I just love this place. It’s consistent. It’s unique. It’s hands down the best pizza in Fremont. It gives you the friendly vibe that is missing nowadays due to all the chain restaurants being piled on each other. People actually say hi and engage one another here. Won’t get that at Blaze’s, Mod-pizza etc. Come here and enjoy one of their 33 beer’s on tap and watch the game, or you can order an appetizer and chill until your pizza arrives (averages 30 minute wait). Either way, you’ll have a good time. There’s outdoor seating (about 3-4 benches) which overlooks Washington Blvd. My go-to pizza: half 40s special and half Philly’s Cheese-stake pizza. Both have amazing flavors. The 40s is their hamburger style pizza with fresh pickles and tomatoes (put on after the pizza is cooked) with a base mayonnaise/mustard sauce. The Philly’s Cheese-stake pizza is pretty much what it sounds like, but i believe it has a ranch sauce rather than your typical marinara sauce. You won’t go wrong with either pick. As mentioned, they have 33 beers on tap. My favorite so far is the Bellhaven Scottish Ale (malt-forward beer) with a super smooth finish. It pours as smooth as it tastes (see pic). They have live music Thursday – Saturday, usually blue-grass, but every once in awhile it changes. The place usually packs out on fridays and Saturday from 5pm onward, so get there early!

Burning Oak Wood Fired Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1035 McRae Way, Roseville

This pizza was unreal. Probably one of the best pizzas around here. Joe knows his stuff when it comes to making a solid amazing pizza. His pizza sauce is the best pizza sauce I have ever had. Plus its wood fired pizza…what’s better than that? You wont be disappointed with the pizza. The only thing that I hated was not being able to try different kinds of pizza. But there’s always next time :). If you have an event and need someone to cater it dont hesitate to call this place to do it…you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Joe!

Sparky’s Brewing Company – Menu with Prices – 1252 23rd St SE #110, Salem

Took my wife on a date there and ordered a Maui Pizza but didn’t want the Maui sauce on half of the pizza. Asked the waitress if they could use red sauce for half she she said she would check. She submitted the order. When it arrived, it had red sauce on half under the cheese, Maui sauce drizzled over the whole pizza. The waitress didn’t notice, she just dropped it off. I brought it to her attention and she nicely offered to have them make me a pizza for free. My wife asked her to make a pepperoni pizza for me. She brought back a half cooked pepperoni pizza. When I bit into it, it had the Maui sauce under the cheese…true story. When I brought it to her attn she took it back to the cooks without really talking to me about it. When she came out of the kitchen she was laughing until she saw me and turned around. When I got the check, not even a discount. I left without eating. I called the manager today. Didn’t ask for a discount or free meal, but she sure didn’t offer one either. The first thing out of her mouth was, “She should have told you we don’t do half pizzas,” in terse voice. Made me feel as if I was wrong for asking. Will never spend another dime in that place. Poor quality undercooked food, not made to order, poor service, and no sense of making things right. Worst dining experience I’ve had in Salem. First negative yelp I’ve ever done. One star is because I don’t know how to post with zero stars.

Restoration Pizza Menu with Prices 5161 Lang Ave NE Suite A, Albuquerque

Maybe I’m a pizza snob. IDK. I mean, it’s possible. First off, the quality of the ingredients on our pizza was stellar. That wasn’t my issue. We ordered pretzel bites to start, and those were amazing. The beer cheese was the perfect compliment- flavorful with just a little spice to it. We finally settled on a supreme pizza. Veggies. Meat. Cheese. Sauce. What could go wrong? Sigh. This is where my potential snobbiness comes in. Those veggies were basically raw ya’ll. Like, the mushrooms and bell peppers especially were not even kinda cooked. I’m not sure if they forgot them and added them later or what but… no. The cheese was plentiful and deliciously melty. But… there was no sauce to speak of. You couldn’t taste it or see it… yet the pizza was too soggy to pick up as a slice. I still don’t understand. The service was also odd. You seat yourself, which is cool… but we never dealt with the same person twice. One girl got my drink, someone else brought the hub’s beer, yet another girl brought us the pretzel bites, some other guy brought the pizza, and yet a different girl cashed us out. No one asked how our food was because I 100% would have asked for some sauce on the side ya’ll. IDK. I might try it again. It’s def not on my list of places I’d think of when craving pizza

Pizzeria Twin Tower Big and Tasty – Menu with Prices – 12519 W Okeechobee Rd, Hialeah

I love pizza, especially Hawaiian pizza, regardless of the variety of how the pizza is prepared. Needless to say, when I started a new job I made sure to find Italian places near by. They definitely have a YUGE menu, covering not just pizza but the usual Cuban comfort food specials as well. Since I was heading there for pizza, such is where I looked. They sell both personal and large pies. As might have been mentioned before, Cuban pizza is somewhere along the lines of Chicago and pizzas, where the cheese and ingredients are baked into a dish shaped crust. The owner / chef also mentioned that sauces are slightly different than traditional Italian pies. For example, Cuban style tomato sauce is sweeter than the more robust Italian marinara sauce. This sweet taste blended nicely with a generous helping on pineapples and sweet ham of my pie which is why they deserve a high rating. (Oh, and attentive service helps!) You order at the counter and the dinner is delivered to your table. Their pizza menu also includes an interesting looking “pastelito pizza”. Yes, a dessert pizza of guava and cream cheese. I definitely plan to try this!

Gino’s Pizza Menu with Prices 1374 Copley Rd, Akron

Holy Cow! What an absolute surprise. We recently ordered from Gino’s, and let me tell you, what a pie! We ordered 2 different ones, a half cheese, half pepperoni, and a white, garlic, chicken pizza. First the half pepperoni. Delicious, medium crust, crispy on the bottom, still a bit of chew to the inside. Tangy, rich, tomato-y sauce. Great cheese, cupped, tiny pepperoni rounds that crisped up on the bake. The white pie was aggressively garlicky, but that’s sort of what you expect in a white pizza. The chicken on it was diced up and incorporated in every bite. Coupled with the same great dough and cheese as the pepperoni pizza, this was pretty good. My preference is probably the red sauce pizza, but that’s usually my preference, so try them yourself and see what you like best!

Basta Pasta – Menu with Prices – 319 Western Ave, Cambridge

i always get a margherita pizza and i might be the only 1 here that doesn’t like tomatos. You might think I’m crazy because i’m writing a review about a pizza, but i do like tomato sauce. Now for the food. About the margherita pizza, if you love cheese like me, then i recommend this pizza to you. Why you ask, because you know a regular cheese pizza? You know when yor eating a cheese pizza and you bite into the cheese and all the cheese comes off, on a margherita pizza, there are spots of cheese through out the pizza and when you bite into the cheese and it comes off, there will be another layer of cheese. If your like me and you don’t like tomatos but you like tomato sauce, beware, sometimes they’ll put a sliced tomato on your pizza. i also got a chicken paresan and i loved it except that they put too much sauce on it.Sooooooooooooo that’s my review, bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lucky Pizza – Menu with Prices – 18590 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside

I’m usually hesitant with pizza places , so I took a shot in the dark . The pizza is absolutely wonderful ! The cheese is so smooth and tasteful , the sauce is just right . We also had French fries , they’re crispy and pretty good ! I’ll be coming back here again . The prices are also SO much better than other pizza places !

Monte Pizza – Menu with Prices – 360 E 188th St, The Bronx

I was at this pizza place last night because my fiancé had recommended it. We ordered a cheese slice with extra cheese and half an order of garlic knots. Every other pizza place I’ve ever gone to the garlic knots come with tomato paste sauce. When we asked for it, the guy in the back rudely said it would cost more since we only ordered half a batch of garlic knots. Why would I pay more for something that is supposed to complement each other? If I would have known, I wouldn’t have tipped and used that money to pay for the sauce, or give me the portion that comes with half a batch. All in all, the pizza was great, the service.. not so much.

Slices Pizza – Menu with Prices – 3284, 3760 W Eau Gallie Blvd #101, Melbourne

This is one of my favorite pizza places in Brevard hands down. I usually come during lunch, they always have different specialty pizzas prepared along with a few classics. Monday’s they have pickle pizza, which is a white pizza with no red sauce and dill pickles, it’s really good and a great way to try something new without committing to an entire pizza! My standard order is two slices, one cheese (which has fresh sliced mozzarella) and one grandma slice (which is a thicker rectangular pizza with chunky tomato sauce and fresh basil). Most recently I tried the marinara pizza (no cheese with fresh sliced garlic and chopped basil) and lasagna pizza, both were really good! They have perfected all components of pizza from their tomato sauce which is not too sweet with great tomato flavor and garlic, fresh sliced mozzarella cheese, and a crispy crust that holds up well to whatever toppings you choose. The lunch special is 2 slices and a drink for $9, plus they have cherry coke which is my favorite. The only negative is their hours are a little funky, but they are open every weekday for lunch which is good for me!

DeMos Pizzeria & Deli – Menu with Prices – 222 Glenwood Ave #121, Raleigh

When me and my family are in the mood for dining out and enjoying good pizza, we head to Demo’s Pizzeria & Deli, located Downtown Raleigh in the Glenwood South area. We love the customer service, the crust, sauce, cheese and variety of fresh toppings. The price point is good and the dining area is both clean and comfy. They have TVs in case you wanna catch a game while you enjoy their award winning wings, a deli sandwich or pizza! We got a size large Demo’s Delight and got it half cheese , half everything. While we waited for our pizza, we got our fountain drinks. Our favorite is Cheerwine but they also have sweet and unsweetened tea along with other sodas. Our pizza did not take long at all and arrived at our table hot out the oven and ready to eat. If you like to add parmesan cheese or sprinkle red hot pepper flakes, you can find that on your table. Everything tastes great and we enjoyed dining here!

Windy city pizza chesapeake – Menu with Prices – 480 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake

My group of avid travelers decided to come here once we got back from our trip to Chicago to compare deep dish pizza. My husband called ahead to make sure the pizza was ready for us when we got there since it takes about 45 min or so to get it ready. We still ordered some tasty appetizers like cheesy garlic bread, loaded fries, and mozzarella wedges. Definitely a fan of the apps! I love that the fries are crinkly cut and they load it up – I had to ask for a side of ranch, but that’s more of my preference for loaded fries. All the apps came out fast and hot. It was easily devoured by my group of 6. The real reason we were here was for the pizza! We did a half and half of the Southside Special and classic cheese. So how does it measure up to Chicago? Full disclosure, I only tried Gino’s East & Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizzas in Chicago – my favorite being Gino’s. It’s different in terms of cheese to sauce ratio from the two mentioned. I have heard this is most similar Giordano’s. It has more of a pie crust to me versus others I’ve tried. I thought the pizza was good, but maybe too cheesy (if there is such a thing?) for me. Again, I think that’s down to my personal preference. What will have me coming back to the place is the hometown feel of the place. It feels like a neighborhood joint while highlighting the best of Chicago. Service has been super friendly both times I’ve been in and they are very accommodating with children. Overall, I think this place is worth a visit to try deep dish pizza. It’s the closest you’ll get to legit deep dish just shy of a visit to Chicago.

HAKUNA MATATA PIZZA CUBANA – Menu with Prices – 395 E 10th St, Hialeah

Let’s start by saying that this is Not a restaurant, but rather, a take out pizza place. If you wish to sit and eat there you better pray there is no one else there as the only sitting possibility is limited to 4, maybe 5. We ordered 3 personal pizzas of which they messed up on one of them and had to redo, which I don’t understand since we were the only customers there at the time. The pizzas barely, barely had any sauce, to the point that I can dare say it didn’t have any. Pizza 1~ cheese: well cooked. but this pizza was bread and cheese only, no sauce. My wife lifted the majority of the cheese looking for the sauce, the dough was dry light pink, but no sauce was present. Pizza 2~ ham & bacon: the dough was cooked, but the ham and bacon were halfway cooked. It was edible, but it definitely needed more oven time. Sauce was present, but very little in the center only. Pizza 3~ bacon & pineapple: first time, they got the order wrong; they made it with bacon only, no pineapple. The second time, they made it correctly, but it was waaayyy undercooked. The bacon was mostly raw. My wife was grossed out and did not even attempt to eat it! Mind you, this was her pizza. I was going to have them cook it more, but my wife stopped me as she was grossed out and was going to throw it away regardless. I dissected the pizza looking for sauce, found pinkish dough towards the center. We had 2 ice cream milkshakes, which were not bad. We will not be returning!
