Okay, so we have been here twice in the last 10 days and I have to say I am so glad that they have opened near our house. There are a few pho places on this side of town but this place is legit. First, the staff are so very nice and friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. They have a great variety of food including Pho (of course), Pad Thai, some Chinese dishes, and of course spring rolls and egg rolls. The food here is very fresh and enjoyable. My husband, who fancies himself as a pho expert, says that the broth is in his top 2 in Fresno, which is a big compliment. The spring rolls are very fresh and the egg rolls are tasty. You can choose from various types of egg rolls, which is great because I like the veggie ones. I have had the pad Thai and the vermicelli salad, both which were quite tasty. I find myself leaning towards the pad Thai and would highly recommend that. I am sorry that the other person who has reviewed this place had a bad experience, however, I think that because they did not actually get to try the food, it is hard for them to really judge the restaurant or the food. I have had a similar experience with door dash, unfortunately so I understand.

Thai Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 4250 Barranca Pkwy U, Irvine

And the line was out the door, the entire restaurant had every seat filled on a Saturday night at 7:30 PM. So this time we arrived at 6:00 PM and were seated on Wednesday. The decor is as it first was many years ago, read not updated. The staff remains very small, with service waits due to this. They all are trying to do all the jobs. Except the cooks. While efficient and cheerful, you sometimes wish for one more person to take orders or get the take outs going. They do one heck of a take out business it seems. The food is just so so, I hate to say. Some dishes though are pretty good. Portions are large, in part to make up for this? We had the Spring Rolls, Beef Salad, Pad Thai and Coconut Ice Cream. Ice Cream was the best, Spring Rolls next. Beef Salad was a bit too spicy and the Pad Thai just fell flat. The beef, chicken and shrimp came in less amounts than I remember from previous visits. We will probably eat here again, just because our favorite Thai restaurant is further away and a longer drive.

Thai Garden – Menu with Prices – 432 University Ave W, St Paul

We went there yesterday afternoon based on the reviews but were sorely disappointed and ended up leaving right after TRYING to order. First we ordered an appetizer of spring rolls but were told that they were out of spring rolls! Upon my asking how a Thai restaurant could be â??out of spring rollsâ?, the server gave multiple excuses – there were only three people working, they just had a large group of people that had ordered spring rolls, they were behind. I thought this was outlandish but because we were there as a birthday lunch for someone in our party, I tried to make the best of it. As I always do when I eat at Thai food restaurants, I wanted to order the Pad Thai, but found the description of â??sweet, sour, saltyâ? on the menu confusing as Iâ??ve never known Pad Thai to be sour OR salty. When I asked the server why they described their Pad Thai this way, she asked me what color the sauce was on the other Pad Thai Iâ??ve eaten. I thought this was a strange question but I answered â??brown I guessâ?. She then said â??we make our Pad Thai different than everyone else and our sauce is orangeâ?. Ummm, that sounds like a sweet & sour sauce to me. At that point, I knew this place wasnâ??t what the reviews seemed to indicate and we left without even completing our orders. As Iâ??ve seen in at least one other review, i donâ??t understand how this place has such a high rating and it doesnâ??t seem this place knows how to cook Thai food. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are many other Thai food restaurants in the Twin Cities from which to choose.

Boba Tea House – Menu with Prices – 1336 W Willow St, Long Beach

It’s been seven years since it was my daily place to go to. It was down the street from where I was living at the time so it only made sense to go before and after work or school. Fast forward seven years later, the quality of the food has not changed. I went yesterday and the food is just like I remembered. Delicious and tasty. They have a special on milk tea and Thai tea drinks. 2 for $5 for regular sized or 2 for $6 for large. I ordered two large Thai teas, an order of their shrimp spring rolls (it comes with 3) an order of their pork and egg roll vermicelli noodles. A special combination banh mi and an order of their spicy popcorn chicken. Food is good and fresh. I think the popcorn chicken could be more crispy and less powder. It’s literally filled with a huge amount of powder. And I requested no bean sprouts and less lettuce in my vermicelli noodles. But there was soooo much lettuce. Like a crazy amount lol However, the prices here are amazing. With everything I ordered, it was about $25. Prices are great and affordable and I’m glad you can get such a great amount of food with such a low price.

Krua Thai Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 7603 W 21st St, Wichita

This placed used to be so awesome. I’m not 100% sure but I think new owners took over and this place has really gone downhill since then. Either way the service is now abysmal and after my experience tonight I definitely won’t be back. Ordered my usual Spring rolls, Chicken Panang, Chicken Pad Thai. Picked up and got home – which is more than 10 minute drive – to find my spring rolls weren’t included. Called up to ask for the cost of my spring rolls to be credited back on the card I used. Not only did the lady argue with me and remain adamant that they did not forget my rolls but then said the only thing they could do is give me a credit for my next order. Nope. Not good enough. Especially when you are calling me a liar, raising your voice and won’t even offer an apology. Why on earth would a customer of several years try to ‘swindle’ you for a single order of spring rolls lol?!

Ichiban all you can eat – Menu with Prices – 4041 Buffalo Rd, Erie

Had not too great of an experience last night and if you have seen my reviews, I tend to always give positive reviews but I cannot think of anything positive last night. There was a very large communication barrier between our waitresses and our family. She didn’t understand us and we didn’t understand her so it made questions impossible. Thankfully someone came over to help when we experienced an issue. We really never had a “bad” avocado roll ever in our lives until last night. My daughter and I are vegetarians so we always get 2 avocado rolls, one with cream cheese and crunch, and a veggie roll. Let me say they were HORRIBLE!!! The avocado was not ripe (sour and hard). We took all the avocado out of the rolls and had everyone try at the table and discarded the rest. I sent the other 2 back. The waitress couldn’t understand what I was saying when I said not ripe/not ready. Someone else came over and explained they just got the avocados and they were all like this. They offered another tempura veggie roll but those the waitress didn’t even put in the first place because there was no tempura or sweet potato (and the asparagus was hard and not good). I decided on pad thai which was ok. Spicer than I have ever had and oily but I was starving and pregnant. So when we got the check we expected all of the avocado rolls to be removed but they left two on AND charged for the pad Thai so i had to pay for one disgusting meal and one ok one I didn’t want. We of course asked her why she charged it but again, language barrier. My dad said his oysters and meal were good, mom said hers was ok, and my husband so so but everyone agreed the sushi was horrible and it or the pad Thai should have been removed from bill–bad customer service. We will never ever be back.

Vietnam Taste – Menu with Prices – 666 Wonderland Rd N, London

We ordered some Vietnam Taste from JustEat.ca. We recently moved and wanted to find a place that sold Bun (Vermicelli Noodles) in our area. Vietnam Taste was the closest thing we found at the time, that was open on a Sunday night. When we opened up our food, we saw that they are using rice noodles but it definitely isn’t vermicelli. It was basically the size of spaghetti, maybe a bit bigger even. We had to order 2 of each topping choice on the dish. At most places, I order it with a spring roll and pork. I chose the “Spring Rolls and Pork” option, however I had to choose 2, so I picked it again because I didn’t want other meats. The dish came with 4 spring rolls and no pork. I was quite confused. The rolls were very hard and difficult to cut. I dont know if the pork was IN the roll itself but it didn’t taste like it. Either way, we weren’t too happy with our choice in changing restaurants. We will pass next time we are craving our favourite dish!

Thailand Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 86-05 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica

Wanted to try this restaurant as it is the only option for Thai food on Uber Eats. As we came to the restaurant the outside looks a bit shabby so we were reluctant to go in, once inside we had to sit ourselves as it was empty with 1 other patron. The place is clean but very outdated decor. It only has 2 staff members working there the owner who is an older woman, and her assistant. The wait is a bit long, but my boyfriend and I ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer, chicken green curry, and chicken pad Thai as our main courses. For drinks I got the Thai iced tea, and my boyfriend ordered the tamarind juice. Spring rolls were good and tasty, our drinks were good (Thai tea was creamy), and our food was actually very good. Food came out very hot so be careful. The green curry was flavorful but I also felt that it was a healthier version than most green curry I’ve had ( not a lot of additives), the pad Thai was also flavorful and saucy ( I hate dry pad Thai). The owner was very friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Pho Island Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3055 S Archibald Ave # F, Ontario

Having been cooped up in the hospital for a good part of the day and having had our daily conversation/updates with the attending doctor, I asked my mom where she would like to go for lunch. She indicated she had a hankering for some Vietnamese food. Being unfamiliar with options near Kaiser Ontario, I let Yelp “do the walking” (does that even make sense to millennials?) for me and it yielded Pho Island. Turning to Captain Sulu (aka GPS), we plotted a course to the uncharted restaurant. Located in a strip mall anchored by a Ralphs supermarket, the place is actually bigger inside than it looks from the outside. We were immediately seated at our table and presented a rather extensive menu…but we already knew what we wanted to order. We ordered shrimp spring rolls for an appetizer. Mom ordered pho with beef and I ordered my “normal” vermicelli bowl with chargrilled pork and egg rolls. I feel ordering similar dishes provides me the proper basis for comparing various restaurants…and I like it. The spring rolls came out pretty quick…but the vermicelli bowl as well as the pho came mere seconds right after…one of my dining pet peeves. I want to savor my appetizer before having my entrees served! The spring rolls were good, with mint inside. The dipping sauce was a bit runny to my liking but it had good flavors. The portions for both the vermicelli bowl and pho bowl were quite generous. Loved how the vermicelli was warm as they’re normally served cold. The pork had that nice chargrilled flavor and the egg rolls were not bland even without dipping it into the fish sauce. Mom loved her pho. She normally can’t finish a medium pho bowl but she devoured this one, commenting how she loved the flavor of the beef broth. For food alone, this place deserves 5 stars. Value was decent (lunch for 2 came out to just over $31 with tip) and service was responsive…just thought synchronizing when appetizers and entrees are served could go a long way towards a better dining experience.

Thai Food Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 4350 E Sunset Rd #110, Henderson

Wow!!! And DELISH!! Ok so truthfully I almost don’t want to tell you how amazing these flavors are because I want to get a seat the next time I come to town! At first, I was a little nervous because there was no one in the place, but… they started trickling in… and all I heard was “mmmmmm, this is soooo good, wow, oooo those flavors, the texture on this is soooo awesome”…… and to be honest, it’s exactly what I was saying to myself! So I found this place by seeing it from the street. I stay down the street when I come to town and have been craving great Thai and boy did I hit the jackpot! This place is super easy to park! The restaurant was impeccably clean! ( I love that ). I was welcomed and served right away. My food came out in perfect timing. I ordered the fresh veggie spring roll – pic below, and the tofu yellow curry. First let me say… I have had some veggie rolls that taste like bland chewy tasteless horrible fresh spring rolls – this is NOT THAT! tons of greens , mint and really fresh! You can tell it was made to order and NOT prepare 5 hours ago. They don’t offer any meat or tofu in it, which I totally don’t mind at all! The peanut sauce is cold , not hot , and I liked that. It’s been hit on Vegas… and I loved the flavor combination. Now … let’s get to the authentic , EPIC yellow curry! You get to choose you meat here , so I chose tofu. A TON AND TON of tofu and veggies. The Tofu was perfectly pressed as not to be mushy and not to be fried to death! Absolutely perfect. The sauce ( I died and went to Thai heaven ) so amazing…. and then I brought in the rice with the yellow curry ( comes with it ) and took it to a whole new level!! If you can imagine that! Whoa!!!! Flavor taste town! Service was absolutely on point! The server checked in with me several times and even wrapped up my Togo bag with a smile and a grateful attitude ? – I LOVE THAT! Over all the fresh tea, fresh rolls and fresh curry! YOU HAVE MY VOTE – again and again! You just got yourself a customer for LIFE! Great – GREAT JOB!

Tran’s Seafood – Menu with Prices – 3346 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Fort Myers

Don’t let the name fool you because this is NOT a seafood restaurant, it’s an awesome tiny Vietnamese restaurant and supermarket! We have been there several times and so far we have had the Pho, egg rolls, spring rolls and bahn mi. The egg rolls and spring rolls are the perfect pairing because the hot crunchiness of the egg rolls are an excellent companion to the cold, crisp freshness of the spring rolls. The bahn mi is very tasty but the Pho is where it’s at. The broth has so many layers of flavor that you can tell it’s the real deal and make sure you come hungry because the bowls are huge! We always get the Pho Dac Biet (Special Beef Pho) because we love everything in our Pho but you can order it any way you want it if you’re scared of tendon or tripe. But don’t be afraid because it’s all delicious!

Siamese Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 4352 W Olive Ave, Glendale

My roommate needed a night out so we came here since I was also craving thai. They had great reviews and it seemed pretty cheap, so obviously I had to give them a try. The restaurant doesn’t look like much from outside and it doesn’t look like much when you go in either. It’s not a fancy place for sure. My roommate was a little concerned since we were the only ones there. I still had faith. My roomie started with the spring rolls, which was basically egg rolls, and I ordered a thai ice tea. To me, spring rolls are not deep fried but are sticky rice paper. Had I ordered this, I would have been really disappointed. I didn’t try the egg roll but from what I could see inside it, it probably wouldn’t have been something I would have liked anyways. I saw mostly glass noodles and what I would assume was cabbage. If you have read any of my past reviews, we know how I feel about this. The thai ice tea was really good. I would guess based on how it came out and past experience it’s from a bottle and probably not house made. Still good though. For my entree, I order the pad thai. I was really happy about the fact that they have the pad thai here come with both shrimp and chicken and for a really cheap price. I asked for my dish to be hot and probably should have asked for it to be thai hot, which was the hottest option she gave me. Hot wasn’t hot at all for me. I would say it had a little kick but when I eat thai food, I like it to be really hot. There was a lot of food and a more than reasonable amount of meat. The shrimp and chicken was cooked perfectly. This was honestly the best tasting pad thai I’ve ever had. I plan on going back in the next week or two to get more pad thai. My roommate ordered a curry dish and he said he loved it. If you haven’t been here, it’s definitely worth a trip. Thank you Yelpers for pulling through on this place.

Talay Thai Restaurant (Halifax) – Menu with Prices – 5164 Morris St, Halifax

I’ve been to Talay Thai several times over the years and am consistently blown away by the combination of delicious food, superb service and staff, and fantastic prices. To top it off the ambiance is wonderful with good acoustics, unlike too many restaurants that are awkwardly noisy. We had a dinner of 5 people tonight, with plain rice. Pad Thai with extra veggies instead of meat, a cashew veggie curry and a massaman curry with chicken. We had spring rolls and mango salad to start. Because it was a birthday the server brought a gratis ice cream mound with a candle, ringed by pieces of the deep fried banana dessert. Service was so very friendly and efficient. The total bill for 5 people with drinks was $93. Just an all round great Thai restaurant!
