Had been here one other time a few months ago was extremely busy. Wait staff was extremely slow then this time the wait staff was a bit more attentive. On the other hand have no clue how she would stay there with a manager like that. A apparently drunk unstable human being if that’s what you would like to call it. Didn’t have a very big selection of craft beers but that’s okay we dealt with it. Very dirty bathrooms. We will definitely not return can’t believe that we came back we only stayed this time for the amount of time we did because we felt bad for the waitress having to put up with her managers degrading demeanor. She told us her name but we can’t remember off hand but whatever your name was who served us tonight good job you could do much better somewhere else and not have to put up with that

Daisy’s Garage – Menu with Prices – 5240 Edgewood Rd NE, Cedar Rapids

We ate here a number of times last spring and were always so pleased with the service that we once called over the manager to commend her and her staff. Tonight however, we were very dissatisfied . When we entered we were asked if we wanted to sit in the bar or restaurant area. We were not told there was outside seating. The restaurant was freezing. We ordered and waited an exorbitant amount of time for our food. During that wait, family friends came in and told us they were going to go grab a seat outside. They did so. When we next saw our waitress we told her we’d like to move outside. She told us there were no tables. I went out and looked and there were in fact several empty tables. I came back in and told her we had found one and that we’d like to go outside. Then another waitress interrupted us and said those were all for people on a wait list in the bar. Our friends were not on a wait list when they immediately entered and sat outside. I suspect that the outside waitresses did not have the capacity to take anymore customers. But rather than say that, the staff was rude and gave us a nonsensical answer. After 20-30 minutes, my husband was finally served and I was told mine food was still being prepared. We waited another several minutes before I was served. I don’t know if management has changed but we are very disappointed.

Abby Singer’s Bistro – Menu with Prices – 617 Texas St, Shreveport

I can’t explain it! Well, this was my first experience at this restaurant and I wasn’t impressed. First off it was lunchtime and my time was limited. I waited 8mins at the wait to be seated sign for the rude waitress that coughed over everything to acknowledge I wanted service. It took a lady to walk over to her and tell her I was there… I ask the rude waitress who was the lady who alerted her of my presence and the waitress said” I don’t know who in the fuck she is”. Wow, what great customer service. I was told to sit at the bar to make my order. I ordered and watch the waitress cough, cough, touch money, cough into her hands and cough, cough, and cough without washing her hand. She then complain about her $3 tips. She cough and waited on other tables. This is how the flu and other germs are passed around. The Managers really need to teach your waitress hand sanitizing and how important it is to practice safe serve. I Ordered the chicken and waffles, it wasn’t a half of chicken and it was bland but with the hot honey sauce made it taste better. I wanted to take my family back for the experiences but I wasn’t really moved by the whole ideal….

Masa Contemporary Japanese Lounge – Menu with Prices – 2819 W March Ln, Stockton

Would give zero stars. My brother and dad had ordered 2 rolls and noticed that the rice felt stale and possibly old and some of the fish on my dad’s roll tasted sour. (Which has been a complaint from other people on Yelp and Google) My dad told the waitress (who was very kind and understanding) and she brought over the owner/sushi chef. My dad calmly reiterated what he had told the waitress and the owner became extremely hostile and raised his voice. He kept claiming that his fish was fresh and said, “Well I can’t satisfy everybody”. That should be your goal as a restaurant! He kept making excuses and never gave one single apology and just told my dad not to eat the roll then. The owner was also being extremely rude to the waitress. He yelled at her to bring the check. My family will never be coming here again and you should avoid this place all together.

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery – Menu with Prices – 5835 E Arrowhead Pl, Sioux Falls

I was told from others, and online that they’re looking for immediate hires. I called and was told if I come in to fill out an application both hiring managers were on shift I could probably get an interview. When I went to fill out the application though, neither hiring manager was in that day oh, so I was told to come back the next day both would be back on shift. I went back first thing in the morning about 9:30, they hiring manager told me she was doing orientation and didn’t have time to visit with me, asked me to come back later in the afternoon. Of course this time, I called before going back to make sure both were still on staff and somebody would be available to interview, one of the hiring managers said yes they had a few hours open come on out. Of course wanting a job, and being more than qualified for the position that I was applying for. I did go back, one of the managers told me to have a seat she’d be right with me. In the 10 minutes that I sat there, I hardly seen any staff, I saw the manager back and forth a couple different times, she told me she try and find me application then be back with me, by the time she finally did get back with me, she said she didn’t have time to look for my application oh, she needed to be on the floor, but if she found my application should give me a call. What a disappointment, just bad business. If you’re hiring, make the time that you say that you have available for the applicants.

Nectar Catering and Events – Menu with Prices – 120 N Stevens St, Spokane

Katie who helped coordinate my rehearsal dinner was amazing on 6/15! Unfortunately, that’s where the great service stopped. We arrived at the venue and were asked for our drink orders, I ordered a drink for myself and fiancé and was not ID’d. Neither was anyone else. One of my bridesmaids gets to the dinner a little late and halfway through the night I realize she doesn’t have a drink. I go to the bar to order a drink for her. The waitress, pours the beer and takes my credit card. When she goes to hand it to me she goes, “wait who is this for?” I was very confused because I’d been ordering drinks for myself and others earlier and hadn’t been asked for any ID. When I responded it was for my bridesmaid (who is well over 21 and the oldest of all of us), she said, ” she already tried and has no ID.” and takes the beer back from me. Now I’m feeling extremely embarrassed because I didn’t know she forgot her ID and the waitress’ response was like I was purposefully trying to buy for someone under age. After that, this same waitress ignores me the rest of the night when checking on other tables around me. At one point I watch her gossiping to two other staff members behind the bar immediately after this happened. I felt like they’re talking about what just happened, then they all three look over at me at the same time. Normally, I’d think I was paranoid but her treatment towards me the rest of the night was just rude which made me feel like they were talking about me. The whole dinner I just felt like the terrible service overshadowed the rehearsal and special time. I am very disappointed and the service and my treatment for something that was meant to be so special. Would not recommend an event here with that kind of service.

Hungry Wolf BBQ – Menu with Prices – 9865 E Hampden Ave, Denver

We went when this place first opened and loved the food. We decided to take some more people with us to try the food. We sat down and were created by a kind waitress. She took our order, the Catfish dinner and Hungry Wolf Platter. We were told they were out of the beef ribs and they were busy today. No problem. We received our drinks…we waited and waited with no one to check on us. We noticed others getting their food. I asked another waitress to add bread to our order, she asked what our order was, she went to the kitchen and didn’t return. Our waitress then returned and said the kitchen was back up and she apologized for the wait. We were patient…15 min go by and the table next us got up and walked out without getting their food claiming their experience was terrible. Our waitress apologized to them and took their food away. Then I had to flag her down to get the SFSU’s of our food as it’s been over and hour. She went to check and didn’t return after 10 minutes only to tell is that our ticket was lost. We ended up leaving without any food. Although the food is great, the service is subpar. Waitress who doesn’t know her customers food order and the status is unheard of in the restaurant industry and a shame for this hole in the wall. We will not return!

Tipsy Pig Pub Evanston – Menu with Prices – 2060 Symons Valley Pkwy NW, Calgary

My wife and I along with my sister and brother-in-law visited the tipsy pig Evanston for the first time tonight. Although the food was actually quite good, the Presentation was sorely lacking and unfortunately it took an extremely long time to get our order as they lost our order. Our waitress was actually quite amazing, to deal with such a long wait for a meal, plus the missing items. My sister received her meal about 20 minutes before the three of us received ours which was very awkward, but we made it work. The prices were very reasonable, the food was good and the service as I said, from our waitress was amazing. The tipping point for me was when I went to the washroom, an employee came out of the kitchen followed me in and basically did a dump and go. That simple process by itself has determined that I will never return to the tipsy pig in Evenston and it makes me wonder if the one in Beddington has the same mindset. Will I recommend tipsy pig, no, will I ever go back, no. If an employee cannot wash his hands in public it makes me wonder what they do in private in the kitchen.

Twisted Rooster Bar – Menu with Prices – 1220 W New Haven Ave #150, Melbourne

Great entertainment. Management is pretty bad. I went and cheered the drag show and was overwhelmingly proud of the culture I don’t expect here since move a couple months back. Literally the second the management asked the crowd to “back up” I was exited for my sis performing and tippped and stayed forward for her. Nonetheless, I was literally removed by the staff who didn’t want to take me away from the show but had orders from the manager with a vendetta. I came and supported the cause… I am an Airmn, and For a spot for for a pride board because I recognized a need within the communinity… I will not return based on the management of this opening night. I will not return due to the toxic vetting, despite what is probably a good intention for the owner . Fuck this place. They don’t actually stand for the freedom I’m used to celebrating and that was made clear tonight. I was removed after tipping the staff and the show 20$+. Please advise.

Keys on Main – Menu with Prices – 1003 Pacific Ave, Tacoma

I have gone to Keys on Main many times and it is always a fun time. Tonight however, was very disappointing. I went out with a group of friends to celebrate three different birthdays. We knew the drill and before the performers came out put our $20 birthday request on the table. When they came out they informed the crowd that in order to be sung to on stage that what we did is what is required. I understand that the way normal song requests go is the higher the price paid the sooner it gets played. But we were told that birthday songs are $20 and they get mixed in. Well our request never got played and I asked the staff around 12:30 after I closed out our $100 tab if I could get a refund since it was a birthday request and not a regular song. The waitress asked her managers and said we would have to ask the performers. So I did just that and they said no we can’t take back our request. It is very sad that we could not get the main thing that made us choose Keys on Main to celebrate. Thank you for helping me come to the decision to not celebrate at this establishment in the future.

Metro Diner – Menu with Prices – 711 A-I, N Thompson Ln, Murfreesboro

This was my first time going here for brunch. I’m giving 3 stars due to the amount of time we had to wait. We showed up at 10am on a Sunday and was told the wait would be 25-35 minutes. That wasn’t the case at all. Our wait was an hour plus. The hostess/host at the front didn’t seem to really know how to gauge time because there were several other people who were told one wait time and it was actually double that amount. The food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. It was cold and barely had any cheese on it. I also ordered a side of home fries, but apparently they were out! I don’t understand how they can be out of a breakfast item at 10am, but I guess it happens. Overall the food was good and my waitress was really good too. I don’t think I’ll go back for brunch due to the wait and them running out of items on the menu. Other members of my party had the pancakes and they were very pleased with them.

Mama’s Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 7488 S Broadway Ave, Tyler

I am a long time fan of the Original Mama’s on 5th, so I decided to try this location, because well it’s Mama’s so why not. I enjoy the locations however, the service and food was nowhere near what I was expecting. We arrived and were seated quickly, only three other tables, after a small wait the waitress took our drink orders, a water and coke. We never got the coke… Placed our food order, the Fajitas. They came out after a bit of a wait, but the waitress was rarely seen. After she dropped of the food she just disappeared…we saw the other waitress but that was it… I can’t say that I would return, I’d rather drive to the other side of town and go to the original.

Good City Brewing | Downtown – Menu with Prices – 333 W Juneau Ave, Milwaukee

Tonight I experienced Good City Brewery for the first time. The location is great, and the food is good for a brewery. However, we had an experience with a member of the wait staff that was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. My friend and I had walked into the entrance and were standing, menus in hand, in front of the register on the first floor. We made eye contact with the waiter 3 times and he blatantly dismissed us. Ok. I get it – it’s (semi) busy and we may not be priority. Totally fine. We then got the attention of the bartender. We ordered, and she told us we could either wait for our food downstairs or go up, and come back down in 15 minutes bc they don’t bring the food upstairs. We opted to go up. 12 minutes passed and up comes the dismissive waiter with glasses from before, this time blatantly upset… borderline furious. He greets us with our food and says “DID she tell you to wait downstairs?!” *1 second of silence while we take in what appears to be a tantrum* “Yes? K great because next time I will NOT be bringing this up to you.” It was extremely rude, and a bit bizarre. The cherry on top was that I calmly approached him after dinner and explained the situation. He briefly acknowledged me, and then walked away and said “oh you’re fine” as if I was apologizing. ….I was not apologizing. Never do I go to review sites for negative feedback but this an exception. Hoping Good City Brewery takes this feedback seriously. My guess is they’ll know who this is.
