We went about 7:30pm and the food was cold. I put my hand to the food to see if it was just me but everything was cold. We could not eat our food. The staff was just standing around not doing anything until I said something. Then checked to see if the burners we’re on, which I don’t think they were. Then the buffet runner started giving us looks and I could only assume he was thinking I’m crazy when I’m the one trying to eat this cold nasty food. Not once did they replace any of the items on the buffet until we were leaving, then they replaced the rice. And proceeded to put the old nasty cold rubber dry rice on top. We went to leave and the lady behind the counter was acting like we were wrong. I told them to bring a thermometer out and check the temperature on the food. They called the manager because he was out and after a good minute of them talking then decided to waive the buffet fee. Which we paid for our drinks because we did drink our drinks but was not going to pay for that food that I’m probably going to throw up later because it was no good. I did not take any pictures or video when I should have but this was the worst experience I have had in awhile.

River Cree Resort & Casino – Menu with Prices – 300 E Lapotac Blvd, Edmonton

So I am making a review for the buffet at the river cree casino, first time ever going was yesterday..so I had my Hope’s set a bit high ..my fault..I was expecting a way better buffet since I have heard how amazing this place was…the people I must have been talking to must have been drunk because from the food to service to how clean the restaurant was I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody just the buffet.. I cant talk about the rest of the place, the service was horrible, to get a refill it must come out of the waitresses tips, to get a dirty plate removed is almost impossible, yet they look at you from there little table acting like they are watching out for you when they are not!, and the host guy is super awkward and so is the manager I am guessing, Best buffet in Edmonton is buffet royal. Again if you want a buffet you have the whole city of Edmonton to pick from avoid this place so you wont be disappointed!

New York Fried Chicken & Pizza – Menu with Prices – 2210 N Market St, Wilmington

Whoever picked up the phone when I called was extremely rude, I was calling to let them know that my order was wrong and if they can do something about it, he decided to talk over me and kept saying itâ??s postmates fault, yes it was postmates fault my food was cold but they have nothing to do with my food being BURNT , I waited until he was done talking and when I started to talk again he hung up, I called back again no answer and then I called one more time he picked up saying what. I then asked for a manager and he said he was the manager so I said to him, you need to act like one you are very disrespectful and now I would like my money back for the whole order he then kept being rude so I hung up, I have ordered from this store and never had a problem I donâ??t know if he was having a bad day but he sure did lose me as a customer

Happy Sushi Yester Oaks location – Menu with Prices – 3662 Airport Blvd, Mobile

The first few times I have been to Happy Sushi, everyone was nice, and the food was right, but yesterday and today it seems to be a problem. We ordered a shrimp bowl and a salmon bowl. Both bowls were looking a little more skimpy than usual. They use to fill the bowl up all the way to the rim. We told the manager what the problem was, and she said she was only able to replace one of the bowls. In which, I thought that was not right, but I was not going to argue with this lady. I told the manager what I had and I asked if I could get the noodles instead of the rice. She rolled her eyes and said sure. She finally brought us our food. I forgot to ask for sweet chili sauce, so I asked her could I have some. She had a nasty look on her face and walked off to get the sauce. She came back with the sauce and she slammed the sauce on the counter and walked away with a nasty attitude. I was going to thank her for it, but she wanted to be nasty about it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HAPPY SUSHI. EVER.

Bikaner Indian Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 2427 W Airport Fwy, Irving

Drove 15 miles to eat dal bati. Walked in for lunch, and there was no one to tell us what to do, where to go, or how to order. There was just one guy running around trying to take care of everything. We were then told after about 5 minutes that there is a lunch buffet, and we can’t order anything from the menu. At the same time, I can hear people placing their orders for chola batura to the SAME guy. No idea why we were told we can’t do that. Anyway, we go get food from the buffet counter, but there is no rice, bread, or Naan. We go back to our table and wait for the Naan while the food gets cold. After 10 minutes we get 4 small pieces of Naan, which we promptly devour in a couple of minutes. At this point, we again wait for more Naan for about 10 minutes. So now we have to go get more food because everything is now cold. Keep in mind we had walked in to get dal bati and were told only the buffet is available. So it’s surprising when the same guy offers dal bati to some other customers. At this point I can hear other customers complaining about having to wait for half an hour without food. Anyway, we go to the counter to pay and I ask the same guy if they had dal bati (considering they served it to a customer behind me). I am then told that they do not have anything except the buffet, and that everything else is served only for dinner. Cost me 15 bucks for a buffet I didn’t want to eat, and was cold. Do I sympathize with my brown brother? Yes. Do they need to overhaul their entire system and hire more people? ABSOLUTELY. Tl;dr long waits, cold food, mismanaged – not worth it.

Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club Menu with Prices 23155 E Heritage Pkwy, Aurora

I came here for brunch on a Sunday 3/30 at around 11:30, and it was HORRIBLE. The food was dry and disgusting. There was next to no choices. They call it a buffet, but all they had was an omelette bar, run by a nice kid who’s probably never made an omelette in his life. The line at the omelette bar took around 20 minutes to get through. The “buffet” was two tiny tables crammed together with unlabeled trays with dried bacon & sausage, cold hashbrowns, Green Chile, AND THAT’S IT. They also had a beautiful chateaubriand that was cooked so well-done it wasn’t even edible. Then they had smoked salmon that was truly revolting. The head chef later admitted it was frozen cold-smoked Atlantic salmon and he wasn’t happy with the quality, but he served it anyway. This meal reminded me of a breakfast at a Holiday Inn when you get there right before they clean-up. Not in any way, shape or form worth what they were charging. On top of all this, our waitress was terrible, never checked on us once. I had to tell her to clean off the plates. Then, after we were clearly done, and I made her take all the plates, she never brings me a check. My girlfriend and I sit there waiting for almost 10 minutes, trying to wave her down. Finally, I asked to speak to the manager. She informs me there is no manager or owner there. She proceeds to bring me the young kid from the omelette bar. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a great guy, but not even the head chef. He admits to only being there 2 months. Finally, I tell him I want the head chef. I wait an additional 7-10 minutes for him to arrive at the table, he was a nice guy as well and finally comped the bill. I will never be back. If you want a good brunch, go elsewhere.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe Menu with Prices 3400 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor

Horrible, humiliating and embarrassing experience at this Washtenaew Ave location in Ann Arbor, Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Thursday evening 7/25/19 approximately 6:35pm , I was told by cashier after ordering a smoothie and sandwich that my $20 bill was counterfeit. I was in shock and disbelief because I had just gotten money out my banks atm. The cashier marked the bill again with an old dried up “counterfeit pen,” said, “yes see here it’s not the right color this is counterfeit $20,” cashier shows it to the acting manger, whom never gives her name nor is she wearing a name badge and it was confirmed again that the $20 bill is fake. By this time there are several patrons waiting in line watching and staff members behind the counter snickering and laughing throughout the whole ordeal. I was told to pay with something else because I would not be served otherwise. I asked to make a report of some sort instead of just walking away from my hard earned money. I was informed by the “acting manger,” that they could call the police other than that I would be out of 20 bucks. I told the acting manger because the real manger was not available to go ahead and call the police. The acting manger stayed on the phone for several minutes while I’m waiting to speak to the authorities. The acting manager then pops out from behind the counter with a lame apology an envelope with names on it and an email address. The envelope had my $20 bill in it . She told me all the water marks were there and in deed the $20 bill was REAL! The envelope had Kennethpatoniv email address, manger Karrisa and Senyeah the cashier written on it. So the acting manager for that particular evening did not put her name on anything as if she was not involved or in agreement with all that had took place. Most humiliating experience ever! BEWARE of untrained manger, staffers and cashier who will take your money because the cheap counterfeit pen that they used was inaccurate.

Clifton Seafood – Menu with Prices – 2213 Decker Blvd, Columbia

I’ve been getting fresh fish from this place for years. I always have a great experience until this week. The owner usually works the register, but he hasn’t been there lately. There’s this old black man working there now and his attitude is HORRIBLE. I stood at the counter twenty minutes before he acknowledged me. He was nasty when I was making my order. They got an attitude when I was telling them how I wanted my fish cut. To put the cherry on the pie, when I checked out and got back to Clemson road they left my whiting on the counter and mangled the fish til the point it was inedible. I called and spoke with a manager he made everything right by doing my order over plus extra whiting, but the nasty attitudes weren’t worth it. I think I’m going to find a new fish market. They lost a loyal customer.

Sheraton Augusta Hotel Menu with Prices 1069 Stevens Creek Rd, Augusta

Sheraton Augusta Hotel My stay was awful. Checked in om Friday night around 10pm so we unpacked and relaxed. Saturday I get up early, eat breakfast down stairs and then went shopping. My kids were sleep at the hotel (resting before competition day) and they get woke up by room service who delivered breakfast to the wrong room. They called me and I immediately called to see why breakfast was delivered to my room. I was first told someone ordered the breakfast from my room. After having to explain it wasn’t my room it was discovered it was their error. That charge was NOT taken off immediately I realized at check out on Sunday. When I got back to the hotel my room key didn’t work so I had to get it reactivated. Got to the room and my kids said housekeeping has knocked twice waking them up asking if we were staying an extra night (despite the do not disturb sign on door and the fact I booked 2 nights). When I returned another maid knocks so I call the front desk to see what the issue was. I was informed that they were not sure why housekeeping keeps knocking but they shouldn’t be and it will be addressed. I leave to take my youngest daughter to competition ( she had to be there early) returned and my key doesn’t work again and China is in the shower. Leave for competition get down stairs and forget my shoes and when my daughter tries to get in the room, guess what? KEY DOESN’T WORK! We return from competition later that evening and now I’m pissed because the key doesn’t work again. That night (Saturday) the air was acting up, it was either too hot or too cold. Sunday morning I was able to sleep in and noticed all the sunlight coming in. I tried to adjust the curtain but notice something was wrong. Pulled the curtains back and the window frame appears to have a lot if water damage and the curtain was arranged to hide this. At check I asked to speak with a manager and the food and beverage manager was sent to assist me. For my horrible stay I was offered 1,000 points towards a membership at the time I wasn’t a part of. Due to the hotel not correcting their error on room service I had to wait about 45 minutes at check out waiting for them to try to correct it. As of this morning I haven’t heard anything from the hotel!! I call customer service and made a complaint on Sunday as well. Call customer service back last night and a the rep was nasty and hung up. I called back and was escalated to a manager who didn’t say a lot of nice things about the Sheraton Brand, however, apparently there is a new Marriott brand she as excited about the 1,000 points the food and beverage supervisor promised at the hotel has not posted either, had the young lady check. DO NOT STAY AT THIS SHERATON, looks nice on the outside but if the water damage was in my room and caused that much damage, Im positive there are alot of rooms and areas in the hotel that are not in good condition but hidden. There could be mold and all kinds of things. BEWARE!

Rise Kitchen & Deli (in Seminole Hard Rock) – Menu with Prices – 5223 Orient Rd, Tampa

Wow. Usually, I feel extremely bad about leaving horrible reviews anywhere but, not today. Nope, not today.. My friend and I visited Rise Kitchen & Deli the first time 2 weeks ago, expecting a decent meal, and good customer service from what the check- in told us about good restaurants in the hotel. Wow. Can’t I just say when we first got there, we waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Outright, The service was despicable. She forgot our drinks, didn’t bring out my side salad, no refills, food took 47 minutes from order. Then tells us she forgot our order! She had literally 3 tables including us. It was me and my friend and we were splitting loaded chips and a burger! Easiest table ever!!! How do you forget? Who do you people hire??? Certainly not well trained or experienced servers. We went at 1am! It was NOT busy. Then when we BEGGED. For the check it took another 15 minutes for that! We even told the manager who came by and she just acted like this happens all the time just saying “sorry she’s new” lol like what? Act like you care? The food was OKAY, not bad. However, customer service can really make or break an experience. So.. we came back a few weeks later and said we would give it one more shot and maybe it was just the server cuz the food was OKAY. The chips appetizer was amazing. We Came in at 1 am again, (reason we come so late is because we have been gambling and just want a quick bite to eat before bed) We had a new server she seemed nice, and we thought things would look up. Wrong! The soups took 20 minutes. COLD. Food took 45 minutes. We didn’t see our server at all for Atleast 30 minutes. We ordered Chinese Salad and Cuban sandwich. The server seemed more experienced than the last time but wow! she did not care at all, finally she came back from the kitchen (I guess where she was this whole time??) she dropped are food down and just left. Acting like 45-hour on two not cooked entrees is totally normal. I sat with an empty glass the entire time. Just wanted a new Dr. Pepper, nope. Just from what I’ve noticed, The servers all walk at the slowest speeds possible! They all seem very unhappy. No manager walking around to be seen. Disaster. We couldn’t even complain because there was no LEADER in charge. If there was, I’m sure they were in the back talking and playing around. Multiple tables were asking where there servers were. Anyways, at the end, We didn’t take one bite. We asked for to go boxes and the check which took ANOTHER 15 minutes. I mean I felt like this was a joke at this point. I think this restaurant needs to take a hard look in the mirror. Anyways, We just wanted to go to bed. I’ll say it one more time, they were not busy!!! Listen up Yelpers, So here’s some advice. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat after a full day of gambling. DO NOT COME HERE. You will wait for atleast an hour. I am not kidding. This was twice! This isn’t a fluke anymore. This is them. If you are looking for good service DO NOT COME HERE… One out of the maybe five servers on the floor with out a frown. It’s that bad. Also, there is no take out. Which is why we were forced to sit. We had such a better food experience at Jumbao Noodle, and The Buffet. Heck, even the cocktail servers pretend like they actually care more about you than them. We come to Hard Rock Tampa once a month to gamble and get comped rooms all the time. We will NEVER again be back to this restaurant. Please do something about your horrible staff. Sorry for being so blunt but something had to be said and there is no way we were the only ones to receive this type of experience. We wanted to run out !

Peet’s Coffee – Menu with Prices – 731 Pleasant Grove Blvd Suite 185, Roseville

It was nice to see the workers enjoying their morning. Unfortunately they were so focused on that and 1 customer who was apparently a regular, 4 people did’t even acknowledge me in line. After a minute, they started to take my order, but continued talking the regular customer who was waiting for his beverage. Once they started ordering, the cashier called back part of the order, but it was clear the person she was talking to wasn’t listening. I waited to give the rest of my order, but the cashier said to just keep going. 1 of 4 of my drinks was made. I let the artists know there should be 3 other drinks. The cashier asked if she heard her when she called out the order and the barista just said know. Each drink was incorrect, not labeled and I was directed to 3 different parts of the store to get kids, straws and carriers. Not being laid out well is 1 thing, but the service was definitely not customer focused. At least the employees were happy talking to each other and planning their weight loss challenge

Lakota Coffee Company – Downtown – Menu with Prices – 24 S 9th St, Columbia

There’s great food and coffee here but the baristas are a bit rude to customers if they don’t exactly know what they’re talking about. I ordered a cold brew not realizing that they don’t actually have that at this location but the barista at the register was helpful in fulfilling my order with an iced coffee instead (and that was absolutely okay). But, he did not tell me that there wasn’t actually cold brew so I didn’t grab my drink when they called “iced coffee”. When I didn’t come pick it up by myself, he was kind enough to bring it to me and he said “here’s your iced coffee” to which I questioned “cold brew?” because that was what I thought I had ordered. He dismissed my question and walked away mumbling a comment along the lines of “iced coffee IS cold brew” which I know it’s not. It isn’t made the same. What bothered me most is that he went to his coworkers to talk about me. He probably was not aware but I overheard him and I felt embarrassed even though I didn’t think I had said anything wrong. In Memorial Union on MU’s campus you can get Lakota coffee from Wheatstone Bistro and they offer cold brew. It’s definitely different than the iced coffee. It’s smooth and almost tastes like caramel. It is also served with a smile!
