We are staying at the Disney Hotel but I wanted real food and not processed food so my son and I went to grab a bite at the Real Thai Restaurant we found on Yelp and was rated (**** 1/2 stars). Absolutely delicious. We had crab fried rice, pad thai, yellow chicken curry, beef satay with cucumbers and peanut sauce. Im stuffed! Portion sizes were bigger than average too! I had to take food to go! Customer service was great! Such friendly people especially the older gentleman, he even packed our food up to go unlike other places these days they just give you the box to do it yourself. The inside of the restaurant was clean and sanitary. It didn’t feel sticky as it seems they wipe down everything frequently. I was quite pleased! I give Real Thai 5 ***** STARS!!!

spicy 9 thai Menu with Prices 1984 Nome St, Aurora

I would call myself a “Thai Food” Lover! I usually eat Thai Food about 5 days a week. I have been all over Colorado and have eaten at most of the Authentic Thai places. Today I have seen this place pop up on yelp and so I decided to give it a try. I started with the Vegetable Egg Rolls which I would say are “just ok”. They are the same traditional frozen egg rolls I have had at other places. I personally prefer them made by hand, especially if I am paying $5.50. Next the young man brought out my Thai Tea which I was surprised to see it come to my table with a sealed lid, as if it was made outside of the restaurant. This is the 1st time I have ever seen this. Most of the time the Thai Tea is made fresh daily at the restaurant. The Thai tea was too sweet to drink. Not sure how many grams of sugar were in it, but it was overpowering the tea. Next was the Nam Tok Noodle Soup which also was “just ok”. When it comes to Thai Soups it’s all about the broth and flavor, Only 2 Pork meatballs were a disappointment! For a $11.00 soup I expected more. I have had $6 Thai soups that would blow this soup out the water. I am very picky about my Thai because I eat it almost daily, maybe my expectations for supposed to be “AUTHENTIC THAI” are very high. Based on my visit today this is a decent place for people who don’t really know Authentic Thai Food.

Tipp Thai Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 1778 Piner Rd, Santa Rosa

We had high hopes for this place given all the good reviews, but the disappointment with Thai restaurants in Northern California continues. Where does one get good Thai food north of LA? Not even San Francisco can deliver. Let me know when you find out. The food was bland and missing key ingredients – fish sauce was nowhere to be tasted. The curry felt like it came out of those squeeze-bags found in Asian supermarkets. The Pad Kee Mao were just a pile of wide noodle with a couple sad veggies. On the bright side the place was clean and the staff friendly. The older gentleman who may be the owner was lovely and kind. If you’re him, reading this, please consider going back to the basic and beautiful ingredients of Thai cuisine; we’d love to give this place a second chance.

Magic Thailand Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 842 Logan Ave, Winnipeg

Yum, yum, yum! Don’t let the location and the exterior fool you – the inside is packed with diners and the food is great! I’ve been looking for another Thai place to go to since Vanxai’s on St. Mary’s has been disappointing me in the last few visits. I haven’t been back to Magic Thailand in years because the location isn’t the most convenient. It is located in an industrial area and the exterior is not much to be desired but inside, the restaurant has been recently renovated. Nothing amazing, but it’s warm, bright and inviting with lots of tables inside to seat couples to large groups. As with most Thai places you can order your food from a heat scale from 1-10. I have a high heat tolerance for spicy foods so here a 5 is true mid-range for someone who eats spicy food. I tried everything at a 5 as the other people eating with me didn’t eat that spicy. Personally, I would order about a 7 for a real nice kick. For others who don’t eat spicy, I would suggest a 2 or 3. The Thai Chicken Skewers ($8.50 for 3) and it comes with a spicy peanut sauce. Not my fave appy as it’s just grilled chicken breast that didn’t have much flavour on it’s own so you have to rely on the peanut sauce which was very yum. For this price, I wouldn’t order it again as I’d rather get another entree dish to share instead. I really liked their “pad thai” with shrimp which was $10.50 and it comes with a side of bean sprouts. At a level 5, the spiciness definitely came through so I’d keep this as a 5. Great flavour in the pad thai mix. The green coconut curry stir fry with chicken ($9.50) had lots of vegetables in the creamy coconut sauce. Not the best green curry I’ve had but it was good. At a level 5 spice, it was okay, I’d definitely up it to a 7 or 8 as the heat gets a bit lost in the sauce. The Matsaman – potato, onions, red peppers, basil, peanuts with chicken ($10.50) is a great dish if you like more peanut flavour and heartiness of potatoes. Food service is fast but table side service is okay as you kind of have to flag down people to get more things. Overall, great place for Thai food!

Ruiz Tamales & Tortilla Factory – Menu with Prices – 422 14th St, Corpus Christi

Especially the older gentleman! ???? You can’t go wrong here with service or food ! It is a bit hidden but that’s more food for us lol

Talay Thai Restaurant (Halifax) – Menu with Prices – 5164 Morris St, Halifax

I’ve been to Talay Thai several times over the years and am consistently blown away by the combination of delicious food, superb service and staff, and fantastic prices. To top it off the ambiance is wonderful with good acoustics, unlike too many restaurants that are awkwardly noisy. We had a dinner of 5 people tonight, with plain rice. Pad Thai with extra veggies instead of meat, a cashew veggie curry and a massaman curry with chicken. We had spring rolls and mango salad to start. Because it was a birthday the server brought a gratis ice cream mound with a candle, ringed by pieces of the deep fried banana dessert. Service was so very friendly and efficient. The total bill for 5 people with drinks was $93. Just an all round great Thai restaurant!

Taste of Thai Plano – Menu with Prices – 3205 Alma Dr #401, Plano

At first, we wanted pizza..then someone suggested Thai food…. and that was clearly the best decision we could have made after we ate at this place!! The customer service was outstanding. The owner himself, Michael Lentini, sat down next to us at our table and took our orders. His humor and friendly personality entertained us and made us fall in love with their restaurant! He walked each of us through the menu and gave his best descriptions of the meals to a T and recommended choices to match our taste buds! Him and his staff were a delight, waiting our table diligently. He later introduced to us his wife, Nina Lentini, whom makes all of the authentic dishes from scratch! (Might I remind you that we aren’t a special group of people..just regular customers!) We were more than satisfied with our choice to go to Taste of Thai. The food was full of FLAVOR!! 5 STARS!!! This is a sit-down establishment with many choices on the menu. Thanks for a great Thai experience, Taste of Thai! May your restaurant prosper. http://tasteofthaiplano.com

Thailand Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 86-05 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica

Wanted to try this restaurant as it is the only option for Thai food on Uber Eats. As we came to the restaurant the outside looks a bit shabby so we were reluctant to go in, once inside we had to sit ourselves as it was empty with 1 other patron. The place is clean but very outdated decor. It only has 2 staff members working there the owner who is an older woman, and her assistant. The wait is a bit long, but my boyfriend and I ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer, chicken green curry, and chicken pad Thai as our main courses. For drinks I got the Thai iced tea, and my boyfriend ordered the tamarind juice. Spring rolls were good and tasty, our drinks were good (Thai tea was creamy), and our food was actually very good. Food came out very hot so be careful. The green curry was flavorful but I also felt that it was a healthier version than most green curry I’ve had ( not a lot of additives), the pad Thai was also flavorful and saucy ( I hate dry pad Thai). The owner was very friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Fa-Sai Thai Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 12910 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove

I’ve always seen this place when I’d be craving Thai food in the area and they’re open fairly later than most places so I decided to stop by this place on a Friday evening. It’s a fairly big restaurant that’s already in a big plaza so that’s a huge plus. The high rated reviews for this place brought me in, but another big reason was the $1 Thai Tea check-in offer. When I brought it up to my server, he clearly told us it’s valid only for a Thai Tea with their smallest size that isn’t on the menu. Anyways, here’s what we ordered: **Pad Thai with Chicken: For myself, I like to try pad thai before I try anything else because that’s the dish that needs to shine. I’ve definitely had better, but at the same time, it wasn’t too bad either. The portion was pretty big for the price. It’s a decent size and could possibly be eaten as “family style.” Pretty above average in my opinion. (4/5) **Pad See Ew with Crispy Pork: My friend ordered this and I tried a little bit as well. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pork because it was deep fried and it was too fatty as well. However, it was decent as well. (3.5/5) **Cream Cheese Wonton: This was really good. The sauce was on point as well. I just wish it was a bit more crispier when served, but no complaints at all, really. (4/5) **$1 Check-in Thai Tea: When the server told us it’s a small size, I was expecting a small cup, but when it came out, I was a little impressed. It was served in a smaller beer glass. It came out with your tea layer on top with the creamer on top, which was nice. I did mix it up in the beginning and it was really sweet; a little too much for my liking. But hey, for $1, totally worth. (3.5/5) Even though the restaurant was big and packed, better service at a Thai joint from my many experiences. However, it was difficult to wave someone down to get your check and for them to take your money as well. I’d go up to the front if you want to save time to pay. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last.

Porto Rico Importing – Menu with Prices – 201 Bleecker St, New York

I would have give this coffee shop 5 stars. They put 4 express shot in my $4 ice latte. It was the best ice latte I ever had. However, the customers service is surprisingly awful. I would give them 0 star for customer service. Their so called baristas is the worst I have ever seen. The barista is even worse than the ones who work in Starbucks. I am not sure they are even qualified as a barista. I was taking photo of my coffee. The barista got freak out and said don’t take pictures of him and told me to delete from my phone. I don’t know who he think he is because I was taking photo of the “coffee”. Just like the other reviewers on yelp, this coffee shop has 0 customers service even they have great coffee. They’re very unlike other coffee shop. First, They don’t offer a comfortable environment for you to stay. No seats inside of course. Apparently they want the customers to pay the money and go away. Second, this place is not credit card friendly unlike other coffee shops in the city. They have old fashioned machines. They prefer cash. Third, the environment is dirty. You can actually see the dusts around the cashier area. The only good thing about this coffee shop is the good coffee with cheap price. I would still come to here next time but I would just close my eyes and ignore everything and get my coffee out of here.

Cactus Cantina Downtown Pensacola – Menu with Prices – 22 S Palafox St, Pensacola

….Too many restaurant choices are now on Palafox St. I remember back in the day when there were like 2 places to choose from after getting your drink on. Hot dogs or Pizza, and those 2 choices depended on how buzzed I was. If I was only so-so buzzed, I would go for the hot dog. For real for real buzzed, pizza. My how things have changed. Now, there’s like way too many choices from sushi, to pho, to burgers, to pasta, etc, and I dont like change. Add Mexican food now to the list. Im glad there is now a spot where I can get a chimichanga, or a burrito. Cactus cantina is, what it is. An average spot, serving average food, at average prices. Remember, you’re in Pensacola, where everything and everyone is average. The hottest guy in town looks like Paul Rudd, I love Paul Rudd, but by Hollywood standards, he’s no Brad Pitt. He’s average. Average is not bad. Like Cactus Cantina. Women. Hottest chick in Pensacola looks like Jennifer Aniston. Hey, I like Rachel Green. Average tho. Average like the Bloody Mary, the quesadilla, and queso dip I had here. Nothing wrong with Jen Aniston. She fcuked Brad Pitt for pete’s sake. Heck, this review is probably average. Average is Good.

House of Thai Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 4582 Cumberland Rd, Fayetteville

6/25/2019: I had to update my review because House of Thai more than deserves the fifth star. Their food is just so dang good. I’ve tried a few other Thai places in Fayetteville over the last few days and nowhere held a candle to House of Thai. This time I ordered the Tom Kha medium spice and the Drunken Noodles hot spice. And holy wow!! I am food drunk right now this was so good. The curry the other day was definitely delicious, but I think it was maybe just a little too busy last Friday for them to be able to really put the magic into their cooking that I was lucky enough to receive today. 6/21/2019: I am personally a Thai fanatic. And I’d definitely come back to this place. That being said, it was by no means the best Thai I’ve ever had, but it was by no means anywhere close to the worst. I’m giving four stars because the service was good, the food came fast, fresh, and hot, and the spice level was fair. Overall, my expectations of Fayetteville Thai, at a restaurant with few reviews have been exceeded. I ordered the green curry with chicken with medium spice. Sometimes I order medium spice at other restaurants and it’s like they forgot to even salt the food it lacks so much spice. But the spice level here was really good. I love spicy food, and after eating a bit my nose started to run and I had that little bit of tinlge on my lips. The curry itself was pretty standard. It wasn’t anything exceptional, but I would definitely eat it again. Overall, I would recommend House of Thai to my friends.

Eastside Thai Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 879 Payne Ave, St Paul

Looks can be deceiving. I was a bit suspect of the restaurant as it appeared small and an older space. My family and I stumbled upon Eastside Thai for a weekend lunch option. Our goal was to find a place with vegan and meat options. We succeeded! Eastside Thai is conveniently located on Payne Ave. There is street parking and a public lot nearby. Everyone in our group was very satisfied with our entrees. We had egg rolls, pad Thai, noodle soup, and cream cheese wontons. I loved the cream cheese wontons and the pad Thai! I also love the option of being able to customize the spice level to any dish. The service and overall experience was great!! I’d definitely go back to Eastside Thai! Support locally owned businesses and eat at Eastside Thai! St. Paul has yummy food!! You just have to be open!
