5 star customer service. Brett was amazing. I had an issue with a sandwich the day before and he offered me a replacement no questions ask, he even offered chips, a drink, and a cookie, to which I declined but he really went out of his way to amend the issue and I will definitely be back soon to get a sandwich! They have the best subs in town. Thanks again Brett!

Crumbl Cookies – Gilbert – Menu with Prices – 2743 S Market St #104, Gilbert

Have never been here before. But it was talked up by several people. Went in and was shocked by their prices almost $4 for a cookie. We asked about nuts since our kids have but allergies and they said only 2 of them have nuts in them but the facility does have nuts in it (which we totally understand). However, I watched the girl put all of them in the box with the same spatula (cross contaminating all of them). We asked if we could swap out our single cookie in a small box for a different one since we had not taken position of the box yet and the girl said yes. She kept the small box and handed us a cookie in a small bag instead. So we paid for the stupid box and did not even get it. And the frosting was smashed all over the bag. When we tried the sugar cookie it was nothing like Sweetcakes Cookies in Mesa (soft and creamy). It was dry and lacked cookie flavor. Lady who looked like the owner or manager in (round frame eye glasses) did not interact with customers and seemed like she did not want to be there. She was also the person who told the employee to put our replacement cookie in a bag and not give us the box.

Brett’s Casual American Menu with Prices 3190 Atlanta Hwy #11, Athens

We ate lunch today at Brett’s Casual American and boy were we pleased with our lunch and the OUTSTANDING service. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make sure that we had an excellent dining experience. This is a FAMILY restaurant – you can tell because there is a lovely photo of them on the wall. Obviously, they know what another family is looking for when eating out. Noticing that we had a toddler with us, we were offered a high chair or booster chair. Then, we were offered crayons and complimentary Cheerios that were already packaged in a small take-out cup – what a thoughtful and lovely gesture. We were so embarrased when our little guy dumped some of them on the floor – as we quickly moved to pick them up, we were met by a young woman – dust pan and broom in hand who was happy to clean up his mess. Our meals were delivered quickly and were all delicious. We had two servings of spicy chicken tacos, a BLT sandwich, and a brisket sandwich – we all loved everything but my favorite was the sweet potato tater tots that really tasted like sweet potatoes. We were checked on several times while we were dining and anything we needed was offered and immediately brought to us. I cannot recommend this clean, attractive spot enough, please try it, you will not be disappointed.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 8000 W Sahara Ave, Moneyworld Plaza Suite 160, Las Vegas

The owner knows nothing about customer service. Awful experience over a simple cookie. Should have just offered it complimentary for making me wait so long. I was waiting to make a payment for 7-8 minutes because my order kept coming up a dollar more because I ordered the meal of the day and had a free cookie offer. The new clerk, working alone, didn’t know why it kept coming up a dollar more. She had to call her manager which actually took quite some time. She was unaware I couldn’t get multiple discounts and I was unaware that you couldn’t get multiple discounts, but my son already received the cookie. Owners response: I have to pay for the cookie. What a fool, can’t see the forest through the trees. Over a 69 cent cookie. I won’t return to this franchise location and I’m sending this situation in on the survey.

Firehouse Subs – Menu with Prices – 9810 Slide Rd F, Lubbock

Have eaten at all of the Firehouse Subs locations here in town. Food is always consistently good. Service has always been good as well. Our visit here today was the best thus far at any location. The crew engaged in some nice conversation while we waited for our subs to be put together. The food was excellent. Ordered a double meat Club and was very pleased with the amount of meat on the sandwich. I think that Jimmy John’s double might be a little bigger but the quality isn’t quite as good. Very pleased with the service, our food and our experience. We will be back!

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 4000 Virginia Beach Blvd #192, Virginia Beach

I typically have really good service here, and Iâ??ve never had an issue until today! Me and my 7 year old go in, to get 3 subs, my sub, was a tomato basil turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap! After they put the meat on my wrap, I asked three times to have cheese put on, then I said ok, IL ask after they heat my sub up, I said can you toast my sub, both employees said no, we donâ??t toast these wraps, I said I understand, but I like my sub toasted and Iâ??ve gotten like that at other spots, They literally sat there and argued with me about me getting my own wrap toasted, then after the wrap finally got put in and come back out, I had to ask again for cheese, the sandwich was still cold in the middle, not sure IL go back to this spot, didnâ??t understand the issue with heating my wrap up, I remained respectful and courteous, but believe I will take my businesses elsewhere; and avoid this spot! Itâ??s not up to an employee to tell a customer how to have their sandwich or wrap, or what they will or wonâ??t to a customers asking for something, I wasnâ??t asking for anything out of the ordinary, and didnâ??t appreciate what happen today! My 7 year old even asked me when we left why didnâ??t they just toast it!

Main Squeeze Juice Co. Menu with Prices 9659 Antioch Rd Suite 100, Baton Rouge

This is goodness! This is also the best location for me since I workout in this area! Brett was so wonderful explaining the organic choices I can choose from and no dairy products! I was able to sample and able to take my time looking at the menu. Brett was awesome explaining about all the different smoothies, bowls, and cold-pressed juices to choose from. The owner Eric let me take a video and explained how they juice the kale – everything is organic and fresh. Everything is made right on the premises! You can even mid your own smoothie by pedaling in their Main Squeeze bike! I love the organic sitting area and this place is super clean!!! They also have a rewards program -right up my alley since I will be a regular customer here! So pumped this place is here and looking forward trying more yummy items on the menu!!!!

Firehouse Subs – Menu with Prices – 407 W 49th St Ste 1B, Hialeah

I use to live near a firehouse subs and loved it. When I saw one opened in Hialeah I quickly convinced my family to come to taste the awesome subs. The service here sucked being that they just newly opened you would think customer service would be a priority. They didn’t give us our drink cups. Which whatever it’s fine I went back to ask for them. Then the food was taking way longer then expected so I had to go and ask if it was ready. They told me not yet I was a little frustrated with the wait. Then they didn’t know my name for the order so they asked everyone in the restaurant “anyone order a turkey bacon ranch”. That’s the least of the issue the sides didn’t come until AFTER we finished our meals. My family was upset they had to wait so long for sides! I went to ask about the sides they needed to see my receipts. I then ent back to my chair and had to wait. It was just honestly ridiculous at this point. Overall the subs taste great which is why I gave them an extra star but the service really didn’t do it for me. The service SUCKED I could have gone across the street to chipotle and probably would have had a better experience. It would take a lot for me to give a bad review as I always like to support Hialeah businesses, but the service was horrible.

Great Khan’s Mongolian Grill Santa Monica – Menu with Prices – 395 Santa Monica Place FC03, Santa Monica

This is a review purely on customer service just as a disclaimer. I’ve worked in the service industry myself so I may have higher standards, but essentially I was given a bowl with a noticeably large chip. Naturally I asked for a replacement because I don’t want anything non-food related in my lunch. What should have been a simple “No problem” and a replacement fully intact was met with eye rolling and the employee throwing her hands up in the air as if my request was uncalled for. I’m not sure why my request was ridiculous because I’m sure anyone else would have naturally requested a swap. It takes 5 seconds and just shows better customer service. After all, your revenue depends on people actually eating your food.

The Baked Bear – Menu with Prices – 1789 N Victory Pl, Burbank

First of all……..cool name. Second-I never knew of this amazing little plaza, filled with good food, hiding behind the other stores. Luckily my gf found it somehow and first thing we try is the baked bear because it felt like a cookie ice cream sandwich type of day…. The workers are super friendly and have good customer service. They let us try samples (many) and all were pretty decent. The “baked bear” ice cream didn’t live up to my expectation so I didn’t order that but it was okay. Just not….life changing. We ordered a sandwich and split it (luckily we didn’t order our own because we were stuffed after one). I like how they let you choose two different cookies for the sandwich. We chose the gooey butter and s’mores cookie. The gooey butter was delicious!! Number one fav. Not as gooey as I thought it would be but still bomb! The s’mores cookie was super good as well. They were both soft and chewy even though they’ve been sitting there for a while. The cookie dough ice cream was pretty good. If I’m going to have a cheat meal and eat some ice cream, I like for it to be super sweet. This was not. It wasn’t bland but wasn’t satisfying. The price was good for the portion. You also get one free topping with the yelp check-in! Not sure if I’d come back but I’d recommend trying the baked bear at least once in your life.

Sharp Cookie – Menu with Prices – 5380 N Mesa St, El Paso

I’m not a butter cookie type of gal. Most of the time, I think they’re tolerable. But I was really impressed with this store’s cookies. First, the shop is simple and cookies are displayed very professionally. Second, the customer service was friendly and informative. She explained that a lot of custom orders were made and that the assortment of cookie designs could be found on their website/facebook. At the store, you can get cookies to eat and even get regular cookies (without designs). I picked up a day old $0.75 Pecan Noir cookie and it was deliciously chewy, like it was fresh. Their cookies are beautifully designed too – almost like they’re factory made but it is clear that each is hand-made since the customer service rep was in the middle of icing a cookie when she saw us come in. Naturally, I figured that such bright, perfect-looking cookies were probably horrendous tasting. No. They give out samples to people who come into the store so that you can taste what the cookies are like. The ratio of icing to cookie is perfect (a thin layer of icing) and more of the soft cookie. Neither the icing nor the cookie were too sweet. I loved it and I’m not even a butter cookie person. In most store-bought decorated cookies, the cookies are hard and tasteless and the icing is way too thick so that you break your teeth to bite through the cookie. No thanks. I’ll be coming to Sharp Cookie for my future decorated cookie needs.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 3200 N High St, Columbus

This subway used to be so amazing but lately it’s just completely gone downhill. The customer service is non existent and friendliness is out the window. My father was the only customer in the store and they acted like he was the biggest burden. I’m not sure why making 3 subs is so complicated and a hassle but I’ll just take my business elsewhere next time I guess

Dugout Deli – Menu with Prices – 2552 Cottage Way, Sacramento

5/5 for the food & service! I love the environment! Quality food, and the owners are super friendly. Food: Club House on Dutch Crunch.. Mmmm. The quality of their bread, meat, and sides taste amazing. There is no point in me going to any other sandwich spot if I can go to Dugout Deli. What I also love is that they deliver to our work since so many people order from there. So convenient, and your order comes with a cookie. CAN’T BEAT A COOKIE!! ? Overall, would come here again. This is probably one of my favorite sandwich spots to go to.
