We had them for our wedding on February 2, 2019. I was cake hunting to find a cake for our wedding that was simple and affordable. Right when I walked in and started seeing pictures, for some reason I knew they would be the one. I was very adamant in looking somewhere else as I need what I’m looking for. They had it all, simple, affordable and close by. We where greeted by the son of the owner “I’m assuming ” his name was Philip. he was very nice and helpful, he went ahead and gave us samples and sure enough I found the right one on the spot. I got a 3 tiered white cake with very little design, rented the gold stand with it and spend the amount I was originally thinking “wow! Good price”. I even was charged very cheap for my delivery since it’s all the way in LA. My husband and I was so happy during the wedding and got numerous compliments due to it not being traditional flavor and just right. We got banana cake with Bavarian cream and whipped topping just the way we like it. Thank you again for the dream cake ! My cousins a florist so as you can see , with simplicity it made it more extravagant!

Cameo Cakes – Menu with Prices – 2403 W 13th St N, Wichita

The flavors are nothing more than your typical supermarket box mix – they’re not bad at all but they’re not gourmet either (however you aren’t paying for gourmet so it’s okay). I do feel though that corners were cut on the groom’s cake but obviously there was nothing we could do about it because we didn’t know exactly what the cake looked like until it showed up just before the wedding (to be more specific – we agreed to text being piped on with icing but instead an ugly screen print was placed on the cake in lieu of the icing – an ugly shortcut). The wedding cake was pretty though and pretty close to what I originally wanted. We had to tweek the design a few weeks before the wedding though b/c they’re somewhat limited in decorating skill. I was originally told that gilding could be done and then was told it couldn’t be during my final design meeting – so frustrating! Overall not bad for the price but definitely not a magazine cake. You get what you pay for.

Cake You Happy – Menu with Prices – 7248 Blue Falls Cir, Reno

We knew we wanted a wedding cake because my husband loves wedding cake. (No, seriously, that was the only reason I could drag him to weddings as my date before we got married.) We didn’t want some huge elaborate affair that cost thousands of dollars – just a simple cake that looked (and tasted) like a wedding cake. We met with Cheryl and gave her our topper. We also tasted and picked our cake and which style we wanted from her specials. I brought along some of the (fake) flowers we were using in arrangements so she could get an idea of the style. And then we left it all in her hands. The cake was delivered at the wedding venue perfectly on time and it was amazing! Cheryl went above and beyond in creating a cake for us that fit our wedding perfectly and tasted incredible! Any time we need fancy cakes she will be our baker of choice.

Rochester NY Wedding Cakes – Menu with Prices – 336 Raspberry Patch Dr, Rochester

Michael is such a talented baker and I am so happy that I went with him for my wedding desserts! From the beginning, with the cake tasting, he was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right cake and desserts. We went with a two tiered wedding cake, plus a variety of his pastries, and everything was absolutely delicious! You cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I also ordered a grooms cake of a rubber duck with my husband?s favorite college football team?s colors and name to surprise him… It was awesome! My husband loved everything about it ? Thank you!!!

Cakes So Simple – Menu with Prices – 273 Babcock St, Melbourne

While planning my flroida wedding all the way from Kentucky, I found Cakes So Simple through a Google search. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a go for my wedding and groom’s cake. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! We had chocolate cake for the groom’s cake and for our top tier of the wedding cake. It was sinfully delicious. The rest of our wedding cake consisted of Key lime and strawberry cupcakes and they were super delicious. The frosting was sweet without being overly sugary. We wanted a specific design on the groom’s cake and they nailed It! They were awesome to work with and super responsive via email. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Cakes So Simple!!

Tiers of Sugar – Menu with Prices – 2729 Brahms Blvd, Dayton

We booked Karen for our wedding (10/21/17) after I tasted her wonderful cake at a bridal show. Leading up to the wedding I remember thinking “I am so excited to eat that cake again”. It is so delicious. She was awesome to work with, always answering our questions and providing us with exactly what we wanted. I think what drew us to her the most was the fact that her business is based out of her home- so you know every cake is made with love. The day of the wedding I emailed h

Sue Jacobs Cakes Bakery – Menu with Prices – 1140 N Gilbert Rd, Gilbert

Sue Jacobs is amazing We ordered our wedding cake through her (our wedding was in December of 2016) and had a wonderful experience. We ordered a three tier, half naked cake with three different fillings for the different tiers. She was, by far, the most professional and pleasant vendors we worked with and had absolutely no issues with delivery, final product or the bill. The most important thing of course is that the cake tastes amazing and it was so good that my husband and I ordered a small cake with the same flavors as our wedding cake for our Anniversary! Not only did she remember us after a year she was so sweet and congratulated us on our first year of marriage! She is worth her prices, and has a world of experience in design and baking! We love sue Jacobs and genuinely won’t go anywhere else for our baked good needs!

Nothing Bundt Cakes – Menu with Prices – 5300 Kingston Pike, Knoxville

I ordered Nothing Bundt Cakes as catering services for my wedding. I placed my order in Feb. of 2019 and my wedding was in Sept. 2019. The price was reasonable for how many bundtinies I ordered along with a delivery fee. I advised that my wedding was on a Sunday. I called maybe 2-3 weeks prior to confirm my order and make sure they would be there. They confirmed with me my date and they would be at my venue for the delivery that morning. On my wedding day, they never came to deliver the cakes. I was unable to contact them since my wedding was on a Sunday and the next day was a holiday. My planner knew the franchise owner and contacted her immediately. My money was refunded within the same week. The issue was resolved, but I was dissatisfied with my service. We had a family friend make us a full cake, and if she didn’t we would not have had dessert for the guests. The franchise owner did call my directly with an apology and told me they would refund my family friend for the cake she made. She contacted her and is refunding her for the cake she made.

Specialty Cakes – Menu with Prices – 1560 Wabash Ave, Springfield

If you want the best cake for your event, check out Specialty Cakes! They offer so much more than just cake but for our wedding we were looking specifically for cake. Cake tasting is probably the most exciting and anticipated event during the planning process! Specialty Cakes delivered with excellent flavor, presentation, easy process, and wonderful workers! Even though we all wanted to go taste more cake, we knew in the first few bites that we were sold. Who says a wedding cake has to be a boring white and chocolate cake? This place offers so many great options. My husband and I couldnâ??t make up our minds, so our wedding cake included 4 different flavors, White, Lemon, Strawberry, and Banana! They also made us an amazing Rumchata adult sheet cake and a Spice/Red Velvet sheet cake for all of us to enjoy! Our guests were incredibly happy with all of the options and raved about the flavor and design of our cake. We could not be happier with our decision on working with Specialty Cakes, they were tremendous with our whole wedding!

Piece of Cake Desserts – Menu with Prices – 1275 E Baseline Rd #116, Gilbert

We had our wedding cake done by Piece of Cake back in April of 2010 as part of the the package deal with Doubletree Paradise Valley. My husband and I were so very pleased with the process for the minute we walked in the door from just how understanding they were of how we were dealing with some opinions of varying family members. Kevin was very patient and reminded us that our wedding day was for us, not them! Once we determined fondant and design we were able to determine the majority of the cake and customize what we would cut into and so on. Only miscommunication was that majority of the cake was to me vanilla with strawberry and topper to be carrot cake with cream cheese. The middle their was also to be carrot (the layer to be cut into) and it got mixed up so majority of the cake was carrot cake and most did not like it. Not big deal because since I was inspired months later by a new design of the cake and fondant color change against them grooms wishes. Also liked the idea of a grooms cake since there was lots of my own flare, so wanted to give something special to my husband. They made an smaller cake with an baseball and White Sox logo on it in chocolate that made many others happy! And they provided me with so many options and ideas and guided me a a good path with the crazy bride thoughts running thru my head and made things very simple, which helps so much! The top of the cake was wrapped and boxed wonderfully after the wedding since we were off to our honeymoon after the wedding, given to family and put into a deep freezer and we also picked up the 1 year anniversary cake and (5 year since). The original topper was the carrot cake abs replica was Vanilla with strawberry, no biggie and still delicious and when I requested the 5 year I just asked for the Carrot cake since that’s what we love. I have seen what absolutely gorgeous cakes they have done since my wedding over 8 years ago and say often, I wish I thought of that! Overall I was thrilled and happy at the simplicity and elegance and how delicious our cake was and look forward to our 10 year cake. I always recommend them to friends that live in the area for any type of cake, we love literally on the opposite side of the valley now and it’s an hour drive for us now, but yet very much worth it!

Little Muse Catering and Cakes – Menu with Prices – 15426 Cross Vine, San Antonio

Most amazing and wonderful wedding cake, EVER!! Great communication, creative, punctual, and attentive. Jadeha Baking Service – Menu with Prices – 404 Carter Rd, Clarksville

Got a gift certificate for a free cake from a silent auction and ordered a simple wedding cake. Never received cake or notice of non delivery. Instead was told they had an accident on Madison st delivering the cake, I was married in ky so they were going in the opposite direction. Ended up with a white Walmart cake after the reception started. If they didn?t want to honor there gift certificate they should have said so. Not tell me they were in an accident driving away from where I was getting married.

Whipped Bakery – Menu with Prices – 401 N Clippert St, Lansing

We ordered our cake many months in advanced after tasting a variety of flavors and making the initial deposit all in the same day (approx. 12 months before our wedding). About 5 months before our wedding we went to the bakery to change the color scheme. They could not find the order. The clerk was going to have the owner, who took our initial order and down payment, give us a call so we could update the color. After 4 days of not hearing a word from the bakery I called them. The owner found the order after a few minutes stating that the order was misplaced into another stack. The color change was made. About one month before our wedding the remaining balance was paid off. I called the bakery 17 days prior to our wedding day just to verify that all details were correct. Then, the Wednesday before our wedding I stopped in to verify once more (I did this with all the vendors assisting us with the wedding). Everything was all set. Whipped Bakery was going to make a delivery in Lansing and then deliver our cake around 3:00. So, now its our wedding day. The 4:00 ceremony is over and the cake has not been delivered. I call the bakery, knowing they were closed but hoping to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail at 5:18 (cocktail hour has started and dinner is going to begin within 15 minutes). Dinner began at 5:30 and at 5:51 I received a voicemail from the bakery (with the noise I did not hear the phone ring) stating that the delivery time is scheduled for 5:30. The cake never showed up until 6:15. This 4 tiered cake was leaning, did not have enough frosting between the two layers of cake on each level, and they did not put on the cake topper as they stated they would do. The cake was delivered, placed on the table and at least 25% of the guests saw the delivery person hustle out the door before they would have to answer any questions as to why this delivery was so screwed up. I will say that the cake tasted good but Whipped Bakery as left a bad taste in our mouth, the mouths of our guests, and the mouths of the other vendors that assisted with our wedding. They have lost more business than they know.
