally. I went in, was greeted, ordered a sandwich and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my sandwich. The young lady behind the counter started arguing with me at first, that the food was coming but then I told her just to refund my money I need to leave. The manager/owner came out and was apologetic and gave me my money back. He was even going to give me the food and my money. I had a long drive ahead of me and there was no way I was going to eat while driving. I hope they get their act together and figure things out. The food actually did look good. But I won’t ever know. 2 strikes is all you get.

Paradise Hookah – Menu with Prices – 1320 W Blaine St, Riverside

Found this place on yelp, and wanted to try. This is a cute and cozy hookah lounge with a patio outdoor smoking facility. The interior and the lights were dim and soothing while the music in the back was not to loud, just the way i like it. I ordered double apple mint, the order was taken by a sweet lady who i suppose is the owner and super down to earth. Hookah came in a couple mins. I took the first hit and i knew this place is gonna be my fav. The best doubleapple i have smoked in a while. If you are a fan of double apple its a place to try out for sure. The service was provided by Mo, who was super sweet to us. The owner offered us some free popcorn and arabic tea which was pretty sweet of her. I am totally gonna support this business, because of the service and hookah they provided, they were checking on us for coals pretty often, unlike some other hookah lounges. The hookah lasted long and later i got a head change which was pretty remarkable too. Shoutout to Mo,hes the man.

Aficionados of Augusta Menu with Prices 307 8th St, Augusta

Seriously, don’t waste your time. The booze is all stupidly overpriced and you will be hit up by the hobos who sit on the bench outside. They now run a hookah bar in the back which is an absolute joke. The “attendants” are really lousy at their jobs. AKA you literally had to ask for everything, from getting more coals because the hookah wouldn’t start to begging for your coals to be ashed when it did get going. Plus, they have this really stupid system of trying to generate tips whereby only the attendant can ash the coals. This would work if they paid attention/remotely cared about their jobs, but this isn’t the case. They also don’t really have a permit to serve beer/wine so, while they “allow” you to drink in the back, you have to keep your booze in a brown paper bag the whole time…SUPER ghetto. Add to the nickel-and-diming, they make you buy a bottle opener to open your beer bottles. Honestly, just wait until Thursday and go to Tribeca. Believe me, you will regret wasting your time here.

Puff Puff Pass Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 1209 13th St, Boulder

Cool decor, and you can change the music…. And that’s about the end of the good things I have to say about this place. The pricing is volatile, to say the least… Whether they charge by hookah or by person, or some combination thereof is different every time you walk in the door (the last time I was there, the girl working register actually told us one price when we arrived and paid, and then came over to our table about an hour later to yell at us for not paying, and then tell us that we needed to pay another, higher price!!) The service is slow. Even if you are the only person in the place, be prepared to wait way longer than necessary for your pipe. And then wait and wait and… keep waiting for coals (if they come at all). Also, the pipes are disgusting. I’m not sure what, exactly, is floating around in the bases, but I’m pretty sure that there are never supposed to be chunks in water. Bubbles and water both cost. Okay, the bubbles I understand. But water?! I used to really like this place. And then one night we waited almost 45 minutes for a pipe that we had ordered and paid for. I got sick of waiting, and asked for a refund. The manager refused to refund our money, and when we explained that she was losing customers, told us that she owns the place and could care less whether or not people choose to come back after they’ve been there. So there you have it. Underground Hookah Springs is a pretty, but poorly managed hookah bar, with bad service and stuff floating in their pipes.

House Of Hummus and Hookah Bar Smoking Lounge – Menu with Prices – 1621 Middle Tennessee Blvd, Murfreesboro

Honestly, I wouldnâ??t even give it a single star. The moment we walked in the girl was half dressed and gave us immediate attitude about if we knew what we wanted. After looking at a menu and then sitting down, her group of friends that I guess were there while she was working were asking her to do shots. While we hadnâ??t been given coals yet and no time estimate of when they would arrive. A couple came in 5-10 min after we had been there received their coals first and after questioning her about why they had gotten theirs first she decided to tell us she had the flu and had to be at work and continued to argue with us, even yelling at us. Our first and last time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, do not go here!

Noor Hookah Cafe – Menu with Prices – 5299 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee

Im almost sure all of these good reviews are because there’s a sign on each table “post a google review and get free refills” DO NOT GO HERE. a lot of young people who cant handle alcohol and starting riots. started off real chill and laid back until the younger crowd started coming in. Worst experience ever. We got a hookah and shortly after bought beer. They only serve wine and beer no shots! We were told if we didn’t buy something else we would be asked to leave. What more do you want us to buy? Mind you the entire left side was empty. and we still had a hookah and beer. next to us was a group of 9 or more with one hookah and no drinks…. nothing was said to them. Later there were guys coming in and out arguing while the manager was locking the door. no one checks you upon entry. you have no way of knowing who is carrying a weapon. the music was nice. hookah was OKAY. one pool table right dab in the middle of the floor that was being used as a seat most of the night. upon paying our tab we were charged an extra $15 for a tip that she did not deserve. if you like looking over your shoulder in fear and being charged an undeserved tip, this is the place for you.
