Not happy about any aspect of our experience here. Ordered online for pickup, and the estimate was 10-35 minutes. Mr. F left about 20 minutes later (we live 5 minutes away) and didn’t come back for an entire hour. While he was there, he had a number of workers tell him they were getting someone else to help, and then walk away never to return. He even caught one guy, who had said he was going to make the pizza, sitting down at Broccolino next door having a meal! Finally he got ahold of a manager, who was extremely apologetic about the ridiculously bad service and 1.5 hour wait, and made the pizza in five minutes. Got it home and it was fine, but nothing special. Tasted good, but the crust was a little too thin and not enough cheese. Definitely will not be back. There are too many other pizza places in the area where you can get a fine pie in 15-20 min.

Rosati’s Pizza Menu with Prices 210 Doug Baker Blvd Suite 100, Birmingham

Our first experience with Rosati’s about a week ago, my daughter and I ordered a white pizza online at 5:26, estimated time to pick up was 25-30 minutes. We ran an errand next door at Hollywood Feed and then my daughter went in a few minutes before the 30 minute mark while I waited in the car with our dog. At 6:01 she got notification that the pizza was ready. When she let them know, she was told it would be ten more minutes. At 6:13 she still had no pizza. At nearly 50 minutes now, I am livid. I have to leave the dog in the car and go inside to trade places with my daughter who has anxiety and is about to have a panic attack. When I say, “forget the pizza, I just want my money back,” they have to get a manager. I wait. Two people answer phones and take orders from other customers…while I WAIT. They try to tell me my pizza is ready. I tell them I don’t want the pizza I want my money back. I’m told to lower my voice. I remind them that it’s been almost an HOUR now. Manager finally comes with pizza and tells me I can have it, and he will refund my money. I take the refund and leave the pizza. My phone says 6:24 when I get back to the car. If you want to open a new ANYTHING now days you need to be doing it better than everybody else, especially a pizza joint when there are literally five within a one mile radius. Also, I don’t need someone who is still in high school trying to tell me how to act when I have had ZERO customer service. I don’t care how good the food is, no one should have to wait an hour for one pizza. We wound up at Vocelli’s across the street. Shoulda gone there to begin with.

The Comedy Bar – Menu with Prices – 311 3rd Ave S, Nashville

Ok so while coming out of our hotel literally right next door and heading towards Broadway to grab something, anything to eat I realize that walking to Broadway has a habit of you getting sucked into a bar and enjoying wayyyy to much live music and drinks. At this stage that leads to hating myself tomorrow and realizing drinking is a young kids game, so I decide to turn right and stumble into Geno’s Pizza in 50 feet. AWESOME I think and in we go. We are seated immediately by a friendly hostess and start to check the place out. Nice look a few tv’s over the bar and nice vibe. We order a few local IPA’s and a bowl of chili and spicy bbq wings. Maybe 10 minutes later after checking out pizza options we ordered a 12″ deep dish cheeseburger pizza. After maybe 10 or so minutes longer our wings come out without the chili. Prior to the food runner leaving we realized the wings given are buffalo, not the spicy bbq we ordered. The runner and our bartender (Lala who is also our server too) are so apologetic it’s unreal. I/we woulda ate them honestly but no way. The (I assume) manager came over and took them from the runner to deal with the kitchen staff (AWESOME managering right there) and says to the runner, “I’ll deal with it”. That’s how your ‘leader’ should lead folks. Anyway our pizza comes out maybe 10 minutes later before our chili, no biggie as the pizza is alot and very filling. The female manager comes back and is still apologizing about the wings and I mention my wife hasn’t gotten her chili. She vanishes quick and comes back a few minutes later almost mortified and even more apologetic, seems the chili never got made for whatever reason, which is fine by us since the pizza has filled our bellies. No way, she makes sure we get our chili regardless then goes so far to comp our entire check. DEFINITELY not necessary since we did eventually get everything we ordered just in a different order but hey we still got it. Anyway we will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!! Food for us was a 3.5 outta 5, ambiance 3.5 outta 5, service 10 outta 5 !!!!!!! Geno’s Corporate you have a special team of workers here !!!! PS, even the ‘door man’ {didn’t get his name} would open the door and was well wishing the customers, as opposed to those ‘door men’ who think they are UFC fighters because they WATCH UFC fighting and have that ATTITUDE too, nope not this guy. Actually what a way to welcome customers I was thinking.

Nick Newton’s and Spinelli’s – Menu with Prices – 211 W Main St, Murfreesboro

Yesterday, I was on the square for a worship night that the Experience church put on. We decided to go to Spinelli’s before hand for dinner at 5:30. I will be fair and acknowledge that they were busy, however we waited an hour with out even being greeted by a server at our table. My friend’s brother finally flagged down a server and she said “we are busy, I’ll get to you when I can.” Half an hour later, we asked for a manager. The manager said “We are busy, but I want y’all to be happy, so you’ll get your meal for free.” We finally, after an hour and a half, got our drinks and put our order in. ANOTHER hour and a half later (3 hours waiting, at this point) some of our party’s food was served. 3 of us were not served. They told my friend’s brother “They have not even started on your Stromboli, do you even want it?” He asked them to just bring him something else that was already cooked. I asked, “What about my pizza?” She said “I don’t know, I’ll go check.” She came back with a piece of pizza for my friend’s brother, and once again I asked about mine and she said “I’ll check on it.” I finally got my pizza at 8:45 (3 hours and 15 min later) and it was wrong. I just had to laugh about it. The server came back to us and told us she quits because the manager yelled at her. Last night was a hot mess. I hope they get better because covering the cost of our meal doesn’t make up for the fact that we missed the event we were there for. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we knew with the event, we would have to wait other places too and we kept thinking surely, after this long, our food is coming.

Capital Pizza – Menu with Prices – 8211 Slide Rd, Lubbock

Our favorite pizza in town but the WORST experience tonight. After an hour of waiting in our pizza, they bring out our kids food and tell us they dropped our pizza on the ground so they are remaking it…itâ??ll be 10 minutes. 20 minutes pass and our pizza arrives…only to be dough. We send it back. Then our waitress (not her fault at all) comes out and says they are going to have to remake the whole pizza again. Keep in mind weâ??ve already been there an hour and a half and our kids are long done. We told her to forget it, we werenâ??t waiting for them to try a THIRD time. Then they bring us a check to pay! At this point Iâ??m furious that they are wanting us to pay. I ask for a manager. He comes over and basically says we need to pay but heâ??s sorry â??he has a bunch of idiots working the kitchen tonightâ?! And thatâ??s my problem, how?? I finally said I wasnâ??t paying but Iâ??ll leave the girl a tip bc it isnâ??t her fault at all. We left. And we wonâ??t be back. Worst customer service ever. We will stick to the downtown location from now on.

Gator’s Dockside Murabella – Menu with Prices – 105 Murabella Pkwy, St. Augustine

So my wife found a piece of plastic in her macaroni and cheese, not too big of a deal, just wanted a new one. After she completely finished her sandwich, the “store manager” came by and nonchalantly asked if she wanted a new one…well yeah! The new side finally came out. Another 6 to 7 minutes went by and the “manager” stopped by again. I told him they should have brought it out much quicker and he could have been a bit more apologetic about the situation. He basically blamed the server for not letting him know of the issue. This manager was so lackadaisical and careless about the whole situation. I feel he is a big reflection on why, on a Saturday night, the restaurant was not busy and the servers reflect the same attitude. By the way…this is the same “manager” that parks his car in the very first spot closest to the doors and I have seen take a big spit right in front of the restaurant door before he goes into work. What a joke of a “store manager”!

Park Pizza Co – Menu with Prices – 1028 E Montague Ave, Charleston

Ridiculously delicious, made from scratch, yummy doughy pizza in around 20 minutes!!! SERIOUSLY?!!! They should have one of these locations every ten miles!!!! So many sauces, cheeses, meats, and other toppings to choose from so you can have the most superbly customizable delicious pizza possible!! They actually MAKE their own sausage!!! Can you believe it?!!!AMAZING!!! This place is something of a best kept secret!!! The Mill bar is right next door and they welcome their customers to eat that pizza right there at their place, which is a cool venue in and of itself!!

Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza – Menu with Prices – 6002 N 67th Ave #102, Glendale

Last Tuesday I called and placed an order for a pizza, 45 minutes later I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 more minutes for my pizza. Even though the people were very nice, there was only two people working. Last night the same thing happened to me. I ordered the pizza 45 minutes later I went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started making it yet. I will never go to this location again. That is extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. This place needs a manager who knows how to run a business. I have no idea how this place can even be in business.

Mama Mia Pizzeria (Myrtle Beach ? Ocean Blvd. South) – Menu with Prices – 2807 S Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach

Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza our first night in Myrtle Beach because we didn’t want to go out after a 10 hour drive. The pizza was incorrect when delivered, so I called to have it fixed. The manager that night was very apologetic and went out his way to make it right. So I thought we would give them another chance the last night of our vacation. Big mistake. I ordered online and then called to confirm the order. 1/2 supreme no green peppers, 1/2 sausage only. The guy that I talked to said he would confirm that it was correct with the kitchen and that there should be no issues. The pizza arrived and was all supreme. So I call again to have it corrected. Talked to 3 different people, one guy said they would fix it and that my instructions weren’t clear enough (you know “no green peppers, half sausage only”) and that he would get a replacement out. I told him to just do all sausage – since i didn’t need a 1.5 supreme pizzas. He said that he would have to talk to his manager to make sure that I could keep the pizza in front of me. Cue the next guy (who I’m assuming is the manager) who said that they would make the pizza all sausage, that my instructions were vague and that instead of arguing about it he was just going to send it out and that I could do whatever I wanted with the pizza I had there. I can’t believe how rude this guy was for their error. It isn’t my fault that their staff can’t follow simple directions. Will post this everywhere that I can to make sure that others aren’t treated as poorly as I was.

pizza de miami – Menu with Prices – 601 collins ave #5 In Between Collins Ave &, Ocean Dr, Miami Beach

We were starving after a fun filled sunny day at the beach. As we walked to our car we noticed this pizza shop. Pizza’s were Huge and smelled delicious. We knew we had to get some. We sat down (there was 5 of us) and we decided we would get half veggie other half cheese. When ordering we advised exactly what veggie toppings we wanted. As we sat and waited the place became packed. Alot of people were ordering not only pizza but were also indulging in the ice cream and icee they also had. Perfect on this beautiful hot day. As we waited, we watched other pizzas being prepared as the kitchen is right behind the counter and all open. After waiting for our freshly made pizza we were disappointed as the pizza came out All veggie. Now I love veggie pizza so it wasn’t a problem for me but for the 2 teenagers we had it was. I had to go back and let them know they made a big mistake. The manager then came and grabbed the whole pizza and let us know he would have another pizza made for us. It was a little frustrating and it didn’t help that alot of people who came in after us were already eating or their orders were just coming out. So while we waited I guess the manager saw the annoyance in our facial expressions and he gave us all free sodas. So after another 25 mins. we finally got our pizza. Now this pizza was beyond huge. I can usually eat 2 to 3 slices but this slice I couldn’t defeat. It was so huge I ate only half of a slice! Let’s talk about taste. Now even though they messed up earlier and tried to make amends with some sodas, it was all worth it! This pizza was freaking delicious! Our table was silent from all of us devouring our slices. The pizza was fresh, hot, and the toppings just went so well. So even though we had a little mishap in the beginning, hell yeah I would come back here. And as far as the cost of the pizza it surprised me. I expected it to be a little more expensive then the average pizza place but it was still sensible. After a sunny day on the beach I’m glad we stopped here. The food was delicious, manager apologetic but quick with resolving the issue, and the place was kept so nice and clean. We were all satisfied and even took the rest home to devour later. This pizza shop is great and I actually look forward in coming back and trying to finish a whole slice!

Six26 – Lounge and Rooftop – Menu with Prices – 128 Christopher Columbus Dr, Jersey City

This bar has a nice welcoming atmosphere but the service is just not there. On the rooftop the bartenders were nice, bit slow. The small bites we ordered took about 40 minutes to come out but she was very apologetic and went back a couple of times to check on it. I understand that there are a lot of working parts to make a restaurant work and it wasn’t her fault so I didnt hold it against her. Then another bartender was tossing around a hand fan and hit my friend in the face but was very apologetic and even gave us a round of shots to make up for it. If this was all that had happened I still would have given it 4 stars. We went down to the basement to cool down and were having a blast until I went to get a drink. The tall white Male bartender with light hair and a long beard in the back bar was violent and nasty. I had waited about 15 minutes to get close enough to the bar to order when I saw a space open up at the end of the bar near the door to get behind the bar. I made my way over there and had to stand in front of the door for maybe 10 seconds while someone was getting around me. The bartender stepped over to the door slammed it in to me several times quickly and said “move bitch” before stepping back into the same spot he was just in. HE DIDNT EVEN NEED TO GO THROUGH THE DOOR HE WAS JUST BEING AN ASS. I actually have a scrape on my hand and bruise on my knee from him hitting me with the edge of the door. When I went to tell my friends some girl overheard and said the same bartender and just been nasty to her and called her a hoe when she tried to get a drink. Slow but apologetic service can be forgiven. You cant always control everything around. However, you can always control your own actions, and physically assaulting a customer is completely unacceptable.

Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta – Menu with Prices – 13100 Magnolia Ave, Corona

Ordered an X-Large one topping pepperoni pizza and cheese bread on a Sunday night. Waited over an hour and the delivery girl got lost. In her defense our complex is a bit confusing, however she only called once to find out where to go and she sat at the gate for about 20 minutes without calling for us to let her in. I called 3 times trying to find out where our order was. When she finally arrived, she walked up to our door and then turned around and walked away. The only saving grace is that we didn’t pay for the pizza and good thing because it was awful. I don’t know if it’s the sauce or what, but it was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. My husband only ate it because he was starving and I made a PB&J.

Zero Degrees Menu with Prices 13600 E Colfax Ave, Aurora

My girlfriend and I were so excited to try this place out. We went on a Thursday around 2pm and the line was still out the door. After 30 minutes we finally made it up to the (only) register to take our order. The lady at the register asked what we wanted and as soon as I began talking she told me to â??hold onâ? and turned to her coworker and started carrying a conversation with her. After a few minutes she returned to me and took my order. We ordered food and a smoothie, and waited about 15 minutes to get our smoothie. At his this point we had been there for 45 minutes total. After ANOTHER 45 minutes we still donâ??t have our food and neither does anyone else. Finally an employee comes out and announces that they had not been receiving any of the food orders from the last hour (which baffles me. Did they just assume that no one was ordering food for an entire hour while the restaurant was consistently packed wall-to-wall?). Another 45 minutes go by and we still donâ??t have our food. At this point I have talked to a manager twice (and Iâ??m really not the kind of guy to do that, but at this point I just wanted to get out of there). They keep telling me theyâ??ll check on our order but I hear nothing from them. After another 15 minutes we finally get our food. And it was SO MEDIOCRE! The fries were wet from grease, the portions were tiny, and the hot fries looked and tasted like something I wouldâ??ve made at home at 3am. All in all we were there for 2 and a half hours. I googled their location today and saw that this is a VERY common occurrence for patrons of this establishment. I also saw that it said theyâ??re permanently closed, so I called them and asked if they were still open. The employee I spoke to told me their hours and hung up on me mid-sentence. Go figure. I pray that this restaurant goes out of business so that no one has to go through such a terrible dining experience.
