I am a regular coustomer who will not be returning. The only person on duty was a lady who claims she is the manager she was drunk and talking on her cell phone ignore me when i walked in i showed my id got approved and she ignored me i told her 6 times i wanted a mardi gras. Drink and still ignored me i thin i asked her about a different drink and she was supposed to know how to make it was long island she did not even know how to make it she asked a cousmter. I did not mention i could. Tell she had been drinking and was being very rude until she decided to keep on ignoring me i had my koney and everything ready i was fixing to pay for my drink but she never even made it there was only 1 coustomer and no excuse for why she could not service me howevwr i twlk alot because i am a kind person who is used to striking up conversations because i also work in a restaurant and i am trained to communicate and be kind. She denied me a drink and told me ibwas drunk i have not had a single drink today i was at a hospital all day with my sick great grandmother who has blood cots in her neck and arms and having kidney failure. I not only was not drunk but did not have a chance ti drink because the only place i buy drinks is at this place beacuse all the other drinks give me terriblee heart burn so i dont drink anything but a small mardi gras drink. Never enough to get drunk but enough to. Calm my nerves i never ever ever get drunk indont beilive in thst however thisbis the first time she has evwr. Been there. When i asked for anything. Normally itsa very kind guy who takes my order my husband even told the very rude lady that i have not had a drink yet. I never drink anywhere else because everything else makes me sick. I am high dissatisfied. And will never return. Ever that was very offensive the way the talked to me and treated me. Just because a person is talking to you dont mean they are drunkni had just walked in i had just left the emergency room. I just wanted a small drink and to go home and go to bed. People with adhd naturally talk alot but i make use of. It because it is polite to speak to others hello how are you your having s great day mine was okay or good. … Blah blah. I. Work in a restaurant i am used to talking to others so excuse me for being nice. Apprently being nice and speaking to anybody means your drunk. Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 4307 130 Ave SE Unit 5, Calgary

Terrible service. I went to the drive thru and as soon as I rolled down my window, the person taking the order was scolding me to hurry up with my order because I was holding up the line. Uhm, first off there was just one car behind me and that car just arrived the same time that I got to the speaker box. Then when I told that person that he was being rude when I wasn’t even a minute in the drive thru and he cuts me off and says in a rude and condescending tone, “Please come and order in the store.” I flatly told him no and continued with my order. I ordered an Oreo iced capp which was on their order board and he rudely (talking down to me like I’m stupid with his tone) replies again with “We don’t sell that. So I patiently say that it’s on their board. Then he hangs up and I had to say hello about 3 times before another person responds and tells me that they no longer carry it. Again, in that condescending tone. The entire experience was unbelievably rude and uncalled for. Will never go back to that location again.

Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport Menu with Prices 800 Albany Shaker Rd, Albany

Lets start with our 2 phone calls to a very rude desk clerk named Teresa, we called once and told 20 min then called after 25 min and she told us he would be there, so I asked when and she stated “fine I will try and get hold of him” then she came back and said 5 min more. When we got to the hotel a 5 min drive we question her about it and she loudly stated that we are an on call service and don’t just service the airport. I said okay may I have the managers name, she then said ” it’s on the sign over there if you want it.” She was dismissive and rude. Then I get my key to room 410 and may I add that floor smelled so bad of pot it was unreal, but of course the key does not work. I return down stairs inform her the key does not work she takes my key never says a word to me after another 5 min hands me a key and says that is your room. No apology for the mix up nothing, then I get to my room 504 and the stink and stench is horrible. Thank god I have air freshener because I would not want to deal with that rude front desk person again. Oh and may I add the ice machine on the 5th floor does not work. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here! And of course this is all started at 1020 at night and did not get to a room I could get into 1110. Very poor!!!

The Brewhouse – Menu with Prices – 229 W Montecito St, Santa Barbara

Came in with a group of 11 for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and sat outside. Asked for waters for the table and the female server brought us 4 waters. We asked for several more waters and she muttered ” I’ll bring them as long as you drink them ” When it came time to order we asked that the checks be divided 4 ways and she said that’s it’s written bottom of the menu that no split checks for groups larger than 8. She was right about this. We politely asked if she can make a one time exception and she flat out said no. I asked her if she can make these type of decisions on behalf of the business and she said yes. (Some kids in their 20s act like they own the place they work at) I asked to talk to a manager and I can see the gears turning in her head as she was trying to think of an excuse. She was starting to say I can’t see a manager but that cannabis fried brain of hers kicked into second gear and came up with “there is no manager here today”. I should have replied back, “can I speak to an adult who works here at least”. Next she said that we have been rude to her from the moment we walked in. And this is where it gets good. I told her about her comment about her bringing water as long as we drink them and how that was rude and I was offended. She replied back that we can just leave. We immediately got up and left and this business lost out of a good $300+ revenue. Since I travel for work, I eat out a good about of times a week. I’ve only left restaurants because they are too busy and can’t get service. This is the first time a wait staffer has caused us to leave. I know this waitress is not a good representation of this business, staff, or management. I feel this review is warranted to let the owner know that they need to re-evaluate her employment or put her through some training courses to correct her skill sets needed to succeed in the service industry.

Star Chicken Menu with Prices 2524 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim

So, I came here the last night around 1 am. Ambience: As soon as a group of my friends and I came in, she asked me if I was korean. I said, yes and I spoke a little. She continues to say, “We close at 2.” Several of times. I told them that we knew we just wanted to eat. Anyways, a friend of mine knew what he wanted and just said Bibimbap, the owner looked so offended and said they didnt have it. He proceeds to order beer. Anyways, everyone order water and their food. The waiter ask for me and another girls ID for no reasons. We kept saying sure but we aren’t drinking. And I said I was 20. Meaning I had no intention of drinking if I wholesomly said I was 20. Then the older lady kept speaking korean and saying, “No. She’s 20. We cant serve them.” And none of my friends understand them (they were white and filipino). The waiter told the old lady that it was fine but they kept arguing back and forth about us. They threw in a couple of insults. Anyways, we told them again only one dude is drinking. They walked away and again continued to argue about us at the register. Finally we got the most weirdest and strangest vibe, we didnt want them to spit in our food and left. They just let us walk out without saying anything. We were all sober and polite. Then we were standing in parking lot for a bit to find a new place that opens late. People were walking in and out of an next door that has no business signs!! And we heard a muderous scream in a car before they drove off. So, we scurrried away out of fright. Everything about this place was weird. It felt like a dream that was dreary and no context and just creepy. In response the owner’s comment 7/9/2018: That is simply not true. You are talking to a experienced Head Server/Waitress and Manager of restaurants. For example, if a father orders a beer at a restaurant with his kids and wife, he can get a beer. Whether his kids or wife drinks, he ordered the beer. They are not drinking. If you are worried you can watch to see if someone underage or you did not card, does not drink. There is a saying, “Drink responsibly.” as well. We as customers, have a responsibility if it comes to drinking. And if you refuse to give us service (even if we did not do anything wrong, it is on you.) And you have the responsibility of: -Checking IDs -You do not denied a person alcohol unless they are ALL UNDERAGE -TOO PRESENTLY DRUNK. As in drunk, CLEARLY INTOXICATED AND ACTING INAPPROPRIATE. For example, a man becomes handy with a me (a waitress) after 20 glasses of beer (my boss stop serving him beer when I responsibly informed them). Update: By you responding to this review and suggesting that I will have alcohol is discriminating. You guys clearly did want to serve us. You are serving the people of age alcohol. Not me. On another note, one of you server was about to give my friend the alcohol, but the elderly around 60-70 repeatedly stopped her. I was the only one that was 20 and the rest were 26 and up. If you guys were that worried if I was going to drink, watch us then. FYI, I do not drink alcohol because I have a neurological disorder that inhibits me from drinking. My brain is literally sick. I do not need to tell you this. You as a business lack knowing regulation and protocols. You have the worst response coming as a business representative.

***PLEASE READ*** My Dad and I have dined here many times throughout the years and after this morning we will NEVER step foot in this place again. Their breakfast is nothing to write home about, I’ve made better from my own kitchen. Not to mention one of their nasty, wicked, and downright rude daughters who almost ran me over in the parking lot because she was driving so fast! I’ll be honest I shot her a bird because you don’t 50mph tearing through a parking lot putting people in danger. She then got out of her car and proceeded to chase after me screaming at me, “what did you say to me you little b****!?” I said, “I didn’t say anything but now that I’m talking I’d like to say you’re really rude!” She then followed me in the restaurant proclaiming in a very threatening manner, “my parents own this f***ing restaurant and I’m crazy but this is nothing meet me in the parking lot so I can beat your f***ing a**” (her exact words). By that point we were going to leave when the wife of the couple sitting behind us stood up for me and told her she shouldn’t treat her customers like that and her customers are the reason they stay in business! Our waitress was very kind and asked us to please stay. She claimed that she is “sick” and they have been dealing with her like that for years. I admit I was in the wrong by giving her the finger and telling her she drives like an asshole(well she does), however family or not I am a big advocate for MENTAL HEALTH and with the money her family makes owning the restaurant they really need to get her help. I’ll say this if she keeps doing this to people they’re not going to have any repeat customers. We weren’t looking for a free meal but they didn’t bother to comp anything either and on top of that the cashier (possibly the other daughter)gave my Dad attitude when he was nice and went up to pay the bill! Beware of the rudest breakfast experience of your morning! We will NOT continue to support this local business!

If this was asked of me before i stopped comming here they may have gotten 5 stars. I will no longer come in this place. Me and my family used to go here january to May we ate 3 times a day (everyother day) $35+ a visit. I thinks its the owners daughter or sister they look just alike.. I tell them everytime i go in there she doesnt listen shes too busy speaking spanish talking junk she isnt listening. I get the same thing all the time im in there all the time well i used to be and she still say she doesnt remeber and if she does she messes the order up anyways like my smoothie. Its not that hard to be quiet stop talking junk and make the food. But shes rude. I told her the last time i was in there my family will never be there again if shes still there. I havent went back since and this was almost 2 month ago. Ik our business was just somemore money but ive told everyone ik because that girl is just so rude. Hire people who understand both languages and if they speak spanish make sure there not talking about customers while the customer is inside the store. They’ve lost my business completly.

I just left this bar! I wouldn’t recommend this place. The drinks are great. however, the bartender lost my bf’s ID. I was trying to diffuse the situation. Trying to communicate with an intoxicated bartender. & she has her friends there & giving them FREE drinks. After the bartender started being rude for losing the ID. She magically found it. Her friends were being rude. Trying to argue with me a paying customer. & of course i am human i felt harassed & the need to defend myself against another customer (who was the bartenders friend). This place is very unprofessional. The bartender was all over 2 guys, lost the a customer’a ID, then the bartender’s friends try to instigate a fight between the bartender & I. The bartender’s friend was being racist on top of that trying to talk shit on my cousin (who is mixed with Caucasian, & looks full caucasian however she’s mixed with Latina) & calling her a stupid white girl in Spanish. She was surprised when my cousin responded in Spanish right back defending herself. The bartender magically found his ID & said “don’t ever come back”. I am so appalled of the customer service provided but this bartender. I felt victimized. My bf went back to apologized & spoke to the manager trying to diffuse the situation & he was told by the manager “well I’m with my family”. Umm hello, you own a business, the holidays are over. There is no excuse for your unprofessional staff. But I’m sure the the BBB (Better business bureau) would like to know on how this business DOES NOT CARD UNDER ANYONE ON THE NIGHT SHIFT HOURS ON THE WEEKENDS). I would advise not to come here! Sometimes the good deals are not worth the mistreatment you will experience here by the day time drunk bartender. Just saw the review from the owner. Let me clarify since i was very upset when i wrote this. The bartenders friends was the one being racist. Not the bartender. AGAIN NOT THE BARTENDER. I will apologize for that. & i did not once ask for any free drinks & was not rude at all. I literally was sympathizing with the bartender because people do make mistakes. I repeatedly kept telling her it’s okay we just try to retrace your steps & she was scared to get fired. I dont ever want anyone to get fired over a simple mistake. I even remembered she mentioned that her boss has cameras & i asked her to ask her boss so we can resolve this. In all this time. I had not raised my voice nor was I being rude. & when i did hear the only one person within my party trying to be rude. I told her something. Because no one deserves to be disrespected. I don’t agree with the behavior of the one person in my group. As to why I was trying to leave. But i bet you miss that in your videos. However, while this was going on the bartenders friend was trying to add fuel to the fire by saying she(meaning the only intoxicated person in the group) is saying this & that. That’s when i got upset with her friend & felt the need to defend myself & she was trying to say something slick in Spanish about my cousin who does not look Hispanic at all & my cousin also was trying to diffuse the situation but defended herself in Spanish to clearly let her know. She understood everything that was said. & yes you’re right Maria did offer to pay after he went to the DMV & brought back a receipt. Come on who really wants to do that. As to why I was trying to talk to the bartender to remember her footsteps. We were trying to avoid filing a police report if the ID could not be found. Katie who helped coordinate my rehearsal dinner was amazing on 6/15! Unfortunately, that’s where the great service stopped. We arrived at the venue and were asked for our drink orders, I ordered a drink for myself and fiancé and was not ID’d. Neither was anyone else. One of my bridesmaids gets to the dinner a little late and halfway through the night I realize she doesn’t have a drink. I go to the bar to order a drink for her. The waitress, pours the beer and takes my credit card. When she goes to hand it to me she goes, “wait who is this for?” I was very confused because I’d been ordering drinks for myself and others earlier and hadn’t been asked for any ID. When I responded it was for my bridesmaid (who is well over 21 and the oldest of all of us), she said, ” she already tried and has no ID.” and takes the beer back from me. Now I’m feeling extremely embarrassed because I didn’t know she forgot her ID and the waitress’ response was like I was purposefully trying to buy for someone under age. After that, this same waitress ignores me the rest of the night when checking on other tables around me. At one point I watch her gossiping to two other staff members behind the bar immediately after this happened. I felt like they’re talking about what just happened, then they all three look over at me at the same time. Normally, I’d think I was paranoid but her treatment towards me the rest of the night was just rude which made me feel like they were talking about me. The whole dinner I just felt like the terrible service overshadowed the rehearsal and special time. I am very disappointed and the service and my treatment for something that was meant to be so special. Would not recommend an event here with that kind of service.

My sister and I were planning to have our nieceâ??s bridal shower here, but Nicki, a manager, was incredibly dismissive and rude and would/could not answer questions such as â??What kind of wines do you serve?â? so we changed the venue (the invitations had already been sent.) She said weâ??d be charged a $10 per person seating fee on top of the food and drink, that we could use a serving tray stand for the gifts and while we could bring in cupcakes, we could not have a table for them and weâ??d have to provide our own plates and napkins. Your sister, Nicki, either could not or would not answer my questions, was rude and abrupt, told me I was being difficult and then passed me off to Taylor, a lovely young woman who was incredibly professional and helpful. When my sister met with Nicki, she never made eye contact nor did she stand up to greet her. Nicki told my sister that the food we wanted to serve would not be ready when we arrived, as Taylor told me, but would be started only when our guests arrived. I could continue, but Iâ??m sure you get the picture. My sister and I have never dealt with anyone in business so, rude, condescending and dismissive. Frankly, Iâ??m surprised that the restaurant remains open considering this is how you treat your customers.

Hilton Stockton – Menu with Prices – 2323 Grand Canal Blvd, Stockton

. Where do I even begin? This is the WORST Hilton Iâ??ve ever stayed at and Iâ??ve stayed at MANY Hiltons all over the world hence why I became a member. I come to Stockton multiple times a year because I still have family here who I visit. To be honest when I do visit I normally stay at Courtyard or Marriott because I ALWAYS get spectacular services every time I stay. Unfortunately the weekend of May 25-27 those hotels were booked up and Hilton wasnâ??t so now I know why. So I decided to give this Hilton a try and of course it ended up being the horrible experience that it was. We were in town to celebrate my sisterâ??s graduation from college which is the most exciting milestone. So my sister was staying with me at this Hilton, she has a service dog that we informed the hotel. Our room was by the elevator and there was a lot of foot traffic. As we stepped out for a bite the dog remained in the room. The dog has stayed in hotels multiple times including places like the Courtyard & Marriott in Stockton with no issues. As we were at dinner I get a call from the hotel informing me our dog was barking so I kindly told them I would be on my way back. It didnâ??t take long for a rude Christine from the hotel to call me again being extremely rude asking me if I had a dog in my room and that it was barking and if I can put a muzzle on it, I was baffled and so upset at that comment. I said excuse me? I once again told her that is a service dog and that it was rude of her to tell me to muzzle the dog. I told her I was on my way back she then asked me what the service dog was for? I once again couldnâ??t believe this, I am now really upset and told her she legally canâ??t ask me that she proceeded to say yes she can. I get back to the hotel to tend to my sisters dog and as me and my sister and 1yr old son got to our floor we not only didnâ??t hear our dog barking but the hallway wreaked of marijuana and a party going on a few doors down. As Iâ??m stepping into my room and the door closes thereâ??s a knock on my door and itâ??s the patron from right across our room coming over rudely telling us our dog was barking. I said â??Iâ??m sorry but Iâ??m back and that the dog wasnâ??t (as we were heading to our door) and isnâ??t barking. She continues to yell, I told her she can not come to my door and needs to report to front desk. Mind you itâ??s 11pm and I have a 1yr old son dealing with another patron disturbing our privacy yelling. So I then called the front desk to inform them that if thereâ??s a complaint by another patron it needs to be handled by them, that another patron have no rights and allowed to come and start problems with another paying patron (us). Christine proceeds to say â??yes that another patron has every right to come disturb us because our dog â??disturbâ? them. I couldnâ??t believe what was being said to me. I am so thrown back at how awful they treat their customers. I told Christine â??Iâ??m so sorry but that isnâ??t ok and in no hotel that they allow another patron to go to another patronâ??s door.â? I reminded Christine that my dog is a service dog and that itâ??s allowed at the hotel, she tells me no they donâ??t allow dogs of any kind, I told her itâ??s on the hotel website she says no. She then continues to argue with me and threatens to send security so I told her go right ahead and send security because Iâ??m not doing anything wrong by telling her they should never allow another patron to come to another paying patronâ??s room. She then HANGS UP ON ME! Like whhhhhhaaat? Just wow! Have anyone EVER experienced a front desk employee of a well known Name hotel like Hilton hang up on u? I can assure the answer would be NO! My sister was so upset she went down to the front desk to ask them for all their names and she was accused of being drunk which she wasnâ??t. I believe the hotel uses these excuses to treat their customers poorly by accusing us of being drunk and acting out. They also told her she wasnâ??t allowed to ask for their names. The food is good the service however could be better , one of the ladies that takes the order at the cash register is rude, she asked me for the money and I was not finished with my order, then when I asked her why is she asking me for money when I’m not done ,she said I’m busy and I have more people trying to order. I then asked her for green salsa and she brought me I small container then I said excuse me I ordered 10 popusas I need more salsa and she brought me 1 more. It’s a shame that the food is so good but I refuse to go because the staff is rude and obnoxious!!!
