Okay so, I ordered from their place on the 17th and I’m not happy with the service that was provided towards me. The staff were very unfriendly, and I could hear one of the staff comment about my hair and I felt ostracized as a customer there. Not to mention after receiving my order I was eyed up and down by the girl behind the counter. Now i understand people may have bad days but i cant understand why this behavior was displayed towards me. I was having a hard time choosing my order. I suppose that made her frustrated but it’s a workplace! I dont understand how these people train their employees. I believe I had seen the manager in the back and they saw the attitude given towards me but nothing was done to stop the lady at the register. I just paid and left. I’m never going to return to the place and I strongly will not reccomend it to anyone. There has to be a change in the way they speak to their customers and treat them. Regardless of our ethnicities or way of dressing! The food tasted sour for some reason, I had to throw it out. I’m not quite sure what made it taste like that but I’m really hoping they did not play around with my order…

Penn Station East Coast Subs – Menu with Prices – 4827 Davis Lant Dr, Evansville

Tonight my boyfriend and I went to the Penn Station on Davis Lant. We placed our order and noticed it was taking awhile… the business started to pick up more when a group of guys came in after we had been waiting about 20 minutes and got their food before we did. They were very understaffed, only two workers, lady about 40 and the other about 20. After it had been past 30 minutes, I asked if they had started my order yet. The younger lady had to ask the other worker twice to get her to answer and the older lady working replied “well I can” with an attitude. She seemed to go in the back a lot and possibly be doing prep instead of working on our order. Although the cashier (2nd register where you pay), the younger lady, (her name tag said Katelyn) I noticed how busy she kept herself and she kept a smile on her face with a pleasant attitude while greeting customers. But since the older lady at the first register had not yet started on our order after over a half hour, I asked for my money back. It was a disappointment. And I felt bad for the hard working young lady having to deal with upset customers over having to overly wait on their food because the other worker wasn’t staying on the #1 task of a restaurant: making customers orders. There were several others who had been waiting almost as long as we had.

Sarussi Cafeteria and Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3678 W 12th Ave, Hialeah

I called them to place an order, I asked if they have the fritanga BOWL, they said yes. I was so excited to get it. I got there and they gave me a fritanga WRAP. I asked if they have a bowl and the lady then tells me she doesn’t know what that is and that it’s the only thing fritanga that they have. I said I saw it online that they have a bowl she still didn’t understand, she then told me that I should have looked at the ingredients before I ordered it, I saw the item on their Facebook page and they told me that they had the BOWL available. I then asked for a manager, which she had a hard time understanding then asked me, “well what to you want me to do for you” with an obvious attitude. She finally got me a manager because you could clearly see I was upset, but I wasn’t an irate customer. The manager came and with an attitude asked me, “well what do you want me to do for you” before we even spoke. I told her that online I saw this fritanga BOWL and she told me that they were different owners with the same name, which is understandable but I told her that I asked the person over the phone twice if they have the fritanga BOWL to which the person said yes, her response to me saying that was, “they don’t understand the difference between a bowl or a wrap and don’t know what a bowl is”. What?! I even asked them in Spanish?! How many other ways should I have asked? That’s not even the worst part, as she is getting me my money back a customer asked the manager what had happened, she processed to tell him what was going on. What kind of professionalism is that? I tried to make it to where I wasn’t making a scene, I never wanted my bad experience to taint anyone else’s in the restaurant but she went out of her way to make me the bad guy to another customer, and showed her lack of professionalism. The service was so bad! I’ll never be going back here again. These people just don’t care about you, they just want to take your money and get you out the door.

Rock N Salsa – Menu with Prices – 43913 Hugo Terrace, Fremont

The food here is really good. So I thought I’d return today and grab some stuff for dinner later because I didn’t feel like going the store. So I get my order and the lady who initially helped me was really nice and offered me which size. A younger girl with bad eyelash extensions came over to help. She charged me what he manager instructed her to charge. I paid her. I stepped aside to let another customer order her food. As the girl was bagging my food she saw me stand at the end of the counter and placed my food further and stated oh here you go. When she clearly saw where I was standing. To be honest, I could care less that I had to walk further to get my food. But the attitude was unnecessary. I thought I finally found a decent place in Fremont to eat but due to her nasty attitude I doubt I’ll come back. Anyways thanks for dinner for tonight. Normally I’d go with the lowest star rating but I couldn’t do it. Food is really awesome just be ware of that younger rude girl.

Sake Hibachi & Sushi – Menu with Prices – 209 Tom Hill Sr Blvd, Macon

One of the owners who is typically at the register is very rude and not friendly. Heâ??s the shorter man with thick eyebrows. Anytime me or my boyfriend come in and pick up our order we placed over the phone this guy always sighs and huffs when we come in to pick it up. He acts as though he doesnâ??t want to service us. The last time I came in to pick up my to go order 15 minutes after I placed it, this man acted as though my order didnâ??t exist yet after i told him I just called he walked right to the back and got it and just slid it across the counter to me. If you donâ??t want people to buy food from your restaurant then just put a sign in the door saying so. Even when others come in after me he still has a slight attitude as if customers are bothering him. I do think race plays a major role as well, just like someone left in a previous review. Even though me and my boyfriend are black this employees attitude is way worse towards us. Overall I have heard him speak unfriendly towards others of different race. I will not return here. As for the food itâ??s decent, but there is better food with a friendlier environment.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 311 S Rosemead Blvd, Pasadena

This place need to hire a new manager. I get here at 930(online shows closes at 11pm) I see a line of 5 people waiting for orders. I stand waiting at register for at least 15 mins. Now while im waiting to just get my order taken. I see who I presume is the manager on duty (guy in blue shirt) he is walking back and forth mumbling to himself. Knocking down paper and trays. Complaining that its too busy and saying (dont these people know we close at 10) Does this guys really not want business. Or maybe he just didnt want to work or he doesn’t like his job. I got a sense that the rest of the staff seemed afraid that this manager was going to snap at any second. Now I’m still waiting and this manager calls my name. He says all I have is this(points finger at what’s left in chicken.) Ask if I want that or want what I ordered? Um of course I want what I ordered. This is now another 20 mins after I ordered. He is saying it’s going to be another 20 mins , since they have to make it. I said I’ll wait. He then tells me to go wait outside, because the lobby is closed. Why leave when other customers are still sitting and eating. By the way there are 2 other customers after me. And he wants us all to leave because the lobby is closed. No I dont thinks so. This guys is being such a tool. He is still complaining that all day they had 5 customers and now the customers wont stop coming in. Doesn’t he know that it’s a good thing to be busy and make money. Still the other staff looks unsure on what to do . Not wanting this manager to go crazy. This guys still wont shut up, this whole time complaining and in a bad mood. Still waiting Still waiting Still waiting It’s now 50 mins after is showed up and my orders done , the manager dissapeared for about 15-20mins. He Comes out when I’m leaving and looks around still complaining. The other worker is at least apologetic about wait. By the the signs still says open and there still taking drive thru orders. And the lady after me is still waiting too. This is a long review because I had time to write this since im waited 50 mins because this manager doesn’t know how to manage. Tip to owner of store. Get rid of this guy. He makes customers not want to come back. I will drive the other way next time just to avoid his attitude and wait

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – Northtown Plaza, 5586 North Fwy Store # 28, Houston

Why is every time I come here to order here this Hispanic lady with dark hair and big always has attitude and very disrespectful toward me. I was on the phone with my wife asking what she want to order and she told me I need get off the phone. Then couples month ago when my wife came order something from here and she wanted subway sandwich with cup of soup she had curst my wife out for no reason all because she ask a cup of soup and I had ask the manager if my wife get a cup chicken noodle soup. We have the money to pay for our food and no reason for this lady to be treating customers like that. Then the guy behind us waiting for her take his order and she ignored him. So he had was so disgust how she ignored him and gave him attitude so he went to Burger King.

Molly Ramen?Poke?Tea – Menu with Prices – 801 Volvo Pkwy #103, Chesapeake

My co-workers and I have eaten here quite a few times. I believe today makes #4 or #5…not exactly sure, however I will say that it will be the last, at least for me for quite a while, which really stinks, because the food is delicious. Be warned about the VAL-PAK coupon that expires on 8.31.19. You CANNOT use it online, even though the Coupon DOES NOT state that, ANYWHERE. We ordered online today, and wanted to use the coupon. The online ordering system does not ask or essentially allow for any coupons at all. I took the coupon and the credit card used to the store when picking up our order. The two young people behind the counter “couldn’t help me” and “didn’t know what to tell me” when I asked about possibly just simply getting a refund and the re-processing the order in the store in order to get the discount. This was our conversation after the young lady told me you can’t use it online as I went on to explain that the coupon doesn’t state that. I had the coupon in my hand! While I’m waiting on this young lady to contact her manager via phone, I decided to order something else. I asked the young man if I could do that and he said yes. I told him what I wanted and he said ok. He just stood there and stared at me. I said, while pointing at the register, “Are you going to ring that up?” Again, he said yes….and just stood there and stared at me. He never placed this additional order. Just stared. Dumbfounded. Needless to say, I got frustrated and said never mind. Clearly he couldn’t handle such a simple request. The young lady took some information and the Manager called my co-worker whose card we used. The Manager told her…in so many words…”I don’t know what to tell you” and “NO, you cannot get refunded for the coupon you tried to use.” Hmmmm…Okay. Cool. So, Mr. Manager of the Molly store in Greenbrier…Don’t print coupons without explicitly stating no online ordering. And maybe you should think twice about leaving your employees alone in your store without your supervision. While the young lady seemed to attempt to handle the situation (she even offered me free food in lieu of a discount), the young man was a person who absolutely should never be in a customer service situation. Ever. And quite frankly neither should you, Mr. Manager. But good luck with the new business!

Brancato?s Brick Oven Pizza – Menu with Prices – 5227 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton

We have tried this place twice. The first time, they did not give us the toppings we ordered. On the second visit, they outdid themselves. They took our order over the phone, took the payment once we got there to pick up the pizza, but failed to actually make the pizza. Somehow, in the 20 feet between the register and the oven, they lost the order, even though there were no other diners there. To top themselves again, when the manager came to the register to cancel my payment, rather than apologize, he decided he didn’t like my attitude. I guess I should have simply given them my money and left cheerfully without a pizza. Hopefully, these folks will be gone soon. Perhaps the next owners will know what they’re doing.

AMF Arrowhead Lanes – Menu with Prices – 299 W Orange Show Rd, San Bernardino

I bowl here for summer league. I’m a new bowler. First when I come in, I tried to withdraw cash from the atm and the money got stuck. So the lady at the front desk, leaves to help me when she has a line but doesn’t tell her line that she’ll be right back. She supposedly fixes it. I have to redo my transaction (charges me 3.25 twice). We communicate that and nothing is done. So, we leave it at that. Then I go up to get shoes (supposed to be free for league bowlers) and the same lady asks if I’m a league bowler, I tell her that I am and she states that she’ll still have to charge me. She continued on to say, last week she asked, that she doesn’t want to get fired for handing out shoes, that I should have shoes by now, etc etc. (comments that I didn’t appreciate and wouldn’t allow my employees to say). I just paid the fee and complained to my league secretary. Then, later on, I asked a different lady for a cup of ice water (I had already bought sodas, but I was dehydrated and it’s hot In the bowling alley). This lady told me that she couldn’t give me water. That I would have to buy a water bottle. (Should always give water to people). (Im not being cheap, I legit needed water). All of these may be new policies but I feel that it’s only right to be kind and explain that and act like you care about your customers. I want to add that there seems to be a lot of new or transferred employees here. So, I’m not sure what the deal is. The manager Melissa has always been nice as well.

Jersey Mike’s Subs – Menu with Prices – 15807 E. Frank Lloyd Wright#125, Scottsdale

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location has terrible customer service. I ordered online to skip the wait and when I arrived the rude lady behind the counter told me it wasn’t ready yet. I stated the order was put in an hour ago with a time slated for pick up and she cut me off and said they were busy! I politely recommended that she just make my sandwich right away and she did. Her attitude needs a lot of work. Everyone there seems to hate their job. With all the food options in the area, I strongly suggest going anywhere else!

Pho Bac Noodle Palace – Menu with Prices – 1100 McHenry Ave, Modesto

I ordered food through GrubHub and called the restaurant to make sure my Mongolian beef was extra spicy. The lady that answered the phone couldn’t understand what I was calling about and after a few minutes of explaining it to her over and over she got it. Then not more than 10 minutes later the lady from the restaurant called back told me my food was ready but she was not giving it to the driver because she did not know how she was getting paid she said the driver didn’t pay her I didn’t pay her she wasn’t letting the food leave the restaurant so I called Grubhub back told them the situation they put me on hold called the restaurant to explain to the lady that GrubHub pays them the lady from Grubhub said that the restaurant understood the payment situation and my order was given to the driver and would be at my house within 10 to 15 minutes. Then within another 10 minutes I got a text and an email saying that my order was canceled so I called Grubhub back The lady that answered this time I explained to her what was going on she looked at the notes to confirm that the previous lady that help me from Grubhub talk to the restaurant and said my order was on its way so she called the restaurant back to find out what the deal was. After being placed on hold she came back on the line and told me that the restaurant canceled my order because she did not understand how she was getting paid so why would they make a deal with the food delivery service without fully understanding how they get compensated for their order.

Hibachi Of Japan II – Menu with Prices – 7335 Radio Rd #105, Naples

If I could I will give them 0 stars review!! The lady who served us was very unfriendly and very na..sty So we were waiting for our food and in the mean time we got some drinks She screamed at us why we got the soda from the soda machine We asked her if we have to pay it because in so many places you don’t have to pay for soda and she still Continued to be very rude After she left from our table she went and talked about us with the other employees and in the same time she was looking at us because we were the first table. Finally after 40 min of waiting we were served (trying to be nice because she throw the plate on the table in front of me) The food was not delivered in the same time so pretty much on person on the table was eating and the rest of us we were looking at the person that was eating. I want to leave but you don’t get your money back or at least not with the attitude that this la lady had. When I ask if I can talk to a manager they told me that the manager was not there, was not available plus you don’t know their names because nobody has any ID’s so you can know who talked to… I hope it was just a bad day for some of us but most likely I will not go back
