Papa Murphy’s is a take and bake, so as said you order your pizza, take it home, and bake it in your oven. What I like about this, it that the dough is freshly made and the toppings are packed generously. When I order, I cannot go bigger than a large, because my wall oven is just too small for the family size. Baking instructions come with the pizza, and it only takes like 13 minutes or so, depending on your oven. Normally, I order the Cowboy, which consists of mushroom, black olives, sausage, and pepperoni. There is a nice garlic and parmesan seasoning that’s sprinkled on top and gives it a tasty flavor. This last time, I also ordered half cheese, half pepperoni thin crust for the kiddos. I really like thin crust because it’s crispy and I prefer to be filled with toppings and cheese versus too much dough. The employees are efficient, and my orders have always been correct when I order by phone. Recently I started ordering online, which is more simple compared to Pizza Hut’s online ordering process. I do wish that they offered delivery.

Gino’s Pizza Menu with Prices 1374 Copley Rd, Akron

Holy Cow! What an absolute surprise. We recently ordered from Gino’s, and let me tell you, what a pie! We ordered 2 different ones, a half cheese, half pepperoni, and a white, garlic, chicken pizza. First the half pepperoni. Delicious, medium crust, crispy on the bottom, still a bit of chew to the inside. Tangy, rich, tomato-y sauce. Great cheese, cupped, tiny pepperoni rounds that crisped up on the bake. The white pie was aggressively garlicky, but that’s sort of what you expect in a white pizza. The chicken on it was diced up and incorporated in every bite. Coupled with the same great dough and cheese as the pepperoni pizza, this was pretty good. My preference is probably the red sauce pizza, but that’s usually my preference, so try them yourself and see what you like best!

Rosati’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 4425 S Mountain Rd Unit 101, Mesa

First time Rosati Pizza customer. I called in an order over the phone. The order process was simple and quick. This is a new pizzeria location adjacent to our neighborhood, and only .7 miles away from my house. I wanted to try a few styles of pizza to see if this would be a frequently visited place for us. I placed an order for a thin crust 18″ pepperoni, a 14″ deep dish pepperoni, a 14″ stuffed pepperoni, and a 12″ cheese pizza. The total was $70.72. My son picked up the pizzas. Mike the owner said if there was any issues with the pizzas let him know directly. The pizzas were all beautifully displayed, cut fully through side to side, and boxed well. I had a piece of each pie the moment they arrived. What I noticed immediately was the very distinct differences in the boldness of flavor of the herbs and spices, and the dough flavors between them. The thin crust of course had a crisper bottom to it then the others. The seasoning was very bold on this pizza and quite flavorful and very delicious. The crust didn’t exhibit the flavor the deep dish or stuffed did due to the thinness of it and the completeness of the baking process. The sauce was robust, the cheese was flavorful. However I didn’t feel there was enough pepperoni, nor did the pepperoni exhibit much flavor. Overall I felt between all of the pizzas this was by far the best due to its overall robust flavor from the sauce, herbs/spices and cheese. The deep dish style pizza the crust was baked a smidge to long for my own personal taste, but by no means over-baked. The crust had good mild but sweet flavor to it, and also had a light fluff to it but still dense. A combination very unusual to hit and master in a pizza bake. Most crusts do not exhibit much flavor at all. The crust rise on the back edge was the perfect height and thickness. The herb/spice addition was no where near the flavor of the thin crust. At least a 50% increase in herb/spice would have put it close to the bold flavor the thin crust had. The whole pieces of tomato in the sauce were a good match to it but could have used more sauce. Cheese was flavorful. Once again I felt the pepperoni was lacking in quantity and without much flavor. Overall a pretty decent pie, a fairly rounded flavor but on the mild side. The stuffed pizza was very similar in everything to the deep dish as described above. The main difference was the extra flavor arising from the layers of dough between the ingredients and how they hit your palate. Their wasn’t to me a tremendous amount more of dough versus the deep dish just the thickness of the dough bake layers. The cheese pizza had great flavor just like the thin crust pepperoni did. The cheese they use does have really great flavor to it. Synopsis: deep dish and stuffed need much more herbs/spices to compensate for the extra dough involved in them versus the thin crust. The pepperoni quantity should be increased by nearly 25%+. Based on the cost of the pizzas this certainly should be easily doable. Due to the cost of the pizzas if the main ingredient quantity isn’t increased I don’t feel the value is there. Dough by no means is expensive to create. Was it a pretty decent pizza, yes. Worth the cost at the current main ingredient to dough ratio, not in my opinion.

Top It Off Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1700 TX-323 Loop Suite 108, Tyler

Went in to grab a pizza at lunch time a few weeks back. Both ladies there were extremely nice to start off with. Now I am from NY and was in NYC in April. So I already am picky. I have tried all the NY places in town and they lack one thing in their dough. I know pizza well and won’t mention what was missing but this place had their dough right. Crust was crispy and airy on the outside. Good sauce and cheese. If I had to be super picky a little odd taste on part of the crust and I feel maybe some run off from other pizza or garlic knots cooked in the same oven. Maybe just brush the oven off more. Very good stuff.

Uncle Gino?s Pizzeria – Menu with Prices – 43053 Margarita Rd, Temecula

Popped in here after shopping at a nearby business because in the window it stated they had a lunch special of pizza by the slice. We were greeted by a couple of friendly men working in the restaurant. We both ordered a slice of their pepperoni pizza, which was present in a glass case atop the counter. They promptly tossed it into their oven to bake, so we received it hot. We ate in house and both liked the flavor of the pizza, enough so that we took a menu home with us. I ALWAYS add red peeper flakes to any pizza I eat, but the better half does not. She liked it quite a bit, especially the thin crust. This place is convenient for those heading home or passing by using Margarita Rd, with easy ingress and egress. So after our first experience I/we agreed that we are fans. We look forward to trying a whole pie in the near future – BURP! And I’ll update this review if need be.

Ravello Pizzeria – Menu with Prices – 4900 E Bay Dr C, Clearwater

This time I decided to drive over and pick it up. Last time it took over an hour for delivery and pizza was a slight bit better than lukewarm. Personally, I prefer my pizza hot and steaming right out of the oven. I won’t fault these folks for the long delivery time as it was a Sunday afternoon during football season. Anyway, it’s still Lent in the Eastern Orthodox tradition, so that still means no meat for us at any time. What did I order this time, you ask? A white pie? A veggie deluxe?? Plain old cheese??? No, I say! We tried a Margherita pie, which was how the real “first” pizza was supposedly made in mid 19th century Naples. Just some garlic, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil on a thin, crisp crust of fresh dough. Well: this one also had pizza sauce on it. Anyway: there certainly was a decent amount of sliced tomatoes and round, yummy morsels of fresh mozzarella. When I got to the shop, the pizza man was just tearing up basil leaves and sprinkling them onto the hot pie. He even looked at me and said “You couldn’t have timed that any better!” Well: it certainly was hot and it only took me five or so minutes to get back home. So it still WAS hot when I opened the box. I almost always ask for my crust to be well done. They certainly obliged in that regard! It had a nice bit of char which can be hard to get from a gas oven rather than a coal or wood fired one. No bubbles or blisters either, just flat, crispy goodness. The crust was bordering on dry, which is fine. Toppings certainly helped keep it far enough out of the desert. As I stated earlier, they added pizza sauce to the rest of the requisite ingredients. Seemed like a bit much in the sauce department for a Margherita pie, but on the plus side it helped with the garlic and oregano flavor. Fresh mozzarella was good; tomatoes were still juicy and the only criticism is not quite enough basil on the top. The Queen Bee said she’d have it again; I didn’t dislike it at all and nearly half the pie is left for a quick lunch. Not bad for less than $15!

Greek?s Pizzeria 16th Street – Menu with Prices – 1601 Columbia Ave, Indianapolis

Love loved this place! We are so picky about pizza and to be honest.. don’t like most of the pizza options here in Indy. This place though, you HAVE to try it. We had a medium half cheese/half pepperoni and an order or breadsticks. The breadstick were amazing. Buttery, garlic, hot, crispy and served with your choice of a dipping sauce. The pizza… fantastic all the way to the crust. We ate all the whole thing. Welcome to the neighborhood Greek’s! We’ll be by often. 5/30/19 Unfortunately I have to change our review. While we love small business and will always choose small over chains, something at Greek’s has changed lately. I no longer can eat their pizza, I immediately get an upset stomach. Not sure if they changed the sauce or dough since opening, but I can’t eat it. Such a bummer because it’s hard to find great pizza. When the boyfriend is craving pizza, we order here because it’s nearby and I just get a tossed salad. Tonight we ordered a small pizza and a salad (carryout,) we were told it would be ready in 15-20min. It’s now been an hour since ordering and our food is still not ready. I hope they work their kinks out soon. I really loved this place.

Farmhouse Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1813 Laurens Rd, Greenville

My boyfriend and i have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile, however we were very disappointed with the product. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and our appetizer was the fried cheese. The crust was very flimsy toppings falling off with every bite and very greasy ,my boyfriend used 3 to 4 napkins on his slice. The dough and crust had no flavor or crisp and a lot of sauce at the top which sauce is average at best. Our server was nice but very absent, I know we came around closing but she hardly checked on us and asked us if we wanted refills when we were already done eating so we just got one to go. When we arrived we asked for a booth and the hostess gave us a hard time due to them closing soon. Honestly this place is overpriced. You pay sidewall /Grimaldi pizza prices for a pizza 3′ inches smaller than theirs. If you’re looking for a great New York style pizza go to Grimaldi’s.

Pizzeria Nora – Menu with Prices – 2400 N Central St, Knoxville

I’ve passed this place several times and have always wanted to try it out. Decided tonight was the night I ordered the Dino and the Foongee along with a Panna Cotta to wash it all down. First I was told the pizza would be done in an hour I get there right at an hour as the pizza was being removed from the oven. My interaction with the young lady and the owner was very pleasant they then did a quick quality check to ensure it was cooked to perfection. I got the pizza home and tore into it. I began with the Dino the crust was thin crispy and airy all at the same time the flavor was amazing absolute perfect balance of toppings and the flavors were incredible. Next was the Foongee the same for the crust as the Dino but the way the flavor of the mushrooms and peppers blended together created an experience like never before every bite was as good of not better than the last. I could have easily eaten both pies myself but insisted my wife and kids tried them out

Tin Man Montecillo – Menu with Prices – 4935 N Mesa St #12, El Paso

BRINGING LIFE AND PIZZA BACK TO THE DESERT Montecillo is one of the energetic places that fuels the social life in El Paso. From the bars, clubs, and many eateries to the art, vibes, and small boutiques and businesses, Montecillo represents the young, restless, and energetic youth spirit in El Paso. Electric Cactus gives life to the desert with its bar and club scene, as well as the good eats and aesthetic atmosphere. Now, lets talk about that pizza. The FOOD: $1 PIZZA SLICES ON TUESDAY Pepperoni and Jalapenos Pizza: PEPPERONI WITH A LITTLE BIT OF ELECTRICITY Crispy edges, thin crust, more cheese than your mouth can take, miniature pepperonis that fight back, and sparks of energy in thinly sliced fresh jalapenos. This is exactly how I want my pizza. This is what you get at Electric Cactus. Affordable pizza slices for the ones who risk everything on the dance floor; for the students that study hard, work hard, and play harder; and for the city that stays strong and resilient despite the fears of the impending unknown. The pizza itself is well balanced with the creamy and browned cheese, sharp & salty pepperoni, and fresh, earthy, spicy jalapenos. Each bite is addicting with these bold flavors, especially when matched with the crispy crust. Not as oily as you think, which makes it even better. The VERDICT: ELECTRIC SCENE, PIZZA, AND VIBES TUESDAY AND BEYOND Electric Cactus and the rest of Montecillo remade Tuesday into a better day. This is through local energy and the energy of the surrounding community. With music, a bar and club scene, and energetic people, it only made sense that a great place with pizza and drinks would help bring everything together. Each slice of their Pepperoni and Jalapenos Pizza is crispy, savoury, and spicy. The antidote of the spice lies in the cheese, while the antidote to the vegetarian toppings is the pepperoni. Regardless, each bite challenges the tastebuds and is addicting as the next. I will definitely be back and most definitely it will be a Tuesday.

Bow Tie Pizza (Centre St) – Menu with Prices – 4817b Centre St N, Calgary

Fiercely feeling the pizza cravings laying on my couch one night, I decided to browse SkipTheDishes in search of a good classic pizza pie. I wasn’t looking for thin-crust or Neapolitan style – those are always best eaten right out of that scorching oven they’re made in – and I’m not much of a deep dish guy, so I just wanted a few slices of classic ‘za while I glare at the tube. Before I knew it, my driver had arrived and brought with him a gift from Bow Tie – a beautiful and massive 14″ meat pizza, half of which I later freezer bagged for the following week. The Meat Lovers came stacked with pepperoni, salami, ham and bacon, all on a thin layer of tomato sauce, and topped with a generous serving of melted mozzarella. To round out the deli meats, I added a few extra toppings – onions, mushrooms and green peppers; some of my favourites. The meats all tasted fresh as can be and it was evident that the veggies weren’t soggy and old, but freshly cut, perhaps only hours before. As someone who doesn’t enjoy eating plain crust, I made a mental note that the outsides of this pie were just as tasty as the insides. The crust had a softer crunch, something that only a quality dough will offer. The word “stacked” I mentioned earlier was no exaggeration – this pizza was massive and could have been mistaken for a deep dish at first glance. If you want real-deal – Seniore’s and Vern’s are the only joints in town that I believe have this place beat – do yourself a solid and get some delivery from Bow Tie Pizza. Just thinking about biting into one of those flavourful, meaty, warm slices of goodness is making me salivate all over again. It can be next to impossible fighting pizza cravings, amirite?

San Marino Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1465 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island

This is a new Pizza Spot that I spotted on Hylan Blvd. I stopped in to grab a menu and I was promptly greeted with a quick hello and a smile. Upon my ordering delivery, the following week, was delivered fresh, hot & quickly with a smile. Arriving before the 45 minutes I was quoted. We had the Puglia Pie which is a large pie with pepperoni, sausage and meatball. The large pie was extra large and cooked to perfection. The dough was not to thin and not to thick, just right. The sauce was smooth and silky, sweet and tangy. The pie was tasty and yummy. See pic of the pie. The toppings were generous and spread out evenly, topped to perfection. The rolls we ordered, Spinach & Philly cheese steak, were stuffed and rolled in a crispy medium thin tasty and toasty dough. Fresh spinach, and fresh cheese steak. Just delicious both of em. See pic. We tried the Grilled Chicken Ceasar wrap. Again generous portions and came with French Fries. The Chicken wrap was fresh and the chicken must be fire grilled with the grill taste you’d expect. Very tasty. Great new spot for your pizza nights. Give them a try your taste buds will thank you.

Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1960 Madison St, Clarksville

This is the very best pizza in town. It’s no big deal to place the pizza with the cardboard (Do not use a pizza stone) in the oven for 10 mins. at 400 deg.
