Come 20 minutes before you are hungry, because 15 of those minutes will be spent trying to get the right angle for your snap pic. High meat: tortilla ratio. The salsa makes your tastes buds tingle and your tripas dance. You might want to stop by el mercadito (next door) and buy a fly swatter and a fan. If you drive a Honda under the year 2004 your car might not be there when you come out. I only gave it 4 stars because I will probably lose all my gains and a couple of friendships because this is the only place I will be suggesting. At one point I didn’t think life could get any better but then I came here and realized I was wrong. Perks if you are a female they will give you more meat than you can handle.

Daylight Donuts – Menu with Prices – 5233 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa

I’ve frequented this particular donut shop for about a year and the product is average but the service is horrible. Never speaks to customer upon entry / Purchased several sausage rolls and received no mustard and when asked female employee sighed and gave me 3 or 4. Just all around unpleasant attitude and demeanor and everytime I give them another try thinking maybe someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed it occurs again like clockwork. Wish there was a way to give this place a negative 3 stars.

NEW YORK FRIED CHICKEN – Menu with Prices – 2931 N Market St, Wilmington

Now that itâ??s New York Fried Chicken Iâ??ve changed my mind. I will never give my money to this place ever again. They are very rude. Give you the wrong order then says that he canâ??t fix it. Whoever the guy was that came in at 3pm today on Sunday, 11/11 needs to be fired. He argued with every single customer that walked in. The guy that was running shift before him gave me the wrong pieces of chicken. I asked for dark meat and they gave me all white meat. How donâ??t you know the difference between the meat types. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 5885 N Market St, Shreveport

HORRIBLE! Iâ??d give negative stars if I could!!! Waited 10 minutes at the speaker to make my order just for her to walk away mid-order (Unknowingly to me til it was quiet for 5 MINUTES) She comes back 5 minutes later…had to start all over! Get to the window to pay, had to give my order again! Then manager comes up a few moments later. Guess what??? Had to give my order again! Then says itâ??ll be 12 minutes on the chicken. Thatâ??s fine…I pull up & wait. 12 minutes turned into 20! Manger brings my food out but before she does youâ??ll never guess….had to give my order AGAIN! Finally she hands me my food. NO drinks! I say, mmm can I get my drinks too?! She looks at me all confused and says ooooh, Iâ??ll have to go check with them inside. 5 minutes later, still NO drinks! So I throw it in drive and park. Go inside and say â??yeah can I finally get my coke and sprite they never gave me?!â? Ooooh weâ??re sorry maâ??am…..took em a few minutes just to hand em to me and they been sitting in the DRIVE THRU the WHOLE time!!!!! Soooo 15 minutes at the speaker just to make my order, 20 minutes to get my food, another 5-10 to get my drinks…and had to repeat my order a thousand times. Get home with my 4 year old…they gave him spicy tenders when I repeated mild a thousand times….and didnâ??t give me my extra sauces I paid for and repeated that a thousand times too. Actually, I didnâ??t get ANY sauces at ALL! Yep, TERRIBLE service! And I could of looked past all of it had they been busy, but I was the only person in the drive and there was ONE guy inside waiting â?â??? I had 2 peice meal, a kids tender meal, and an order of Cajun tots….45 minutes for that!!!!

Dry Storage – Menu with Prices – 3601 Arapahoe Ave D-181, Boulder

Food is ok but I will not recommend this place to anyone. It simply got all the wrong vibes to be a decent place to eat: a noisy and messy dining environment, mediocre service, way overpriced food (as expected so I didn’t take any star away), and always having only a couple of sad tiny loafs of bread at the counter (me and my friend had been deterred from dining/purchasing there for a couple times because of it). Moreover, skipping elderly people who need a little more time to serve other customers (just me then) is not the way you treat any people. It could have got two and half stars based on food alone (they also gave me the wrong tea, but who cares).

Sharifa’s Hookah Lounge & Bar Menu with Prices 730 Broad St, Augusta

We are new to Augusta but not new a hookah we’re from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and patronize lots of different hookah lounges within our home town. We went to Sharifas and was very disappointed. First of all they only have one hose hookahs so you have to share and switch tips if sharing a hookah within a large group. Also me and my husband sat for well over 15 minutes while are coals were heated up which nobody gave us a Time expectancy. The gentleman that served us or took our order was very friendly very sweet. After we waited over 15 minutes my husband and I decided to ask for a refund because it was taking too long while the Owners sat in the front smoking hookah we’re just sitting in the back looking around like what’s going on. The gentleman that served us decided to give us a refund while the woman that was sitting with him I’m assuming his boss started arguing with us very unprofessional as she sat in the chair smoking hookah with her leg over the arm of the chair started berating us for wanting a refund and talking over my husband as my husband complained about the time it took to heat up the coals and there was no communication. I asked a woman to stop talking to my husband that way and she says to me” I wasn’t talking to you”! Any other day this would have ended badly but I have matured and learned to choose my battles the gentleman stayed quiet the whole time handed me cash which we paid for with a card at the beginning of the transaction. I said thank you I took the cash and we walked outside trying to get my husband out of there as soon as possible because him and the female we’re going back and forth arguing. When I got outside I realize they shorted me a dollar so I went back inside and gave the money to the gentleman and said he had shorted me a dollar the gentleman took the money back quickly went to the register to give me the right amount the female owner was still talking stuff and says give him an extra $5!!! just to be smart I did not take the extra $5 she was implying that we were broke. When actually it was a service that caused us to ask for a refund and leave their establishment. I would give this place no stars. I know that Augusta is small and there’s not a lot to do the find another hookah bar you will be disappointed.

Rumbi Island Grill – Menu with Prices – 5942 E Longbow Pkwy Suite 101, Mesa

So this is a little bit of a mixed review (and a little long) but Iâ??m going to give 5 stars because I think what happened is more and more rare in todayâ??s world. Weâ??ve been a couple of times and generally the food is pretty good, although a little pricey comparatively, and service is usually prompt. We got the burger once and for not being a burger place I was quite impressed with its quality (as well as the fries). So we placed an online order which was promptly ready at the specified time. The order was put together in the bag a little awkwardly (something I didnâ??t fully realize until after I made the 2 minute drive home) with one of the smaller entrees stacked in between to larger bowls so when set down became unstable and fell over, and somehow popping open an extra sauce we bought and got all over the bowls. Now this I just chocked up as my own loss since I didnâ??t care to secure the sauce, but as we opened the other entrees, something just seemed off with the order. One of the sauces in an entree bowl was barely full and the lid had been melted so it wasnâ??t even securely closed and may have been the issue with the other sauce that got everywhere. I also opened the burger it was extremely thin sliced compared to the last one we got, and extremely dry as well as the bun, which I donâ??t remember being oversized compared to the burger before. I ended up calling the restaurant because all these issues combined to be a pretty negative experience and let them know I wanted to issue a complaint. They were very quick to be helpful in addressing each issue and didnâ??t get defensive but were understanding to the feeling I had in desiring to express concern with the end result of what I just purchased. Without me even asking, they decided to go above and beyond in rectifying the issue at hand and I was very satisfied in the service and how they were solely focused on customer satisfaction vs justifying their mistake. So often companies try to make themselves look better and defend rather than just admitting wrong and trying to be better and the consumer ends up feeling like they lose twice. We all make mistakes and to expect to have a flawless experience every time and everywhere is just unreal, but the way they decided to handle it is the reason weâ??ll go back and the reason I give them 5 stars.

La Madre Mexican Snacks Menu with Prices 716 Peoria St, Aurora

This was my favorite place… but I had a very unpleasant experience. We had ordered a double order of dry meat (2bags) and double shrimp witch is $15 and a corn cup total came to $21 and some change cool staff was polite as usual but when they gave me my order the gave me a small plate with 5 psc of meat and 3 shrimp which was clearly not what we had ordered and or payed for. We pointed it out to the young female who gave it to us she stated it was because they had put extra shrimp! REMEMBER IT ONLY HAD 3 SHRIMPS!! No one did anything to fix the issue so I ended up leaving! And now I hate to say they have lost me! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY CHARGE AND KNOW AHAT YOUR GETTING! My guess is that she was probably new but that’s still no excuse for not fixing the problem!

Plaza Deli of Albany Menu with Prices 264 Washington Ave Ext #206, Albany

I cannot recommend this place anymore. My coworkers and I always came here for breakfast, Tim, Tony and Danielle sometimes working behind the counter, prompt with our orders, and never had an issue. Lately, they have been messing up our orders, where one of us always asks to put no cheese on their food. They make our food, we bring it back, and sure enough there is cheese on his food. We bring it back, ask to have it fixed, and they fix it, but interesting enough they let us keep the food that they messed up. Okay, not what we wanted, but thanks. So they continue to mess up our food, and we continue to have to bring it back to have it fixed. Either they are too busy or just tired in the morning and can’t handle the orders that come through. Whatever. So today, it happened again, and my coworker called them up to let them know that there is cheese on his food. They give him trouble about the order, and tell him that this issue keeps happening a lot, and hang up on him. I tell him he should go back over there because they’re at fault for messing up his order, not him. He brings his food back over, Tony was apparently in a bad mood, grabbed his wrong order, fixed it, gave it to Danielle, and she held the bag in front of my coworker and purposefully dropped it on the floor. Are you kidding me? My coworker even tried to talk it out to find out what was wrong and why our orders keep getting messed up, and you just treated him like garbage, accusing of him stealing food, and then proceeded to ignore him? You are quite the civilized group of individuals over there, and you need to learn to properly prepare you orders again because your ability to get it right is nonexistent. You just lost a bunch of customers, and please keep up the “good work” because you’ll continue to lose many more. And you put up better tantrums than my 17-month old toddler. Wonderful.

Viva Villa Taqueria And Market – Menu with Prices – 821 E Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton

I’ve been a customer of Villa Villa for over 10 years at the Fontana and San Bernardino locations. Those locations are 5-stars for food quality and customer service; however this new Fullerton location is a 1-star on those same ratings areas. I was very excited to hear of this new location in Fullerton but unfortunately this new location lacks what makes the other Viva Villa locations amazing. This location has poor customer service and poor food quality. I realize it may take time for new locations to improve but it’s been over 6 months now and I don’t see any improvements in customer service or food quality. Customer service: (or lack thereof) The young female cashier is very rude and lacks any basic customer service. When you order, it takes literally 20+ minutes to get one burrito or two small orders–and that’s being the ONLY customer there. The workers work very slow like there’s no point to rush since there’s no other customers but the fact is more customers would come if they made the orders faster. No one wants to wait 20+ minutes for a burrito when you see them taking their time. Then, they often get your order wrong. I decided to finally give a 1-star rating because recently they got my order wrong 3 times in two days. They forgot my side order of rice and beans–twice–and then forgot to give me my 3 drinks which is $10 total–I didn’t discover two of the wrong orders until I returned home which was frustrating because I live 12 minutes away. That’s 24 minutes round trip to get a order fixed plus gas and more importantly time in life you can never get back. Now do that 2 times in 3 days. Annoying! Then when I brought my concerns up with the female manager she lacks any good managerial skills to resolve the issue. She refused to come out of her office to hear my complaint. They also close earlier than the stated time and send customers away before closing which the manager is okay with—I doubt the owner would be okay with losing money and customers like that. This location needs more supervision from management like the other more established sites. I would hate to see this location close due to poor management of staff but no one will come how it is operating now. I no longer plan to go there anymore and that says a lot because Viva Villa is my favorite Mexican food ever and I have brought several customers that are friends, family, or coworkers. The food quality is not up to par at the Fullerton location like the other locations either. The meat is often dry and over cooked and burnt versus the traditional marinated meat you taste at the other locations. Also, their portion control is off–bigger is not always better–Fullerton is the only Viva Viva location where they make the burritos too big with fillers like beans and rice which cause the burrito to break into pieces after the first bite. This never happens at the other locations either. Every burrito made here is too big to support the tortilla unlike all the other locations so you end up having to scoop all your burrito with a spoon because it breaks after a bite or too. Disappointing since Viva Villa is known for its amazing homemade tortillas! When I ask for easy beans or rice they still add too much and it breaks again first bite. Frustrating. Try the Fontana and San Bernardino locations–those locations are managed tremendously better which is the reason those locations have several customers and this Fullerton location is always empty. It pains me to write his bad review knowing the owner and his son Francisco but hopefully they see these reviews and help this location get better like the Fontana and San Bernardino locations.

Carpeneto Italian Eatery – Menu with Prices – 7990 Citrus Park Town Center Blvd, Tampa

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. A friend and I saw the signs for Carpeneto, and noticed it was similar to Carrabba’s. We decided to give it a try and be open minded. Knowing that it can take a bit for a new restaurant staff to get into the groove of things, we decided to sit at the bar for better service. There was another group of 4, a couple, and us at the bar. The female bartender never greeted us, the male bartender did after a few minutes, and the staff was constantly gathering and talking to each other. We ordered drinks and asked for bread and placed an order of appetizers. The bartender was clearly struggling to make the drinks, so we asked for the bread. (It took three times of asking for bread before it came.) Finally 3 breadsticks came out- they were basic frozen breadsticks, not worth it. We asked the couple next to us how their food was and they told us how disappointed they were. Then he said he made my martini wrong and went to make it again. And I saw him individually pick up each olive with his fingers and one by one put them on a toothpick. (As a bartender, you always just use the toothpick.) At this point we had been at the bar (when they were not busy) for over 15 minutes without drinks, and had to ask for the bread three times. We told the bartender to cancel our order and gave him cash as a tip for the time we sat there (with water and three breadsticks.) When we told him we were leaving he looked as if he was going to say something and then just said “okay” with a look of defeat, and clearly knowing how poor of an experience we received. The staff all looked very disheveled and the decor is odd. My friend said it best- “I feel like we’re in the show Bar Rescue.” Long story short we left and went to Carrabba’s for a much better experience with an incredible bartender! I hope for the owner’s sake that they figure it out and find some success. There definitely needs to be a supervisor watching the staff, telling them to look more put together, stop socializing with each other, greet guests promptly, and be on top of it. You can only have a first impression once.

Tacos super Gallito – Menu with Prices – 601 W Willow St, Long Beach

I will say that the food is not bad at all. It’s just that we had to go over the order for 10 minutes and she still got it wrong. Whoever took our order was nice but I’m not sure where the miscommunication was. In the end, I left with a half-correct order. I will say that even ignoring the mishap with my order, I do not believe I was likely to rate Tacos Super Gallito with 5 stars. I believe 3.5 is an accurate representation of my experience. As a meat-lover, I thoroughly enjoyed the surplus of Carne Asada they provided. This being said, the gave double the amount of refried beans (in one of the burritos), which I found to be a little overkill. I also found it saddening to discover that it was a plain 3 ingredient burrito–beans, rice, and meat. I found myself later having to reconstruct the burrito. The place isn’t overpriced, which was good. They also accept credit/debit, which was great! You will get full, which is the goal.

Creme De La Creme Catering and Diner – Menu with Prices – 6381 Milgen Rd #5, Columbus

Friend and I went to the restaurant by referral of hotel staff. We were in town for an overnight stay to attend a concert, and I prefer to visit a local eatery unique to the area. Business is located in a strip mall and has a small dining room, clean. We sat down and gave our orders, finally got our food over an hour later! It was good, but not THAT good to have to wait so long, we ordered simple southern traditional, and noticed that people who call in their orders had to sit and wait over 30 minutes for their food as well! Place wasn’t busy, we were the only other couple there except for one single female. It’s like there’s one cook in the back with a 2 burner hot plate. The owner/waiter saw that we were disgruntled and offered to comp our dinner, but I settled for extra meat in lieu of the very VERY small baked turkey Wing that came with my meal. I won’t be returning.
