This is my first time purchasing at this Nespresso Boutique. Actually, I never knew they existed, tucked away in a corner of the Men’s Department in Bloomingdales, in Boca Town Center Mall. Why they are in that location, beyond me. I discovered their existence when I received an email notice of a special edition, limited production of 100% Kona bean coffee. For years I have ordered my Nespresso pods on-line. It’s easy, they are open 24/7 if you want to speak to someone. For me it’s convenient and every few months they (on-line Nespresso) offers a special, like buy 10 sleeves and get 2 free. Or a highly discounted selection of Nespresso coffee units. But let me not digress too much. Anyway, when I saw the Kona I figured I’d grab some. I love Kona coffee. When visiting Hawaii in 1991 I was introduced to authentic Lion brand Kona beans. For years I had it shipped direct to me in DC. So when I attempted to order the Kona online I was advised it was only available at a boutique and was surprised to learn that one existed so close within Bloomingdales. I called and asked them to hold 10 sleeves, offering to pay for it on the phone and was informed I didn’t have to pay for it, they would hold it for a day. To me, that was outstanding and responsive customer service, indeed. I picked up the sleeves (a sleeve is a box of 10 pods of coffee) and met their team leader, Zujey, who was charming and welcoming. She explained her name was pronounced like Zooey she had an air of professionalism without being stuffy. The boutique was well organized, with a line to keep people orderly and each patron was given individual attention by their own representative. And, it also gave the Nespresso representative a window of opportunity to sell product other what someone came for, especially those beautiful crafted and somewhat expensive coffee units. And what better way to sell more coffee sleeves than to offer someone a free espresso or coffee? But hey, it’s marketing and I get it. I’m certain some people get in line with the intent of getting a free coffee and again, that’s part of the business. All the staff appeared gracious and able to deal with the Boca crowd, including those people who insist on bringing their dogs everywhere, whether in strollers, on leashes, or in their hands. (Yes, I KNOW they are personal service animals and you have a certificate, But let’s be honest. Anyone can go online and get a certificate after paying a fee. And are there really that many people in Boca who need personal service animal? Like what did you do before you had one? Stay at home depressed and anxious and eat TV dinners?) I received excellent service and would definitely return. Note the conditions of their 14 day return policy (see picture). Also, their direct dialing number is 561-826-9227, by passing the Bloomingdales phone system. Go. Taste their awesome coffee. Meet Zujey. And buy some coffee!

Nespresso Boutique – Menu with Prices – 3001 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis

I’ve become a Nespresso disciple, and every cell in my body hates it. I’ve repped #teamaeropress, for a hot minute, and I plan to leave her soon. At first, I thought the Keurig-like brand pumped out mediocre coffee at an exorbitant price. However, my parents insisted it is different in three significant ways: 1) Their coffee tastes significantly better. 2) Their coffee comes in recyclable aluminum pods, and they also provide return bags (via UPS). 3) They’ve established boutiques in several metropolitans around the country. All true ***** This Nespresso boutique resides in the back of Kitchen Window where people can purchase Nespresso machines and pods (which come in packs). They also provide complimentary coffee, too. Regarding their staff, they’re very patient and professional. They took the time to answer all of the questions we had, and they somehow convinced me to buy over $100s worth of pods. Each type of pod ranges in both intensity and flavor. I recommend the following: – Elvazio – Caramelizio – Odacio I’m not sure if I would visit this store instead of ordering online, but I would strongly consider dropping by more frequently if I lived in the area.

Nespresso Boutique – Menu with Prices – 301 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica

DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO! This could NOT get any more comical. Someone from Nespresso finally called me and told them their name was Dennis and to call 1-800-562-1465 and ask for extension 4235. I did. A young girl answered said she did not know who that was and said that extension did not exist. She sounded very, very dumb. I hung up and called back and spoke to Carrie in San Francisco who asked for my Nespresso number which I do not have. She seemed very confused when I asked for Dennis at ext. 4235 and put me on hold. She then came back and said he wasn’t available and could she take a message and then asked what my call was about? What an absolute JOKE of a company. DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO!

Cakes of Paradise Bakery – Menu with Prices – 6322 6th Ave S, Seattle

Am I in paradise? Close! My friend and I visited Cakes of Paradise for some dessert and overall, I was pleased with our treats. My friend ordered one of the rainbow cakes while I had the Silly for Chantilly Bowl, which is one of the featured dessert bowls they have here. We shared both of the items. The rainbow cake was solid, and could see why it’s so popular. It really had a tangy flavor from each of the fruit: guava, lime and orange that make up the rainbow of this cake. Texture was soft and light, with a fruity, gel-like icing between the layers. My favorite of the flavors was the guava, by far. I would most likely order the guava cake on its own versus getting the rainbow. The Silly for Chantilly Bowl included a slice of the chantilly cake with chocolate and caramel sauces, macadamia nuts and we got ours with Kona Coffee ice cream instead of the vanilla flavor, as you get a choice from the two. Because of how strong the Kona Coffee ice cream was, which was fantastic, it was hard to taste the chantilly cake. I was expecting more of the macadamia nut flavor, but enjoyed what I tasted, regardless. I’d recommend getting the chantilly cake on its own if you really crave the cake. Perhaps it would’ve been different with the vanilla ice cream, but Kona Coffee ice cream is no regrets! In addition to cakes and dessert bowls (cakes with ice cream and toppings), Cakes of Paradise offers doughnuts, pastries and can customize sheet cakes and whatnot. Plus, Kona Coffee. Parking is outside of the shop, so is accessible. But I have a feeling this place gets busy. We visited an hour before closing, so had the place to ourselves. But expect a crowd at peak times. Glad to have finally tried Cakes of Paradise!

The Roasted Bean Espresso – Menu with Prices – 9340 NE 76th St, Vancouver

Yes this place is great! Yesterday I had went to their coffee bar and got there around 1:20 – 1:30 p.m. and noticed no one was there. I have been here before and know that on the google search here it said they were open till 5 p.m. So I figured maybe they were all at lunch. I am a very patient person so I waited an hour. There was chairs and I had my phone so I played music to kill time. After the hour I decided to call them up. One of the ladies on the phone told me they had closed for the day but were so sorry I had waited all that time and said I could have a free 16oz drink on the house. So nice! The reason was recently their hours had changed and they never got online to fix the times yet. So today I got my free drink and paid for a larger one cause I gotta have my java! Those ladies there are so very nice, they need more praise. The coffee is amazing, and better then Starbucks. I love there cold drinks, blended of course, I suggest getting the Snickers it’s my favorite. Next time you decide to get coffee, head over to The Roasted Bean Espresso, you wont be disappointed!

Dutch Bros. Coffee – Menu with Prices – 10105 E Old Vail Rd, Tucson

We came by on Mother’s Day and the drive-thru line was SO long. Probably 20 cars. The staff were outside taking orders so it actually went pretty fast. There was a walk-up window too, which wasn’t busy. I got online to look at their choices. Their menu is huge! I was looking for a sugar free flavored coffee but I couldn’t find where the choices were for that in time. I asked when we got up to the person and she was very knowledgeable and rattled off a bunch of options. I ordered the White Zombie, sugar free, and everyone else got unsweetened citrus green tea. The tea was amazing, very refreshing. My coffee was seriously the best flavored coffee I’ve ever had. I even went back the next day to get another ? Compared to my usual drinks from the green mermaid competitor (skinny vanilla latte, sf cinnamon dolce etc) Dutch Bros is MILES above. I don’t care much for DD coffee bc it’s too acidic for me. I don’t think Dutch Bros should even worry about being so close to DD- they don’t even compare. My advice if you haven’t been here yet is to look at their online menu before you go to have an idea. All of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and gave excellent advice. So if you’re not sure, ASK! I’m so glad we have this great coffee and tea (and other) drive thru on our side of town.

Soup R Salads – Menu with Prices – 308 S Warren St, Syracuse

Really Great soups. They typically have 3 to choose from. I’ve never had one of their salads, but many people wait in line for those. You stand in line to be able to move up to order your salad or soup. But I will tell you what BUGS me about this place. Many businesses put up signs NOT to use your cell phone or to limit its use. At “Soup R Salads” they have several signs that say NO CELL PHONES in line. But, damn, I’m just waiting in line–waisting valuable cell phone use time! Aren’t I smart enough to stop using my phone when it is my turn to order? I really want to talk to them about this and their offensive and insulting signs! Lol

Nancy’s Breakfast And Lunch – Menu with Prices – 2502 NE Jacksonville Rd, Ocala

I have wanted to order food from here on the go for quite some time. Every single time I try to find a menu I am unsuccessful. So I think to myself every restaurant has a menu online, so I call. The person who answered the phone sounded like they were answering their home phone. She repeated what I said 3 times (you wanna see a menu online) and still seemed confused When I said to her, “I’m just trying to find out if you have a menu online so I can view what you offer so we can order food on the go passing through town.” She then mumbled something that made no sense & that’s when it was clear she’s obviously on some sort of narcotic and I just hung up. This can’t possibly be the kind of people you have representing your business

Opus Coffee at UF Health Springhill – Menu with Prices – 4037 NW 86th Terrace, Gainesville

I really like the initiatives that they support through their coffee sleeves and how theyâ??re all different, their environmental focus, and their nice employees. Unfortunately, to me, the coffee is pretty weak and thatâ??s for sure a big factor. This is definitely a convenient location for UF Health employees and patients, though, so they definitely fulfill that demand!

C3 Vapors and Coffee Shop – Menu with Prices – 1779 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa

My last experience with C3 vapors was excellent because of James personality , professionalism and commitment to customer care. I’ve been having a problem with my fix Vape pods not working. Had come in before and explain to one of the gentleman there that the pod would not work in my Vape. He took the pod put it in the Vape hit it a couple of times and said yeah it doesn’t work. I explained to him I know that it doesn’t work. Now what can you do for me. He said there was nothing he could do. So with no real good explanation or no indication That he was willing to make anything right with that pod. So I continued to buy three bottles of juice and three packs of the pods for my PHIX vape. When I return this time James was there and one of the pack of four pods for my PHIX Vape didn’t work. But Unlike the last gentleman I dealt with James explain to me from his experience with the issue with the pods were and came up with a solution that was acceptable and over and beyond to make me happy and continue to do business at C3 vapors. James represents C3 Very well and has their customers I feel in the best interest. I spent between 100 and $150 a month at this store and will continue to do so as long as I deal with James who is a great representative of C3 vapes

Chili’s Grill & Bar – Menu with Prices – 12505 W Markham St, Little Rock

Not so much this location but chili’s customer service ZERO stars for them, tried to order the $50 gift card online that comes with the free $10 ecard when we went there this weekend for my 9 year old daughters birthday, she wanted to eat there it’s her favorite place. I eat there quite often dinners with my family and on my lunch breaks also, I spend probably a hundred dollars a month there. Well I couldn’t order the gift card online, tried more than one browser, tried more than one card to order it. I’ve found several times trying to order online that their website is frequently messed up or down which is always an inconvenience when I’m working and cannot talk on the phone. So I emailed customer service that I was unable to order the card with the free $10, we went there to eat without the gift card with the free bonus, they emailed me 2 days later and insisted that it was me or my fault, that I don’t know whay kind of browser I’m using or that I’m too dumb to put in the card number correctly, the BROWSERS were both right & so were both of my card numbers only to get an error message of the card card cannot be processed at this time, I was even told, that that doesn’t happen on their site so they’re going to flat out deny how every time it screws up you can’t even select the location you want to order from. I explained that in another email, the horrible customer service person came back with some bullshit about how it says some bullshit somewhere. I emailed back again and said I feel like they should give me the $10. ANY OTHER place I’ve ever eaten at that made a mistake was more than willing to compensate for it. Nope, they didn’t even answer my email back. Don’t give these horrible people your money they’re too cheap to spend $10 to keep good business and there’s plenty of other places to eat where people are actually nice.
