It’s good food but overpriced and a bit pretentious although it’s in a good area to be those things. Being in Celebration pointe means they can sell truffle calzones (which was delicious and creamy) and similar toppings but when it comes to pizza and great pizza it was on the better end of pretty good. The pizza crust was very good and a great representation of the Neapolitan style. The calzone was good as well but a little too thin crusted which allowed the filling to slump down when you picked it up. We got the burrata caprese as an appetizer and that didn’t disappoint. Also this is the kind of place that covers their food in arugula so just prepare for the mountain of bunny food on everything. If I had a date and wanted something close to the theater to eat at, I would definitely go here and show off but if I wanted pizza, I would probably go somewhere else.

Carmelaâ??s – Menu with Prices – 3 N 17th St, Richmond

Face it, we’re all trying to find the best pizza spot in town. We drive from all areas in hopes to find the holy grail of pizza. Oh…wait, is that just me? Ok that’s just me then lol. I know a few people in the pizza biz and I always say they’re the best. And it’s hard as hell because when the choice is between an Italian and a Sicilian, who has the best? Now, I’m not naming names or places. But, if you’re looking for a white pizza that will satisfy your tastebuds, look no further. I’ve had white pizzas all around Richmond and Carmela’s just hit a home run for me. The crust was perfection, a nice crunch while the ricotta and mozzarella stayed warm and gooey. The bottom of pizza was not crisp but it also wasn’t soggy. It was just right so when you picked up a slice it didn’t droop, it was still a soft firm, if that makes sense. I will never ask for minced garlic on pizza again! They slice their garlic and it’s a total game changer! Minced leaves you asking yourself, “is it even there?”, meanwhile sliced garlic on a pie just bursts with the flavor you wanted with each bite it’s a surprise! Let’s talk about the meatball parmigiana appetizer and it’s drinkable marinara sauce. Yes, I would literally drink this by the cup full, no joke. Every bite of it made my mouth water for more. And all I could think it would pair well with were mussels. Yes, this is the perfect sauce combination and the flavor for a delicious mussels appetizer paired with a nice Sauvignon Blanc (this is just my fav pairing, don’t judge). Not sure if this is on the menu or perhaps would be a future addition. The meatballs were quite large and full of flavor. Along with the zing and tingle of the marinara sauce this is definitely a staple to order here. We also enjoyed the fresh Burrata Insalata. I couldn’t get enough of this salad. The balsamic reduction, the large mozzarella ball and the greens really played so well on my mouth. The inside is small and quaint in a perfect spot in Shockoe Bototm. Would love to come back and get a bottle of wine with dinner or just to have a few drinks at the bar. Great service! I loved our waitress!

Carson’s Food & Drink – Menu with Prices – 362 E Main St, Lexington

One of my favorite spots in Lexington. Carson’s has a cool rustic chic vibe. It’s a large brick restaurant with exposed wood and chandeliers. They offer an extremely extensive collection of Bourbons as per Kentucky’s specialty. One of the things that’s great about Carson’s is the big parking lot adjacent to it. It’s tough to find parking downtown and we appreciate the easy accessibility of the lot. I have never had a bad meal at Carson’s (I’ve come here about a dozen times) here are some of my favorite things to order: Baked Goat cheese appetizer: delicious warm chèvre served with pesto, marinara, and the best truffle Parmesan rolls. Brie log appetizer: a large portion that a table of 6-8 could easily share. Fruit, nuts, jam and a baguette accompany the cheese. Burrata Caprese: beautiful tomatoes with rich, garlic pesto and fresh burrata towered high. Caesar Salad: I order this “not grilled” as the entree size does come grilled. There’s a prevalent garlic flavor in the dressing and the truffle croutons are excellent. My mom raves about the burger here as well! Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding: this is how dessert should taste. Totally epic. It’s like butter cake on steroids. WOW! Carson’s has won me over with consistently delicious food and good service. The only thing I don’t like about Carson’s is their paper straws. They disintegrate in your drinks which is bothersome to me. Also- this place fills up every single night. Reservations are definitely needed.

Aria at Saint Kate – Menu with Prices – 139 E Kilbourn Ave, Milwaukee

Oh man, I *really* wish this place was better than it is. Aria Cafe is located in the newly opened Saint Kate hotel, right across the street from the Marcus Theater. It’s up on the second floor and has a cute little champagne bar next to it called Giggly. As far as ambiance goes, Aria is great. Very new, modern, clean, and inviting. Saint Kate markets itself as an “art hotel” and there is certainly no shortage of gorgeous artwork around both the hotel and the restaurants. My friend and I started out by looking through the menu for Giggly, which offers a wide selection of champagne choices, ranging from sweet dessert champagnes all the way to very dry ones. I selected a rose champagne (which I didn’t even know was a thing!) and my friend got a dry. We both VERY much enjoyed our drinks. Honestly, if we had just come for the champagne this review would probably be 5 stars. Unfortunately, we decided to eat. We only had about an hour until our show started at the Marcus, so we decided to just get a few appetizers. Luckily for us, this turned out to be a very smart decision. We ordered the Caramelized Brussels, Feta & Artichoke Dip, and the Caprese Salad (because, you know…burrata). In spite of the fact that we only ordered apps, our food still took nearly 40 minutes to come out. Luckily our server was very friendly, which made the wait slightly more bearable. When the food came out, it all looked quite good. However… I will discuss the dishes in order from least to most offensive. The Caramelized Brussels was definitely the best. Good flavors, on par with other versions of this dish that I’ve had. They added lemon zest, which was a nice touch. However, the brussels were 90% single sprout leaves. There were VERY few actual “chunks” of brussels sprouts. And as the brussels had been caramelized, these thin slices were very cooked and barely tasted like brussel sprouts at all. Moving on to the caprese salad. The salad literally had 4 ingredients: lettuce, tomato chunks, burrata balls, and olive oil. There was nothing inherently *wrong* with this dish. It was just so, so plain and flavorless. And it cost $13! And the burrata chunks were mediocre! I was so offended that I had to pay so much for the world’s most boring version of a caprese salad. Finally, we come to the Feta & Artichoke dip. Here’s where things really went off the deep end. This dish was bad. Like actually bad. Like tasted literally like that creamed spinach baby food. There was ZERO flavor. It was creamy, flavorless spinach goop and I hated it. I’ve never been so disappointed in a spinach-based dish in my life. Look, I’m not unreasonable. I’m willing to give Aria another chance. I really did enjoy the vibe of the place as a whole. But something is going to have to change dramatically in the kitchen for me to change my rating to anything higher than a (VERY generous) 3 stars. Bottom Line: Location and champagne = 5 stars. Food = 1 star.

Emil’s Hideaway – Menu with Prices – 222 Glenbrook Dr SE, Cedar Rapids

My fiancé and I had never been here but had heard good things. From the outside, it frankly looks like a dive. On the inside, it is a bit more neon than what I was expecting but rather pleasant. How was the food? Really great. For an appetizer, We ordered the spicy wontons which lived up to the hype! Those were absolutely amazing. We also each had a pizza. She had the taco pizza and I had some kind of meat lovers pizza. Let me tell you that this was some of the best pizza I’ve had. Even though I had a couple of slices left over, they did not make it home as I ate them in the car on the highway. Don’t judge. I only gave this restaurant four stars because almost every step of our meal was incorrect. We had to remind them about our appetizer and My fiancé’s pizza was incorrect. Once we alerted them to the problems we were having, and they immediately did right by us and not only gave us a discount but apologize. That was greatly appreciated. We will certainly be back to give them another try because the food was incredible.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory – Menu with Prices – 215 E Foothills Pkwy Suite 525, Fort Collins

I am very dissapointed with the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in the Foothills Mall. I bought 2 $8 chocolate/caramel covered apples to get a 3rd cinnamon covered apple for free. The lady asked if I wanted them cut I said only the cinnamon one. She then accidentally cut one of the chocolate ones & I reminded her I didnt want it cut & she said “oh okay that one was bad anyways.” We purchase the apples, leave & begin to eat the cinnamon apple which was also bad & she cut it so she knew it was bad. Now today I cut into my $8 dollar apples & they are both bad as well. I am so mad because I live in Wyoming no where near a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory & so I only go there a couple times a year & what I spent a good penny on is rotten & I cant just take it back. So dissapointed.

Hey Neighbor Pizza House – Menu with Prices – 1621 E 19th Ave, Eugene

4.5/5, really. Atmosphere: casual dining with a small indoor area and slightly bigger (though still small) patio out front, complimented by friendly service and it’s also family-friendly. Parking in the area is all what you can find on the street, but you can usually nab something within a block or two without issue. Pizza: Maybe over a dozen or so of options, along with being able to choose your own toppings if you prefer. You’ll see classics such as a Margherita and Bianca, along with some more fun combos and ingredients (Mike’s hot honey was on mine!). They only offer one size of pie (12″) and price ranges from about $12-17 or so, depending on what you pick. Other food: a handful of salads, some apps, and three baked sandwich options. The only thing we tried other than pizza was a caprese salad to share at our table, which was solid. Adult beverages: Limited selection of draft beer (though the list covers the basics), wine options and some good looking cocktails! **Prince Pucklers is on the same block as Hey Neighbor! so that doesn’t hurt either. Who doesn’t love a little ice cream after pizza??!

Low Fidelity – Menu with Prices – 328 Palisade Ave, Jersey City

This place surprised me in all the best ways! I never thought there would be any type of night life in Jersey City Heights.. but when I walked into Lo-Fi I was proven wrong! It has such a nice and chill vibe! And it makes you feel like you’re in a downtown bar (without the long lines) Love it! I’m not a huge drinker (although the drinks here sound pretty tempting!) anyone who knows anything about me knows I’m ALL ABOUT THE FOODSSSSS! ; ) So I ordered Two pies and an app! Warm Burrata: Burrata, olive oil, hot honey, bread. This is a MUST!! It was soooo delicious! The bread is so crunchy! The burrata is perfect! And the honey just tops everything off! It’s a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and a kick that’s not too spicy ! Delicious!! Motor City: Cured pepperoni, smoked pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, oregano, and a side of hot honey (you NEED to get the hot honey) This was my favorite of the two pies (although they were both good) Something about that honey man!! I don’t know! It was so yummy ! The pizza was also just as good without it though!! And the ends were crunchy with delicious little pieces of burnt cheese! *drools* The Jersey Cosmonaut: Pancetta, roasted heirloom tomato, fresh basil, fennel pollen, pecorino, smoked mozzarella, vodka sauce. Another hit obviously ! But like I mentioned above, Motor City stole the show. I love vodka sauce, but I didn’t really taste it on the pie. Still pretty good though ! There were two other pies that I wanted to try that day.. (sometimes I wish I had two stomachs so I can fit more food inside of me) I honestly wanted to come back the next day just for those two different pies and more of that AMAZING warm burrata!! The pies I wanted to try were: Camp North Star (sweet sausage meatballs, roasted red peppers, fennel pollen, herbed ricotta) I looove ricotta and sausage! So it was hard for me to rule this one out on my first visit! And … Earth First: Crimini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, bourbon caramelized onions, rosemary, Parmesan. I’m also a mushroom lover! And this is a white pie, which I’m also a fan of.. so it was hard to rule this one out as well! BUT! I will be back! Very soon!! To give both of these a try on my next visit! : )

Fi’lia South Beach – Menu with Prices – 1610 Collins Ave, Miami Beach

We’ve been staying across the street at the Loews and walked by here a million times but didn’t notice it until today! I think it’s because of their lack of signage outside. They should put up a light up sign to notice it better. But this restaurant is very beautiful and has a lovely ambience. It’s very upscale and kept very clean. The outside seating area is cute with the canopy’s and trees surrounding you. The inside is decorated very beautifully as well! There was a very pleasant scented aroma in the air as well. Diego, our waiter who is also the manager, was so friendly and made sure to get our food out to us quickly since we told him we are in a hurry to get to the airport. They started us off with warm crusted baguettes and oil. Then my husband and I ordered a burger/fries and a pizza that had arugula, prosciutto, and burrata on it. The burger was super juicy and had bacon and onions on it. The pizza was so delicious!! It could probably feed 3 people. I wish I could have taken the leftovers home. They also had a musician outside that played the saxophone, flute, and trumpet. I was very impressed with this place and can only imagine how good their pastas would be.

Pavoli Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1677 Forum Pl, West Palm Beach

I wish I could give 0 stars for them. Terrible customer service. I called to make an order for margerita pizza which you can never go wrong with and the reason I ordered marguerita is to actually avoid any mistakes with the order I got sent a caprese pizza. They said thatâ??s their marguerita and I was asked if I actually red the menu. I said I just wanted cheese pizza. I was asked if I touched the pizza I asked yes 1 piece they said sorry then youâ??ll need to make another order. I said why were you gonna take it back ?! The lady said yes. When was that right ?! In any place they never take the wrong order.. and they never interrogate you about the order. Terrible customer service.. never ordering from them again.

New Boston Style Pizza – Menu with Prices – 2422 Rhawn St, Philadelphia

I agree with people who writes that this pizza place is the worst. Order this week pizza in December , 2018 never tried this kind of pizza in my whole life. It was sour and spoiled pizza and was stinky. I know everyone have different taste, but this pizza was awful. I order pizzas from different places and I may dislike some pizza but I don’t really write review since everyone makes their own pizza. But here pizza was expired I can tell. It has that sour smell. Never experience this kind of pizza.

BRAVO Cucina Italiana – Menu with Prices – 3324 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro

The food has really improved. Service was always good. The new general manager (18 months?) stripped down the menu and now they can concentrate on making dishes fresh and fast, and most importantly, tasty! The calamari appetizer was delicious and both the tartar and marinara were a great combo. The caprese salad was good, not great. The presentation more than the salad, needs work–but in fairness, it was July 4 and I am sure they were stretched for staff. The tables took some time to clean–again, skeleton crew. The Grilled Shrimp entree with orzo and faro was a very nice treat. The arugula and sauce were a great combo. My wife’s lobster ravioli was excellent, but it says creamy tomato sauce–it was loaded with grape tomatoes–not listed on the menu as such. My wife would have asked for it without them. Need to correct that on the menu. Not much beer selection and the wine selection by the glass was okay at best. Had a Peroni. A notable improvement with some healthier choices!

Domino’s Pizza Menu with Prices 5800 Westover Ave, Anchorage

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of soda to drink it with. When the driver arrived i tipped the usual 10 dollars. Before he left i told him i didnt have my soda. His response seemed like he knew it and didnt say anything till i did. He said a driver was coming behind him to deliver it. 20 mins go by and still no soda. I live 1 min from the place. I called about it and all of a sudden its on its way out the door. So the driver never told them about it. So my pizza was already getting cold by the time i had my soda. Kinda mad.
