My husband and I visited Bellingham for a small get away. I was ecstatic to find this restaurant because they appeared to have a fantastic menu, and I had been craving crepes for a long time!! So, we happily sat down and Left couldn’t wait to see the menu. But, unfortunately we never received a menu. Despite there only being two tables of customers and plenty of available seating, we still patiently waited. My husband and I watched someone who may have been the owner walk over to greet customers right next to us, but we still received no greeting or a menu. It’s not like the establishment is has a million tables! She proceeded to walk past us with no greeting and walked back into the kitchen. We patiently waited thinking maybe they are just very detailed about their crepes to make 1/3 customers wait so long without a greeting or menu. By the way, there were two other employees there as well. Finally, we stood up to walk out. One of the employees walked toward the menus and placed her hand in the menu. As we walked near the door, she took her hand off the menu and walked back behind the counter. She never said hello, can I assist you, please have a seat…not one peep. I typically would not take the time to write a review, however, their behavior has earned the award for the worst service ever!

The Chocolate Fetish Menu with Prices 36 Haywood St, Asheville

Ok I know this place is really good but I had to give it a 3 stars based solely on service. My husband & I wanted something sweet & happened to walk by chocolate fetish which we decided to try. We walked in & was taking a look at all of the variety. When we decided we were ready we waited for a few minutes for someone to notice we were ready when that didn’t happen I asked one of the girls if they could help us & she said to give her one moment she was helping another customer. So that was fine we waited patiently until she was done. We literally waited 10 minutes! I looked around for her & she was helping someone that came in after us but oh well we just got another staff to help us!! The chocolates were good but the service & the wait wasn’t with it.

The Backlot – Menu with Prices – 4005 South Ave A, Springfield

Unless you are rushed in making a movie time, do not waste your time. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant last night (and we weren’t even going to a movie). From the moment we walked in, it was chaos. The place is a little dirty, and the roof was leaking onto a few of the tables. After finding a table, a server finally came to our table. We explained that it was our first time there. She brought menus and explained that because they were seating 300 people in the theater, we would have a wait for our food. Since this was date night, we had no problem waiting (as long as we could get some drinks and snacks). We looked over the menu and waited (and waited and waited). Finally, my husband suggested that we go somewhere else. We got up, put on our coats, and walked out. Our server was standing outside the door and looked at us. She saw us leaving and did not say one word to us. If you are looking for a place to have a special night out with someone, this is not it. Many other places in Springfield will value your business. We went to one of our favorite places (Black Sheep) which was packed wall-to-wall. We were immediately seated, had a server at our table in 2 minutes, and were enjoying drinks in 10 minutes. We won’t be back. Team Backlot, do better.

Gorditeria El Rey – Menu with Prices – 1638 S 1st St suite b, Garland

Google states they open at 8 am arrived at the location yet it was very dark inside, the open neon sign was not lit. I Left but i was craving gorditas de barbacoa , so I turned around and went back, got off & pulled on the door which was still locked. It was approximately 8:12 am. an employee came to the door and opened it. I asked her if it was open? I barely heard her response. The lady opening the door was cold, no smile not even a good morning.. a PROPER GREETING!! I tried to talk to her but she was so rude .. the rice was not ready (made) I waited for the rice to be made. When I received my order (2 gorditas rice & beans large horchatas $10.37 kinda pricy) the same lady brought my order.. still with the same attitude as when I walked in. Didnâ??t ask if I needed anything else, just placed my order on the table and left. When I was eating my food I was disgusted with the excessive oil in my plate running down my hand. I waited to see if someone was going to come over and ask if everything was ok but no one did. I was going to show and tell them about my extremely greasy gordita. But no one did so I just threw the other Gordita away and this is why Iâ??m writing this bad review.

Barry Bagels Sylvania – Menu with Prices – 4024 N Holland Sylvania Rd, Toledo

Truly the worst customer service Iâ??ve received in a long time. Stood in a line with 2 other ppl who had already been helped and wasnâ??t even greeted or acknowledged even though I was looked directly at by 3 employees for at least 10minutes! What the??? Helloooo…is anyone there? Are you all zombies? The weirdest behavior exhibited by employees at an establishment thus far! Anyways, after them greeting the man that came in after to me and asking if he was helped, I had to assert myself and asked if my pick up order was ready just to be attended to. Just to point out other customers have experienced similar treatment. This type of behavior needs to be rectified immediately. I would say drive to another location but after reading their reviews it seems like customer service is an issue at all their stores! Employee retraining is needed ASAP!

Duck Donuts Menu with Prices 2511 N Harrison St, Arlington

Donuts are hot, tasty and yummy here. They are freshly made and come out piping hot. They’re even warm by the time you get home! So why the one star? Because they customer service makes me want to walk next door to Harris Teeter for white powdered donuts with an expiration date a month in advance. We entered the store and there was not a worker in sight. We made conversation amongst the four of us hoping someone would come. Two minutes later we started recording. I called out “hello” and waited. After waiting a bit more, someone appeared from the back, avoided any eye contact and stood there waiting. No greeting, no asking what they could do for me. I placed my order and she mumbled my total, took my money and handed me a receipt. Again, no thank you or greeting. But the real clincher, she laughed as she walked back to the back of the store where no one could see her. I have been here several times and will never be back. And these days there are enough duck donuts around town and dessert places in general to never patronize a store when they give horrendous customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sourdough & Co. Roseville – Menu with Prices – 5005 Foothills Blvd #1A, Roseville

When I entered the store, it was just past 1pm. There were 3 employees behind the counter and not one greeted me. Two of them walked away and the other girl just stood there looking at me. I walked over, looked at the menu and then walked back to the counter. She still didn’t greet me, she just asked if I was ready to order. So I did… I ordered the roast beef 8 inch sub. Average wait time for food. They pile the meat on, which is good.., so I would probably order a six inch next time. I liked the taste of the sourdough bread, but this bread was also a bit too hard for my taste. Maybe it was baked too long, not sure. Meat and cheese is superb but lack of options to customize is a bit of a disappointment. I will likely return but this isn’t a place I see myself going to often. To answer Kari: yes it was at this location, your store is right next door to the bird shop, and yes it was at that time. Your husband, I’m assuming he’s your husband because the girl at the register said he was the owner; I had asked if they had gluten free bread, she said yes but she had no idea what was in it, and told me to go over and ask him. He was eating a salad at one of the tables so I decided not to interrupt him.

Wells Street Popcorn – Menu with Prices – 2804 N Clark St, Chicago

So disappointed. I was craving some delicious popcorn so I decided to go to Wells Street Popcorn. This was a Saturday afternoon Approx. 5:28pm. I walked up to the door to find a hand written sign saying “be back in 5 minutes see you soon” I really wanted popcorn so I waited….and waited….and waited. After ten minutes I was about to give up then I saw some one in the back so I knocked on the door really hard. A young man came up to the front and opened the door. He said oh someone will be with you shortly I’m the cook and returned to the back. So I waited a few more minutes. Finally a young lady came from the back and said can I help you. No sorry for the wait or anything. She actually acted like she was annoyed that I was there. I did actually purchase two items but what a terrible experience. I understand that sometimes things happen and okay you need to close for a few minutes but not even an apology…sorry for the wait. Absolutely terrible. I will never go back!

Dim Sum Oriental Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 2313 NW Military Hwy STE 125, San Antonio

If you are a to-go order, they will treat you like dirt. They don’t want your business if you’re a togo order. I came on a Sunday. I waited in line just like everyone else at 11 am. I think I waited about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. I told the host that I wanted to make a togo order. He told me to sit down at one of the tables to the side. Then he proceeded to ignore me and continue sitting the rest of the people in line. No menu, no what would you like, no sending a waiter to take my order. Basically just treated me like my money and my business and my time was less important even though I stood in line and waited just like everyone else. I watched for the 10 minutes as he ignored me and walked everyone else to their tables. Then he handed me a check box menu. He could have spent the 30 seconds to hand me a menu when he told me to sit to the side. It took me one minute to check off what I wanted, and minute for him to enter my order into the computer screen. Another minute for me to pay him $60 for my order. I didn’t have to be treated like I was less important than everyone else in line. I waited in line just like everyone else. I wasn’t worth the 2 minutes for them to take my order. Togo orders are the easiest. Easy money. $60 for someone that wants to walk in and out. They didn’t want my business. I will go to Golden Wok from now on. I’m sure they appreciate togo orders. I’m going to tell all my employees about my experience at this restaurant so that they know not to treat ppl like they don’t matter or that their time is not important. People in line can’t wait for the host to spend 2 minutes taking my order, but I can sit and watch him seat ppl for 10 minutes while he ignored me. P.S. And when my order came out, the waitress tried to hand my order to an Asian woman that was standing. When I got into my car, I realized why. The host wrote me down on my order as “CH Ldy.” I’m assuming he meant, “Chinese Lady.” I don’t know why he used my race to distinguish who I was. It would have been a lot easier and less confusing if he wrote me down as “gray stripe sweater” as there were at least 3 Asian ladies waiting in my area. I didn’t appreciate being written down as Chinese Lady.

AMC CLASSIC Mill Plain 8 – Menu with Prices – 11700 SE 7th St, Vancouver

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here, I would honestly not even be going today if someone hadn’t bought me a gift card. We decided after having our gift certificate for over six months that we should just use them. Today we walked in and were rudely told they weren’t open yet. If you’re not open you should have the back door unlocked for employees, not the front door where customers can walk in. Instead of kindly apologizing, the employee in the front rudely said they weren’t open. At which point, we asked why the door was unlocked and the employee again replied with a snotty tone that it was for employees, and that she was sorry. However, the sorry wasn’t a sorry, the tone was an implied shut up, as if where she said sorry, she meant get out. Even as I’m sitting here, i just watched a family walk in through the unlocked door and come out and speed away. Looks like they were treated the same shitty way, from the same crappy employee we just met. So yeah, never going here again! I don’t even care if someone gets me free tickets. The employees here are rude and incredible inconsiderate. Oh and their popcorn sucks! Better go to regal down the road! Update: it kept getting worse! Literally the only thing on their menu for vegan options is fries, hummus, and popcorn… but wait…. I have to ask for my fries without Parmesan cheese, and my hummus without feta. Get with the times, this is 2019! Broke down seats, dirty bathrooms, bad service, the only good thing was the movie, of course they had nothing to do with that!

Sushi Lover – Menu with Prices – 400 W 5th St, Reno

I went here today and was so disgusted by the food and service I received here. We walked in and were greeted by no one. The sign said to wait to be seated so we waited. We stood for probably about a minute before a man (I believe the owner) finally just pointed to two seats and told us to sit down. When we sat down the man shoved all-you-can-eat menus into my hand and asked me to order. I decided to do the all-you-can eat because I love sushi. The price was nowhere listed but ended up being 21 dollars. This price did not include and appetizers or desserts. The restaurant was empty apart from me and my husband but service was still incredibly slow. But what was even worse than the service and atmosphere was the sushi. I ordered a California roll and a shrimp tempura roll (I order cooked rolls to star with when I don’t know the quality of the food) and what I got was terrible. The shrimp tempura was soaked in a sweet sauce which made it soggy and falling apart. It was cut into little pieces and mixed together. I almost gagged when I took a bite of it. I tried the California and the avocado tasted old and the roll was very poorly put together. I could barely finish one roll because of how disgusting it was. I have never left all-you-can-eat ordering less than 3 rolls, but I couldn’t even stomach the two I ordered. On top of everything, I watched the woman preparing the sushi make ours, go eat some of her food, and then make the other roll. She didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves. I was horrified. I will never return and I highly suggest you stay away. Would give 0 stars if I could

Señor Sushi – Menu with Prices – 1356 W Southern Ave, Mesa

I was really excited to try this place out after finding it when I googled “sushi near me”. Everything on the menu online looked really good. The place is nice outside and I thought it was new, but it turns they have been in that location for two years. When we walked in, one of the four hostesses seated us. It was a late Sunday afternoon, so not very crowded at all. After about five minutes a waitress named Verenice (?) came to our table and took our drink order. She had a very heavy accent, but sweet as can be and answered all of our questions very patiently. The menu itself was on a regular piece of paper (dirty and old) inside a plastic folder that was probably the menu at one time. Could someone not take the time to laminate some nicer menus? Yuck! I ordered the Yamas-Aki and my husband ordered the carne asada roll. Our food was good! When it came time to get our check, that took a bit of time because apparently they only had two waitresses – but four hostesses that just stood around the podium. They were all friendly enough except for one that had a permanent scowl on her face. We felt like she was giving us the side-eye because we are not Latino. All in all, it was a good experience but I would definitely recommend they replace the menus and have more help with the service.

Elon is one of the best employees Iâ??ve seen in a long time, as I wait at the counter for him to take my order, Elon was taking a pizza out of the oven. He carefully Cut the pizza with care.
