They are the beeest, the woman there is always so nice and kind and has such a happy glow. I come here at LEAST once a week and I love their chorizo breakfast burrito and their tortas the best (kinda going through everything on their menu slowly hehe), also, it’s rare to find good taco trucks by me so not only is it great to live by a taco truck but an amazing one.

jessicas Tacos – Menu with Prices – 1100 Crows Landing Rd, Modesto

// Overall: RECOMMENDED! // I love Mexican food, and this taco truck is no exception– not only does it have a sister taco truck on 8th street, but it is extremely affordable! Nothing is even remotely shady– considering the taco truck stereotype is rather negative, sadly– about anything except perhaps the general area of both locations, as there can be some more interesting people about. If one can get past that, I would say that this is the best Modesto taco truck to go to! The verdict on the burrito: it is absolutely delicious, although it can have its bad days– and its bad days come a little more often than appreciated. The meat is most often warm, juicy, and extremely savory. The tortilla, depending on the location, can be either flawlessly cooked or too floury. The beans, rice, and various other ingredients are usually spot on! The tortas can be slightly too saucy, but still great. However, the tacos are the selling point– they’re 50 cents to a dollar, and on Taco Tuesdays even cheaper!! Squirt some lime on them, and you have a perfect snack, or even a dinner if you buy enough! Truly, this place is great if you live nearby– and if not, it’s definitely worth the small trip!

Tacos Y Antojitos Emanuel – Menu with Prices – 4015 Broadway Ave, West Palm Beach

Came here twice already with my classmates and I have to say that this taco truck is AMAZING. I got the alpastor tacos and the barbacoa tacos which were $2.00 and $2.25 each. The meet was perfectly marinated and so juicy. The tortilla is springy and fluffy when you bite into it and perfectly warmed up. Honestly, definitely recommend checking this place out. Super authentic and on par with the taco trucks I used to visit back in California. Definitely want to try the lengua tacos next and maybe a burrito.

Moocho Burrito – Menu with Prices – 200 W Erwin St, Tyler

I was close by at lunch time and thought I’d give it try. I had the vegetable burrito with a side of rice and beans. The menu had a variety of burritos, tacos, tortas, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. My order was came out within a few minutes. My burrito was a mix of beans, rice, cheese, spinach, onions, tomatoes, and avocado. It was grilled like a panini sandwich. It was very fresh and tasty! I enjoyed the sides of rice and refried beans. The taste reminded me of a really good street taco truck, fresh ingredients made fresh. They served breakfast and lunch. Nice atmosphere, very friendly, I would go back again if I was in the area.

MEXICO BONITO CATERING TRUCK – Menu with Prices – 40648 Fremont Blvd #4305, Fremont

Had to check out the new truck. All of the 5 star reviews made me have to try. Since it was my first time of course I got tacos, 4 of them $8. For $8 at a truck I should leave feeling satisfied right? Nope small street tacos, although a very nice presentation with the spiced onions and definitely Resturante quality I did not leave feeling I got an $8 fill. I think should have came with more meat for spending $8 at a truck on 4 tacos. Maybe should have a deal buy 4 get 1 and fill them. Or a 5 taco plate, nice and full of meat. I’m sure reviews would sky rocket and more people would come. At a truck you look for flavor and expect value and fill. Or at least I do or I’ll just go to a sit down. The meats: (best to last) Al pastor: the best meat I tried, cooked well, cut well, nice and spicy and juicy. He does a great job on this meat. I want to try the burrito with pastor but the burrito is $7 + .50 for all adds, cheese, sour cream, and what ever else. Idk Carne Asada: was pretty decent, I just didn’t have much in my taco to really grasp it. Taco should have been full. Chicken: to my surprise this wasn’t that great, and was cold? usually chicken is a go to easy always good and a staple. Honestly I like my chicken burrito filled with chicken so I look for a balance between taste and qty lol. Over all I give this truck 3.5 stars but this time I round down because I spent $8 and walked away hungry ? Am tempted to try that al pastor burrito but prob won’t be in a rush. Hopefully someone posts a pic and a review on how it was.

Guanatos tacos – Menu with Prices – 44540 S Grimmer Blvd, Fremont

This place is awesome. I work close by this truck and have never given it a shot until recently. I was really craving a breakfast burrito and I decided to try this place because I saw on their menu that they had one. I approached this truck and was instantly greeted. Everyone was really nice and explained to me that there were different kinds of breakfast burritos. I ordered a breakfast burrito with everything in it (not the chorizo). As I was waiting for my food, she asked if it was my first time here and I said yes. She then gave me a sample of their Barbacoa meat. That was so good! I wish I could’ve ordered that in a burrito instead. It was super flavorful! When I got my burrito and took it to work, I took a bite and instantly fell in love. Their salsa is great too with a small kick to it. I will definitely come back, especially for that Barbacoa meat!

I Wana Moka Menu with Prices 3100 Old Fairhaven Pkwy, Bellingham

I don’t usually eat breakfast, but decided to have a breakfast burrito this morning. Yelp provided the perfect answer, of course! Saw the reviews and it was close. Asked the person at the window what kind of breakfast burrito they have, and informed me ham or sausage. I choose ham. The attendant asked if I’d like salsa with that, and I replied, please yes. After a few minutes, the arm came out of the window with a small/medium foil-wrapped burrito. And I drove away. When I got home, I noticed they didn’t include the salsa as requested. Grabbed some taco sauce from the fridge and tried it. I could taste that it was okay, kind of bland, and was not freshly cooked. Just assembled. I gave the lower rating because the asked if I wanted salsa and left it out. and they could try to put any kind of seasoning or even some green onions/chives into the burrito. I had hoped for better service and flavor.

La Acapulqueña N°1 – Menu with Prices – 103 N Broadway St, Fresno

Now when I say this understand that I know about this taco game! To make a great taco you want fresh ingredients, great tasting corn tortillas, (heated in fresh good oil,)and you want meaty seasoned meat, with this description you now understand this is the pillars of a great taco, this place is literally a diamond in the ruff, the tacos where smacktastic! The burrito best thang going! homemade flour tortillas with the old school abuelas rice!, you know the abuelas rice I’m speaking of the Spanish rice with the veggie mix! Yes! It’s truth! But wait…whole up! This ain’t it! the pickled jalapeños and carrots that most taco trucks, restaurants give as a garnish, are home made and they are the bomb!! I kid you not! this was the first time I’ve tried a homemade pickled jalapeño. This taco truck is in the cuts but don’t let the location fool you just order, eat and be amazed!

Taqueria Tex-Taco – Menu with Prices – 2864 Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd, Katy

Top of the morning my fellow Yelpers. So my wife and I decided this morning that we were in the mood for breakfast tacos. Yeah, we could have made our own but neither of us wanted to do it so we decided to head out for breakfast. We jumped on Yelp as usual and to our surprise, the Katy area has an array of breakfast taco’s spots. After looking at a few places, we decided on Taqueria Tex-Taco. We have driven past there 100 to times as the road that they sit off of is the road we take to get to I- 10. So let’s get to the food, I got a Randy Taco, Breakfast Burrito and a Jimmy Taco, wife had 3 Randy Taco’s…….folks the flavors are out of bounds! The moment that the flavor hits your pallet, boom goes the dynamite. We have had some pretty darn good breakfast taco’s and made some darn good ones but these right here are the truth and will blow your mind folks. I had the pleasure of being in the US Navy and was a West Coast Sailor who spent many weekends in Tijuana and these took me back to one of my favorite spots to get breakfast taco’s in northern Mexico. As for the decor, well it is basic but as I always say, “are you there to eat or are you there to live”! The staff are extremely friendly and somehow, they knew we were first timers. The tomatillo sauce that was recommended was outstanding. My only critique would be the red sauce. I tried it and it was okay, not bad but not great. Other than that the whole experience was pretty good. So if you are out and about in Katy looking for some authentic Tex-Mex for breakfast, stop by this place folks. You will be happy that you did. There are only 2 places that I will go to for breakfast taco’s in Houston, and now I can say, there are 3 places now! As always, thanks for reading, my fellow Yelpers.

LA VILLA Taqueria Mexicana – Menu with Prices – 12694-12706 Northlake Blvd, West Palm Beach

The best part about my parents moving way out to Loxahatchee is driving by this taco truck (trailer) when I visit them. They make all the Mexican staples, tacos, tortas, burritos, plus some more unique items you’ll never see on menus at chain Tex-Mex restaurants. They have a large variety of filling options, including some unusual ones I had to google. I’ve tried the asada, carnitas and pollo. All were solid. The reason this place gets 5 stars is simple: they press and cook fresh tortillas to order. I’ve never had this outside California. It means the tacos take a minute more than most trucks, but it’s well worth it. They also make fresh red and green salsas that are equally delicious. It may be out of the way, but if you’re a taco lover like me, it’s worth the drive.

Picante Mexican Grill – Menu with Prices – 24103 I-10, San Antonio

My family has visited this food truck several times. Not super quick, but it’s because they assemble fresh to order. We’ve tried the mini taco plates, pork burrito, and quesadillas. Everything has been consistently delicious. Great flavor and quality. I’m usually not a huge pork fan, but their pork burrito is amazing.

Tacos Fiesta Mexicana – Menu with Prices – 4200 Peralta Blvd, Fremont

OK, first and foremost I’m not ashamed, I’m not scared, nor am I intimidated to order food from a food truck. Such mixed feelings when it comes to food trucks… I get it, I’ve heard many war stories from co-workers about the thin line you walk when ordering food from a food truck. I’ve been told to never eat from a food truck on Mondays because they use the remnants of the weekend’s leftovers, I’ve been told there all just glorified “roach coaches”, yadda yadda yadda blah blah blah and that could all be true, but not at Fiesta Mexicana….I think…..I hope. When it comes to taco trucks, Fiesta Mexicana is legit! I keep it pretty simple and straightforward. I’m not a taco truck connoisseur, nor do I go to multiple locations unless I’m captivated by the scent of a lone taco truck grilling up some carne asada from afar. Usually while I’m washing my car or waiting outside of a local DMV office. For the most part only one, this one, and it’s usually when I’m fresh off work. I come here when I have a specific taste for street style carne asada tacos and to my delight Fiesta Mexicana usually comes through with piping hot well garnished corn tortillas stuffed with carne asada, cilantro, onions and a combination of pickled jalapeños and carrots. A quick lunch fix with hard to beat prices. $1.75 for a taco…Not bad in my opinion. Fiesta Mexicana is a clean, well kept, consistent taco truck that offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas to the local Fremont community. Keep up the good work Fiesta Mexicana for I am a repeat offender. p.s.- CASH ONLY

Bundyâ??s Bagels – Menu with Prices – 1421 SE 33rd Ave, Portland

Bundy is fantastic. Bagels are delicious. When you put the two together? An adorable bagel truck with fantastically delicious bagels. I ended up getting just a poppyseed bagel with cream cheese, but there are other more exciting breakfast-y options with meat and cheese if you so desire. Tip #1: The truck is a bit hidden. It’s off the main road, and tucked into a small area with a few other food trucks. It’s also a food “truck” but very much stationary, so you don’t have to worry that it’s driven off and parked elsewhere. Tip #2: Maybe self-explanatory, but the truck is outdoors. There’s a little bit of seating in the area, but in general this is more of a grab-and-go rather than a sit-and-hangout kind of place. Overall: A great place to stop by and grab some bagels.
